Missing the salad, Over priced £9, Just had 5 small pieces of chicken in a small pita bread. will not be ordering again.

Pretty impressive. Chicken and meat dinner was very nice. Chips could be a lil more crispy but over all fresh, hot and flavoursome. Quarter pounder was top notch too. Will be back. Very nice delivery driver :)

Takeaway shop of great pizza. Staff is fun & fast to watch. Try the Donner Chicken, it is marbelous. Very reasonable.

I live in student accommodation so I need to be contacted to come and collect the food; the driver wasn’t able to reach me which was fine, however when I contacted the restaurant myself to resolve it, the person on the phone was patronising, rude unprovoked and tried to blame it on me. I had no issue with the food being late and understood that them being unable to reach me was likely a fault with the app, but I would’ve appreciated not being talked to that way and the poor customer service.

Lamb ribs a favourite for the family, will always come back time and time again. The flavours on the lamb ribs hit different. Stunning food

Absolutely terrible. We had a chicken shish wrap and chicken shish kebab. Tortilla wrap was stall and hard, the chicken was way over cooked dry and hard, the burger sauce tasted off. Pitta for the chicken kebab you could knock on it it was that hard. Haven’t ordered from here for a while and now we remember why.

Food is alright, but when you pre order for a set time and it still doesn't arrive on time it's a joke. Charcoal grill is much more efficient. I will be going there next time. No adverse weather either so that's not an excuse. Also it's gotten very expensive.

Good and not so good, Not keen on cheesy chips - odd tasting cheese and chips were cold and not crisp at all. Burger was good size but barely warm. However loved the mushrooms very crisp and hot and agree with others, best tasting lamb and chicken shish I have had in a long time. Big chunky pieces well cooked and not a chewy bit in sight! Would order again.

first time ordering. really enjoyed the food. I had mixed doner and chicken shish and hubby had lamb chops ( he is a massive lamb chop fan) and we both ate it all. arrived hot and on time. will definitely be ordering again soon ☺️

Very nice tbh . Delivery very quick for a Saturday night . Must be the hottest fries I have ever had big thumbs up there still crispy and stuff normally they’re soggy as anything . Kebab was nice … chicken cooked well , same with the doner . Price point fair , I will use these guys when I want a kebab from now on

In last month the owner increase the prices.. I am not feel so go and buy from them. For 7 pieces of lamb ribs increase the price from 9.99 to 13.99. I really love lamb ribs they cooked very well and are fresh. I will not buy so often like before.

It was amazing food was top tier

I used to order from these guys on almost a daily basis at one point when they owned a restaurant called “Eywan BBQ.” Unfortunately, they end up, selling that restaurant about a month ago and moving over to pizza Bello. They aLao appear to have left the high quality and high standards they had previously at their old restaurant. Eywans BBQ was easily the best Turkish takeaway in the whole of Medway when it was open, and it was streets ahead of everyone else. It was my go to takeout. You used to get a two tender lamb skewers on a bed of both white rice and Turkish rice, with a fresh side salad, toasted fresh turkish flatbread and a pot of garlic sauce that I swear was laced with crack it was that good! Now you get a bog standard couple of skewers of lamb that are usually chewy, you only get white rice instead of the combo they used to give you. Moreover the bread they send is now wrapped in a load of thick chip shop wrapping paper which gives it such a horrible chemical taste when you eat it. They used to send it in these lovely thin paper bags which kept it all pristine…. It used to be my favourite part of the meal (dipping the bread in the garlic sauce,) but the last one I ordered tasted so bad I didn’t even finish half of it! It’s honestly gone so far downhill that I’d rather order somewhere else than here, which is a shame because like I say it was my go to place for months. Overall they went from easily being a 8.5-9/10 to a bog standard 2-3/10. Such a shame. RIP Eywan BBQ 2022-2023

Aways good food and quick delivery

The pizza was not cooked and burnt at the same😵‍💫which was a pretty amazing feat really.. The kebab was absolutely terrible the salad looked like they found it in a bin, kebab meat was like rubber!!people who gave this more than 1 star must have been on the piss for a week, to even think this food was remotely edible.. Steer well clear, appalling.. 🤢

Ordered via their own website, get additional discount, swift delivery. This is our go to takeaway spot with excellent food, good portion size and value for money. Must recommend.

Ordered from just eat, arrived 20 mins earlier than estimated time (cracking for a Friday evening) and arrived pipping hot. Had a couple of bites and had to stop to leave a review (and let the food cool down😂). Will be ordering again the future. Keep the good work 👌🏻

Had delivery tonight...2 pizzas took nearly 1 hour to arrive and both cold... Very disappointed as we order regularly. 1 of the pizzas was not thin crust either.

Loyal customer here... says my app on just eat LOL. But this place genuinely does the best lamb shish and rice kebab... hands down order the same thing everytime and its always perfect. Lamb is cooked perfectly, rice is delicious, sauce comes in a separate pot so you can pour on as much as you like yourself, salad in a separate container so it doesn't make anything soggy, and the wrap is put on the outside of the box and folded to keep it warm and not soggy. They really have the right idea here!! Highly recommend.

Wouldn’t even give it a star, lamb meat was not cooked and the bloke who answered the phone laughed when I called to complain. Scummy

Food was not good, ordered the lamb kebab, came with one half of a pitta bread. And overcooked/old lamb. Overall looked like a massacre. Not ordering from here again.

One off the best kebabs I ever have eaten. The shish kebab is made on the bbq, the lamb racks taste home made, or even better. The Chicken shish is very tasty not dry. Keep up the good work, thanks guys!

Went in there tonight as I walked in one man didn’t say hello jsit looked at me looked away then asked for my order when I said my order he asked again due to lack of English spoken which is fair but felt a bit intimidated by the man them once I’d waited about ten mins for the meat to be cooked I got home to find my donner meat was burnt will never be eating from there again

Excellent kebabs had a mixed kebab and it was perfect piping hot and always good delivery the salad was crispy and you can tell it was fresh the drivers are all friendly it my no 1 kebab shop thanks guys quality food keep up the good work

Food was half an hour late and cold on arrival. When phoning to find where delivery was staff were rude and unhelpful. Food was below average and kebab was burnt and inedible. Chicken kebab was average and salad was basically just onion and 5 chilli's! When complaining I got told they were 'busy' which was why food was late even though it was in transport for over an hour! Wont be ordering from here again, I'd recommend steering clear!

We ordered Doner kebab and lamb shish and chips. Doner meat was dry and cream in colour. Lamb shish was dry and burnt. Chips seemed to be old recooked and dry and salad wasn't a salad. All was unedable and has been put in my freezer and will be passed on to environmental health as both myself and my partner have been sick. Shop refused to refund so a despute is now in the hands of my bank. Very disappointed that store will take no responsibility and even said I must have added something to the food. Actual colour of meat in pictures. Never seen lamb Doner that colour.

Rude swearing man on the phone to my daughter who made an error on her order and on trying to sort it out he was so dismissive and unwilling to help. I'd rather not get food from someone so angry and aggressive. Be warned. If you make an error with your order you will probably lose your money. We did! We didn't get our delivery or a refund!

Food was late due to complications on the order information, tried to fix it however staff were extremely rude, strong language down the phone their end. Didn’t get the food or our money back. I do not recommend due to aggressive staff, cannot comment on the food as I didn’t receive it

Absolutely disgraceful ordered a half pounder cheese burger with extra cheese and extra sauce..burger came out bone dry and chewy and no cheese and no sauce..threw the burger and rest of delivery in the bin and re ordered elsewhere and other place came out spot on
