Waited at the door for 15 minutes (no one was behind us or ahead of us) while a staff member there kept telling us he would be with us in just a moment. Then when he got to us he told us they aren’t taking any new customers as the kitchen was backed up. If you weren’t going to seat us then why did you make us wait at the door for 15 minutes? Could’ve just told us when we walked in.

Tom was great, friendly and knowledgable. The food wasn’t piping hot and the chicken in the pasta looked like thigh meat and not breast so a little underwhelming

Adam was very accommodating to my odd tastes and tweaking the menu, he even offered to pit olives as i find stones really troublesome. Great service and banter, will be back with the kids and hubby!

We enjoyed a really tasty meal today, receiving prompt, efficient and very friendly service from Greg B. Despite it being a hectic lunchtime, everyone was served promptly and the atmosphere was cheerful and relaxed! The staff were working hard to make sure all customers had everything they needed - we had theatre tickets but didn’t have to worry about the time as our drinks, food and bill arrived promptly.

Raunak was very attentive and helpful. He went out of his way to modify dishes so that my mother who is vegetarian could enjoy her experience at Zizzi.

First of all, this Zizzis is normally very good as have been going here for many years so today hopefully is a one off . However due to the sequence of events it very disappointing overall. Missing starter which eventually turned up after the others were eaten. It took too long so we had to reject it. One of the mains was incorrectly made so had to be redone . Was offered offered a free drink or dessert for the inconvenience. Dishes not cleared away by waiting staff from our table.person learning in the kitchen so we demonstrated great patience. As we could not take up the offer previously made, a reduction could have been made automatically on the bill, this was not forthcoming even when mentioned by another in the party. By then, too tired to have an ongoing debate about it as it was time to leave. I use this venue regularly so it has not put me off a return and would recommend it to others still , however a better outcome for the customer should have been proffered by default at the end due to the ongoing sequence of events on this visit, not just a single item.

Raunak done a great job at serving and another server accidentally gave us extra garlic bread and he said we could have it without being charged.

food is cold to the point it feels like its been kept in a fridge. i assume it has something to do with the delivery driver because when i came to zizzi restaurant a few weeks ago the food was perfect. this isnt worth eating when it is this cold. i am beyond disappointed

We popped in today for some food and had the best time. Our server Morgan was amazing she was very efficient and looked after not just the adults but the kids too. The food was brilliant as we always find when we visit Zizzi's but Morgan's amazing service really made it a visit to remember. We will be back soon :)

Meh, I like Zizzis normally but the pulled pork loaded fries were really soggy on arrival. My dessert was also substituted for a cheaper one without me being asked and I'd rather have just had a refund. Mini doughnuts wouldn't have been my choice and were a pretty bland. The Pollo Fritti was good at least but I don't think I'd recommend overall, pretty mediocre.

I ordered a £17 pasta and chose the gluten free version. The pasta was uncooked and hard. Overpriced. Otherwise the service was friendly and the atmosphere was quiet.

I visited the Kingston zizi today and Greg was amazing from the moment we walked in to the moment we left nothing was too much trouble. He was friendly kind attentive. He offered sublime customer service which was lovely and refreshing. The pizza was excellent the kids meal spag Bol was a generous size but didn’t offer much meat. Greg was amazing though and honestly if you visit zizi and you have him on duty you’re onto a winner.

I thought Morgan was so welcoming and friendly. I have been to quite a few Zizzi and this branch in Kingston stands out the best. Morgan was extremely informative explaining in details the various dishes that myself and my dad were going to try as we normally stick to same ones like Lasagna Morgan greeted us better than some of the more expensive restaurants we have been to. We felt very looked after and we barely waited a minute before our drinks arrive. First class service

Service was absolutely bad....the guy surviving didn't care to look at us at all. He was busy chatting with another servant. The food was also not worth the price..couldn't justify it and on top of that he didn't even bring our bill.

Tables need a really good clean, several were very sticky. I had the salmon special, much smaller piece served than what is advertised in the photo. Waiting staff very friendly and attentive.

Called into to Zizzi for a late lunch with my wife. We had not been in for a few years and i am pleased that the food is still as good as it was.. We both had pizza and they were delicious as was the Cider that we ordered. Service was prompt and the staff were friendly. The only thing that spoilt our visit was the other customers. One party with a child the shouted all the time and another that let there child run laps around the restaurant. Some parents seem to have no cosideration for others.

