I had a daddy and daughter lunch with my 3 year old. The staff were amazing and the food was incredible. They went above and beyond and the prices are good.

We eat at ego regulalrly and usualy have a wonderful service and food. however I have tried to go there for a sunday three times now and everytime i am told this is sold out. I could perhaps understand if I was going around 7pm but we are not. It may be worth ordering more or limiting the times available so you can provide the service advertised.

We were seated promptly but it seemed to take an age to get served for drinks and order food. We had to prompt someone to take our order. Food was good and cooked lovely. We didn't have to wait too long for food either. Ordered dessert Nd mine was incorrect. This was replaced and apology made, a genuine mistake. We went to the till to pay as felt out bill would take a while to arrive as needed to be elsewhere. Overall an average visit. It was busy and there was no consistently with who was serving us, think we had 4 different people. Toilet jn the ladies out of order but other one clean so not a problem. Would go again despite this average visit.

We went as a family of 4 on Saturday lunch arriving at 2pm when not too busy, despite this, the restuarant was incredibly noisy with a large party sat very near us and not enough staff to manage. We had the fixed lunch but after 2 hours waiting around for the fixed lunch menu to be fully served we could not wait any longer. Those who were having main and desert only had their main course served during the 2 hour period. The restuarant was fairly empty so the staff could have seated us or the the large party much further away from each other to help with noise. We arrived first, so staff could have forewarned us to order prior to a planned large group. None of these simple steps to help us enjoy our meal were taken. It was our first trip to this Ego and we had been really looking forward to going, the reviews had appeared good, but it was just so disappointing. On a positive the waiter did apologise to us several times.

Have been before and it was excellent, unfortunately not this time. Inattentive waiting staff and kitchen which I can only believe was understaffed lead to a very long wait between cold starters (prawn cocktail) and mains, approximately 45 minutes. The restaurant was not particularly busy and two parties who arrived 10 minutes after us were served their mains before us. The food was good, except the lamb rump which was supposed to be served pink was well done and tough. Disappointing.

Food was excellent, fresh and well presented… sadly two young male waiters who brought drinks to the table one wore his face mask under his nose, and the other didn’t bother with a face mask at all !!! (not very good or safe)

As we're not from the area, this was our first visit to Ego and I'm sure it won't be our last.Despite the restaurant being very busy, there was no hanging around - we were seated straight away and our drinks and food order taken as soon as we were ready.The food was great - overall, an enjoyable evening which I'd fully recommend.

This is the fourth time we have been to Ego and have not been disappointed by each visit. The food is absolutely delicious, always well presented and cooked really well. My wife is a vegan and is so impressed with the menu and the food itself- on this visit she had the spicy chickpea cakes and was so impressed that as always shared compliments to the chef.The staff go above and beyond for the customers and the restaurant is always clean and well presented.This is our new favourite place for any meal, Sunday roast, lunch time and evening…always leave full and satisfied…..see you again soon…

Whenever me and my friends have a catch-up or my boyfriend and I fancy a date night, Ego is always our first choice restaurant. Literally cannot fault it! Food is always gorgeous, the staff are lovely and very hardworking, and the place itself is stunning! Would recommend to anybody

Our first visit to EGO after it was highly recommended by a family member. We were not disappointed. The staff were very friendly, and we felt immediately relaxed. The menu has a huge choice of dishes for all tastes and dietary needs. Our food was fantastic, hot, fresh and delicious. It will not be our last visit. Cannot think of any negatives, really impressed.

Ego hosted our wedding dinner on 4th September 2021, and from this experience we will go back again and again. We had a large table of guests to book for, and the staff made the ordering process easy and stress free. They were accommodating and helpful when it came to allowing us to dress our table and make the space ours for our time there. The staff on the day were friendly, knowledgeable and excellent service was given all around. The food was devine, not one guest could fault it.I would highly recommend ego to anyone whether it be a solo meal or a group table, you won't regret it!The only thing I'd add, is some flowers outside to make your beautiful restaurant inviting xThank you, for your part in making my wedding day perfect x

As always food excellent, service second to non, our server was Megan and she was very attentive food came out at just the right time, we didn’t have to wait long but also not rushed, will be back again soon, keep up the good work Ego

Went last week and the week before we had a starter and main course each time which was extremely tasty 😋 unfortunately we didn’t have room for a dessert too full. Highly recommended lovely surroundings and fantastic service 😃

It was my first time coming to Nuneaton and me and my partner had to find somewhere to go out for dinner as I have alot of allergies to food. There menu is amazing for all types of allergies and the food was excellent, we were so full after we left and the staff was very good and made sure I didn't have anything that would make me ill and the place was very comfortable and stylish. Definitely will be going back again for more food.

went with the family ate off the price deal menu. waited 75mins for the main course in a not very busy restaurant. we all had steak none of which were cooked as we'd asked for, one even had to returned.expensive drinks. average at best.

