We really enjoyed our meal with friends at Zizzi Wigmore Place: the service is so friendly and the food is delicious. I've knocked off a star because the fried courgettes were greasy and floppy (the restaurant deducted the cost from our bill which was very good), but otherwise everything was great! I'd like to say a big thank you to Chantelle who was so welcoming and helpful. :-)

Our Valentine's Day dinner was made truly special thanks to Monica's incredible service. From the moment we arrived, she was warm and welcoming. She anticipated our needs before we even asked and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect evening. The food was also fantastic, but the service was the icing on the cake. The food quality has gone down and the server didn’t know things

Busy branch with pleasant staff and nice dishes. Pasta is al dente and pizzas are very large thin crust. We could have done with more toppings and my pasta was under seasoned. Lovely front of house and waiters were working very hard to serve on a busy restaurant. New dishes include Wagyu beef meatballs. Large selection of vegan and vegetarian dishes so great for groups with varying diet requests.

Don’t order from them, I made the mistake twice. They don’t even cut the pizza it came as a whole both times. The taste is bad as well feels like eating plastic.

The place is cozy, and I was very well served by Kenneth. The pizza was great, and the dessert was too. Besides that, you don’t need to worry about the hustle and bustle of Oxford Street.

I'm usually a fan of Zizzi's but was not impressed on my visit to this branch. Our starter platter was rushed off the table while we were still eating it...even though all our mains weren't even ready. Then I had to take an urgent call during my meal, and the server had the audacity to interrupt my call so he could ask me for the favour of giving a review! Well here it is! And finally, this practise of automatically including the tip in the bill is very annoying.

The food and service were amazing! Kenneth and the team were so great. We so appreciated finding a place to eat on Christmas Eve that could fit our large party.

Comida absolutamente vil y un servicio impactante. Un miembro de nuestro grupo pidió un refresco de melocotón y frambuesa y le habían dado la bebida equivocada. La bebida tenía menta en la que no figuraba en el menú. El servidor procedió a discutir sobre esto, pero finalmente se llevó la bebida y la reemplazó con una Coca-Cola Cero. Para empezar teníamos el pan de mozzarella con cebolla caramelizada y el pan era negro por dentro. Para principal teníamos la pizza que contiene pepperoni y setas y ambas pizzas eran tibias. Pedimos papas fritas cargadas de boloñesa y esto estaba empapado y nadando en aceite debajo. Una vez más, cuando enviamos esto de vuelta, no se disculparon en absoluto. El personal era muy grosero no hablaba solo colocaba la comida y quitaba platos. Peor experiencia que he tenido en un restaurante.

When I want to feel at home I choose Zizzi, in this specific location. The Place Is clean and cosy, and the staff Is next level. They are Always kind polite and fast. The pizza Is very good and tasty, made on the spot. One specific staff member, Foysal Is Always very professional and attentive, ready to give all the informations you Need about the menu even on the most busy time of the day and welcome customers with a big smile! Absolutely recomended!

Real shame! Usually love Zizzi but this was very disappointing. Considering it was not that busy the staff were not attentive. Took ages to order, things forgotten, had to ask multiple times for things. The calamari was unbelievably bad. The garlic bread was cold. Staff appeared oblivious to us trying to get their attention. There were 4 kids set menus on the bill instead of 2, luckily we spotted it and it was removed. They also kindly removed the chips as they were late coming out (probably forgotten), however there was no apology or acknowledgment of our disappointment in the service which was just weird. Usually if a customer is complaining about something you’d at least apologise!

Kennneth is very enthusiastic, patient and friendly. I have a happy meal today 😊

I really disliked it. Avoid it. Food was not great and the pasta came cold we told them they didn’t care. Cake was dry and sandy. Such a waste of money. I will never go back. Waiter was lost bless him and customer service zero. I noticed one of the manager was preparing a take away order while they were chewing eating something which I found to be unprofessional and bad hygiene.

You can never go wrong with Zizzis however when we went in as walk in for a table for 2 the manager turned us away straight away despite there being loads of free tables and it being early in the evening. We were told that there would be no way we would be seated for at least an hour. However I then joked to my friend about seeing if I could reserve and got and got seated 2 minutes later with a reservation. All the servers were lovely and friendly and the food was delicious just a shame that the manager wasn’t very welcoming. So if you get turned away take a look to see if you can reserve and you might get food quicker than anticipated! 😂

Food was cold, not a lot of meat on the meat dishes, rather disappointed, first and last time eating here.
