Bottomless brunch is amazing, 2 hours of unlimited drinks that are very well made and taste great.

There was a lovely atmosphere as soon as we arrived. It was busy & the staff were friendly & very efficient. We enjoyed the wine & the food was very good.

Carbonara perfect, Chicken tomato pizza tasty and biscoff cheesecake is the best. Service is always enthusiastic and attentive.

We was there for 2 hours and the service was incredibly slow. After being sat it took 20 minutes for the server to come over and take our order- a table that arrived after us has their order taken before we had. We had a three course set meal, the food was nice, and well presented and hot. By the time they had realised we had finished and waiting for our next course we had had enough, again, plenty of tables around us was having their orders served. We left before having our final course as we was tired of waiting around

Very bad ! We visited at 455pm on new years day after ice skating, there were 9 of us including 3 children. They said they could not offer us a table, the restaurant was empty, they said they were fully booked from 6pm until 9pm. We ate next door at Bills (amazing!) and went into Prezzo afterwards at 7pm, still the same empty restaurant?

Clearly can’t cope when they have half a restaurant of people in left us sat there for 25 minutes with not even asking if we would like a drink Won’t be returning first booking they cancelled due to an ‘electrical issue’ on carnival night! Then my second booking can’t serve us so never again

We visited Sunday lunchtime without booking to be told it was fully booked until 230 but app let us book at 1330. Front of house chap was not a pleasant individual. Waitresses were quite good pleasant and attentive. Desert was ruined due to ridiculous delay that seemed to be caused by a change over in the team or at least a break period while it was quiet. I can verify the review below I was in the restaurant at the time. I am not sure the claim was justified and I felt sorry for the rest of the group who had their meal affected. That said the management team need training there were clearly a number of dinners being left upset with the service on offer. Food was rather nice spoilt by poor service.

Appalling, waited over 35mins after ordering , manager did say delays but when the food arrives I ordered pizza which was so over cooked it bent the pizza cutter supplied , I rejected it had to then wait another 20 mins so my family had finished eating, once it arrived the second time it wasn't even what I ordered ! Looked like a cow pat on a digestive biscuit ... obviously the dough had long outlived it's use, ....AVOID

We visited Prezzo in Street last year when Christmas shopping and it was nice, so we did the same this year. Unfortunately this trip wasn't as good. Firstly, we were seated at one of the tables which runs up the side of the restaurant and has a booth style seat against the wall. The layout of this made us feel very close to the people at the next table and it was very difficult to get in/out when needing the toilet (which, with a 5 year old, was more than once...). I also found the seat to be incredibly uncomfortable, with a wooden beam sticking up through a collapsed soft seat cushion. We then ordered the food, and things didn't get much better. We had to wait a long time for 3 drinks to arrive. Then the confusion of the food arrived. Firstly, our sons starter arrived, but he was given two (one he'd ordered, one he hadn't'). The starters for the 3 adults were put out by the chef at the same time, as we could see them, but nobody came over with them until we told somebody we hadn't had ours. Bizarrely my son was then handed a 3rd starter (the one he had ordered, but for a second time). We were very confused but it was hard to find anyone to ask what was going on. When we placed our order I wasn't sure the man who took it was particularly listening and this was confirming when our main course arrived and I was given the wrong meal. I'd ordered Nduja Gnocchi but was given a pizza so I'm not sure how they got confused. They were clearly busy and the pizza looked nice, and as we'd already been waiting for so long I just decided to eat the pizza. Almost 24 hours later, I'm still regretting it. It was so spicy, there was just no actual flavour or taste to the pizza. I like a bit of heat and it wasn't so hot I couldn't handle it but it just overpowered everything took away any of the flavours there should have been. My wife and mums main courses looked quite nice but both said they were cold by the table they arrived at the table. One member of staff was very helpful when my son asked for a box for his main course and dessert he'd ordered as he couldn't manage them (not surprising after 3 starters, I guess...) and she was very apologetic. It was just really disappointing after a nice meal a year ago, and it was frustrating we had to wait so long and then all of our orders were wrong. I hope it was just a bad day but it wasn't great.

