Excellent services by mr miles, can’t rate that man highly enough, it’s such a breath of fresh air having a server so vigilant and friendly.

We were at the restaurant for what was clearly a very understaffed morning, but despite this our server Miles was absolutely brilliant. He was running around so efficiently serving customers - entirely on his own! The restaurant had at least 25 customers in, and one particularly large group too. Not only was he fast and professional but he looked as if he was single handedly running the shift. Having worked hospitality this is no easy task, and he made it look effortless. The lady on the bar, I didn’t catch her name but she was cleaning up the tables and serving drinks very quickly too - both of them with a smile. Clear professionalism and one of the most seamless experiences we’ve had at this restaurant. Arguably more enjoyable than when multiple staff are on! Food was served so quickly, hot and delicious - coffee was spot on and hot too. We were greeted and thanked before we left - do NOT let that guy go. Give him a raise. Promote him - whatever you can! He’s a gem.

Lovely experience at the Hempstead branch. Teresa is a brilliant host, very attentive and always very helpful. Would recommend a meal there.

Our waitress Charlotte was very friendly and helpful when we were looking at the menu. Food came out promptly and very hot. Charlotte checked back in with us that everything was ok with our food. All in all a great experience.

My order has come without one main meal (Chicken Piccante). Really disappointed (and hungry). Would definitely not recommend.

My wife and I came in on Saturday night, we was taken to our table and dealt with very well and efficiently, atmosphere was good and food was good, definitely recommend.

Nice food and great offers, always check online when heading in. Service can be alittle slow but it's a relaxed and chilled atmosphere so that comes across as just welcoming and cozy. If you have it bring your Blue light card too and check the taste card as they have offers here too

Have allways had a great time here This was my review 8 years ago sad to say not impressed with my last visit The cheesecake was superb, Rack of ribs was good but the Mak n Cheese was dry and as for the sirloin steak arrived luke warm and mushrooms were overcooked and the steak was more like rump and very chewy and seeing as it was all most as expensive as Miller and carter definitely not worth the money.

Fantastic evening with lovely food and cracking service. Our waiter, James, was the only staff member outside of the kitchen. He did everything except cook the food. Even though he was run off his feet he gave exceptional service and was entertaining throughout. Frankie and Benny’s Hempstead Valley, you should give him a pay rise. He made our night :)

Haven’t been to Frankie and bennys for quite a while and it was a really pleasant experience. I was served by James who was really friendly and welcoming! He recommended a dish for me, was really attentive and quick serving which I was surprised at as he was the only server and quite a few tables. Food came out quickly was hot and looked great. Would definitely visit again. Thank you!

After a bad experience a few years back I hadn’t been back since. We decided to give it another try tonight for our youngest son’s birthday. Myself, my partner, our 4 children and 2 other family members. My youngest son is non verbal autistic (but loud with noises and stimming). Couple of the children are fussy. Ellen was our server. Nothing was too much to ask for and with my sons special needs we wasn’t made to feel like a nuisance table or uncomfortable like we have done at other restaurants. Ellen allowed us to cater for the children’s fussiness (no sauce on spaghetti etc). Was good with the allergen information for my sister who is allergic to nuts. She was kind and attentive and she made our meal very enjoyable. I don’t usually leave reviews but based on our experience and how impressed we were I spoke with the manager to inform him how impressed we were and he gave me a card to leave feedback. Please pass on our thanks to Ellen, she is a true asset to your team :) Also Chicken Piccante was amazing I swapped spirali for spaghetti and just wow. P.s. Our daughter loved her food, she’s just an absolute sass 💁🏼‍♀️ 🤣

chips were almost inedible - cold and rock hard. the garlic bread was barely half the size it should be and looked laughable in the box. burger was OK and kids enjoyed their pizzas.

I tracked the driver and after collecting our order he sat at McDonald's for 20mins clearly waiting for another order to collect which meant all our food was stone cold!

Lovely experience, food was great and there was a good range of gluten free options for me. The staff were amazing, and helpful, James the manager was great at helping me choose gluten free options on the menu.

Never go there again the waitress are very rude and arrogant very bad food dry they check the food in front of you. They are chatting with each other more than they care about the customers. The manager did not care about the restaurant at all. He was just walking around and he pretended he look busy. I will never go there again and waste of money buying food in that place.

It’s was really delicious and so yummy I think your team has done really brilliant job with the food and get everything ready for me you and your team deserve a treat for your hard work to cook the pasta and the carbonara sauce so I am so proud of you and your team to get this amazing food delivered and it’s so creamy and amazing and I am very happy to eat my dinner and I love pasta because it’s my favourite meal to have on a Friday night takeout because l absolutely loved that

We celebrated my son’s 8th birthday party with a large group (over 20 people) and the team were friendly throughout the whole process. It was easy to book, they were flexible with changes on the day and accommodating when we arrived. Our server James worked tirelessly and graciously to ensure our large group had everything we needed including all the little kids. He and the team really made the whole process smooth and my son had a brilliant birthday. The variety of food was great and there was something for everyone. Highly recommend for a casual or celebratory meal.

Food needed a little turn in the microwave and the food wasn’t all that to be honest so I’m not sure I’d order from them again.

We have breakfast here most weekends and have noticed the huge price rise with the changed menu. The choice is very limited now and many diners have walked out. Can I suggest you reintroduce the English breakfast which I know is very popular and gives diners so much choice. The waiting staff are dealing with many complaining customers which is very unfair. I suspect you will lose your dedicated staff if this continues which will be a real shame.

I ordered a double bacon burger . The patty had no flavor very bland no seasoning over cooked for me. Would have been nice to have been asked how I like my meat cooked. The service was good fast and efficient.

Lovely meal and excellent service

When food is served, children should always be served first, we waited for a good 3 mins for my sons main meal with ours served already which didn't go down with my hungry 5 year old.

Charlotte was particularly helpful and friendly.

Overall very good, we were served by Teresa who was very good and made the experience a positive one.

I haven't visited a Frankie & Bennys in years and remembered I used to love dining here. However, sadly, this wasn't the case this time. The food quality really ruined the experience. I had a carbonara, which sounded amazing on the menu. However, it came out I found it bland and very watery , rather than thick creamy cheese sauce. The service was amazing. However, the food let it down. I wont be returning.

I always try and be positive when reviewing, however really disappointed today. The food is generally tasty, service is great. However....starters good pasta tasty and meatballs would have been really nice if they were hot. Hot pasta and cold meatballs You would have at least checked the temperature but unfortunately the chef was to busy watching other things in the restaurant than his own food. A bit of a shame that the microwave was used far to much.

We went here 7th september 2024, made the most of the double up for £29.99 1 15" pizza, 1 large bowl of a pasta dish, 2 bowls of fries & 4 soft drinks. The young waitress with longish darknbrown or black hair who we have had a few times before was very friendly and helpful, the service was quick and the food was hot. She even bought out a chocolate brownie and sang happy birthday to her which was a surprise and very sweet of her.

The staff yesterday at Hempstead were smiling, happy to serve us and helpful.

Driver clearly can’t find houses, marked as delivered, made no attempt to call. Was showing as on road but didn’t drive up driveway to four houses.

Had the big breakfast. It’s very good although on this occasion it was overcooked and left a burnt taste in my mouth. Hence the lower score. But normally very good and would get four stars or more

Been here twice for breakfast with my mum and friend, we really loved it everytime, the staff are kind friendly make the atmosphere surperb, the food we had was awesome, we will be returning more and more. 👍
