Went for a anniversary meal and while food was OK service was poor Barely a word Never a smile Main course came before we had finished starter So main course was warm and dry. A shame because it was OK Would we go back. NOOOOOOO

When it comes to pizza and pasta, and of course Lemonchello no one does it more authentic than these guys. The owner is very involved in the business which makes it a word of a difference. Being a professional chef myself, I can truly say the food is extremely fresh and authentic.

I don’t know where to start. It was supposed to be an Italian restaurant but it had nothing to do with the Italian cuisine but the menu. The food was not even fresh without mentioning that it was served not the way we ordered to be cooked. The service was really bad. I picked this restaurant based on 4.5 stars but to us even 1 star is overrated. I never wrote a bad review but this time it really got to me. We paid almost 100 pounds for two people and ate nothing.

Wrost service ever, and they evne charge a service on bill of 9 pound 😱. The pizza was god, but the pasta where told Home made, but was not. Ouer food came dropping so we diddent eat together. Dont go here not the money worth

Let me start by saying the food is great! However, if you come on a day they are busy, expect the service to be terrible and wait an hour or more for your food that was ordered for takeout! When I first arrived I was told they couldn’t seat me because they were completely booked. Instead, I ordered online for takeout. Thank goodness I took it upon myself to order online otherwise I would’ve waited an additional 20 minutes to put my order in with a waiter. The order was simple… pasta bolognese and cheesy bread. The bread came out first, after waiting 40 minutes. I began to get frustrated when 2 groups of people that arrived after me were seated and received their food long before the my cheese bread came out. When brought to the waiter’s attention, whom I also believe may have been the manager the excuse was they were busy. At no point should it have taken over an hour to received pasta and meat sauce, especially when the order was placed over an hour earlier and should’ve been in the queue with the chef. It’s unacceptable. By the time I even received the pasta, the bread was cold. I used to come to this restaurant all the time when in town and I do not believe I will go back due to such poor and inconsiderate service.

Portions were excellent and wait staff was top notch. We ordered antipasta and pizza. The pizza was amazing... thin, naples style, pepperoni pizza with excellent sauce. Would definitely return next time we had a craving for Italian cuisine.

The food was delicious. We had lasagne, a pizza and gnocchi- all were amazing especially the lasagne. The waiter was very attentive and kind to our son. It was a relaxed atmosphere, not really formal. We would recommend.

We found this restaurant in the hotel area so we decided to go one day, we ordered pizza, salad starter (very little) and wine. Everything was quite delicious despite the size, the problem came when the bill arrived. When we saw the price (without letting us see the ticket) we were surprised so I then asked for the ticket to see where the problem was: they had charged us for a full bottle of wine when we had drunk half, plus the 5 pounds of service that they charge you everywhere. He was quite aware that he was trying to deceive us because since we were Spanish, he would still sneak in. In short, he gives us the money back that way and we leave. The fact is that we decided to give it another chance... we ordered a couple of pizzas, no wine lest they charge us badly again. Well, it was time to pay and the bottle of water was 7 pounds and the service had also suddenly increased! What a surprise! He had tried to trick us again! Just kidding... don't go if you're from outside, it must be that we foreigners have "scam me" written on our foreheads.

We got to the restaurant very late. Nevertheless, they cooked for us. It was so delicious and the best mojito I've ever had. The servers were also super nice! :)

Nice food. Good service, although we were the only ones in there ! Good location to the Cockpit theatre where we were going after dinner. My son smashed a glass accidentally and it was dealt with nicely and we were not made to feel bad at all . Would go there again

I had gluten free pizza that was 100% delicious! Everyone's food looked and tasted fabulous.

Came here for a friend's birthday meal and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The service was quick when we ordered. I asked for the gluten free Spaghetti Aglio Olio Peperoncino and the olive oil and garlic was really tasty. The gluten free spaghetti had a great texture, cooked al dente, and was served in a different bowl to everyone else to distinguish it as gluten free, which reassured me. Another friend was dairy free and they adapted a the Spaghetti Alla Carrettiera dish for her. Then, the staff brought out a tirimasu with a candle in it and played happy birthday for my friend! It was so thoughtful and everyone sang for her - a lovely surprise! Thank you for a great experience Zonzo, I hope to be back to try your gluten free pizza. Note that gluten free pasta and pizza means an extra £3 charge to the price listed.