I don’t normally like corporate venues but have to admit that this is a very good restaurant. The decor is nice and comfy and the staff friendly and very efficient. Excellent quality food alongside great wines. Would certainly visit again.

Very busy so very noisy. Food was pretty good and joshan or server was attentive.

We call in here for lunch whenever we are in Clarkes village. Always friendly staff and good food. Nice outside seating for dog owners. For some reason they only do bottles of water in huge bottles.

Poor experience today, unfortunately can't rate the food as we didn't stay long enough, one of our party has extremely bad social anxiety & unfortunately we was put on a table right in the middle of the restaurant, we asked politely if we could move as she was uncomfortable and unfortunately was told the other table was taken, which is fine however there was no trying to help us or come up with a solution by moving us anywhere else or suggesting anything it made us feel very unwelcome so we paid for our drinks and left. Not great for being accommodating, I wouldn't return.

Prezzo is an appropriate name for a restaurant which offers Pizzas, and popular dishes cooked Italian-style, at reasonable prices. The food is delicious and I sampled the Italiano Chicken Burger, served with that special Tomato sauce that the Italians excel at preparing. The eatery has a relaxed ambience and understated decor, which leaves the diner feelin completely at ease. Combined with the ffriendly and polite staff, this place has all the inredients which make for a great place to eat lunch.

Seated quickly, probably the nicest prezzo that I've visited food wise, found it hard and slow to pay as it was getting busy, but on the whole, a good experience

Food was good but trying to leave because a deal wasn't working on the till got a little tedious, totally understood they wanted to sort it but it made us late for the next part of our journey

Food was good and the service was amazing, it’s a little overpriced for what it is, having 20% off makes it worthwhile but I wouldn’t visit and pay full price, £18 for some salmon pasta from a chain is more than lots of good independents charge.

What a great place, we sat upstairs as we were a large group, and it was lovely. The food was amazing and the staff were great.

Chain restaurant with nice food. Not amazing, but very acceptable. Service was very good. Food arrived quickly and hot and servers were very efficient, pleasant and helpful. Downside was we thought it was a bit pricey.

Unfortunately they bought out the chicken arabiata when my son had asked for no chicken. Otherwise the food was good and service was friendly.

Food was very nice and hot when it arrived. I have no complaints about the quality of the food at all, it was very tasty. The only thing I would say is the the portions were a tad small. I had spaghetti bolognese and could have done with a dish much larger. My daughter’s meal is a favourite with her and I’ve seen more served elsewhere. So yes, bigger portions would have been nice. I’d go again though. The staff were very pleasant and polite. Top spot.

Servers didn't understand what was included in voucher deals or not. Very argumentative against the customer. Very quiet and took over 45 mins to get served. Didn't say what was included in the Tesco voucher deals. Food quality was good overall. Much improvement needed for service and experience.

I have to say Prezzo have really upped their game with a new team and menu. At best the experience in the past has been pedestrian but today we had a well cooked well served and best of all a tastey Italian meal. Give it a try i hope you are not disappointed. The breakfast menu is very good as well. All that you would expect from prezzo. We didn't quite have the restaurant to our selves but not far off it. The world is far from back to normal, the weekend before Xmas and every where is empty. Let trust 17 will come through.

Absolutely awful service 😞 will never go back again added food on my bill I didn't order and had a voucher with money off 5 bills later they still could not get it right and I will never go back to this Prezzo in Clarks village again they have no clue about delivering customer service just terrible .I was on respite from caring for my 84 year old dad and don't eat out at a restaurant very often ...never again

1st time we've been in this one @ street. Was actually really impressed..... Food was genuinely better than I'd been expecting! Only dropped a few points because it looked like they were a bit understaffed, it was a very busy bank holiday & there was quite a wait on both food & even just drinks. Not the staffs issue or fault at all & when they did get to you there were very polite & helpful. Atmosphere was only let down by a couple of unruly kids - again not the restaurants fault at all but makes it a really noisy atmosphere where you can struggle to just talk across the table to each other? Just a couple of minor bits really & completely worth a visit - not even too expensive compared to some.... Would thoroughly recommend a go here.

