Frankie & Benny's in Medway

We celebrated my son’s 8th birthday party with a large group (over 20 people) and the team were friendly throughout the whole process. It was easy to book, they were flexible with changes on the day and accommodating when we arrived. Our server James worked tirelessly and graciously to ensure our large group had everything we needed including all the little kids. He and the team really made the whole process smooth and my son had a brilliant birthday. The variety of food was great and there was something for everyone. Highly recommend for a casual or celebratory meal.

We have breakfast here most weekends and have noticed the huge price rise with the changed menu. The choice is very limited now and many diners have walked out. Can I suggest you reintroduce the English breakfast which I know is very popular and gives diners so much choice. The waiting staff are dealing with many complaining customers which is very unfair. I suspect you will lose your dedicated staff if this continues which will be a real shame.

I ordered a double bacon burger . The patty had no flavor very bland no seasoning over cooked for me. Would have been nice to have been asked how I like my meat cooked. The service was good fast and efficient.

Lovely meal and excellent service

When food is served, children should always be served first, we waited for a good 3 mins for my sons main meal with ours served already which didn't go down with my hungry 5 year old.

Charlotte was particularly helpful and friendly.

Overall very good, we were served by Teresa who was very good and made the experience a positive one.

I haven't visited a Frankie & Bennys in years and remembered I used to love dining here. However, sadly, this wasn't the case this time. The food quality really ruined the experience. I had a carbonara, which sounded amazing on the menu. However, it came out I found it bland and very watery , rather than thick creamy cheese sauce. The service was amazing. However, the food let it down. I wont be returning.

James gave amazing service. He was funny and the food was exceptional. Would highly recommend the Frankie’s feaster. Plenty for 2 people but defiantly a challenge for a single person

I always try and be positive when reviewing, however really disappointed today. The food is generally tasty, service is great. However....starters good pasta tasty and meatballs would have been really nice if they were hot. Hot pasta and cold meatballs You would have at least checked the temperature but unfortunately the chef was to busy watching other things in the restaurant than his own food. A bit of a shame that the microwave was used far to much.

We went here 7th september 2024, made the most of the double up for £29.99 1 15" pizza, 1 large bowl of a pasta dish, 2 bowls of fries & 4 soft drinks. The young waitress with longish darknbrown or black hair who we have had a few times before was very friendly and helpful, the service was quick and the food was hot. She even bought out a chocolate brownie and sang happy birthday to her which was a surprise and very sweet of her.

The staff yesterday at Hempstead were smiling, happy to serve us and helpful.

Driver clearly can’t find houses, marked as delivered, made no attempt to call. Was showing as on road but didn’t drive up driveway to four houses.

Had the big breakfast. It’s very good although on this occasion it was overcooked and left a burnt taste in my mouth. Hence the lower score. But normally very good and would get four stars or more

Been here twice for breakfast with my mum and friend, we really loved it everytime, the staff are kind friendly make the atmosphere surperb, the food we had was awesome, we will be returning more and more. 👍

delivery time just kept adding 10 mins on the order every couple of minutes making my order more than 45 minutes late

Seemed under staffed and we waited about 30min for drinks. Food order to table was ok . Food itself was ok. It’s just ok around. Room for improvement for sure! O and tell the bar man to stop throwing the bottles in the bin like he’s trying to break them on purpose is loud, rude and annoying.

Very disappointed with the Ceasar salad, just a plate of lettuce with some dressing and a few shavings of cheese, if any! Paid over £11 for this plus having to pay extra for some chicken to be added, disgraceful, daylight robbery. Atmosphere very noisy, basically full of children. Only have given this amount of stars due to the fact that the staff were very pleasant and obliging. Would not recommend to anyone, totally gone downhill sadly.

Visited Frankie & Benny's at Hempstead Valley with a good ol' friend on 5 July 2024, and, as always, everything was excellent. Atmosphere excellent, and the food was delicious! I'm a vegan, because I love animals, and the vegan fry-up (pre-12 noon) was fabulous! My friend also enjoyed his meal very much. Neither of us left a scrap on our plates, partly because we were both brought up that way, not to waste food (being a couple of old gits approaching our ninth decades, and these may also have been our last meals, ha ha), but also because everything was all so tasty! Our compliments to the Chef! Aside from that, the service was first-class. 'Charlotte' was very polite, and was always attentive to us, making sure we felt everything was alright - which it was. She also has a grand sense of humour, something which my friend and I always appreciate. Compliments to Charlotte, thank you so much, you're a star, and deserve promotion. This is by no means the first time we have dined there, and each time of the many has been perfect! Hope to be back there sometime, hopefully soon. Thank you so much for everything. God bless you all, and both of us hope they keep your branch open for ever!

Nothing exciting happening here but ok for what it is.

Myself & my husband came here recently with our 2 daughters. The staff were all incredibly friendly & very happy to help. My youngest is quite fussy for food & actually changed her mind once we placed our order but the staff were very understanding & asked the chef to make her a child’s size meal from the main menu. The restaurant was clean & tidy & could see all the staff very busy making sure everything & everyone was seen to. Prices were very reasonable & we all thoroughly enjoyed our meals, the biscoff cookie was a real hit with my eldest daughter!

Service very poor - no mushrooms (despite Savacentre being 2 mins away) - toast was still 'bread' when it came - 3 tiny half slices each - had to wait ages for coffee and were then served with 2 cups that had been sitting on the bar for ages - needless to say, they were cold so had to go back and no further drinks came. No apologies - and food wasn't particularly good either.... definitely won't be going back!! Appalling...

Food is ok.....not the best tasting. The chicken wing starter was gd. The main course lacked seasoning; may be best suited for ppl on dietary restrictions. The Carbonara we had was swimming in what looked more like milk than heavy cream, and the crispy chicken burger lacked seasoning. However, the warm brownie and ice cream dessert was good.

Food tasted good the only problem is the restaurant has scaled back the the amount of filling it puts inside the Manhattan calzone and the same with the carbonara few bits of bacon my wife even paid the extra for some chicken and there was only 2 pieces of chicken which isnt on I won't be coming back Frankie and Benny's seem more concerned about saving money and keeping cost down than the quality of food

Always good food at frankie and bennys .usually come here if you fancy lunch and can't be bothered cooking 😉. Friendly staff aswell

They rushed us at the end as they had to close for a staff meeting, there was only 1 waitress on duty so she was a bit stretched. Food was good and ideal for a family meal.

Waited a long time to be served and they were not busy. Food was great for all 5 of us. Payment was a struggle as they couldnt get machines to work.