What I like about dark g at Ego'a is the staff are always attentive, the quality of the food consistent.

Booked a table for 12 for a work night out. one of the managers was in regular contact about the booking, it was a bit last minute and they extended their usual timeline for pre-ordering for me. The service was excellent and the food was just as good as the two other times I ate there. It's a really nice setting too. I'm leaving that company soon to work elsewhere and its' a shame that won't be in the area again to go back and eat there. Can't fault the place at all

Husband and I went out with 2 good friends for evening meal. Had cocktails to start which are freshley made. Staff very pleasant. Place was quite busy even tho it was a Tuesday. Had a little while to wait for main meal, but staff made sure we had drinks. Food was excellent and hot. Good choice on menu. Restaurant was quite noisy in main area, but we were sat around corner where it was much quieter. Always a good experience here. Nuneaton does lack good eating places, so pleased they chose Nuneaton to set up business!

We booked a table for 6 at short notice, the staff were lovely, very professional, just the right amount of friendly and efficiency. Food was nice, plenty of choice and portions a very good size. Didn't have desert, too full. Good selection of gin and other drinks. Great decor and ambiance.

We booked for a party of 6 for my mum's birthday. Special requests made by email were well catered for (e.g. order in advance, seating near to the door). Service and attentiveness of staff was excellent. Good quality food. Very enjoyable experience.

description of meals on website doesn't match meal you actually receive!ordered steak and ale pie which should have puff pastry top and the pie we received certainly did not have have puff pastry top!we ordered sticky toffee pudding which should been a sponge pudding with a toffee sauce but what we received could not be described as a sponge pudding by any stretch of the imagination1

This is one of our current favourite places, great range of food options that we really enjoy.We went on a Friday evening, we had a nice warm welcome and shown to our table, which was well spaced from other people, with paper menus in the table. We were left to make some choices before our waitress returned for a drinks order, order was taken on return.The team both front of house and back should be really applauded, they did not stop from one table to another taking orders, distributing food and just generally being pleasant and on it. Big well done with a really nice balance of excellent service and just generally working hard. My wife did order a second drink, which did not arrive, for us this was not a problem as you could see how hard everyone was working but I would imagine some people not cutting any slack.Good food, we both found the portions to be a good size and after having a starter and main were far too full to want a pudding, we did have a coffee which was a strong brew, perfect for me who enjoys a nice string coffee but not so for my wife.Nice surroundings and we will be back in a couple of weeks for a birthday meal with an offer linked to it.

Went with family for afternoon tea. Even though it was relatively cheap compared to some places,I was a bit disappointed with the small amount of food provided. Particularly the desserts as were literally a sliver of cake rather than a full slice. I didn’t complain though as I thought that’s what you get for paying £12.95 per person. However the selection was nothing like the picture provided on the webpage. I’m aware they are advertised as mini desserts but I’ve had the mini desserts before and the ones provided for afternoon tea were definitely smaller. The arms does afternoon tea which is even cheaper than egos yet they provided a lot more food

The restaurant was busy but service was good. Lovely meal with a bottle of wine in place of Prosecco, free as it was an anniversary.

We booked to go with our friends celebrating their 43rd wedding Anniversary on Thursday 12th August .Lovely food, well presented and staff very well mannered and attentive.Very clean and nice lay out in dining area.We have not long moved to the area and our friends came from Wolvey

I was just reading my review of this restaurant from October 2020 and nothing has altered as far as Sunday lunch is concerned. I'm giving it 3 stars because sometimes it's been good but I would possibly manage 1 star for Sunday lunch. The roast potatoes were difficult to get the knife through the pork was all fat and little meat. The uninviting looking caggage/brocolli/peas in a bowl was tepid. I rarely ever eat desserts as I've usually had enough to eat...not on this occasion so I ordered raspberry tart. Had that been on the 'mini desserts with hot drink' section I would have thought they'd have mixed it up after receiving a thin sliver....talk about cutbacks! Hubby was served a second glass of Chardonnay as a large one after asking for a medium but this isn't the first time we've been misheard as when it's busy you can barely hear yourself talk and I'm sure the servers have problems....at least this time hubby wasn't blamed for ordering incorrectly as he was the first time. I'm not going to say I'd never go again because it's not too bad during the week but I'd think twice about going of a weekend. The bill was just ridiculous for what we had.... and hadn't ordered.

