I really enjoyed the food at this establishment. My family is New York Italian and I’ve had great Italian food throughout my life. I ate everything on my plate. I would recommend this to my family if we were to ever come back to the UK. I also really loved the ambience of the establishment. It felt intimate and comfortable.

My husband and I coming from Warwickshire, Warwick , just found this absolutely great Italian restaurant, very nice reviewed on google … and let me tell you it is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS pizzas, all made in front of you ! Really good food, kind service.

We are staying at the Hilton metropol which is about 5 mins walk from here and well worth the walk. Good reception seated quickly and order taken drinks arrived quickly we had a bottle of Prosecco which was served ice cold and good value. First visit we both had pizza both of which arrived quickly well cooked and very tasty second trip we diversed wife has pasta with home made meat balls again very very good and I had pollo Milanese again very well cooked and presented. The whole experience is nothing but great and good prices as well

I really don’t like leaving bad reviews but this place was something else. We reserved a table for Valentines Day but asked for the regular menu which wasn’t a problem but resulted in them suddenly having to charge us £10pp for the live music. It took 30 mins before someone took our order and after another 20 mins someone came to ask what we actually ordered. Our starter got taken away before we finished it to make space for the mains. Pasta was undercooked. Service was poor. Got charged a small fortune for a very poor meal and experience. Luckily I had great company.

The bellman at our hotel recommend this restaurant and it was walking distance from our hotel. Service: We didn't wait long and we made reservations but didn't need to although it did get packed in there after a while. Ambience/Crowd: it had a very grown up aesthetic. Came for Christmas Day dinner. The menu was a set menu. The restaurant was squeezing tables in every nook and crannie. Every dish came out wrong. The food was very mellow quality. Perfect for a quieter dining experience on boxing day, the food is reasonably pricey but so worth it! We had a king prawn starter which was prepared according to dietary restrictions and an aubergine starter which was absolutely delicious. The main dishes were all so beautifully presented. My mother chose sea bass and vegetables cooked to perfection, also prepared according to dietary restrictions and my linguine with clams and king prawns was so succulent, thoroughly enjoyed that! My brother's steak was more of a well done rather than the medium rare as he had asked for. The desert menu is well varied, we went for the cheese cake, pistachio treat and blueberry sorbet which were all so light and the perfect choice to complete our meal. The service is second to none, served by the owner himself who is very warm and welcoming. I would definitely recommend it for a memorable dining experience.

Searching for places to eat in the edgware road area and this place popped up. I don’t normally leave reviews but I feel compelled as the food was absolutely exquisite. The TORTA MELE CASALINGA may be the best dessert I’ve ever had! Just annoyed I had to share it. Absolutely amazing place to eat, we will be making a reservation for our next visit in next week 10 of 10 for every single aspect of this meal, and this is coming from people who know and love great food

The food was very disappointing, and it appeared to be reheated rather than freshly prepared. The risotto was particularly unappetizing, with the oil, rice, and sauce not properly combined. The only dish that met expectations was the pizza.

Food was OK, the burger was standard, nothing special. The lasagne was actually quite tasty. The mocktail, ordered a strawberry freeze and you could taste fresh fruits, but not as cold as we thought it would be, over priced (eye-watering 9.95 each). Service was slow.

We ordered food and whilst were waiting a complimentary fresh garlic bread was placed on our table, which tasted lovely. Our starters arrived and tasted great followed by the main course. The beef burger was loved by my son. As a typical 12 year old he was removing some salad and onions, as the youngsters do, and when Wais saw this he immediately offered to bring another burger fresh and without anything but the sauces. We asked him not to even though he insisted which was such a kind gesture. My older son loved his Lasagne, my daughter had spaghetti which again tasted really nice. The wife had a vegetarian Ricotta dish which she loved and I asked for a dish that was not on the menu. Tagliatelli with cream and prawns and the chef whipped it up and it tasted AMAZING. The mocktails we very nice. All in all we had a great night with fantastic food but what stole the show was how friendly, helpful and accommodating the staff were. We had a good laugh and we have recommended Zonzo to friends and family and we will return ourselves in the near future.

We arrived at 8pm and shown to our table promptly and given menu's. 20mins later we were not even acknowledged by the waiter, eventually after another 5mins I had to get up from our table to ask the waiter if he could take our order. He came and took our order for food and drinks. Then another 5mins and we were given a complimentary garlic bread for our wait which was lovely but crazy when our drinks had not even arrived yet. However, 20mins later still no drinks or food and we were sat opposite the bar and the barman was not even making any drinks. So, we decided to cut our losses and asked to cancel our order as we had to be somewhere at 9.30pm and now it was nearly 8.50pm. We came for a meal last year when in london and it was lovely and the main reason we booked again as our son asked if we could come back. When we said look we have been waiting 50mins, they said it was coming. To sit and wait for even a drink after 50mins is unacceptable. Other tables were being served but we were just ignored? We will not be going back. The restaurant lost out on potentially £180 or more.

I have been here roughly four times and this time the service was absolutely terrible the waiter serving was incompetent and did not want to understand what we were saying to him. He wouldn’t smile or speak properly, he treated us badly because I requested to pay for my food first. Ordered a pizza and it came super soggy and wet, I have had pizza twice before here, it was great but this time it was absolutely disgusting and when I complained he insisted it was because the pizza was made in a real “wood pizza oven”. The waiter made the pizza and he made it with disgust and rushed it so we could leave. We had one slice and left the rest on the plate; he didn’t even care or ask why we didn’t eat it all. The only time he smiled was when he said bye to us as we were leaving. Absolutely terrible service from the waiter/pizza maker.

Everything about this place is a 10/10. I needed a large pizza order delivered to the office. I called in advance and emailed my order a few days ahead. Before the day, I checked in and was assured my order would be good to go (as I requested it for 12pm, but they only opened from 11:30am, I was a bit nervous). They delivered as promised on-time with personalized service from two couriers from the restuarant. All the staff I engaged during the process were exceptionally friendly and accomodating. Now the food.... I ordered all sorts of different pizzas (maybe 8 different ones) and every single one was phenomenal. The recipes are as creative as they look on the menu and they deliver on the quality of ingredients as well as how well the flavors work together. A lot of my coworkers were doubtful about smoked salmon on pizza, but that turned out to be a fan favorite. All in all, I can't say anything about their sit-in restuarant experience, but if you need a bunch of pizzas (or even just 1) from a place that will give you top-tier pies, these are your guys. They will definitely be my go-to place going forward.

The pizza was amazing! The sauce and toppings on the Diavola pizza were great...but the crust was amazingly good! It was the perfect crunch but not overcooked, but still light and airy inside. My kids shared a 13" margherita with half pepperoni and they finished it. They don't usually if the pizza isn't great. So that's high compliment. Service was nice & friendly too. Tiramisu was delicious. Would definitely recommend if you're in this neck of the woods.

Best food I've eaten, so far, in London. This restaurant has a lovely little patio, where we chose to dine. I ordered the sea bass and prawns and my daughter ordered a salmon dish. Both were seasoned and cooked perfectly. The sautéed vegetables served with the meals we just as tasty as the entrée. Highly recommend for an outstanding meal with a casual atmosphere. My compliments to the chef!
