I hear great things but even though they say they deliver, when I ring they always say don’t ! (Even though I live in Wells.) generally friendly.

Friendly staff, don't get in your face, lovely lovely pizza!

My first visit to this family run pizzeria which didn’t disappoint. Fantastic pizza and warm and welcoming staff - can’t recommend highly enough and will definitely return.

We had a pizza here yesterday evening. The food was excellent at this family-run place. We ordered a portion of chips and they were proper chips nor frozen ones. I would highly recommend this place.

Authentic Italian atmosphere. Very kind and welcoming hostess. Real Italian pizza experience. Very, very delicious pizzas. If you want you can take the rest of your pizza home.

Had a nice meal here on Friday evening, reasonably busy but the staff were attentive and welcoming. We had a couple of the Pavarotti pizza and a pasta arrabbiata. Along with some started and drinks. The pizzas were lovely and fresh and a generous amount of toppings. The pasta was lovely and spicy, warmed the mouth up nicely. Price was reasonable and they also do a take away, with a fish and chip shop connected to the shop next door.

Very disappointed of pizza!!! In past we were ordering many times here and we could say it was the best local pizza. Lately the quality has changed completely and it tastes not so soft and fresh anymore. The base of pizza is very crunchy (too fried) and disgusting that it's better even to buy pizza for 4 pounds from shop. It's not the first time when we had so bad experience. Sorry but you lost your regular customer! Unfortunately, we don't wish to come back anymore...

My partner and I had some lovely pizzas from here and some garlic cheesy bread What really made it great was the vegetarian pizza that they had and would certainly have another one or more! :-)

Straightforward and honest little pizzeria. Extensive pizza menu and ours was superb. Great flavours and thin base. Cooked to order. Very friendly staff. Good value too. Ate more than we should have done. The take away option was very popular too and did not impact the smoothness of our service.

I was visiting Wells for a weekend trip with my partner and was certainly lucky we decided to eat here. The restaurant was charming with lots of character, a great selection of Italian food, and super friendly staff! We will definitely be returning.

Amazing pizza! Really tasty with great vegetarian options. The bruschetta was specially made for us and was delicious. The gentleman who gave us our pizzas was also very lovely! Will definitely be coming back. Thank you!

None of this thick crust Flaff you get in the more commercial pizzeria's for the less discerning people. But a fabulous thin crust and toppings cooked perfectly. The best pizza in the region 👍

Con Artists - i popped into the pizzeria after visiting the area. The pizza's were tasty enough but then something very strange and suspect happened. The owner (a lady) asked me whilst i was eating if i would mind paying cash? she explained that she had pressed the wrong button on the till and it would be easier if i payed cash.This didn't make any sense but i didn't want to cause a scene or question her so I agreed to it and had to walk back up through the town to withdraw some money. I walked up to the bar and asked if i could settle the bill and the same lady gave me the receipt and a load of cock and bull about what had happened and even started showing me the till. My patience was running thin so i gave her £40 cash of which i received 20p change. i picked up the receipt to double check as it didn't seem right but she kept going on and on to the point i took the receipt and left. My girlfriend and i got back to the car and had a look without all the noise and drama to find that she had completely short changed me. The bill was £34.60 so i should have been given £5.40 back. I will never, ever return! both her and her husband were in on it and i just hope they aren’t doing it to anybody else!

Absolutely fantastic, independent Italian run by an Italian family. Quaint, rustic interior. Dough balls (pallini fritti) are divine, perfect oregano seasoning. Please support this restaurant, you won’t be disappointed.

Lovely smallish Italian restaurant in Wells. 2nd visit (1st 5 years ago) and it’s still excellent. Plainish surroundings but excellent pizzas and service.

Ordered a pizza with garlic and chillies, received a pizza soaked in garlic oil and chilli oil instead of fresh ingredients. Was told this the way customers prefer it. Pizza may be decent overall. Unfortunately, my experience was quite poor.

Delightful.... I've eaten pizza in Rome, Napoli, New York........ essentially some good pizza places. And I've tried various pizzas in every place. I'm not claiming to be a pizza wizard or something........ but......the Primevera. Is the best pizza I've ever had. There, I said it.

A little chaotic of a carnival weekend, but no confusion in the quality of the food. Enjoy the rare treat of combining chippy chips with drippy pizza. Mine's a Pavarotti.