We had travelled over from East Anglia to meet up with our Sister in law and nephew, and needed a light lunch in Covid safe surroundings. Ego was perfect . We had a table for four in the far conservatory . No other diners nearby. The drinks were served promptly and our lunches were delicious and proportioned for a lunchtime menu which was refreshing to see. We ordered coffees, desserts and herbal tea, which did give our lovely waitress a moments thought while she dashed off to see which herbal teas were available. All in all, a very pleasant experience. I have not gone to 5 stars as there was background music of an indeterminate 'boppy' nature that my hubby and I don't care for, ( and he is a blues and rock musician !) I have a hearing problem and find dining with that style of music annoying. One day I will find the restaurant that plays Beatles/Dylan/ Fleetwood Mac; but then the customers might burst into song or start dancing. We shall recommend and return.

We have been to Ego’s in Nuneaton on a number of occasions now and each time we are blown away with the quality of the food presented to us. We have been in many top restaurants and consider the quality of food at Ego’s to be in their class. The chefs should simply be applauded. We have always found the staff to be really friendly and always have time to speak to you even when they are rushed off their feet. If the current chefs remain the same then Ego’s in Nuneaton is definitely a place to eat at.

Would definitely recommend. The staff were exceptionally pleasant friendly and helpful from walkin in to leaving. Food was very tasty. Thank you for lovely meal.

We went with our daughter and family for lunch to celebrate ‘A’ level results! The pina colada was very weak and mostly ice and it took a long time to arrive. The food was very nice although, once again, a long wait. Lots of choice and plenty of gluten free choice for one member of the party. They were very Covid aware with paper menus which were disposed of after our use and staff wearing masks.

My husband and I visited for our wedding anniversary. We had a voucher for a free bottle of Prosecco. We had the set menu and the food was amazing. The service was excellent and the waitress was lovely. Thank you for a lovely evening

Hi we went as a family of 11 for Sunday lunch.It was 6pm when we arrived and we’re told we had to wait for a table. We sat at uncleared tables and ordered drinks which arrived after 20 minutes. We were shown to our table and we waited half an hour for our main meal .The table was then cleared and we then waited for dessert, after waiting an hour and explaining to staff we needed to leave our dessert arrived. All our food was pre-ordered and the restaurant was only half full , taking all this in to consideration we were not impressed with the service. Sorry but would not recommend this restaurant, food was average service was shocking and to top all the voluntary service charge is already included in the bill.

Booked for a family meal out.Beautiful place inside with wonderful decor.Pleasant attentive staff who were efficient and friendly. Great choices on the menu which made it difficult to choose !All the food was great, beautifully presented and was super delicious which made the occasion even more special.Looking forward to going again soon.

Had been out for the day so couldn’t face cooking so went here. As I was a member we both got 20% off mains even on a Friday which was a bonus! I had a mixed kebab and my partner had a paella. Both were fantastic. The service was outstanding - very attentive - prompt without being pushy and the bill arrived seconds after being asked for. Lovely evening out.

Been 4 times now 1st being kenilworth. My husband had the 9.95 steak off the lunch menu and its better than a £30 fillet from miller and carters. 1 of our steaks weren't cooked right but without hesitation it was taken away and redone and back within a few minutes. Very pleasant meal with the family it was the parents 1st visit and they will definitely be back again. Many thanks

Lovely evening spent with friends with delicious food and brilliant service from the waiting staff. Bonus that we happened to go on a Monday night with their special offer of a two course meal for just £16.95 and wine/bubbly half price per bottle, Couldn't ask for more, would thoroughly recommend.

We started coming to Ego at the Cedar Tree shortly after it had been refurbished. We were very surprised to find the old 70’s, dark & dingy place that no one wanted to enter, had turned into something so light, airy & beautifully decorated. The staff were very welcoming & couldn’t do enough to help, there is an excellent choice of food for all ages & tastes at a reasonable cost. Special offers are usually available too. I love the modern feel of the place & it has become our restaurant of choice. On the one occasion when our desserts had been forgotten, an apology & discount were quickly offered without any hassle. I would thoroughly recommend this restaurant.