We first were approached by which we presume was the manager and requested a table for 6, One of us had required gluten free food,We found him a bit abrupt, We waited 30 minutes to be asked for our food order and this was only when we had to request that someone take our order as we waited a while, While placing the order my daughter asked that he had placed my Grandsons order as Gluten Free,Well the manager snapped her very rudely and told her it wasn't for her at this stage I preferred that we would all walk out but my Grandsons were hungry,We witnessed the manager bullying the young female assistants one of whom was clearly upset what a nasty man, wouldn't want him anywhere near these lovely assistants who were clearly doing a great job under the circumstances, we complained when paying our bill only to be told we were not the first ones to complain today, the manager never came anywhere near to apologise for his rude behaviour and his poor customer service needless to say we won't be back

Food came quickly and was piping hot. It went downhill from there. Bolognese tasted overwhelmingly of carrot. Spaghetti with crab - watery crab that might have been put in a blender and then mixed in with plain noodles. Kids burger came with a smattering of fries and a plan bun. Not worth the prices they are charging.

£16 for overcooked soggy spaghetti bolognase. I had school dinners that looked better, and they were awful. Honestly don't bother.

Booked with a tastecard (in the correct notes selection on the website) stated we had a taste and when seated, ordered, ate. Told at the end when settling the bill the tastecard wasn't valid today. Fair enough it's in the T&C's but perhaps tell us before we order? Getting towards scammy behaviour there. Manager couldn't fathom our drinks order had to order several times while he spoke over us. Usually good, missed the mark this time. We come in about once a fortnight but may not bother again.

I have always loved this place, until tonight. We arrived around 8.30 and the place was almost empty, now I know why. 45 minute wait for two salads, inexperienced staff and staff cleaning around our table who clearly couldn't wait for us to go. The food, when it finally arrived was fine. If that was an example of a Saturday night, I think they will soon be gone. Shame.😪

Called in at lunch time and sat outside. Staff very friendly. I had the Lasagne which was very nice. The wife had pasta which she said she enjoyed. Altogether a good experience although a little pricey.

Full consideration given to food preferences, good choice on the menu and the food was realy good. Our servers were friendly approachable and engaged in thier jobs making sure there was a good level of communication humour and welcome received.

We opted for a late lunch at this restaurant after shopping in Clarks Village. It is natural to compare Prezzo with Zizzies - however, despite having similar Italian based menus and similar prices, there the comparison ends. The food was mediocre to say the least, but worse was the poor service. Having sat down and chosen what we wanted, we waited ages for someone to come and take our order. We ate after the lunchtime rush and there were probably only about 6 other people in the restaurant. The staff seemed more interested in returning washed cutlery and glassware than looking after customers. The same delays occurred when we wanted a further drink, dessert and the bill. WE will be going to Clarks Village again, but not Prezzo!

Food was your standard chain restaurant fayre. It arrived quickly for the four of us and hit the spot. Service was ok but there was a rather loud demanding hen party at the same time as us which didn't help. Could have done with another member of staff to keep up with the lunch rush. All in all it was ok and the meerkat discount helped. £51 for the four of us including drinks, thought that was quite acceptable.

My wife and I always look forward to dining at Pressos, especially the one in Reading Berkshire. Three times we used the one in Street and always been disappointed. On thev7th April 24 we went in an ordered our meal, two starters and two main courses. Eventually after a long wait, and they weren’t that busy, one starter arrived, I said where’s the other one, off the waitress went to get another one. We had ordered Garlic bread with balsamic onions and mozzarella. It looked like a piece of pizza bread and in the middle you could just about make out some cheese with about half a teaspoon of onions, all that was in the middle of the bread with nothing on the edges. When our main course came, my wife had ordered chicken caesar salad, it looked like a bunch of greenery put on the plate with a couple of slices of cucumber and about half of a chicken breast with slices of lemon. She ate the chicken and left the rest. I had ordered chicken prosciutto and sage with saltimbocco, there wasn’t much of it but it tasted ok. We just paid and left, we won’t be using that Pressos again.

