Love love love this place! I came here for lunch with my friends and had an amazing time! The food the service was the best I’ve had in a long time! I can’t wait to visit again and bring my family! A real gem in the heart of Kingston

We discovered this hidden gem early Sunday afternoon when there were no other customers around. Strangely, I had a feeling that this restaurant must be very good, so we decided to pop in and ask about gluten-free options. They offered gluten-free pizza and pasta, so we decided to give it a try. The bottom line is that we both fell in love with their pizza! The dessert, pistachio and coconut ice cream, was a delightful surprise—I never would have imagined that coconut and pistachio could go so well together. The Irish coffee was truly divine, and the owner and his wife were lovely. They created such a friendly atmosphere. Later on, we met other customers who even invited us to their nearby home. We would definitely go back again and again—to try their pasta and other dishes next time!

Don emilio is my favourite. As always - Great food, Great ambience and Great staffs!

We stopped by this restaurant for Dinner . The staff were super friendly. Especially the lady (having curly blonde hair) 😍. And the food was soo delicious. Will come back for sure.

Visited Don Emilio for a family meal a few weeks back, great little restaurant with some fab dishes and super friendly staff. I had the Carbonara and was delicious - wouldn’t hesitate to come back or recommend!

Every time we are going in London we are spending over £160 for a dinner for 2 people, and because we have travelled in Italy last summer and loved the food we have made a surprising discovery in there that sometimes we apply it in other countries as well: You don't always need to go to a fancy 5* restaurant and pay a quarter of your wage for a tasty dinner. In Italy the smallest taverns, family restaurants/ boutiques have the most delicious foods at the lowest prices. This restaurant was something like that. We ordered 2 starters: prawns in tomato & garlic sauce & fried calamari, and for mains my boyfriend had chips with 'pollo a la crema' and I had steak with salad & fries. For drinks I had a San Francisco mocktail, a sparkling water & my boyfriend had 2 peroni's. All was about £75 which was pretty amazing price in that location. Plus, the food was tasty & filled ourselves enough. We will come back again when in area !

The best pizza and burgers out there

I was pleas a surprised by the quality of the ingredients, the preparation of the food and above all the authentic taste of the Italian cuisine. We were also served by a very friendly waitress. Should have asked her name. I highly recommend this place if you are in South west London.

Great customer service from beginning to end. Good prices but portions could be bigger. Lasagne was quite outstanding. The atmosphere and the theme of the restaurant was quite unique. Would come again as a family if we pass by again.

The food was absolutely fabulous. I loved it and I'm a fussy eater. The milkshakes are huge and have lots of cream on top. They catered to everybody's taste. I would recommend it to all families.

Food was shocking, we had spaghetti carbonara which hard and a spicy Don pizza which consisted of mince meat sprinkled on top and fake pepperoni.

🥇We are so lucky to have this amazing restaurant just around the corner. The service is second to none and the food is always delicious. You won't find a friendlier or more professional team to look after you. They are always smiling and nothing is too much trouble! Cocktails are great, there's loads of menu choice and everything is yummy. Top tip - if you see spaghetti alla nonna on the specials menu when you visit, then I highly recommend it 🍝

We had a little party for my daughters 40th birthday the owners closed restaurant for us. We were able to play our own music. The food was lovely, pizzas were amazing. Thank you to Athena and all the staff for your hard work. See you very soon.

.. if i had a big rope and could literally 'pull' don Emilio to the West End or the swankiest place in London it would practicaly wipe the floor with the greatest Michelin-star restaurants! the food is incredibly tasty, cooked with such passion that the friendly grin of the chef of his pride in creation is there to see The friendliness, the family atmosphere, the hand-picked wines is a delight to the senses

This is a great family run little restaurant and nothing is too much trouble. The atmosphere is so good, the food is excellent and everything and everywhere is clean and well looked after. I honestly cannot understand why this little oasis isn’t totally full every evening. They struggled after covid but really Kingston Vale and Kingston Hill support a local business.

Don Emilios pulled out all the stops to give our big family group a Christmas get together to remember. Lovely food, especially the creamy mushroom chicken, and great service. Thank you so much.

We spent a lovely evening after a long walk on the common. They played Italian songs from the 60”s. We had martinis, mezze, then ceasar salad ( they split it and did it without chicken ) with pasta Arabiata and lasagna with a nice Pinot noir. The owner was very nice and helped us with ordering an Uber - thank you !!!

This is the first time we have visited our local Italian restaurant since lockdown and it did not disappoint. Great atmosphere and good cleanliness. We all had different dishes which we enjoyed and they even made us a dish that was not on the menu. Very good value with great service. Staff were attentive, polite and professional. Lovely relaxing evening out. Looking forward to visiting again soon. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars from us.

I really enjoyed my time here, only a 2 minute walk to Richmond Park with good food and nice staff. I had a pepperoni pizza which was excellent, thin, crispy and a charred crust. My friend had a burger which he said he was one of the best burgers he’s had. Would recommend

This used to be my restaurant before COVID and lockdowns happened. I was looking forward to visiting it again with friends when the lockdown is lifted, however we were bitterly disappointed - the menu had been completely changed and food quality has become unacceptably bad, for reasons we do not understand. It's incredibly sad and I will never visit again. RIP

Avoid. My entire family got food poisoning after visiting. Hygiene obviously is not their priority. Hope the council intervenes before things turn into a disaster.

Avoid, avoid, avoid! My pizza came with lettuce instead of rocket and was missing two additional toppings from the order. Lettuce?! I mean ... where is Gordon Ramsay when you need him. Never again will we order from this place again and advise you to do the same.

Table for 5. An average meal nothing wow. The Linguine Al Frutti di Mare, Carbonara and Pizza was good, the lamb chops hard to chew and burnt, broccoli was cold and mashy. Sorry won’t be visiting again.

Is suitable for vegetarians, they have a big choice of nice foods. And always in time.

Not a bad meal, but nothing special. The bruschetta was rather large and filling for a starter - I'd have preferred it on grilled bread than a pizza base. Similarly the Chicken was a little overdone - ok, but nothing to write home about.

The restaurant and service is normally good and pleasant. However this evening we went there for New Year’s Eve and it was the worst evening I can remember . Totally miserable waitress , rude and unhelpful . There were only two tables occupied and she was behaving like it was a full restaurant. No idea how to serve wine , tried to charge us extra for wine we didn’t drink . Totally ignorant and couldn’t care less . It was also freezing 🥶, what a New Year’s Eve. NEVER AGAIN !!

The drinks took ages to arrive, half of the starters was forgotten, the main dish arrive semi-cold Granted, they had only one waiter and it was not his fault. However, his comment “you are not alone” is not acceptable

The worse meal I think I’ve ever had!! I went here to celebrate my girlfriends promotion on a Monday night. The service was slow and inattentive. I ordered a fillet steak with Fat chips and green peppercorn sauce. I got over cooked flat iron steak which tasted like it was cooked from frozen, no sauce, french fries cooked in a dirty oil, and a side of broccoli which was again from frozen and mushy! £70 and I wish I got microwave meals from Sainsbury’s it would of been better value and better tasting!!

Visited this place 4 times during 1 week in London - that's how great it is. Interior is amazing, much nicer than some expensive alternatives. Great music and food. If you are nearby or even if you are not, do visit this restaurant.

Pizza was low quality. Pizzas also looked like they had been dropped by the delivery man.

The chocolate cake was a very pleasant surprise - very similar to a pastiera but with chocolate on top.
