Amazing service and food as usual. Had the truffle salami pizza which was cooked properly and to a high standard We got out Drinks quite fast and they tasted amazing Waiting staff are so kind and cooperative

We go here often as my daughter likes it and with a tastecard it's very reasonable. Last trip a newish waiter accidentally gave us a discount in conjuction with the tastecard that he apparently wasn't allowed. We used zizzi points for this which are now lost. Despite having the bill, when we tried to pay, however the senior person on shift took the bill back and proceeded to dress down the more junior staff member in front of us. Then regurgitated 'policy' instead of honouring the bill originally given especially since we had now lost the Zizzi points we used to get the extra discount. Will rethink returning mostly due to the senior member of staff's attitude and actions to the junior staff member in front of customers. People make mistakes, honour it, have a discussion in private with them so that it doesn't happen again, no need to embarrass them in front of their customers.

Long service, dishes untidy, overpriced and made the portions smaller. King Prawns linguine instead of king prawns had 5nr. Shrimps. It was my first and last time coming to Zizzi.

Overprices, slow service, small portions. There are much better Italian restaurants in the area that are not franchises with much better quality.

I had the herb rolled pork belly ,,--- which I love but zizzis offering was dreadful , pork was overcooked ,Totally dried out extremely thin slice . , inedible, plus no spinach , about 6 green beans , , 4 halfs off small potatoes . Poor value ..Friends chicken was dry also, shame cos I like zizzis , I guess if you go here play safe and stick to the pizza s which they do well ,,, we still gave our server a good tip because she looked after us extremely well which made up for the food , , gave 3 stars for atmosphere due to children running around being loud , but the server did move us to a quieter part of the restaurant .

Restaurant is like an echo chamber - noise levels from customers trying to have a conversation were unbearably high. Food was ok. But we were asked whether we wanted mayonnaise, & 2 of us did - & we were charged £2 on the final bill for the 2 mayonnaises. No one told us there was a charge & nowhere on the menu did it say there was a charge for mayonnaise!! Little hidden charges like this are not only annoying but make you less likely to trust the restaurant again..

Lovely lunch Food was tasty and well presented a little pricey for the portion sizes. Only pasta at the end of the day The dessert was my favourite but again pricey for the portion size. Plenty of space between table's and good atmosphere

Food: Most of the dishes on our table were burnt. My pizza base was so rough it kept cutting up the inside of my mouth. Painful. Pizza toppings made it look pretty but it is a shame that eating it was such a pain. I was so disappointed. I don't recommend the pizza at all. 2/5 Service: Can't fault the dude who served us. Atmosphere: It was difficult to enjoy with the screaming children banging chairs, I understand this is not within the parents nor the establishments control, but maybe providing some colouring pages will keep the kids occupied.

Honestly wouldn’t bother. We turn up, there was lots of free tables, but they decided to give us the table right by the door with the door open (it was not a hot day), or they said if we can put you up at the back, so we said yes. We then got given the smallest table ever, in between two walls right by the till with a massive coat stand behind. We said to the waitress there’s loads of free tables, can we not go any where else to which she replied no sorry I have been told I can’t put you anywhere else. My partner then asked someone else and he said we could move to a better table at the front. It then took 15 minutes to get served, and we only got served because I asked to be served. Our starters come out before our drinks, the meatballs were nice but bread was average. The cocktails come up and were awful, my partner couldn’t even drink his. We then ordered another drink and our mains, our mains come up in no longer than 3 minutes of ordering them. Let me just say, they was absolutely awful. If you’re going to microwave a meal, at least microwave it well. My partner said to the waitress, sorry but we’re not eating these and I want them taken off the bill. They did take them off the bill, and my partner asked for the bill. When it come up the waitress saw my partner putting notes down on the bill and she come over and said we’re cashless. So they also refuse legal tender too. We called a manager and he accepted the cash. The waitress was very friendly and was clearly rushed off her feet, only positive to Zizzi.

