A nice place to eat with good food and friendly staff. It only gets 3 stars though as first, the table we had was wobbly and I don't mean "put a napkin under it wobble".... I mean you'd need a 4x4 to drive up it. In addition although the staff were great for most part, we were just forgotten after mains and a loooong pause to get dessert ordered. Oh yes, another star knocked off for automatically including service fee. It's London, not LA.

Utterly disappointed. Reserved a table of 2 for 17:30 but we waited until 18:05 and still did not have a table. (The waiter mentioned a 2 minute wait when we arrived and then never came back to follow up…) We had another appointment later on in the night and had to leave as it did not seem like we were getting any table anytime soon. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also very uncomfortable to be in, with many men having random shocking shouting outbursts…. Definitely do not recommend visiting this place for the horrible atmosphere and terrible service.

I recently visited Zizzi on Bow Street with a large group of 13, and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere that made it feel welcoming and relaxed. We tried a few dishes, and everything was delicious. The Rustica Sticky Pig pizza was a standout and The Lobster Pasta was also amazing. The service was quick and friendly. Despite our large party, the team kept everything running smoothly. A special shout-out to Ivete, the manager, who was incredibly helpful and made sure our experience was enjoyable from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Zizzi Bow Street to anyone looking for great pizza, pasta, and a warm, inviting atmosphere.

Zizzi has a fantastic atmosphere and really friendly staff, although a busy environment our waitress BETI was super helpful with menu choices and recommendations! She was the highlight of our visit and would definitely come back to this branch.

We had a great experience at Zizi, thanks to Mo. He was professional, friendly, and made sure we were well looked after throughout our meal. He gave helpful recommendations and checked in at the right moments without being overbearing. Mo’s excellent service added to an already enjoyable dining experience. We’d happily come back and hope to be served by him again.

We came in for Sunday lunch and had a great experience. Staff incredibly friendly and attentive (we were served mainly by Asman). Food was fantastic (pizzas are huge and delicious) and they catered seamlessly for our dietary needs (nut allergy). Quick service and lovely atmosphere. Thank you Zizzi. Definitely will return :)

Service was a bit slow. We waited 10 minutes before someone came to take our order. Our starts and mains arrived at the same time. Food was excellent, but service was poor

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to the members of staff. I walked in to the restaurant a couple of weeks ago feeling very faint. The manager and a couple of staff members helped me, gave me water and apple juice until I started feeling better. Then they found me a quiet table to sit, and served me some delicious pizza. The place is gorgeous but what stood out was the humanity of the people working there, absolutely lovely people every single one of them. Thank you for showing such kindness in all the craziness that is central London xx

Staff were attentive, however I would recommend management encourage over stayers to settle their bill and leave. We had booked a table for 6 people but had to wait 30 minutes due to people taking their time finishing their drinks ! This however would not prevent me from going back

Zizzi is one of my go to restaurants in London. Since the Notting Hill Gate branch closed I diverted to Bow Street and I have found the same quality of service and food. I can never resist the Casareccia Pollo Piccante which is my favourite dish in the restaurant. If I am ever tempted to explore there are options aplenty that sound equally delicious. For dessert I had the Honeycomb Cheesecake which was really rich and sweet and a really good way to round out my meal. With inflation biting I am slightly disappointed that prices have gone up somewhat but seeing as that's the case across the whole dining out sector I still say it's decent value for money and I'll remain a loyal customer.

Slow service took 20 minutes to get a drink, food not great especially the lasagne tasted aweful, then had to ask for our childrens desert Did not tip as they were rubbish will never visit against

We were early for our booking but invited to wait on the outside seating with drinks. We were shown to our table at the reserved time and promptly served by Evie. Evie was excellent throughout. She was very knowledgeable about all the menu and attentive throughout our meal. What a great asset and so refreshing to get top class service. Well done.

Good Food , good staff and good atmosphere. Even though it was rush hour, we got attended quickly , and served food in no time.

Booked my 60th birthday celebrations here a few weeks ago. I had about 30 friends, all downstairs. Everyone had a great time Asman and Lamek were both very helpful and patient. there was a little bit of confusion when I arrived regarding the area I had booked, but everything was sorted smoothly and everyone went home happy.

Patricia was very kind and lovely , chefs cooked delicious, we had “carbonara pasta” and “della casa pasta” and I would rate them 10/10🌟 The manager was nice helping me to charge my phone .Autumn seasoned decorations inside looks great 🍁Extremely happy and definitely we will come back again . 14/10/2024

A standard Zizzi in London. The food and the beers were good. Nice place, well maintained in a great location.

We had a great lunch and the staff were very attentive and professional and our server was betiel .

Delicious food and wonderful service Came here for dinner enjoyed the Garlic Bombe, Calamari and Aranchini for Starters The mushroom and truffle salami pizza + the meatballs as well are to die for! The quality (having been to many zizzis) is brilliant regardless of location and being where it is (between Covent Garden and Royal Opera House) there’s no better place to start your week Then to finish we enjoyed a tiramisu and a selection of gelatos, one of which was silician lemon with Raspberries kisses (you can’t go wrong!) Thank you for your hospitality Kusum! We look forward to coming back soon!

Made a booking and got completely ignored by all staff. Kept waiting at the entrance despite empty tables for several minutes. One waiter came after a while with the worst attitude I have ever seen, asked what the lady in front of us (first in line) wanted (she wanted a table to have dinner) and told her he couldn't help and another person would need to do that. He never bothered to talk to us at all. No hello, no sorry to keep you waiting, no let me get my colleague. Just plain rude. We decided to go leave and eat somewhere else.

Love a Zizzi. Food was perfect. Every mouthful of my pizza was a different taste experience, absolutely delicious. Staff were amazing, lovely people, definitely returning next time we visit. Highly recommended
