Went on mothers day with family with two kids to enjoy the day but email the company 3 times no reply very poor customer service they do not seem to care

Dont get food delivered from here they gave the driver about 20% of my £85 order and when i called they told me they forgot to give the driver the rest of the order and if i wanted the rest of my food i had to go get it So had to drive from Gillingham to Hempstead to get my food i had already paid delivery for bad management here if they cant manage their staff in such simple tasks

Great food, nice staff, family friendly restaurant. We really enjoy their breakfasts, especially the beef brisket hash. The coffee is really nice. The staff are always friendly. I was a little gutted I couldn't try their crunchie super shake but there's always next time.

James and Charlotte were fantastic and very helpful with my challenging little eaters. Thank you for your kindness and wonderful hosting.

First choice on the night was Nandos but decided on Frankie's next door,we weren't disappointed,the food was lovely,our server Charlotte was very friendly and welcoming,this was my first visit and will be going again

James the server was extremely attentive and very personable. I had carbonate which was very tasty.

The waiter Miles we had was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!! There was 22 of us he ensured that we all had drinks, the starters were all hot and the mains were hot as well. I have a tomato allergy, and they ensured I was catered for. I thought it was going to be a mess with a group 22 for my grandsons birthday, but it was a FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE. WELL DONE TO THE WAITER AND THE KITCHEN STAFF at F&B YOU KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK. THANKS SO MUCH!!!!!

Everything was just ok, nothing special

James our waiter could not have done enough for me and my wife. It is the only day we get to see each other and he made it fantastic. We can't fault the service or food at all. We will be returning very soon.

Came for breakfast on Christmas Eve. Our first initial waiter Miles was great. However, he finished and another waitress took over and gave us the bill without us asking. Totally rude and we wanted to have a rest before further drinks. I had stated that I did not ask for a bill and she was miserable afterwards. She is certainly not in the right job. You do not assume people want the bill, just rude and the restaurant was not busy. Higher scores for food and waiter Miles, but she needs to learn not to just hand out the bill when you have not asked.

Absolutely fantastic service, prompt and attentive. The food was lovely, credit to the kitchen staff and our waiter this evening 'Miles' was super efficient. 👌 5* Been back again a few times since the first review, we were back again this evening Dec '23, and once again can't fault the establishment 10 out 10 for the meal and service.

Food was ok, there was a wide choice of food. I found it a little too cold inside the restaurant.

Haven't been to Frankie & Bennys for a long time but they have shortened there menu and you can tell this has been the best decision. We visited Hempstead Valley. I had carbonara and it was lovely, also had a cheeky lemon meringue for desert. We wasn't rushed with ordering and everything was perfect!

Good food, nice and hot with it arriving soon after making the order. Tentative staff. Shame all meals didn't come together but majority of them did. Clean and tidy a little pricey for what it is, but suppose everywhere is like that now. Lots of available parking and good selection of food on the menu.

My plate had a very fine hair on it (possibly from a tea towel) - best not to wonder! Food could have been warmer! Despite all that, it was surprisingly tasty!

We had a craving for steak and so opted to come here. We were glad we did as the steak was extremely tasty. The restaurant was empty as we visited late afternoon so it was lovely and quiet (great if you enjoy eating your meal in peace). The waiter was polite, helpful and friendly. The restaurant was clean and cosy. We will definitely go back again.

We took our son and 9 of us in total for his birthday. The food came out perfectly hot and altogether, the staff were very attentive especially Teresa who was a restaurant host for the whole time we were there. Sorted everything we needed and very helpful when we wanted to sort our sons birthday cake xx

We arrived without booking but we're seated straight away and ordered a meal for the family the guys arrived quickly and was lovely the only downside was they had run out of most of the children's desserts but this was ok

This is the best Frankie’s and Bennies I have visited. The food here has been great and up to a high standard every single visit. At one point me and my boyfriend came here almost every weekend and we have never been disappointed.

It's a great place to go. Just think the portions v price don't match

Went with my dad who had m/rare sirloin cooked perfectly. I had a double burger with bacon also cooked perfectly. Waitresses were on the ball. All in all a lovely meal.

Came for lunchtime, ordered 2 course meal , and ordered extra starters with drinks. Starters were warm and good. All was well until the main course meal arrived and all three came bone cold. The waiter was apologetic and discounted us 1 burger's price. He was very welcoming. However I am displeased with my meal.

The food did take a lot longer than hoped to be served and we were waiting close to 45 mins for fairly straightforward meals. We did have to remind the waitress that the brownie was missing the ice cream and were not given any plates until about 10 minutes of asking, but all things considered, an enjoyable family meal with a good Sunday offer of 2-4-1 on main meals. The prices without this offer are quite unreasonable, e.g. >£10 for a salad, which was primarily rocket served on a base of hummus with salad dressing - the price not justified. Similarly, the kids meal portions are quite small for the price, something that should look to be addressed. Overall, thank you for a good lunch and hopefully the constructive criticism can be worked on.

