Food poor to average, customer service poor will not be returning plenty of alternatives nearby. Should advise that no cash is taken now when making reservation

Prezzo has decided it doesn’t need womens toilets anymore so all toilets are available to men. Which means all toilets are filthy. Women who would like to stand up to protect their safe spaces should avoid here.

Some colleagues and I visited this branch for a meal before our work Christmas party. There were 9 of us in total and the staff were friendly and attentive from the moment we arrived. The restaurant was clean and our food was brought to the table piping hot and at the same time, which ensured we could all eat together. The menu catered to one of our party who was gluten free and our other small requests were never too much trouble. Particular thanks to Kamila and Ismail. We’ll definitely be visiting Prezzo Chingford again!

Have spent an evening there with friends, birthday celebration. Despite been understaffed service was at the top! Lovely girl with curly hair was super friendly and attentive. They allowed us to stay a little longer after closure, which was a massive bonus and highly appreciated! Overall had a fabulous experience and would definitely recommend for a good evening out. Also got to meet branch manager, who took time to greet us and made sure that our stay was flawless. 5 starts!

Waiters weren’t vigilant at all. We had to wait 15 minutes after sitting down for someone to come and take our order, keeping in mind the restaurant wasn’t even that busy! In addition to this, we waited a further 30 minutes for our food. Only after complaining to a member of staff (who seemed inconvenienced) it finally arrived! Overall staff need to more attentive to customers, and care about their experience enough to at least ask if they were happy with the service!

We had the best meal, nothing to much trouble for all the team, food was the best I had at any prezzo I’ve visited, fresh food great hospitality A*+++++++++ Thank you we will definitely return.

Hi, I really like to sit in this restaurant and eat but I am frustrated again by the Takeaway service. Firstly I ordered and was told it would be ready in 5 minutes. I went to collect and specifically told them we like the pizzas to be "well done" and again, the pizzas are under-cooked and go-ey. I really hope that someone takes notice of this review as the food is good quality, and the venue is amazing - they just need to "get it right".

Absolutely great service. The staff are so friendly and made us have an unforgettable night! They made sure our friend ‘the hen’ had a lovely night and kept her smiling. The food was out of this world and the cocktails are delicious.. will defiantly be returning again. If you want a beautiful meal with great service this is the place to go! Thank you Prezzos x

The only time we have had to self isolate after eating out was when we ate here in December 2020. I didn't know if it was from staff or customer infection, but I was concerned at the time that staff were not wearing face coverings. I visited again today for the first time since December and it was still obvious that most staff members are not observing the rule to wear a mask! I hate to detract from the good food and service, but it is really not acceptable for staff to go against government guidance and think it's ok not to wear a mask, when customers are doing the right thing

Out of the Prezzos I have visited the staff here are the best. The waiter on 27 May provided perfect service. The food is average. The tables are spaced apart very well, staff wear face masks. I would highly recommend Chingford Prezzo.

Visited on the 1st day of opening after lockdown which also happened to be my birthday. Fantastic service. Staff were superb. Good choices. Tables were far apart.

Went for dinner with my partner on a Tuesday night. The atmosphere was nice, food and drinks came extremely quick even though the restaurant was packed. The staff were amazing, especially Milot, who was taking care of us all night, making sure we had everything we needed and Ismet (the manager). Would highly recommend!!! Thank you guys for a lovely night, we will be back soon! 😁

Food was possibly good but arrived cold. How disappointing! 4 meals cold would not recommend getting a take away. We live less than 5 minutes from the restaurant.

Booked a table for 4 at 6.15 using to 50% discount. We arrived early and they were able to accommodate us.Very clean, paper menus and cutlery given to us. Good spacing between tables. Cut down menu, but not a problem as we all ate and still good choices.Bit of a wait between starter and main course but not a real issue.Staff were helpful and friendly.

First time out sonce lockdown ended. Food was tasty and prompt. And the service was excellent. Kamila and Sarah were very professional and friendly. Will definitely return

Went for dinner this evening at Prezzo Chingford. Order a margarita with chicken and mushroom. It came so dry! Hardly any tomato sauce on the base, huge crusts, dry overcooked chicken and very little cheese. A real disappointment. Will be avoiding this place from now on!