We visited the restaurant today and the service provided by Fabio and Karim was amazing! We enjoyed the food and we will definitely comeback thanks you guys🙏

Popped in for lunch, lovely pleasant atmosphere. Service was good, not rushed but also not slow. We had an offer voucher to use and made the most of it by ordering three courses. Everything was delivered hot and tasty, I especially liked the tiramisu - it’s so creamy. I would recommend and return

Pastas are below average really, not to mention the salads, quite low quality. The service is hit and miss, some are great and some not, hopefully they can improve their standards.

Very disappointing. Chicken on skewer starter was cold. Once we pointed this out they just went and reheated it. Surely a chef would know not to reheat cold chicken. Carbonara main portion could have fitted in a small breakfast bowl with what can only be described as chorizo crumb with no taste. Just short of £17 for over cooked pasta with a sauce. A chicken salad main with only a few bits of chicken. Surely a whole chicken breast should be included. Didn't bother with desert, just wanted to get out. Glad we had vouchers as it would have been a waste of £65 with a couple of drinks. Will avoid big chain restaurants in future. This has no reflection on the staff.

We came here to celebrate my brothers 18th birthday with the family. The staff were friendly. I ordered Meatballs for starter and Spaghetti Bolognaise for my main course. The pasta dish was small, I expected to be a bigger portion. It was a good experience but was disappointed the portion size of the food.

It was mother's day so service expected to slow but it was really slow. Hand held order machines for the staff might make it easier but slowed the order up as well....!! Bill was wrong too!!!

Terrible, very long que to get in there even tho everyone had booked and waited 30 mins to be seated, the waitress was excellent and so was the food but it took 3 hours to have 3 courses and the lady chef was shouting and swearing all the time so loud we could hear each other speak, shame as we used to look forward to going there

Food terrible, pizza with hardly any topping. Risotto dry and clumpy and small portion for nearly £15. Service terrible meals coming out when others in group finished. Couldn't use vouchers there so get them paid back as will not be visiting again. Couldn't see low level disabled toilet, only saw one up top of flight of stairs.

Food is unique to Zizzi. Has Italian names, so we expected Italian style food. Not so. Did not enjoy the pasta at all. Total spend was £80+ , we felt it was a complete waste of money. Shall not be visiting again.

The menu was revamped, and we love how family friendly is the staff and place.

Went lunchtime, not a ot of customers but food and service very good. Only downside was that the music was quite loud, we asked if it was possible to turn it down a bit and was told 'no'.

The Special Sea food being promoted was overcooked. Muscles shells burnt and pasta practically became rubber like. Had to return it. Reordered Salmon Rissoto… practically can’t actually locate any salmon bits, broccoli was cold and ……,.. We had to ask if the chef on duty is a Trainee.

Wrony order delivered today. Rang chislehurst restaurant they hang up one me first time claiming can’t hear me second time answered told me to claim refund and abruptly hang up! Not only we ordered after 9 hours of driving from Lake District exhausted we choose Zizzi because of the rustic pizzas which aren’t cheap! On top of that pretty sure you just committed data breach and GDPR as the other customer and me have each other numbers and names! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!

Just amazing food and outstanding service. The server ( I think he is the manager), remembered from last time that I don't take cheese, and he ensured that it was taken care of, even though I had forgotten that the dish had cheese.

Iv been going to Zizis in Chislehurst for over 9 years. The food is lovely and the staff here are also so kind and friendly. This place is so family friendly and the staff are always so lovely to the children. Special shout out to Omar as he’s absolutely brilliant. We normally have him as our waiter when we go and he is really is super. Thanks zizi’s and Omar! Laura and family x

We have eaten at Zizzi’s restaurants a lot and know how big the portions are .We have also ordered delivery from Zizzi’s ( a hand full of times ) and received much bigger portions. My wife rang and complained to the restaurant as soon as we received the delivery to raise this issue. They offered to cook us the whole order again ( free of charge, if we collected!) but we declined this because of how outraged we felt to be told that they was satisfied with the portions which left us furious that we was being lied to. Also the photos on your menu needs to be updated because we was told on the phone that some of it does truly reflect what they provide ( for example, 3 mozzarella arancini but the photo shows 4 ). We was happy with how quick the food got delivered and we can confirm that the bag was sealed. This has left us so upset that a place we loved to go made us feel like we have never eaten there before and I will never be going to or ordering from Zizzi’s ever again. Also in the future this has left us question using Justeat ( and other deliveries takeaways) due to lack of trust to what you and the restaurants say what service you provide us as customers.

