Yesterday, I had breakfast at Browns, and it was amazing! Silvia and Angel were so welcoming and kind. The service was great, the river view was stunning, and the food was absolutely delicious.

We had brunch at Browns, Kingston to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday, and it was just fantastic. Silvia and Angel welcomed us warmly and provided excellent service. The food was delicious and served super quick. 100% recommended! we will definitely be back soon!

There were 4 adults and 4 children aged between 7-10. From the start Ben our waiter was very attentive and had the patience of a saint with all the children whilst they made their order. The adults starters and mains were excellent. The children’s main course portion sizes were amazing! Our only feedback would be that 3 out of the 4 children ordered the chicken skewers as a starter, all 3 refused to eat them- “they were slimey” however this was purely down to texture and aesthetics of the dish, they loved the grilled chicken main course.

Great place to have lunch with a friend. Food was delicious. Ben, our server, was friendly, polite and made us feel welcome. Our dietary requirements were noted and everything came as requested. Would definitely recommend.

What a fabulous night we had at Brown's in Kingston to celebrate my 50th! Huge thanks to the whole Browns team. Having eaten in Browns many times over the years, and always had good food and service, when it came to looking for somewhere to celebrate my special birthday I thought Browns would be a good choice...and I was right! I was looking for somewhere stylish with enough room to invite 100-150 people for drinks. Naturally, whenever you organise something like this you do so with trepidation but I can honestly say from the moment Hannah answered my first enquiry it was seamless. Hannah communicated when she said she would, answered every question I had (there were many) and was accommodating at every step of the way. What a great events co-ordinator she is. With everything in place Hannah reassured me it would be a great evening and it was. Earlier in the day, I had taken balloons and a couple of banners along so that I could decorate later when I arrived. Santos, who has served me many times, greeted me with a smile, told me not to worry and said he'd sort it. Later, when I arrived, the team had made the area look fabulous. I had opted for the main downstairs area where it is spacious and near the beautiful cocktail bar. Lots of the tables had been cleared to create more space, leaving some seating for those who chose to sit. As soon as I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Christine and introduced to Francisco and both were on hand whenever I needed them throughout the evening. Christine brought me over a glass of fizz and we chatted about the evening ahead, immediately making me relaxed. I had asked that everyone receive a welcome drink on arrival and Christine and Francisco co-ordinated that, making sure my guests were well looked after. Shout out too, to the pianist that Hannah had arranged for me, such a nice touch as my guests arrived. Throughout the whole evening, the team - Christine, Francisco, Santos, Costas, Rocio, Esmaily and Xhesi worked tirelessly and professionally to cater to my guests every need, always with a smile. We weren't rushed to leave at the end, settling up with Francisco was seamless and everyone (including me) had the best time. I wish to thank the whole team at Browns Kingston. Browns Management, I'm sure you already know but you are very lucky to have this team :) If you are looking for a place to celebrate something special with a team who work hard, seem to enjoy their jobs and won't let you down then consider holding your event at Browns, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Browns, Kingston and was so impressed I went back for my birthday meal on the following Saturday with 5 of my family which was just delicious with once again, great service. Good job, Browns Kingston :) Thank you x

ROCIO MADE OUR YEAR!!! They were incredibly kind, caring and attentive. They made sure that we were well looked after, and made our brunch unforgettable.

A lovely atmosphere and the staff are super courteous looking after all your needs. The food is delectable and also has wide range of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages to chose from . We celebrated my wife's bday here and the staff did more than we could have imagined to make our evening memorable. Thank you all for making such a beautiful day possible.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Browns Kingston. Our waiter Ben was exceptional from the moment we walked in. He was very friendly and always had a constant smile making us feel incredibly welcome and he went above and beyond to ensure our evening was perfect. Ben is a true credit to your company! Not only was the service great, but the food and drinks were also outstanding. I will certainly be recommending Browns Kingston to all my friends and family.

We went to Browns to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. We had excellent service and the waiter was aware of my grandson’s allergies and served him first. The food was served nicely and was good but bit pricey. We would definitely come here again.

I've been here many many times. But they have a *HUGE PROBLEM. WE ALWAYS RING A WEEK OR SO BEFORE TO BOOK A CERTAIN TABLE (I HAVE BACK ISSUES SO ALWAYS REQUEST ONE OF THE BANQUETTE SEATING) to this day they have NEVER RESERVE THE TABLE...