My husband and I regularly come to Prezzo Chingford. I cannot recommend it highly enough. The food is consistently good value and the staff could not be more welcoming and accommodating. Can I please say an extra thank you to Sarah our waitress who could have done more to help us..very attentive. Many thanks we will be back soon

My wife and i come here every week for our date night and cannot fault it. The atmosphere, service and value for money are always exceptional. The staff, especially Sarah, could not be more attentive and accommodating. As someone who owns a bar/restaurant in a different part of the country I tend to be critical of little things. Can’t find them here.

Good atmosphere as the place was full on a Saturday night. Been midweek before and the room can be soulless. Food is ok and what you would expect for a chain. Service ok. I have to ask - what is Italian Hummus?!

Never had a bad meal here, the service can be a bit sketchy so much so there have been times I've actually forgotten what I wanted to order or did in fact order. When that happens, I go with the penne aubergine. I would like to try other things so keep coming back

I have never been so disappointed with prezzo’s.The waitress took our drink order right away and said they would take a long time to arrive as there was just one person doing the bar. She said that there were tables down the front with their food and no drinks yet. She disappeared for ages and eventually came back, she said she was waiting to take our order as she didn’t want the food to come before the drinks, this already delayed the meal. She came back 15 minutes later and told us we couldn’t have the drinks we ordered. We got drinks eventually and then our starters, she didn’t clear our plates for at least 20 minutes after we finished them.We waited an additional 20 minutes before she appeared again and we were able to ask how long the mains would be. To which she wouldn’t give a straight answer and kept trying to make excuses, she eventually said she would check with the kitchen and returned to say they had started making them even though she had already told us they had started making them when she cleared our plates. We asked her how long they would be and again she wouldn’t give a straight answer, she was clearly lying as she kept contradicting herself. By this time we had been there for an hour and 15 minutes and told her we would like to pay for what we’d had and leave. She wasn’t happy with this and insisted on getting the manager. We spoke to the manager who then apologised and waived the bill as he understood how long we had been waiting, and another waiter also apologised to us. Our waitress never apologised at all.I think some retraining may be required.

We were only on our way out to London, not intending to stop for a large meal but as soon as we were greeted by Ismet and Kamila that all changed! They welcomed us warmly and were attentive but not overbearing. The food was delicious, the restaurant immaculate and the staff were perfect. Special thanks to Ismet!

As a group of friends we come hear regularly to catch up and enjoy a good value meal. We always receive excellent service from all the friendly staff. Our waiter tonight was Aidas and he went the extra mile to make sure we had a wonderful evening. Thank you Aidas and all the team.See you again soon.

If nothing else, Prezzo certainly provides enough space to its guests. The place is majestic from the outside and from the inside.

We will be back for sure, we had a romantic dinner outside, and we had the perfect service from Kamila, very professional and very kind, the food was great and of course the Peroni, the best italian beer. 5*****

Visited this Branch of Prezzo with a friend and I can honestly say the service was terrible, rude staff and nothing welcoming or friendly about them and equally the pizza was just as bad - with out any taste. Avoid this place until management get their act together and improve on both fronts - service and the food quality.

We visted this restaurant on Monday evening. Really good service and helpful staff. This time I had the best burger ever!! And my girlfriend cesar salad with chicken. Thank you for nice evening. We will be back and recommend this place.

We had a really great time when we went here on a Saturday evening. The food was delicious and there were very generous portion sizes. We really liked the decor and it had a spacious but intimate feel. The staff were very attentive and friendly, especially Camila - thank you!

Food was good, but service lacking. 3 members of management on shift but was as if they completely forgot about their outside seating area. Had to ask to order and other tables outside waiting for service also. As a previous Prezzo employee this isn’t what’s expected, especially with this amount of management... Definitely better branches out there.

In Chingford there are variety of pizza places but this has to be the best one. We absolutely love their pizza (Margarita Royale). We loved coming here as a couple and now also with our baby. Great food and lovely staff. Also a great manager!

Booked a table for lunch, my sisters Birthday. The waiter and waitress on shift 23-08-19. Were absolutley fantastic and treated us soooo well; thought it was my birthday also lol. It was a happy birthday for me last night. From start to finish.

We went to Prezzo's and we were greeted immediately by a young lady who found us a table immediately. The service from start to finish was exceptional. We felt we were at a Michelin restaurant. The food was great, the atmosphere was lovely. We never had to wait for anything. All the staff worked so well together from bar to food. The Manager was also great and we could see he was proud of his team. We will definitely be going there again.

