The attendant Ticiana is very friendly and served us very well. She speaks Italian so she understood some things we talked about. I'll definitely come back

Went a week ago with my husband. We had a taste card and therefore had a 2 for 1 offer. I decided to have the 7 layered lasagne. When I asked if it came with salad, the answer was No. My husband had the King Prawn linguine. As I had just had a lovely massage an hour before, I was excited to eat the lasagne. Expecting to see an enormous feast in front of me, I counted two layers. Delicious though it was, I felt short changed. Apparently a few other people had complained. Maybe the description should be changed to Lasagne and salad.

Had an amazing lunch with my family today. Our food came on time and kids loved their pizzas. Was my wife’s birthday so our waiter Misha served my wife’s brownie with candle didn’t expect but we were so happy. Thank you to Misha and Zizzi Beckenham definitely must visit!

We went during half term for the free kids meal. My main was slow to arrive and then the wrong dish came. The staff were very apologetic. When the correct main arrived it was delicious and they took the cost of the adult meal off the bill. Mistakes happen. It's how they're dealt with that matters. Would return :)

Came here on Friday evening with the family. Took us a while to be served initially but after that the service was swift and the food came impressively quickly. Our waitress was attentive, polite and helpful. We've come here regularly over the last few years. But this was the first time we sat in the rear of the restaurant. We'd come here again.

Ordered from here, received my pasta with no sauce on so was very dry & the chicken looked all chewed up. It was literally inedible. When I called zizzi I was told to call Deliveroo and they will resend it out but Deliveroo didn’t help.

We recently dined at Zizzi in Beckenham, and it was a great experience overall. I ordered a spicy pasta dish, which had just the right amount of kick and was full of flavour. The kids enjoyed their pasta and pizza as well—both were well-cooked and perfect for a family meal. The atmosphere was lively and family-friendly, and the staff were attentive.

I went to zizzi's this evening for a meal out with friends. My waitress was amazing, kind and understanding. My meal was lush. Her name is kenny they went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed

I recently enjoyed a delightful dining experience that hit all the right notes: exceptional service, delicious food, and unbeatable prices. I kicked things off with calamari, moved on to a main course of king prawn linguini, and wrapped it all up with a raspberry cheesecake paired with raspberry sorbet. Perfection on a plate! I even treated myself to a glass of organic chardonnay because, well, why not? Now, I didn't snap any pictures, so you'll just have to trust me on this one—it was amazing. It's a big chain. You only expect consistency, but the two servers today were both amazingly efficient. I've worked in restaurants, so I know the importance of teamwork and these two exceptional women served over 50 people at lunchtime, including doing the bar work and seating people and settling bills, without a hitch. It was so impressive, and no one else noticed! Bravo!

Loved the experience we had at Zizzi. Having a small baby with us usually makes it hard to go an dine out but the staff made us feel so welcomed, especially Chris. Food was great too. My partner and I dined here before few months back and it was okay but now something definitely has changed, the staff was amazing and the atmosphere was relaxing. Great experience overall!! Will definitely be going back.

Ben is really nice and if the food was nicer I would have definitely rated higher.

David Bowie's first public appearance at what used to be The Three Tuns pub. He played his guitar and sang in a back room, away from the bar. I love the history of Bowie, and Zizzi has his lyrics on the windows!

My Zizzi of choice, always clean, food intolerance is taken seriously ant this branch and Ben and Nella couldn’t be more friendly and accommodating if they tried. This has become our go to place to eat

The place is nice and not too noisy. The food is good too with plenty of vegetarian option. We celebrated a birthday. We brought a cake for dessert and the staff was ok for us to have it. We had a great time.

I came here with a friend for dinner a week ago. The staff were friendly and we were seated quickly. They had the front all opened as it was warm which was a nice effect. We had their set menu which was a very good price.We tried some of their new dishes however we were a little disappointed. The nduja bombe was a lot more spicy than expected and there was not really any sausage in there. In-between our starter and main we let a staff member know we were heading out as my friend wanted to vape. When we arrived back shortly after, our mains were already on the table, and only half hot. I personally think it should have been kept in the kitchen until we were back at our table. We were also not offered any parmesan topping as they did to other tables. The crispy prosciutto carbonara was ok. My friend had the beef & chianti Ragu, she was unfortunately not impressed and thought it tasted like a leftover beef roast. The dessert, a baked lemon cheesecake and brownie we both enjoyed a lot. We have had better experiences here before and we will come again, I just feel the service this time could've been better.