We have been coming to browns for a few years and never had a problem until today. 2 people in our party had the roast and on both plates the veg was so undercooked it was inedible. The carrots and parsnips were so hard they couldn't even been cut with a fork and knife, what we could taste was lovely but completly undercooked. Paid £42 on food that went back to the kitchen, wait staff for the first time ever seemed miserable. Maybe new managment on staff, but the entire ordeal was unpleasant. Cannot belive we spent £160 and left hungry. Pretty disappointed with Browns in Kingston.

Lovely location and a standard menu. Slow service let's it down. Have been again recently and reducing the rating again as the poor, slow service really let's this place down. The irony being there seems to be a lot of wait staff, so not sure why this is the case.

We went to Browns after my sister's wedding, for afternoon tea. The food was great and the staff were fantastic. They couldn't do enough for us. Thoroughly recommend.

Great Moet brunch at Browns yesterday! Everything was excellent and our waiter Ben was wonderful. Food was delicious - this has to be the best place in Kingston for bottomless brunch and you can chose the drink you want! Go bit more budget with Prosecco if you want.

Came for brunch and had a simple avocado on toast with scrambled eggs. It was delicious. The lady serving was very kind and patient with our little toddlers. The scenery was nice as it’s just by the river and the decor is lovely.

From start to finish, Browns in Kingston impressed us with top-notch service, led by the friendly Vlad. The food arrived swiftly, each dish bursting with freshness and flavor. We’ll definitely be back for more! Highly recommend!

A good place to eat typical and slightly less typical dishes, there is certainly something of everything and for everyone. Also for vegans. Great service!

Me and my fiance booked the table a month before as we knew our anniversary is coming and we will not be able to celebrate on Valentines day. While taking a booking a member of staff let us to choose a table. We choose table next to the window with the nice venue outside. When we arrived to the restaurant some other member of staff said that our booked table is for 4 People and we can not sit there. Instead of this they offered a table next to the bar... I tried to explain that this is our celebration but seemed like they did not care at all. We left as I No longer wanted to be there even. I will not come to the place where there is such a poor customer service. I would not recommend as after all, we had to look for other place to celebrate our special day.

Very nice food and drink. The seasonal cocktails can be hit and miss, but the core options are a decent standard. There is sometimes a pianist playing which is a lovely touch.

I did not get a reserved table, which I booked a month back I do not recommend. Poor behavior of the employee Sylwia.

Restaurant has nice ambience and received good service however, the steak was so disappointing. It was so dry even with the sauce, completely lacked flavour! Not impressed at all and was definitely not worth it. Having said that, the 3 stars are for my dessert, which was sooo good that I forgot to even take a picture. It was the homemade brownie with ice cream - I would definitely recommend that.

Aesthetically pleasing, but freezing cold. We had to keep our coats on and noticed other tables doing the same. The food was quite nice but unfortunately cold and got even colder very quickly due to the temperature in there. Felt quite over priced too. The service was very good though.

Dined in at this resturant lots of times.The waiter's (Santos) humor added a delightful touch to the evening, making the dining atmosphere lively. This is my 2nd visit to Browns restaurant, I came here with two friends for our Christmas get together, we all had the Christmas set menu - the starters arrived very promptly We all picked the prawn cocktails, very tasty with nice freshly chunky bread. The roast turkey meal was delicious, but I did have to send mine back as it was cold! That arrived fairly quickly too! The vegetables was absolutely delicious, plus all the trimmings too. For our desserts we chose salted caramel profiteroles - which didn’t come with cream, but we did ask for some. They do add a service charge on their bills, which in my Opinion is a bit of a liberty, if we wanted to leave a tip we would! All in all we did have lovely afternoon/evening. My 3rd visit to Browns, with a friend who hasn’t been before, no beef roast dinner on offer as they had run out! We ordered chicken/pork roast dinners and asked for Yorkshire pudding to be added, didn’t realise we would be charged £2.50 for them. In my opinion this should come with any roast dinner! My first visit to the upstairs part of Kingston branch and it was cold from the aircon! The food tasted great but I wouldn’t say it’s value for money. The atmosphere with the piano playing was a nice treat.