Never fails to deliver. Lovely restaurant, staff excellent and food devine! Love going here for meals, very very enjoyable.

After a slow start the service was acceptable. The starters were lovely and the Moroccan lamb main course was delicious. Our other main course was Greek salad with chicken. As soon as it arrived I could see the chicken wasn't cooked. It was rubbery and there were pink patches. The kitchen is an open kitchen so we could see the chef's reaction when we sent it back. He was not impressed! The waitress, when she returned with the meal, which now had overcooked chicken was very apologetic. She did however say that the chef said it was not undercooked it was the type of chicken they used which had lots of veins in it!! We were obviously disappointed with this reaction since chicken should always be cooked properly.

We first came to Ego last November when we were filming Location Location Location. We were so impressed that we made the return visit this week. The staff were welcoming, helpful but not intrusive. The food was delicious and a lovely menu, different from the run of the mill gastro pub restaurants. The drinks, though a little pricey, were great and a lovely range. We will definitely be back and again and have already recommended Ego to our friends.

Slow roast belly pork for me, chicken for my wife, both with all the trimmings off the Sunday roast menu, tasted great. For dessert I had stocked toffee pudding and the wife creme brûlée. The toffee pudding was perhaps a little too sweet, but I still ate it all Overall it was lovely food served via pleasant and attentive staff. Not our first visit to Ego’s and will definitely not be our last, each visit has always been very satisfying.

I moved to Nuneaton a year ago and this very quickly became our local go-to restaurant! The staff are so friendly, they always treat us well, I’ve eaten almost everything off the menu absolutely love the cocktails (2 of the same for £12 any day of the week before 6pm!!) definitely try the Aperol Spritz, Piña Colada and Long Island! Food wise… the sharing platter is great for two during a cocktail evening or before dinner for starters try the fish cakes and pâté! For mains you need to have the Iberian Pork belly which is my absolute fav because it is so delicious and tender, it comes with chorizo, black pudding and mash - NOM. Add extra fries to this dish and tenderstem brocoli for a real treat, ohhhhhhh boy! That’s a hearty meal and a half but worth it. Next best dish would be the Sunday roast (add all the sides if you go as a couple and ask for extra gravy, yes I said ALL the side dishes). I had the lamb toast and all I can say is wow, I didn’t talk for most of that meal haha! And FYI if you order the hanging kebab, just look in that circular black box underneath your kebab plate and you will find tortillas Wine time Must try the rich Merlot with your red meat dishes and the for the white wine try something with a soft floral flaire (I’ll post a photo).Deserts too, oh where to start! Top 3, crème brûlée, sticky toffee pudding and frangipani tart. If you’re feeling extra adventurous, try the sundae if you’re also still v v v hungry at the end because it is a tower of brownie and ice cream I can never finish!)Honestly, great food, great presentation, wonderful friendly staff who will treat you well while you’re there and who are very accommodating! I just recently went with my partner and they said we are ‘the regulars’ because we are there quite a lot, but I kind of liked that, and they keep emailing me 20% off codes from Ego club, which we can’t ignore We go so much because of the atmosphere and it’s not too pricey but still our bills are around £70 for two with a cocktail to start, carafe wine at dinner, two mains (some extras) along with a starter for him and desert for me. I prefer going for a sweet little dinner out every now and again for the spot on service and food we get! Highly recommend Ego!

Excellent food and service as always. Still very COVID aware. Never had a bad meal always helpful.. and courteous what’s not to like?

Went for a meal (birhday) been before and really impressed, but this time left bewildered and disappointed..Service was really good, so comments not aimed at the staff. Starters were ok and as expected so were the deserts, problem being the mains..Pizza was ordered and that was fine, however, the other mains, lamb rump, paella and salmon were disappointing. Firstly the paella, it came with overcooked mussels, no flesh, just orange husks, very little other shellfish and didn't seem value for money, I hate to use the "ping" word, but would not be surprised if that's how it was cooked. Secondly lamb rump with dophenoise potatoes. The lamb was overcooked and chewy, not pink and succulent as I would have expected, the dophenoise, instead of being crispy brown on top and soft and gooy inside, was al dente and straw coloured on top..Thirdly the salmon again was overcooked bland and dry, although the sauce with it made it palatable..Sorry if this sounds overcritical, but as I said we have enjoyed nicely cooked meals here before, this experience left us somewhat dismayed..

Decided to book outside as weather was so nice. Looked after well, service was good as was the food. My only slight whimper was because the restaurant was busy inside, it did take a little while to get service for drinks whilst eating. But, on the whole a good experience.

