Came for a quick lunch and drinks Lidia was a lovely waitress and very efficient.

My son and I really enjoyed our lunch at Zizzi. He is coeliac and Zizzi have a great range of non gluten pizzas and pastas. The staff were very attentive and kind and gave me the allergen menu to peruse. My son went for the meatball non gluten pasta and I had the chicken caesar salad, which is non gluten as well. I had a really delicious fizzy rhubarb and apple drink. When my son's pasta came, he quickly discovered it was very spicy - too hot for me too, and the waiter was really kind when I told him and offered us a replacement simple tomato based pasta instead. This change meant my son could enjoy his meal. The restaurant is really attractive inside with a very warm look - lots of wood and large, bright windows. The menu has lots of choice and the food is fresh and tasty. It's not cheap but portion sizes are decent. We'll definitely revisit Zizzi for their excellent non gluten choices, their awareness of coeliac disease - all dishes came with a non gluten sticker and the menu shows dishes are prepared separately and also for their kind manner with customers.

Had a really great experience today. Not all Zizzi’s can serve the best quality pasta but this one does. Akhil made sure the modifications I wanted were noted amd conveyed to the chef. My food arrived quick, hot and just the way I wanted

Last time I went to Zizzi’s was almost 20 years ago. I was left with the most cherished memories of the most delicious pizza. I was almost apprehensive to return, in order to not sully the memory. Let me assure you, I was not disappointed. Will continue to make it a stop every time we return to London. Thank you Foysal for your excellent service and for not disappointing! Until next time!

The person at the front who serves the food is unbelievably rude—not just once, but consistently with every customer. He treats people based on their appearance and background, which is blatant racism. It’s disgusting and unacceptable. On top of that, the food is terrible—completely tasteless, overpriced, and not worth a single penny. I wouldn’t even call it edible. The customer service? Miserable. Rude, dismissive, and clearly don’t care about anyone walking through the door. Save your money and go literally anywhere else.

There is always good food at Zizzi's. Was very happy with the service particularly from Kate who was very accommodating and friendly. Well organised and efficient service from the rest of the team too. Would recommend.

Zizzis is our usual restaurant of choice as the food is tasty, service is quick and its reasonably priced. My last visit was on Wed 9 April when my friend and I enjoyed a fab lunch.

I always enjoy going to Zizzis and this trip to the Wigmore St restaurant was no exception……served by the attentive Olivia who I would suggest is a credit to your team, she made the experience that much better, keep up the good work 👍

I love zizzi but not this branch , the food here is not as good the pizza is dry and there’s not much of sauce in it, the service is good but i won’t come back to this zizzi

Veldig dårlig service og lang ventetid. Ventet over 40 minutter på å få maten vi hadde bestilt. Ingen som så på oss når jeg prøvde å få øyekontakt. Stod at det var en «frivillig» tips på 10% på kvitteringen, men den fikk vi ikke ta bort når vi spurte om vi måtte betale det. Så dermed var den ikke frivillig likevel. De fortjente virkelig ikke 10% tips Maten smakte helt OK. Kom her som turist og vil absolutt ikke anbefale denne restauranten til noen jeg kjenner.

Very poor service and long waiting time. Waited over 40 minutes to get the food we ordered. No one looked at us when I tried to make eye contact. It said that there was a "voluntary" tip of 10% on the receipt, but we were not allowed to take it away when we asked if we had to pay it. So it was not voluntary after all. They really didn't deserve a 10% tip The food tasted perfectly OK. Came here as a tourist and would certainly not recommend this restaurant to anyone I know.

Very disappointibg experience, only a group of 5, as this is close to our workplace we thought 1 hour would be suffice ☹️ After waiting for 40 mins, two of us had to leave without food, the others left half of theirs due to being too oily and soggy. Management took 20 percent off, very disappointing experience.

IT İS THE FREAKİNG BEST LASAGNE I HAVE EVER HAD.and the garlic bread and the pizzas were good too but if you come here you must eat lasagne and the prices were normal for London

It was perfect and our server Nyla was lovely and attentive! I had the vegan lasagne and my sister had aubergine pizza. I'd just landed from LA and needed some sustenance and hit it the spot.

We really enjoyed our meal with friends at Zizzi Wigmore Place: the service is so friendly and the food is delicious. I've knocked off a star because the fried courgettes were greasy and floppy (the restaurant deducted the cost from our bill which was very good), but otherwise everything was great! I'd like to say a big thank you to Chantelle who was so welcoming and helpful. :-)