Aidan very good waiter great service

Place was vibrant and energetic. We were served by a sweet and lovely lady, who took the time to explain certain combinations of items. Place was busy. Expect to be served atleast 25 minutes after ordering since place is very busy. Good and ample parking spaces. Pleasant place.

This evening I brought my family to the Frankie & Benny’s at Hempstead Valley and we had such a brilliant experience I felt I needed to do, what doesn’t get done often enough as people are quick to complain but not as quick to praise, and leave positive feedback. It is my daughters 13th Birthday and from the moment we walked in nothing was any trouble, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the food was REALLY good and it wasn’t any problem at all that I wanted to decorate her table and sit separately so she had this experience with her friends. The manager, who was dressed in the cutest sunflower dungarees, was so friendly and welcoming, she couldn’t have been more accommodating. And our fantastic waitress who was so polite and helpful, absolutely nothing was a problem for her to help us with. From my husband needing an Amazon box for his feet, to my daughters bday cake being lit and brought out, to extra ice cream for my three year old. Honestly, I couldn’t praise the staff and service higher, if we could have afforded an even bigger tip, we would have left it, they made her birthday extra special just by being good at their jobs and caring about our experience. I am grateful and we 100% will be coming back and sharing our experience. Thank you. Kelly Kay

Ordered two Classic Caesar Baby gem lettuce, croutons, grated Italian cheese & Caesar dressing Add: Sliced 8oz* sirloin steak = shame that it came incomplete without the grated Italian cheese. Just pointing this out as I only notified a member of staff after we has eaten as my daughter gets very unset if I say anything in front of her. The member of staff just said ' I will tell the kitchen staff'. I will make sure I remind them if I order this again.

I ordered food to be delivered for my son’s birthday from Frankie and Benny’s. It went well past the delivery time. A man turned up very late and told me it wasn’t his fault there had been a mix up. I took my order and opened it , everything was stone cold and inedible. I asked for a refund because of this and received an email saying could have 15% of another order, even though the previous was cold. Unless you are going into the restaurant do not waste your money on Just Eat.

Worst gluten free pizza ever. Sent it back as like cardboard. Apparently they come in frozen and then cooked. Never again. Also charged on bill for latte which I had my had. They did take it off.

We've been going to this restaurant for years ,and the service has always been great. Today we were left waiting for someone to come and take our order for so long, we got up and left. We won't come again

We have eaten in this restaurant many times and been happy with the food and service. The food was good to be honest but the experience was definitely not! Before my meal was served I went to go to the ladies and was ‘barked’ at by a large lady who loudly informed me I couldn’t walk past the kitchen ( server later told me she was the manager!) I didn’t see a sign but she barked and pointed to a small one. I was really embarrassed. On returning to my table my husband who found it initially amusing but agreed it was totally over the top. The food arrived and was good but the table was sticky and under the table was chips, pencils , napkins and other mess. Despite the food, we won’t be back, I am not a child to be spoken to in such a way! It’s no wonder branches are closing!

Very welcoming staff. We were greeted by a lovely member of staff who made sure we had everything we needed including a high chair and colouring for the children to do. Our waiter was a lovely gentleman named Miles, he was very courteous and looked after us which made the whole experience. The food was very quick to come out which when you have 2 young children is very ideal. Thank you very much :)

Came to celebrate my one year anniversary with my boyfriend we had two of the nicest most attentive waiters (I didn’t get their names but it was a blonde male and a blonde female) the services and food we received was amazing, the food was fresh and hot we will definitely be coming back

We had a lovely breakfast yesterday, service was outstanding! Lottie our waitress was friendly, as were all the staff. Lottie was attentive to our needs and couldn’t have been more helpful, the food was excellent and based on our experience, we shall become regular customers. Highly recommended!

Went into Frankie and benny’s for something to eat. Waited to be seen. And the staff seem more interested walking around gormlessly than doing there job. We waited for as long as we could and decided to go next door to Bella Italia, where we had a brilliant meal. If planning on going to Frankie and Benny’s…… don’t bother. Go next door.

Ordered from Gluten Free menu, but the order doesn't come to you marked as Gluten Free, it kind of feels like you need to rely on them getting it right (and everywhere gets it wrong sometimes). But it was the best Gluten Free pasta meal I have had.

Really friendly and helpful host. The waitresses were as good and the food was good too. Can’t really ask for much else! A pretty decent brunch all in all.

To finally see they are back with breakfast me and my family visited for breakfast and was delighted with the service and food. Food was perfect portioned and served promptly and hot and our waitress Teresa was a ball of joy that couldn’t do more for us.

Went here for the first time with my daughter. I ordered mash potatoes with my meal but non was available. I opted for sweet potato fries but they were quite oily. My half rack of ribs looked nice but the meat tasted off. As soon as I tried it I knew so I sent it back to the kitchen. Waitress offered me an alternative but I was put off. Left the restaurant disappointed and hungry. Glad they didn't charge me. Think I'll find an alternative the next time I visit Hempstead valley