I had an early dinner, my friend and I were the only people in the restaurant. When I said I was gluten free the server joked and said that was another problem and made some inappropriate remarks saying I looked 16. He also asked us where we were from then went on to say when I get married my husband is going to have to deal with the fact that I am gluten free, he just made us feel very uncomfortable the entire meal. Finding gluten free and halal is so hard but I won’t be returning to this restaurant ever again.

Just a delightful Saturday night meal at Zonzo. Service was so kind and attentive yet relaxed. Restaurant vibe and decor is quirky and fun. Don’t let the busy street block and Taco Bell neighbor keep you from enjoying a great Italian meal here. Members of my family are gluten intolerant and they said it was the best gluten free pasta and pizza they’ve have ever tasted. Seafood with homemade pasta and cherry tomatoes was delicious. Anti pasta appetizer for 2 was enough for 4 of us to start. Lovely bottle of primitivo and great cocktails (and mocktails). Spicy chili oil is a must. Felt like a warm, welcoming family run place that we will definitely return to next time we are in London. Thank you Zonzo!!

Visited for dinner with the kids, restaurant was very quite upon arrival despite it being just after 7pm. Very friendly staff got us seated quickly. Drinks arrived quickly closely followed by the starters, food was good and as expected. Restaurant nicely decorated and quite smart

Intimate restaurant with tasty cuisine. We were a group of six. I ordered the AGNELLO SCOTTADITO. The sauce was savory and potatoes delicious. I wish that the lamb had been more tender. We had a nice presentation of the Prosecco that several of us ordered. One in our party ordered salmon which took way longer to arrive than all of the dishes. It appears that the order was missed initially. The server even asked what she ordered as our plates lost heat because we waited to eat until hers arrived. That was unfortunate but overall, it was a nice evening dining there.

Auf Website beworbene Angebote gab es leider nicht. Darauf angesprochen sagte Servicekraft doch wir bekommen das. Danach kam Koch es ginge doch nicht "it's christmas time"🤔🤔 war am 19.12. und wir die einzigsten Gäste. Vielleicht wollte man uns 6 nicht?? Wir sind dann gegangen, schade. In Chinatown waren uns trotz voller Läden alle Türen und Tore offen. Sterne gab's fürs Ambiente, sonst natürlich keine!

Zonzo nailed it for us! Booked a table for two to celebrate my friend's birthday, and they made it unforgettable. The staff celebrated with us, adding a personal touch to the evening. My seafood pasta was crazy fresh, and my friend's lamb chops were spot-on, perfectly cooked. Zonzo is seriously good eats. We had 2 house cocktails (Zonzo Delight) which were fantastic as well. Highly recommended for a memorable celebration with fantastic food!

Our family of four just got done eating an early dinner here and everything was absolutely phenomenal. My wife had a salad, my kids shared an order of gnocchi and pizza, and I had a pasta dish and we were all blown away by how delicious everything was. We all shared an order of the tiramisu and it was among the best desserts we have ever had. We would definitely eat here again and highly recommend this restaurant.

Ordered the vegetable lasagne with Parmesan cheese which was £3.50, no Parmesan cheese, and the filling was frozen vegetables rather than what is on their information - shallots, peppers, mushroom and corvette but it had peas sweetcorn and carrots that are obviously from a frozen bag of veg. The pizza also arrived cold and this is not the drivers fault. Absolute joke of a restaurant

Looking for a pizza place near my hotel in Marleybone area. This one looked inviting and it did not disappoint. Had a moderately priced bottle of wine with a co-worker and the we ordered the large Buffalo Pizza. It was fantastic. Very thin crust with a combination of ingredients that were delicious. I’ll go back again next time I’m staying here.

The food was either under cooked, or over cooked. The wait staff was uninterested in us as well. Would not reccomend.

I was given a raw chicken breast and was told it was raw because the oven wasn’t hot enough. I pre-booked, so they were aware they had bookings and wasn’t prepared at all. I didn’t pay for my meal and was given a free dessert but for a trained chef to present raw chicken is disgusting and extremely unacceptable.

Unfortunately a really poor experience. Left after starters as so poor and only paid for drinks. What a shame.