OK should have ordered pizza but really. Frozen chips, Iceland frozen chicken burger on top of might be week old (spinach didn’t dare find out.) Truly disgraceful

Waited nearly 10 minutes to be greeted and eventually seated. No apologies given or received! Made to feel more like a hinderance than a valued customer. The young man that eventually greeted us should get a crash course on customer service!. As for our waitress she was brilliant. Bright. Bubbly. Smiley and welcoming, if she hadn't of been there we would have definitely left. Such a shame as we have always received excellent service from the Restraunt.

Celebrated óur 53rd wedding anniversary there last night and the two of us had a great time. Service by Angelica was excellent and there was a great atmosphere as it was very busy.

Large buzzy restaurant located in the high street. Very busy when we went, but servicce good. Food good also. Prices reasonable. Would go again.

What can I say, poor staff the food was about edible nothing special I was hoping more

Good food would eat there again just a little disappointed that the description on the menu didn't reflect the final food that came out the chicken Milanese was great but it said it came with roasted carrots and the clearly weren't however this didn't put me off at all I cleaned my plate and would go again, I even had a bite or two of my partner's pizza and they were very tasty.

My first visit to Zizzi in a while, and I was pleasantly surprised by the range of dishes on the menu, and the large portions, which gave value for money. However, the vegetable side of carrots and spinach was odd, and the carrots were rather greasy. Service was excellent - friendly and prompt. Atmosphere was fine, but it was a quiet Wednesday afternoon.

Spot on. Very glad they have stopped using square boxes for pasta dishes as the food would slop around. The new tubs are a great replacement. 10 / 10.

Specially stretched pizza is as big as normal pizza just different shape (long instead of round). The only thing streched further is the price (16£ for pizza is a steal..). Me and my partner were bloated all night for eating only half of their specially stretched pizza. First of all, Italian pizza dough should be stretched by spinning in the air, but this one came peobably hand streched longitudinally and if you are any good at math it isn't any bigger than round pizza. The staff was nice and the place was ok too. But the food and the price were not.

I come in to the pizzeria in the late afternoon this fortnight by myself and sat down for a pizza and a refreshment. I entered the pizzeria with 2 £20 pound notes and £2.40 in small change I went to the toilet on leaving and returned from the toilet and got my coat and left. I was on the bus when I noticed a change in weight of my wallet I tapped on and checked it and my small change was gone and both notes. I payed by card in the pizzeria and that was still in my wallet on the bus. I’d not wish to describe the young girl and I’ve waited a while so the girl will not be found out and can hopefully be told this and can anonymously IMPROVE on her self however I’m warning any customers BE CAREFUL.

Food mediocre, drinks overpriced. When ordering a " soft cocktail " for my grandaughter I don't expect a glass and a can to appear at the table !!

Arrived at 5:45 and ordered in 5 minutes. Starters arrived in 5 minutes. Mains arrived after 40 minutes! And when complained manager and assistant manager made it appear that the wait is acceptable. Totally unacceptable. No apology, No sincerity. Response was “well ok, shrug, what can we do… “ This hasn’t happened before with us at this restaurant. There were atleast a dozen takway away orders (deliveroo, just eat) that were prepared prior to our meal and prioritised.

Came to the restaurant for a family birthday with 12 people. Had a fantastic visit. Food was great and service from Chris was exceptional. Nothing was too much bother to accommodate a wheelchair, highchair and dietary requirements. Highly recommend.