This is a good Italian restaurant offering much more than pizzas ..It can be busy as popular with families. It's not cheap but the staff and food are good and therefore making it worth the money

Waited and waited and waited to be seated. One member of staff aimlessly faffing around with empty tables outside whilst tables inside remained un-cleared and messy, and this with only a few people actually in the 'restaurant' , we should have left then. Service was slow and the male waiters body odour was enough to put anyone off their food. We persevered despite this. We ordered the vegan option pizzas......we got the opposite with the dead bird and pigs meat. They offered a refund as if that was acceptable. We drank our drinks and left. Badly trained unmotivated staff, so putting incredibly poor management down as the reason you would want to avoid this place.

Went to Clarke's Village on Saturday, 16th March 2024, and decided to stop for some lunch. Prezzo's looked very inviting and we managed to book a table, as it was a very busy lunchtime. The manager was initially very pleasant and welcoming. We ordered our food, which took some time to arrive. When my food was brought to the table, it wasn't particularly hot and I had paid extra for chicken to be added to the dish. There were 3 small pieces of chicken hidden amongst the pasta and it was the same size as the pasta. There was additional charge of £3.00 for the chicken, which certainly wasn't value for money. When I quietly mentioned it to the manager, she replied curtly that "it was Prezzo's stock control portions". She then ignored us and avoided all eyes contact with us for the remainder of our visit. The drinks were overpriced too. I would not recommend eating there and would avoid adding the chicken to the Rigatoni Arrabbiata dish, especially if you are hungry.

Just passing through and looking for some scram. Left the horse in the free car park and wondered into town. Three bars to choose from, went for the Italian one. Friendly chap on the bar fitted us in with no reservation (nothing to do with Indians). Great food served fast by happy staff. Paid the bill and left🤠

Went out for some food. Wasn’t expecting much being a chef and finding it hard to get good service and food anywhere nowadays. And being a chain I was expecting cheap food and robotic service. However. This was not the case at all. Very surprised. We were made to feel very welcome. Lara did an exceptional job of service. Smiling and happy which is rare nowadays. Very polite and had an outstanding knowledge of the menu and drinks. The hand crafted ravioli was exceptional. Also chatting to the manger (think he was the manager) was great, confident and happy as well as someone who loves his job. All in all a great night, pizza oven is something worth seeing. Will be going again soon.

Came for our 5th anniversary meal. Prezzo never fails. Carbonara was 10/10 as always. Lovely cocktail and the best cheese cake I have ever had!! My only niggle is that the toilets were flooded and the smell was not pleasant. However, they were trying to keep on top of it and plenty of wet floor signs!

Had a meal the two of us meal was good Asked at the end to pay I paid with my card and was presented with the bill for £36.50 on the machine when I paid for the above amount it totalled £41.97. When we looked on the menu outside of premises no mention of as we think So much for gratuity added. Upon looking at the second receipt it then shows added 10% which wasn’t noticed until got home. Don’t know if you can decline the 10% Certainly will not return.

The pizzas & pastas are very good & tasty. The only negative thing I could say about the pasta is that it would be nice to have had it served in warm bowls rather than cold as pasta does not hold the heat & soon goes very cold in unheated dishes!! The service we had from the young lady serving us was outstanding. We will return 💖

After a hard day shopping at the nearby outlet village you can get good food and great service. The salmon and cucumber starter was delicious and there was plenty of salmon with it. The food was served quick and freshly cooked and the ice cream dessert was gorgeous. The waiters were great and nothing was too much trouble.

right so it started with a walk in with a wiff of bo aka sweat without a laver of deodorant so made food appear unhygienic food was good but the billing annoyed me my reasons: so lady came over with bill then had to put my hand up to ask for card machine man came over then hell went down I had my voucher ready and the others paid first so I didn’t cause a wait when it came to me he said he didn’t know if he could and then told me he couldn’t do it like not being rude but couldn’t he just make a new tab but it’s whatever I am disappointed in the industry could be so dense I feel the lady that was also working could of done a better job and probably use common sense to make a new tab I would like to reiterate I am disappointed do better next time !