I have never felt so welcomed into a restaurant before and at prezzo I really felt like I was a regular customer when in actuality it was a first time there. I ordered starters and mains and the food came very promptly and was absolutely delicious. My waitress was a great young girl in her teens but I didn’t manage to catch her name. She was very lovely and attended to all our needs. Will definitely come again and will let all my other friends know!

We have always had a good experience when visiting Prezzo at Chingford and our most recent visit on 4th August did not disappoint.

I am not a fan of chain type restaurants, but chose Prezzo's because it was about the only restaurant in the Chingford area that offered a decent gluten free choice, our teenage grandson, who is staying with us & has coeliac. Usually we have to go through a lot of hassle, which embarrasses him, to get a meal that he is able to eat, even when it says on the menu that gluten free meals are available & to ask the waiting staff. Not so at Prezzo's all I had to do was ask for their gluten free menu & he had a huge choice. My husband & I were also spoilt for choice on the normal menu, but I eventually opted for the crab & lobster ravioli in a fantastic creamy sauce, all of our meals were delicious. The service was efficient & friendly, the restaurant & toilets were immaculate & we will definitely be going there again even after our grandson has gone home.

Another wonderful time at Prezzo North Chingford. Always excellent food and especially good service tonight from our waitress Serena. We always have fun and thoroughly recommend 👍

Myself and my son came to Chingford to visit friends and we had been recommended to come here..: i am so glad we did. From the minute we walked in we were made to feel so welcome and treated like the staff really cared about making sure we had a great time. We had a great evening at this restaurant. The service was friendly and we were made to feel very welcome. We were seated in a quiet corner, but were still able to soak up the ambience. The food was good, although the chocolate tart was a little disappointing. Overall it was a positive experience and we would definitely return.

In short I ordered online on the Friday night. Deliveroo is the company that delivers for Prezzo. The food turned up and it was stone cold. Spoke to the chingford restaurant where the food came and spoke to the General Manager. He could have quite easily fob me off to some procedure which include contacting Deliveroo. Instead he personally took charge of my complaint and made amends. I’ve never had a problem with the food before but this weekend I saw excellent customer service

Had dinner tonight with friends, had a great service, very attentive waiters and fab food, we came here about six months ago and the service wasn't too great but it seems under new management now so very much improved, definitely give it a try!

I went prezzo chingford station on 12/7/19 , it was an amazing evening all staff polite and welcoming and friendly , answered all my quieries and had good knowledge about the food the food was delicious , clean place with a good atmosphere , did not want to leave all the stand were fantastic but the 3 that stood out were serena , milot and ismet I had an amazing time and I will defiantly be visiting again , would recommended this place for a lovely lunch dinner

The staff were extremely amazing the service was brilliant the food was very very delicious and the best service I've ever seen all the staff looked after us which was very kind and caring but the most exiting part was the deserts we had ordered a mini cheesecake with raspberry's the way it came was absolutely fascinating the bar tender Gionit made the best cappuccino I've ever drank.

Visited with friends. We use this restaurant often. It was busy at the front but only a few tables occupied at the back. Service was slow all through our visit. Had to chase up drinks order. Main dishes served but then waited for chips to arrive. Risotto was over cooked as was the salmon. Disappointing on this occasion.

The managers were very welcoming and friendly. The waiter named Gionit was very amazing and the most kindest waiter I’ve ever met and very friendly. I would recommend this restaurant for anyone that wants very good service and a calming and romantic atmosphere.

I came to this prezzo branch in Chingford and honestly I was amused. The layout of the restaurant was something special, my friend and I felt really welcome when seated by the manager. We had an amazing lunch and will definitely recommend others to visit

I want to say what amazing service we received this evening. Both manager and all the staff catered to everything we needed, were responsive when we needed anything and to be honest could not have been more helpful. Please can I give particular praise to Ismet and Milot who went the extra mile. We are regulars here and could not speak more highly. Thanks everyone at Prezzo.

I find the restaurant to be a bit noisy, I guess because of the high ceilings. The last time we visited the young waitress had no personality and a couple of the orders were messed up.

I visited this restaurant with family and found the food delicious. The staff were so friendly and a special thanks to Gionit who made sure we had everything we needed. The restaurant looks beautiful too, such a lovely a spot. I would definitely visit again if I'm in the area.

Excellent dishes. Cannot recommend highly enough the salmon. Kids were looked after by Gionid who was attentive and caring. We'll definitely will come.