Good Vegan cheese pizzas. Would def have again.

Adam was a delighted server, careful about allergies and indulgent of my parents need to be entertaining.

We had a nice Sunday lunch at Zizzi in Kingston upon Thames which we have visited before. The food was tasty and the menu has ample choice. I like the Zillionaires" Club to collect points and get free perkz, which we had this time around. Unusually you do not put the tip on the bill automatically, and so we were not able to leave one as we did not realise it was not there and did not have enough cash. Neither did the staff have any to change a note for us. We are sorry about this, but next time we will know. The staff were attentive to our needs.

Really lovely service from two girls working on the floor on Sunday the 21st of July, my sister had her birthday and at the end without asking the girls came with ice cream and with a candle in it, so nice of them. Food was delicious and the cocktails too, I work in hospitality myself and I was really pleased, especially that we did arrive at the restaurant 1h before closing time.

The service was outstanding, the atmosphere was great and the food was something special! Thank you for a great night! If we didn't live so far away you would most certainly be my regular eating special! Everyone in my 10 person party highly enjoyed their meals, but I would personally recommend the Sticky Pigs pizza and the hot chocolate pudding!

Booked a table for 7 and turned up for lunch. They sent us upstairs, it was like a sauna. None of the windows were open. The restaurant was full. Unfortunately they were short staffed on the kitchen and on the floors. We waited 20 mins for drinks, 20 more mins for starters and a full hr for our pizzas. Other tables around us had to complain multiple times. It was such an unpleasant atmosphere. Credit to the staff there, they worked very hard and maintained a cheerful, enduring full wraths. I really dont want to return until Zizzi's management can provide adequate staffing.

A great restaurant. I have been there plenty of times, but no more. See, two drops of urine are enough to ruin an entire pot of delicious soup. And this is how I describe the rude staff in this lovely little restaurant.

I went to Zizzi Kingston a week ago and I regret. I've ordered chicken and prosciutto salad and it was horrible: the chicken itself tasted like it had been done a day before and just been taken out of the fridge (had this weird 'old' taste), tomatoes were overripe and avocado was not ripe enough and tasteless. I left most of the main ingredients so it was the most expensive lettuce I ever had. My daughter wanted to have carrot and cucumber sticks but she only had cucumbers - the carrots did not look tasty - they've not been even peeled properly. This was the worst Zizzi experience and I went there as I was sure in a chain like this nothing can go wrong. Check the photos. The service was ok but no one checked on us if there was everything ok with the food.

They microwaved the desert..... The pizza was fine, nothing to write home about, but they were evidently used to families and large groups turning up who didn't really care about the quality of the food and were more interested in a cheap place to gather. The waiting staff were all university students and were more interested in having a conversation with one another than working.... You get what you pay for I assume.

We have dined at Several Zizzi's restaurants and in our opinion the Kingston branch is not one of the better ones. The menu is the same as other branches. However here both of our Pizzas were a little overcooked but still edible. The tables where we were sitting were close together so no privacy and it was altogether rather cramped. The service was efficient but impersonal

Lovely venue, nice decor inside and great atmosphere. Food is delicious and has great prices. Staff are very friendly. I've tried the calzone, lasagne and prawn tagliatelle. All delicious. Also they take taste card and have good offers on the millionaires club app.

Tania is the best, she is soooo kind and always smiling. And so professional !!!

Greg and the team were very helpful and patient negotiating the intricacies of the Perkz. And the Lemon and Blackcurrant Cheesecake was out of this world!

The food wasn’t great but it was edible. What upset me most was when the bill came we were told they didn’t take cash and it didn’t say that anywhere. If my friend hadn’t have had her card with her I would not have been able to pay the bill which would have been very embarrassing.

Food is very cold. Chips are stale lasagne is cold and turning hard very dissapounted. This took longer than it needed

Good place for Italian food in the UK. It has branches in all major places in the city. Ample amout of seating in all their outlets. We tried & very much liked: Veg Lasagne, Garlic Bomb, Tiramisu, veg Pizza. The service was a bit delayed not that there was much crowd. min 20 mins after your order you get the food so be prepared with all that you want to order. Upstairs seating. Washrooms available. Alcohol served.
