We came on a family day out with our four children, one of whom has allergies, and they were brilliant. Tereza, was friendly and interacting with the children as well as us, so they felt included. She took extra care to ensure that our son’s allergies were catered to. She recommended a dish which my husband chose and it was delicious!

We went here for dinner and couldn’t fault the place at all. Between us we got a pepperoni pizza with garlic crust, mozzarella sticks and fries with barbecue sauce, the food was absolutely lovely. As for the service, it was fantastic, with all staff members we came across being very very friendly. Would definitely recommend this place.

The food was horrible for the price. The simple neopolitan pizza had a decent thin crust but there was very little sauce and cheese to the point where you almost couldnt taste it, and there were 3 sad measly pieces of basil thrown on top. Their chicken cacciatore was plain and boring, the sauce tasted like grocery store sauce, almost as if the pancetta and red onions were hardly actually cooked into the sauce. Overall very plain and boring food. We thought it would be a decent casual quick meal, without expecting it to be anything fancy, but it was worse than expected.

I've only once been in Bella Italia and considered it to be 'OK'. However my unanticipated visit to Bella Italia St.Martins Lane altered our opinion. Although Bella is a chain St.Martins Lane did present an impression of intimate Italian and we found the food on offer to be both exceptional regards taste, quality and cost. I must also add that the staff were exceptionally attentive and informative from first walking in the Blonde lady on the door seated us within a minute and Sujoy was in our, eat out often, opinion and exceptional and worthy of note server. Efficient, politite, informative and cheery is hard to find amongst hospitality staff these days, therefore it should be noted. Well done Sujoy and St.Martins Lane...you have won me over for future, and frequent, visits when that part of London.

Sujoy was our server and he was so lovely, great energy about him. Made sure to check up on us to make sure our food was okay but wasn’t pushy or rushing us. The restaurant wasn’t too busy so the atmosphere was great!

Came here with my mum and baby for a quick meal at lunchtime. Food was very enjoyable (I had the spicy sausage pasta which had an unexpected and pleasant kick to it) but what made me want to leave a review was the service. Unfortunately I didn't catch the guy's name but from the moment he walked in the door he was absolutely spot on - friendly, helpful with the pram, quick to serve and just brilliant in every way. Really elevated what would otherwise be a perfectly pleasant experience. Well done!

SUJOY was an amazing host, we were taken care of, food was amazing. One of my favourite places I keep coming back to.

Booked online for our tea before we went across the road to the theatre, glad we did as the place was heaving with queues outside for walk-ins, we were seated and served drinks quickly and ordered 2 starters which again were pretty quick to come and very flavoursome too. Our mains were nice too and again plenty of flavour in them, the staff were great, very busy but still attentive to their diners. The only downside that stops this being 5 stars is how crowded the place was, yes it was a busy Saturday evening but the tables were so close together it made moving around and going to the toilet etc quite a challenge, people having to literally stand up to let their next table get out. Obviously i realise it probably won't always be that busy and the restaurant needs to maximise their footfall etc but i ust thought it was a little bit cramped to fully enjoy the experience. We will use it again though if were watching a show that way.
