The best food I have eaten. I have known them for more than 10 years and it has only got better. Highly recommend. The staff are amazing!

Food is alright, but when you pre order for a set time and it still doesn't arrive on time it's a joke. Charcoal grill is much more efficient. I will be going there next time. No adverse weather either so that's not an excuse. Also it's gotten very expensive.

pizza was BOGOF, then you doubled the price, then you cancelled the BOGOF deal and kept the high price. Ridiculous.

Had a full stamp card. Now this store doesn’t exist on just eat but a new version does but I lost the stamp card? Seems right

lovely chips kebab not so nice

£9.50 for a regular chicken shish with just 5 bits of small cubed chicken is a joke. I asked for salad and didn't get any.

In last month the owner increase the prices.. I am not feel so go and buy from them. For 7 pieces of lamb ribs increase the price from 9.99 to 13.99. I really love lamb ribs they cooked very well and are fresh. I will not buy so often like before.

LAMB SHISH AND 1/4 POUNDER WAS GOOD. SHAME THE CHIPS WASNT GREAT AND SEEMED TO BE RE HEATED ABOUT 3 TIMES

The rice had a could smell to it wouldn’t even feed it to my dog

I ordered a chicken shish kebab. Really didn't get the presentation: chicken covered in chilli sauce in a separate box to the pitta. Just made it awkward and messy to put together. Also lost the benefits of the chilli sauce seeping into the pitta.

Ordered chicken shish and rice with salad. Great option for people who want lose weight and want a treat after a long work out. Great quality, very tasty and arrived way before the delivery estimation.

We tried this takeaway one night when our usual wasn't delivering. This is now our usual. The kebabs are lovely. Not too greasy. The salad comes in its own tub. We have now used them 3 times and will continue to do so. We don't even mind if it's late. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The lamb ribs meal is always amazing! I will order this at least once a week, sometimes twice. The lamb melts in your mouth. I'd recommend this to everyone!!

I'm giving this 3 stars mainly due to the fact that they sent the wrong thing. Send shish instead of donner. The food was nice but portions for the price are small. The delivery lady was nice and came in good time.

I used to order from these guys on almost a daily basis at one point when they owned a restaurant called “Eywan BBQ.” Unfortunately, they end up, selling that restaurant about a month ago and moving over to pizza Bello. They aLao appear to have left the high quality and high standards they had previously at their old restaurant. Eywans BBQ was easily the best Turkish takeaway in the whole of Medway when it was open, and it was streets ahead of everyone else. It was my go to takeout. You used to get a two tender lamb skewers on a bed of both white rice and Turkish rice, with a fresh side salad, toasted fresh turkish flatbread and a pot of garlic sauce that I swear was laced with crack it was that good! Now you get a bog standard couple of skewers of lamb that are usually chewy, you only get white rice instead of the combo they used to give you. Moreover the bread they send is now wrapped in a load of thick chip shop wrapping paper which gives it such a horrible chemical taste when you eat it. They used to send it in these lovely thin paper bags which kept it all pristine…. It used to be my favourite part of the meal (dipping the bread in the garlic sauce,) but the last one I ordered tasted so bad I didn’t even finish half of it! It’s honestly gone so far downhill that I’d rather order somewhere else than here, which is a shame because like I say it was my go to place for months. Overall they went from easily being a 8.5-9/10 to a bog standard 2-3/10. Such a shame. RIP Eywan BBQ 2022-2023

Pizza was so burnt. But also undercooked. So sauce whatsoever on the base. Kebab meat was as if it was sitting there a week. It was like rubber. Absolutely appaling and waste of money!

The pizza was not cooked and burnt at the same😵‍💫which was a pretty amazing feat really.. The kebab was absolutely terrible the salad looked like they found it in a bin, kebab meat was like rubber!!people who gave this more than 1 star must have been on the piss for a week, to even think this food was remotely edible.. Steer well clear, appalling.. 🤢

Great food reasonable prices think this is our new go to for takeaway

Chicken was bland, the sauce was separate in a tub and so was the salad. Lucky I recycle with the amount of extra plastic that was used. Ignored my request for salt and vinegar and also mixed the salad with tomatoes when I asked for onion and cabbage only - had to chuck it due to allergies.

It's just down the road from my friends house so when we ordered it it came quite early and it was very good. The prices r also really good for the quality as stuffed crust was only £2.50 for a medium pizza

Always use this kebab house when they are open, by far the best quality of food of those that deliver. Only issue is that they close earlier than others.

Food was poor. Ended up throwing most of it away. Fries were under cooked. Chicken was poor quality. Won’t be ordering here again.

Had delivery tonight...2 pizzas took nearly 1 hour to arrive and both cold... Very disappointed as we order regularly. 1 of the pizzas was not thin crust either.

Incredibly unhappy with the delivery driver, I categorically stated in my instructions to call upon arrival & NOT to ring the doorbell and he rang it not only once but twice & knocked the door when I was already opening the door. When I asked him what my instructions were and reiterating to him that he shouldn’t have rung my door bell I got a very ignorant sorry at which point I shut the door …

Loyal customer here... says my app on just eat LOL. But this place genuinely does the best lamb shish and rice kebab... hands down order the same thing everytime and its always perfect. Lamb is cooked perfectly, rice is delicious, sauce comes in a separate pot so you can pour on as much as you like yourself, salad in a separate container so it doesn't make anything soggy, and the wrap is put on the outside of the box and folded to keep it warm and not soggy. They really have the right idea here!! Highly recommend.

Quite easily the worst kebab I’ve ever eaten. Lamb doner meat with white and inedible to the point I binned it and then when I called the complain, whoever answered thought it was funny they’re selling disgusting food. Ew

My first kebab takeaway since moving to the area. It was really nice doner meat and tasty. Good portion of meat too. Ive tasted better salad with the doner but it was alright. I ordered chips but they did not taste nice. Overall… my food arrived on time and i would order again.

Excellent service and food everytime. The only thing I don't like is the food was left on the top of the brown bin and the driver was ready to drive off. We spend alot of money with Bello and would appreciate the driver waiting to hand this to me in future.

Small portion of what was supposed to be a large chips for the second time, halloumi was half the size this time (presume cutbacks) and delivery driver rang my doorbell continuously about 6 times! Totally unnecessary but we enjoyed the food as always!