The evening started well and service ok. I ordered the Penne Arrabiata but asked for the Pea Fusilli as a healthy option. I’ve not had this before but assumed it would be green as it’s made with Peas. My food turned up and it looked like normal Fusilli to me but I asked the Waiter is this the Pea Fusilli and he said yes. After eating some of it I decided to google Pea Fusilli & it is indeed green. When I asked for this to be changed the waiter wasn’t sure what I wanted even though it’s on the menu!! I eventually get what I ordered but my friends have now finished their meal so I sit eating alone with over cooked pea pasta & extremely slow Service

I visited Prezzo in Chingford twice this month as it is good quality food at good value. Also it is a very relaxing atmosphere and lovely building. Staff are friendly and efficient.

pre booked table for 6-30pm arrived to be told sit over there when a table is ready we call you,then went to bar to be told serve you in a minute very busy. Never has that happened before.

Visited for a meal with friends. Drinks order first left two pints of beer off and waited 40 minutes for them. Chased them up and asked if we wanted small pints or large pints (???). Ten minutes after first pints arrived they came again but were going to be needed. Service was slow and patchy. They seemed to be trying hard but clearly lacked training and experience. At the end we’re told we couldn’t use some tokens we had. Thoroughly unimpressed. Food was okay thankfully but wouldn’t rush back in a hurry. Have eaten there quite a few times and this was not a good visit

We go to Prezzo also in Buckhurst Hill and Woodford Green. Once a month I have to go to Chingford for an evening seminar. Prezzo seem to change their menu regularly whilst removing the better meals and increasing the cost of a glass of wine. Last night we went to this one again. It was early and fairly empty. We only got served because we waved to get attention. My pizza Fiorentina was probably the worst I have ever had. Wilted spinach and a way over cooked egg. They took about 10 minutes to take our plates away. Hate to think what would happen if they were busy. One to give a miss.

Over all service was very nice , as for the staff a young boy that was working was being shouted at by who seemed to be the manager infront of customers he then was outside crying and I went outside and asked him if he was ok and he explained to me everything that happened and I think that the manger needs a serious talking too because she’s rude. It’s such a shame because the boy served us the whole night and seemed very good at his job I was shocked and a bit outraged.

On Valentine’s Night me and my wife been there we ordered starter Calamari and Fried King prawns was very delicious and main course we had Spaghettis with king prawns and Penne with king prawns was fabulous we cleaned the plates, Also we had a bottle of Italian sparkling wine Prosecco was very nice, The end We found cheap and cheerful. Service wasn't really good, branch would really need to employ more staff to cater for busy nights. Food is great though. Overall price is good.

Came in the other day and a lovely young gentleman, Bentlie took all our orders he was amazing, the food here is outstanding I would recommend to anyone do not hesitate!

Food was good, but the service was poor. Staff were friendly, smiley and polite but we were made to wait for VERY long periods of time and felt invisible. Nobody checked on our meal; they forgot to bring out a side we ordered and told them not to bother after someone finally bothered to notice us; gave a dessert menu and came back 20 minutes later when the place was mostly empty. We weren't in a rush but the long periods of waiting made it increasingly frustrating as the night went on.

Popped in here to have a quick dinner with my boyfriend . We received a very warm welcome by manager, Nika. The menu include lots of options for every kind of taste, and what I liked about this restaurant that they have so many options even gluten free, or healthy choices. So for someone this restaurant would be perfect. The food was delicious, we didn’t order any starter but I definitely recommend salmon with saffron sauce with lots of green vegetables. My boyfriend had massive spicy chicken calzone with portion of salad. The staff are wonderful and is such a nice atmosphere inside the restaurant. Definitely you should try!

Me and my friend went there for the first time, we originally went there just for a few cocktails but decided to get some food. I have to say the food was very nice! I had the prawn and pesto dish that was recommended by our waitress Holly and my friend had the spicy calzone and it was amazing as well as the cocktails! Haven't been to a prezzo for a while so was really looking forward to our meal but was instantly stunned by the lack of choice on the menu. When we mentioned it we were told "it's Italian, it's all pasta or pizza". We are sure there used to be a much greater choice. Food was ok once it arrived but nothing to get excited about. Service good. Could have done without the could draft every few minutes due to a delivery van bringing stuff through the restaurant which was a bit annoying. Would think twice about returning to any of this chains restaurants, think it would need a more comprehensive menu.