Had Chicken and Pepper Pizza Cost £16 It was a load of rubbish Thin very dry base with very little tomato pizza sauce. Even less Mozarella. Then chunks of dry cold cooked chicken and peppers. Not worth the money. I did complain and was given a free coffee. Will not go again.

Food has always been good, service can vary from the waiting staff but the duty manager who’s taken it on (it’s changed a few times since we’ve been regulars) has been incredible, nothing is too much trouble. Food is varied, always nice and doesn’t take too long. We regularly use our taste card to get 241 on courses.

Chose as they had a gluten free menu - There was a lot to choose from which makes a nice change. Service was very good, food very good, atmosphere was good - Cannot complain about anything.

WOW!!! What can I say about this place?🤔. The food was presented beautifully and was absolutely delicious. Service was 💯 both helpful and friendly and everything in this place oozes the wow factor including the fire furnise for cooking that is on display as well as the chef cooking the food. Prices vary depending on what you have and a word to the wise, they automatically add a service charge, which in our case was nearly £20, although if you ask them to remove it off of the bill they will.

We had a gourmet card for 25% off the total bill and they refused to give it to us.

My husband received an offer of a bottle of Prosecco or two free desserts as a birthday treat from Prezzo (his birthday 6th Nov). We were going to be in Clarks Village the following day so we decided to book for a lunch time meal that day. We have had meals at many different Prezzo's, but I have to say this was the worst we have ever had, we both had the chicken Saltimbocco. The chicken was chewy, the white heart cabbage was a wedge that was so hard the knife could hardly cut it and the jus was like water. No matter we thought at least the desserts would be nice, which they were, as was the wine and coffees to follow. When the waitress brought the bill to the table my husband showed her the QR code which she tapped and we paid the bill then left. Today having found the bill, we noticed that the desserts were charged for, so much for a birthday treat. Sadly we wont be using Clarks Village Prezzo again.

The service was good, the food disappointing… the beef raviolinis were the only dish that was ok. We ordered risotto and the rice was a paste, like a purée, tasty tho. The crab and lobster raviolis were the worst, liquid sauce, quite tasteless. We paid £80 for two ppl, too pricey for the quality.

Excellent pizza. Desserts dodgy. Ultimate Choclate cake was very disappointing. Dry, not choclatey. Baked cheesecake came with something like milk and probably tinned orange segment.

It was very busy for a Monday lunchtime.... probably speaks volumes in itself. Staff were very friendly and humorous. The pizza and pasta we had was brilliant. My wife had sticky toffee pudding for dessert which was massive and she said it tasted superb.

I visited whilst on a Christmas trip out supporting a service user. The person lives in a care home where I work. The restaurant setting was lovely with room to walk to seats without disturbing other diners. Would not be as accessible for wheelchair users. The meals were delicious and service perfect. Unfortunately this ended when I came to pay the bill. I had not been informed that the venue was cashless. Payment would only be accepted by card. As the service users I support have learning difficulties they do not have access to bank cards. I explained this to the server who said I would have been told that it was card payment only when I arrived which hadn't been the case. I was able to pay by cash as authorised by the manager but would not be able to have any change. I left feeling very disappointed with Prezzo and will not be returning. The establishment cannot seem themselves as an inclusive dining establishment as there are plenty of service users whom cannot enjoy a meal at their restaurant due to being a cashless setting. It turned an enjoyable experience into an embarrassing one which left us paying more for our meals.

Nice to be here after it was refurbished. Very modern and clean and great food with quick service. The only issue is the tone of the doorman was very loud, snappy and arrogant.

Staying with family in Somerset, we visited Prezzo in the Clark's Village in Street for a late lunch. The food was good and my sister had a voucher for a free bottle of prosecco which made it even better. The service was friendly, although the waitress forgot the water we asked for and we had to remind her. Prices were reasonable and I would recommend this restaurant if you are in Street.