We booked an outside table because we are still cautious about Covid-19. Upon arrival we were sat on a bench because some people didn't read a sign and were sat at our table. However our waitresses was quickly able to sit us where we were supposed to be and moved the other people inside. Our waitresses was nothing but smiles and helpful, she really made out first visit here delightful. The food was fantastic and they have a brilliant food menu. I'd recommend the Ego sharing platter!

I could have given it more than 5 stars if i was able toThey are so nice, kind and very professional. As a family we were struggling with our autistic boy but the staff, Tracey and another customer were really helpful and kind. We will definitely go back there. The food was really delicious too.

Had the most amazing evening here with some much loved friends. Staff were friendly, helpful and polite. They couldn’t do more for us. Couple of hiccups in orders but rectified immediately with apologies and speedy service. Tracey and Holly (I think their names were) plus the new young guy (only been there a week) we’re fantastic and deserve a shout out for looking after us all night. Really grateful thank you. Went to ego last night for a long belated date night with hubby.Weve been prior to covid and never had a bad meal. I had the Salmon last night and it was beautiful.Would recommend as some where to eat and enjoy a good meal. You can spend as little or as much as you want to so doesn't have to be expensive.Will be going back soon ❤️

We visited Ego at the Cedar Tree while in the area and looking for somewhere to eat other than the many pub meals that seemed like the only options, and we were not disappointed.Firstly, thank you for the amazing service! Especially as we had an issue with our Uber and called to advise we were running late, and when we arrived the LOVELY lady (in a black and white stripy shirt) that seated us had reorganised a few bookings so that we could still have our 2 hour booked slot, which we weren't expecting. She explained everything to us as we hadn't been before and she made us feel very comfortable. Apologies to her, we didn't get her name but she's a real credit to the company.There was a great selection of cocktails on the menu and the 2 we tried were lovely, and we were also pleasantly surprised to see Sangria on the menu, which we were pleased we ordered.The food was delicious - chorizo and pate to start, lamb and mixed meat hanging kebab for mains, and the option for a small portion of dessert and accompanying coffee was perfect.The restaurant has a lovely feel and atmosphere to it, it's classy but comfortable and the level of service and quality of food is excellent. We also found it really good value for money, and we will definitely return if we're in the area.

We have been a few times now it was as good as all the other times we have been there. Great food, service was amazing very friendly staff. Felt really comfortable and safe in currant circumstances.

We had a wonderful lunch and our waitress was fantastic, she kept checking in with us even though they were really busy and nothing was too much trouble. She treated us as much like friends as customers. Food was also great and I am planning to go back with the family very soon.

Visited on the recommendation of a friend. Took the family for Sunday lunch. Won’t be rushing back. It was really poor food, along with shocking service. So expensive for what we actually got served. Shockingly had better meals when it was the still called the Cedar Tree. They drastically need to look at the quality of the food they serve and the prices they charge, as the two are definitely not in line with each other ! So disappointed.

I treated my friend to a Friday lunch and was not disappointed. We both opted for the lemon chicken salad which was delicious and the perfectly portioned mini desserts and coffee after. Our waitress was extremely friendly and efficient and can’t fault a single thing about our experience. Thank you

Top class service, staff helpful, friendly and well mannered. They made our special day a bit more special with all their help. I thought it would be good in terms of place however staff made the environment the way better than I thought. Meals are pretty good especially pizza was delicious. Also, the place was covid safe. Ambience was better than it seems from pictures.

We've used Ego for about 2 years and tbh never had a bad experience or meals, staff are friendly and the restaurant has always got a nice buzz about it. Would recommend.

First time visiting the restaurant with family from London had to book 2 tables because of civid restrictions but they tried to keep the 2 tables close together as possible. Food was excellent and customer service outstanding cant remember the servers names that we had but they went above and beyond to cater for my son having severe nut allergies as one of the waiters had it too so i felt we were in good hands.Well done to the whole team and keep it up we will definitely be back!

Initially had booking issue (my fault) yet the staff were very quick and kind to offer an alternative that worked out better than planned!Eating outside in the garden under the sunset, excellent food, I went with the hanging kebab and so did the misses!Left us full and satisfied!Dont forget the complementary anniversary prosecco!