It was a nice pizza. I was a bit irritated as the website says they deliver but numerous calls to them I was told they weren't that day. The last time I rang the member of staff slightly irritated, said they don't deliver as 'like me they didn't have a car'!. I do in fact have a car but time constraints etc were in force. My summary point is, take that you deliver off your website.

Most authentic Italian pizzas for miles around - a proper family concern..!

Fantastic Italian café tucked in at the top of Wrlls High Street. Great buzzing atmosphere with a good menu. Staff were very good and the lunch we had of ciabatta basil, mozzarella and tomatoes with iced coffee was delicious. Super tasty little cafe.

Thought we would give it one more try, well I wish we hadn’t bothered! Drove 25mins to get the food to be handed 9” pizzas when we ordered 12” and told sorry they are also broken, it’s the GF bases we order in from abroad!! Didn’t even get the name right on the order had written something completely different (was definitely our order we collected though) We had to laugh when an hour later back at home we had a call to say they had no GF bases, well we collected and ate them half an hour ago! Not a clue what’s going on!

Ordered Napoli pizza without mozzarella, because I am allergic to diary products, I was presented with a pizza with normal cheese. Their point was that I did not specify any cheese ,only mozzarella:-) naughty me!

Brilliant 👏 thanks for fitting us in for a quick take away. Was really disappointed to miss out on pasta. But wow the pizza by far made up for it. By far one of the most authentic pizzas in the whole of Somerset. And to top it off amazing service. One hidden gem in the heart of Wells.

Definitely good pizzas, best in Wells no doubt, BUT terrible service. I've had to wait 40 minutes after I was told to be there. Today I ordered at 5:30pm for a 7:30pm and was told to wait another 20 minutes, lady confirmed they weren't even in the oven. Unacceptable. Not going to wait at a cold hole in the wall with no internet for two pies. Rather my money went to a more competent staff.

Perfect dinner at this fab pizzeria. One of the best pizzas I’ve ever eaten! Service was great even with them being extremely busy. The lady who served us was spot on despite juggling so many tables and take away orders too. Would go back in a heartbeat!

Just to busy doing take away to look after their customers in the restaurant. Poor women who was a one man show rushed of her feet trying to keep it all together. Not a great experience. Will be a long time before we return.

Excellent - delicious, authentic pizza, in a very welcoming family run, friendly place. We didn't make a reservation, and there were no tables when we popped in on a Friday night,but the owner took our number and offered to phone when a table was available. Half an hour later we were sat in the restaurant enjoying a lovely meal.

Lovely little Italian restaurant, friendly staff, easy to order. As it was my first visit I asked what the best pizza was and it did not disappoint. They are great with kids, making a smaller dish just for them and they loved it. Prices were good too. Nice fresh and simple place to go.

Must be the worst fish and chips my wife and myself have ever had the misfotune to buy, the fish was rank and the chips undercooked, we had to throw them away, I notice all the comments are about pizza, none about fish and chips. I should have gussed how bad they were when I went in and it was empty. I should have just given them my money and walked away without the food. They are dire. Cannot comment about the pizza, did not have it.

The wife and I popped in to get ourselves a takeaway pizza after a long day: the staff were very nice and easy-going and the pizza was terrific. Just what the doctor asked for!

We had a lovely dinner out with our two little ones, which can sometimes be a bit stressful! We were made to feel so welcome and the lady was so lovely with our two children, even bringing out a little plate of chips for them to calm them down. The pizza is seriously good and the atmosphere was great. Thank you for a lovely experience!

We were going to try the expensive Italian at the top of the city but it was closed. I think we were blessed, we walked down and ordered a take away from here. We travel through Italy every year, close your eyes, Italy has come to Wells. Thank you delicious meal.

Decent pizza - certainly not the 'best in the UK" as someone else said but it's good enough for the price.

Sadly the eat-in option was unavailable, however nice environment to sit in while we waited and very delicious pizza!

It’s a local pizza bar in wells. Family run, and not without the odd wrinkle here & there. But since when is that the standard for a good value, casual little restaurant? It really is pretty good and is a very decent option that doesn’t try to be anything it’s not Warm service, homemade pizza dough, surprisingly good chips hand cut from actual potatoes (not the usual reconstituted frozen mush, reformed by the likes of McCains). It’s just a good, honest local. Not going to blow your mind or your wallet. Recommended
