Normalmente soy fan de esta sucursal de Zizzi, pero hoy ha sido decepcionante. Mi amigo y yo tuvimos comidas a base de pasta, que parecía cocinado y luego calentado - rizado y marrón en los bordes. El cohete en la parte superior también parecía microondas. Los entrantes eran algo mejores - calamares y pan con salsas. El servicio estaba bien, pero la comida no era satisfactoria. ¿Todos los Zizzi han renunciado a las servilletas de lino? Añadieron mucho. Yo habría dado 2. 5 si pudiera.

We had a lovely meal here. The chicken skewers were the best I’ve ever tasted. The staff were friendly and didn’t rush us. Waitress Betty was friendly and chatty. We will definitely be going here again

I must be honest the first impression iof this place wasn’t great. We came with no reservations and it took a while before anyone acknowledged our existence when queuing… bit odd ! Then we were given a nice table for two and menue straight away. We could no see any waiters around so we tried to order via the qr code but no luck! It wasn’t working. Then all of a sudden a professional young waitress ( whose name was Patricia ) came to our table and all changed. She was attentive professional and very welcoming. Really grateful to her. Pizza is very tasty we had rusticas and was delicious my suggestion is that it should have been cooked longer but I guess this is due to personal taste. We will come back as food is delicious but I think si important to work on First impression!

Very cramped, too many tables for the space. Service was not attentive, had to skip dessert because they didn't come back to take our order and we had to chase down a server to pay the bill.

I come from France and I came on vacation to London. The cuisine was super good and the waiters are super nice.

Had a fantastic meal at Zizzi Bow Street! The food was delicious, with fresh ingredients and great flavors. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxed evening. A special shoutout to Greg, our waiter, who went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. His friendly attitude, attention to detail, and great recommendations made all the difference. Excellent service like his really elevates a meal. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for tasty Italian food with top-notch service. Will definitely be coming back!

Una buena comida previa al teatro y bebidas a la vuelta de la esquina del Theatre Royal Drury Lane y frente a la Royal Opera House. 3 personas comiendo fuera del menú especial de 3 platos tenía un montón de opciones y a un precio razonable. Los precios de las bebidas fueron excesivos y fueron 1/3 del costo de todas las visitas (dos bebidas cada una, solo una de uso fueron beber alcohol) La comida era agradable, pero el servicio era bastante lento - entró a las 5 de la tarde y realmente tuvo que insistir en la factura a las 6 : 45 , para poder conseguir el teatro en la comodidad. Era el momento de hacer el pedido, recibir bebidas y recibir la factura era muy lento. Comida a tiempo.

We went to the Zizzi’s in covent garden yesterday as a family of 4 and it was absolutely ridiculous. The customer service was by far the worst ive ever come accross. We eat out as a family atleast once a week and ive never come across anything like it. From when we sat down it took them around 15 minutes to come and take our order. Just as we started ordering, my 4 year old decided to change his mind so i asked the waitress if she could ‘come back in a minute or two.’ After waiting a further 5-10 minutes, i literally had to call her out to come back to us. The kitchen staff were not bad at all, the food came to us quite quick and that was the only positive thing to the whole experience. We then wanted to ask for ketchup for the kids but it took over 15 minutes for us to manage to get a waitress to attend to us. Finally when it was time to ask for the bill, again we sat there waiting for someone to realise we are done and want the bill for over 20 minutes. A few times we raised our hands, so that they can come over but they were just extremely unbothered. One waitress did the 1 minute kind of hand gesture when she realised we needed someone and guess what? She didnt come back to us and passed us atleast 10 times. I am not the one to complain and I understand that restaurants can get busy but this was not the case. The staff were deliberately avoiding eye contact, not attending when you raise your hand and just behaving unbothered in general. We ended the evening in a bad mood, and felt like we were paying for a evening that we were incredibly unhappy about. I will never ever be going back to zizzi’s.

Visiting the restaurant left the warmest memories. The atmosphere here is simply magical: cozy interior, soft light, live music create a sense of celebration. Service at the highest level - attentive and friendly staff instantly responds to any requests. The chef of the restaurant is definitely a master of his craft. One can feel his love for cooking and desire to surprise guests. I will come here again

An old building that has been converted to a very funky and friendly restaurant. Great food as always and a great location for the theatre.

We came here for lunch before going to the Theatre. There was a hiccup with our booking but it was sorted. The staff were attentive and helpful. It was extremely busy and I found it uncomfortable as staff were collecting orders behind me. They need to check their safety aspects because it could cause accidents. The door to the downstairs toilet facilities are very heavy and we experienced difficulties when other people tried to gain access. I was disappointed with parts of my meal but the other members of my party enjoyed their meals. Otherwise it is a good location and it easy to get to the theatres and the underground.

We came here after skating at Somerset House, lively restaurant and enjoyed sitting under a tree with ballet shoes hanging from it! Good service and lovely food. Pizzas were spot on. My son greatly enjoyed the new Sticky Pig rustica pizza. My super zucca salad was ok, but the squash that came with it was too cold for a chilly day, would have been nice warmed up a bit (at least to room temperature).

We stopped by chance. We didn't regret it. I took vegetarian lasagna to test. Excellent. The dishes were plentiful. Dessert would have been too much. The space is pleasant and its geographical location is a plus (next to the opera).

Took my family here for dinner before theatre. When we walked in the font door there was a smell of drains. The food was awful. The calamari was completely tasteless, the calzone had lots of water inside when I cut into it. Seems like everything frozen at Zizzis. The staff were attentive and helpful, but didn’t seem very happy.

The atmosphere and decoration of the restaurant is very beautiful. You can see the wood oven burning and the atmosphere is pleasant. I must highlight that one meal: eggplants in tomato sauce was inedible. Terrible!!, because the cook put it very spicy 🌶️. This food lost all the flavor of the eggplant or tomato because it only tasted spicy. If you ask for it, don't say I didn't warn you. The rest of the dishes were of normal quality. Another complaint about this restaurant is that the bill states that the tip is “voluntary” but it is not. The bill came with a £7 surcharge for the tip. That money was already added to the total. It was not something suggested or apart. This makes it almost impossible for self-sacrifice to be voluntary.

I recently dined at Zizzi on Bow Street in Covent Garden and had a delightful experience. The restaurant's warm atmosphere and extensive Italian menu made for a memorable meal. We had Noel looking after us. Noel provided exceptional service, attending to our needs with genuine care and professionalism. I highly recommend this Zizzi location for its excellent food and superb service.

Cold and rainy, waitress fitted us in with a smile. Cosy, kind, helpful especially as there were dietary needs. Amazing pizzas.

We had a really poor experience at this restaurant yesterday (Saturday evening). Everything took much too long and we had to ask for things several times. There wasn’t enough room for us because a table had been squeezed in where there wasn’t room for one. Customers had to wait for a long time to get past our table any time a member of waiting staff was taking orders or delivering food or drinks. The toilets were really unclean. The staff were trying very hard and were very polite and helpful but were clearly completely up against it. There just weren’t enough waiting staff. More importantly than all of the above, there were items marked as gluten-free that we later found out had been cooked in the same frier as gluten-containing items. One of our group is coeliac and had a bad reaction as a result of this.

Came here for lunch before heading to the theatre, absolutely delicious! the servers were so nice, we did have to wait quite a while but definitely worth it. I indulged myself with their hand cream in the bathrooms, lovely!!!! The interior was festive and decorated beautifully, a bit cold inside though, recommend getting something warm to eat. Have been here before and definitely plan on going again, thank you zizzi!