Having visited last year, thought it would be nice to invite 10 friends. Considering it was only us at 1.00pm Saturday 10/08/24..the service was abysmal..slow, took ages, the service wasn't great either. Then, they messed up with the final bill. I won't be going there again anytime soon. The only thing I enjoyed was the Skewered king Prawn starter and the cheesecake. The pizza was very bland sadly. Then halfway through, they decided to offer salt and pepper. Not a great service I'm sad to say.

My wife was attracted to your restaurant because of the advertising material outside your restaurant and we had a lovely meal. But then I went to pay and I was surprised to discover that your don't accept CASH. I'm afraid we wont be back.

Zizzi Beckenham had top class service. Nice ambience. Shame about the flys. But our service was top notch.

Food was tasteless, insipid, needed lots of salt, pepper and cheese. Could've done better at home. Our server was sweet but hardly any attention as she was run off her feet. Need more staff. Won't be coming back.

Visited for lunch, good food options, including low calorie options, I don’t really think the portion size/quality of the food was fully representative of the price (or staffing levels) but it was a pleasant enough lunch. However, really felt sorry for the waitress as she was the only member of staff there, with about 10 tables of people. This made us reluctant to order anything else as we could see how busy she was and how hard she was working, (I don’t know how these big companies would expect 1 person to do so much? - shame on them). She was very polite and kind, I hope she doesn’t have to share her tips because she was the one putting all the work in (I would’ve given 5 stars for service if our waitress had another member of staff to share the work load with, because we would’ve ordered more and stayed longer).

Came here after a long day at the park. Everything was great, minus having to wait for the kids food after the adults had arrived.

Came here for lunch on a weekday and it was empty. Plenty of seats in the heart of Beckenham High street. The service was quick and the waitress was friendly. The Margherita pizza was nice and a good size. Similar to Pizza express in regard to prices being moderate. All in all a nice lunch/dinner place

Waiter was very welcoming and attentive. He made my young grandson very welcome. The chicken milanese appeared and tasted overprocessed. The zucca salad was very basic & did not contain all the ingredients listed on the menu.

I visited today and Ben was our waiter and he was really nice. Very welcoming and friendly to my son. It's makes such a difference when eating out with a child. Unfortunately the food wasn't very nice. I ordered a zucca salad. It was missing loads of ingredients that were listed and it didnt look anything like the picture. Very disappointed. The person I was with was disappointed with their meal too. The children's menu is nice with lots of small things to keep your child interested.

Personally I wouldn't go back. The restaurant was empty you would expect quick service not the case, we waited ages and when our meal came it wasn't hot. 2 dishes had to be sent back. The mocktails weren't much better we had to add lemonade to give them any tasted. While the charge was taken off the bill, I would have preferred not having to wait for the food to be done over. Chief get your act together!!

Went in for a quick meal, thought you couldn’t go wrong with Zizzi. Not expecting much, just hope it would be decent. Staff was nice. I sat down and ordered. 15 minutes later it arrived. Good speed I thought. Quick enough to satisfy my hunger, but not too quick to show they were just heating it up. As my anticipation grows, a plate of watery, sad and bland pseudo carbonara was placed in front of me. I didn’t know what to make of it. I was confused, was this made by someone who hasn’t had pasta before, or are they just sad? Do they hate food? I digged in, hoping my hunger will mask some of the unpleasant hints that this plate is suggesting to me. It didn’t help. I could see a shallow pond of watery soup lingering between the soft spaghetti. No sign of the standard eggyness. The saltiness and oil aroma that was meant to be provided by the meat (in this Zizzi version, Chorizo) is non existent. The waitress brought over a slice of parmagiano. What a save. I was determined to finish it off. I succeeded. With the sad situation we are facing with high street retail, I hope a bit more attention can be put back into the food. Otherwise more will be closed down.

Pleasantly surprised by our first visit to Zizzi Beckenham restaurant. Outside seating slightly higher than street level to catch the evening sun was warming. Lovely welcome, good food (actually served hot). Service was fast and our waitress Kenny was polite and attentive. Would go again and recommend.

Came in tonight with my boyfriend, and Ben was an absolutely amazing waiter!! Very attentive, recommended the passion fruitini (and it was delicious) and a funny guy. Will definitely come back for his service!
