Lovely food, staff, great all round!

Damien took great care of us today! I’m gluten free and I can always eat with confidence at Bella Italia. I was especially impressed by my choice of desserts! Brownies are lovely and all, but getting to choose from more than half the menu? Amazing!

SUJOY!! Excellent food, wonderful atmosphere, all made better by our wonderful waiter Sujoy. He was so caring and considerate of our dietary needs and made us feel so well looked after. We’ll certainly be back!

Sujoy was our server, he was very kind & quick to serve us! We received our meals quickly too! Everything was so delicious & the food smelled so good! We had Bruschetta, Spicy Sausage Pasta, Carbonara, & the Cookie Dough dessert. 10/10 Very nice restaurant :)

Welcoming chain restaurant. Out and about in London on a really sunny and very busy weekend. Managed to find a table at short notice and wasn’t expecting much, but pleasantly surprised. I’m a pain in the bum vegan, but loved the vegan meatballs and pasta. There was a pleasant atmosphere and quick and friendly service.

Our Server Tereza is a treasure! She really made our day, no honestly she made our whole trip 💕. We will come back to London just for Tereza and visit Bella Italia. We love you, queen. 👑

Not only was the food absolutely incredible, my highlight of this place was our wonderful server Tereza. She was truly the greatest person I've met in London so far—and I literally met David Tennant not even 24 hours ago. Not only was she incredible at her job, but also a wonderful person to be around. I will definitely be back, not only for the food, but especially to see Tereza again! Highly recommend giving this place a visit.

I had the mushroom risotto with extra pulled chicken. The seving amount is generous. I also had gelato ice cream for desert. Special shoutoutto my server was Zuzana who was friendly, polite and always available

A lovely attentive service without being overbearing, food was provided efficiently and was wonderful.

Went in for a little friend gathering, and the experience was great. The staff were great, it was as if our server could read our minds and came over whenever we had finished our drinks to ask if we wanted to order more (which we did). Overall we had a lovely time and left feeling content.

El servicio era bastante razonable Personal agradable Pedido 6 comidas La lasaña era patética porque el dinero tenía mejor en las cucharas Comidas para niños buena relación calidad-precio Costillas buenas Otras tres comidas fueron 1 . Sobre cocido y lasaña quemada borde redondo 2 . Plato de champiñones y pollo mucho a salado y partes frías 3 . Pollo en pan migajas un trato triste y duro de nuevo sobre cocinado 4 . Postres tiramisú. Fue patético y muy seco cuanto peor he tenido 4 . ¡Una propina grande añadida por el personal para el cargo de servicio! Y lo peor de todo es que los baños y el polvo alrededor del restaurante estaban mal y el secador de manos no funcionaba, así que no hay manera de secarse las manos! Muy decepcionado por la suma de dinero que gastamos

We wanted tiramisu and brownie but it was very bad.. Their teas are usually shaken throughout the UK, so I don't comment on the tea 😊 We bought chicken, but that was okay too.. We specifically asked for cold water, but they brought it from outside. We asked for another closed bottle, but it was brought to us hot again with tap water inside. The waiters were sullen and uninterested.. I would never recommend this place either, it was a complete waste of time and unnecessary money 😊

Gezellig restaurant. Eenvoudige, maar lekkere maaltijd. Vooral serveerster Teresa maakte ons etentje tot een heel leuke beleving. Zeer vrolijk, aangenaam in de omgang, met een grapje erbij, … een harde werkster die het lievelingetje van het restaurant in haar eentje deed stijgen.

We came on a family day out with our four children, one of whom has allergies, and they were brilliant. Tereza, was friendly and interacting with the children as well as us, so they felt included. She took extra care to ensure that our son’s allergies were catered to. She recommended a dish which my husband chose and it was delicious!
