I had a lovely lunch today, Tom was our server, he was very nice and attentive. Food was amazing, the portions might look tiny but they are really feeling and very tasty. Would highly recommend visiting ☺️

Beautifull restaurant with excellent food. Visited few times and always was happy with experience. Staff very attendaning AMD friendly, especially Marta, who had excellent knowledge of menu and was able to give good recomendations. Food very tasty.

Second time at this zizzi the service was horrible no attention to small details , glass came with lipstick marks, then my calamari came very tough and no flavour. I have woken up this morning with food poisoning from just trying it. The manager was very dismissive. I have worked in the industry for 15 years I know what old squid is like .

The pizzas were fresh and delicious. But the dessert was too small, there was only a spoon of a cake. It was definitely not a whole brownie. They should change the portion of the brownie.

Delicious food at reasonable price. Staff are great! We are a group of 22 persons. Raunak served us with heart, he provided service at good timing!

Friday 20th December. After having such a positive experience before I am so dissapointed. The food... well starters... was still faultless... having to spend the next hour with no one to take away our plates.. (only the two of us) .... or to ask when the mains will be ready, I felt like walking out.... not they would have noticed. I paid for what we had... only to be presented with a completely different bill, which was a lot cheaper but I did correct them. If the restaurant was busy I may have excused them, but they were too busy serving uber eats etc. My advice would be, enjoy the lovely food and very nice atmosphere... but order from uber eats and have it served to your table. Apart from someone taking our order, delivering our drinks and starters, we had no contact from any staff for over 1 hour. Very, very dissapointed. When I complained and asked for the bill having waited for so long, I didn't even receive a reaction, no "let me check with the kitchen", no "let me get you another drink while you wait" There was no apology, explanation for delay or anything.

The driver parked across the road and then drove off without delivering the food and said the food was delivered. We waited over 90 mins to receive nothing

The rustica pizza wasn’t evenly cooked but still good. Shift running poor. 2 managers and cook having an uninhibited discussion on Xmas ordering. No check back no upsell nor real friendliness on paying and leaving tip. Server was Ina and needs some total restaurant awareness and hospitality training. Just when we’re deciding where to take grandkids on Xmas Eve - hmmmmm!

When we arrived was not shown to table but given instructions - then waited 15 minutes before anyone took a drinks order, this took another 10 minutes to arrive. And this was not in a busy restaurant. When we were served the waitress was sour and not at all welcoming. I have to complain about the beef calzone - this was not a calzone but some beef wrapped in pizza dough - so beef in bread. The beef was fatty and tasteless. There seemed no seasoning used at all. The gravy given was tiny compared to the dish and didn’t help. When I requested my bill the waitress acknowledged me yet then did nothing. 15 minutes later I had to ask another waiter who brought it to us. Overall it was not a very enjoyable visit which is disappointing as I have been Zizzi many times before and always enjoyed the food and service. This was sunday 15th around 6pm

Decent food but poor service. We were seated right in front of the door so it was freezing every time the door opened. There was a table the same size in a more sheltered spot & we asked to move & it was computer says no. Apparently the tables are allocated by the computer & it was far too confusing to move us. The table sat empty for the duration of our meal. The serving staff were friendly but very slow. We had to ask to order twice & they left our dirty plates for over 10 mins. The restaurant wasn’t even that busy. Wouldn’t come here again.

We ordered a drink with a straw the drink came but no straw so we had to ask again (waiting waiting) We asked for the mains and starter bread to come together It didn’t we got the bread first then waited 15mins for the main meal (we like it all together) We asked for salt - none came (waiting waiting) so we asked again (waiting waiting) This is just to give you an idea of the level of service We are regulars at Zizzi Kingston as the food is excellent but today the service was disappointing

Food was average but the service was poor as I asked the big fella for a water twice and never received it. Leaving me to eat all my meal with no drink at all.

Lovely evening with friends. Personal taste, but too many desserts with salted caramel made decision for dessert on set menu tricky!

We had a family celebration for Grandson's 30th birthday. Great celebration with good selection of Italian dishes, many classics some with a modern twist, some newer dishes. Helpful friendly staff, well cooked, beautifully presented meals. Our group ranged from 12 upto 81, all found something they liked, one couple are real 'foodies' frequenting 'starred' restaurants around London, they thoroughly enjoyed their meal. I thought the prices reasonable for what we received. Good choice set menu or go for 'a la carte' and allowed to mix menus. Good experience.

Tom was great, friendly and knowledgable. The food wasn’t piping hot and the chicken in the pasta looked like thigh meat and not breast so a little underwhelming

Waited at the door for 15 minutes (no one was behind us or ahead of us) while a staff member there kept telling us he would be with us in just a moment. Then when he got to us he told us they aren’t taking any new customers as the kitchen was backed up. If you weren’t going to seat us then why did you make us wait at the door for 15 minutes? Could’ve just told us when we walked in.