Recently moved to the area and drove past Ego a few times and thought we'd give it a go. We were not let down.We turned up 30 mins early to have a beer outside before dinner and the host only too willing to help. He ensured we followed government check-ins etc (Which we were only to happy to do!).We were seated by a lovely young lady, who explained the menu and explain the service. Top notch! Then it came to the food. My partner is very picky (as ladies are!! ha) and she loved starters and mains, as did I. Very very tasty and perfectly warm and delivered on time. Its been some time since we went out due to the current Covid situation and we were a bit apprehensive. We needn't have worried, Ego Tree have taken everything into account and the tables are distantly spaced.We were made to feel very welcome and were very impressed with our waitress. We were given Prosecco cocktails as it was a birthday meal, as my wife doesnt drink they gave her a choice from the Mocktail menu, delicious.The food was first rate, my wife was so impressed with her fishcake starter the next time we go she wants 2 as a main course

We went for a birthday treat and it was lovely. The food was excellent and good value. We also felt safe given the Covid situation. The organsiation and staff were super, We will be back

What a beautiful place. The meals were excellent, will definitely be visiting again. The staff were lovely and friendly, it was a lovely evening. They have got it spot on.

Our first visit to Ego was fantastic, great service, amazing food and very well organised as far as Covid restrictions go. Very clean and our food and drinks were delivered very promptly after ordering. I Will definitely return again soon .

Took my Mum as a treat for her birthday. Highly recommend Ego. We go for lunch, dinner and drinks and it never fails to impress us. Afternoon Tea was delicious. Fresh sandwiches, tasty scone and yummy cakes.

Met up with friends for first time in a long time! Friendly staff and everyone's meal was 10/10. Restaurant was very clean.

The food was delicious and excellent service, the lunchtime menu is very reasonably priced. The portions are a bit smaller than the dinnertime but it's perfect for that time of day. Highly recommended!

Had a fantastic visit on fathers day. 6 of us chose from the set menu and the food was delicious. The after thought of a complimentary bottle of beer for the dads and chocolates for the mums made the day even more special. The staff were friendly and professional and the service was amazing. We will definitely be visiting this establishment again soon.

Staff are lovely and the food is great. Some nice mock tails and lots of choice if you’re not drinking. We visited at lunchtime and sat outside. We ordered a simple salad and it was very nice,

Very efficient staff , friendly and helpful. Dinner was well cooked, hot and served very quickly. Good, if somewhat limited, menu with something for everyone. Had an enjoyable birthday dinner.

Nothing but good words for ego, nuneaton. Fantastic friendly service, gorgeous food, good selection of cocktails and fast service. Expect to pay more then a typical meal. I'd suggest 35-40 per head if having desert and 1 alcoholic drink. But well worth the money. Noticed they also do afternoon tea so planning another trip back for that

Group of 6 of us called in for drinks and some light snacks (was too hot to eat a meal)Our waitress (long black curly hair, though missed her name - sorry!) was excellent, really welcoming and efficient, nothing was too much trouble. Lemon Drizzle cocktail was delicious… have been here a few times, usually for a meal and never had any complaints, food is a bit more expensive than some places but you generally get what you pay for… thanks Ego!!

Arrived slightly early for the booked time and sat out side in the sunshine no problem , quick table service for drinks at first then a delay in getting another drink for the group , staff came and were apologetic , explaining that they are mostly new staff and still learning the rope so no issues with that. Where led to our table which has enough space to be socially distanced and in a nice location of the restaurant. Food was quick and well presented and very tasty. Had a really enjoyable night and was not rushed to leave once we had finished our meals. Totally enjoyable night and will recommend as a great place to eat in Nuneaton

We booked 4 tables of 6 outdoors and the service was impeccable. The staff could not do enough for us. I’m sorry I forgot to take your names but we had two girls that really did their job well and their manager he was brilliant too. It can be difficult to cater for a group the food was delivered at the same time. Drinks were always available. From my family and I thank you very much for such an amazing day.

On arrival we was greeted by a rude member of staff telling us we all had to sign in to the nhs app and scan the code which is government guidelines, no problems with that but then he said we also had to sign a piece of paper (using a pen everyone else has touched) to which he said it’s also part of the government guidelines, this is not true as you only need to use the nhs app, and when we questioned it he said if you don’t I’ll just get my manager, we also then got told our table wasn’t ready even tho we turned up at the time we booked and when we questioned this he decided to get the manager to which in all fairness we said we had somewhere to be after our meal and he got our table ready in 3 minutes, after this all was well meal was great and the service was excellent

Excellent food served by a very friendly and efficient waitress. Will definitely return in the future and would recommend to anyone
