Great place for dessert and Indian dishes. We had the paneer and papdi chart and it was very tasty. The brownie was really yummy and everything was well presented. The service is very good and staff are so attentive. 100% would recommend. Can't wait to return. Thank you for great service.

I popped in today and ordered a coffee and chocolate orange waffle. I was very impressed with the excellent service of the waiter from start to finish, and will certainly be eating there again soon.

Since Mimi's opened I always choose to be there.The food is at high standard delivered my Mr Fernandes with an excellent service making the atmosphere calm making sure I the customer is satisfied also beautiful decoration . My kids love the food also the decorations, they loved the padding of chairs.

Ordered a cheese and chicken sandwich, channa two ‘large’ parathas and a jacket potato. The channa was dry and overfilled with masala, the two large parathas they have on their menu consist of two small frozen shaan parathas. The sandwich was dry and horrible and as for the jacket potato will let the picture speak for itself. It smelt horrible and the tuna mayo was swimming and pouring off the plate. We took one bite of the food and asked the waiter to clean up as it wasn’t even edible. All the food was cold and the service from the waiter was terrible. We asked to be seated at the booth in the back however we were told that this was reserved, after explaining we will be here for a while as we are carrying out some admin on our laptops, suddenly the waiter said you can sit there but you’ll have to leave for the reservation (which never turned up). Overall very unprofessional service provided and the food was terrible. Furthermore the waiter forgot to apply the 20% off the bill which was displayed outside on a banner, it was only upon realising that we went back to correct the bill and the waiter argued that this was only for the morning however the banner states that it was all day. Really is such a shame as this used to be a local spot.

I recently ordered from Mimi Coffee and Dessert Lounge, hoping for the same quality I remember from the previous management, but I was quite disappointed. I understand that delivery can affect freshness, but I live only five minutes away, so I didn’t expect such a big drop in quality. The dessert I received was stale and so hard that I couldn’t even cut into it, let alone enjoy it. It really seemed like it must have been this way from the start. The atmosphere and service have always been great in-house, but this experience with the food left me questioning whether standards have changed under the new management. I hope they can get back to the quality that made Mimi's special, as I know it has the potential to be fantastic again.

I visited this dessert shop for the first time, and it was fantastic! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and Nick, the manager, was incredibly friendlyh and attentive. The desserts were delicious and beautifully presented – a real treat for everyone. The kids especially loved it, making it a perfect spot for families. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

Cake was disgusting tasted like rat poison; it was was bitter. Doesn't bakers taste for quality. I also never received an item, but got refunded. Quality of waffles and ice is going down. Never buying rom mimis again

This is a dessert shop located in the hounslow area. It sells different waffles, pancake desserts and ice cream. Their shop has a very special decoration, which is themed with flowers. The whole shop is full of flowers, which gives people a pleasant feeling. It feels like dining in a large garden. In addition, their store is located next to the main road, so they have a floor-to-ceiling glass, which makes it very comfortable to come here at noon. Their waiters have a very good attitude, are very polite, and will take care of the needs of the guests. Some of their cakes are made by their own brand and taste good. We also tried their coffee and special drinks, which are definitely good drinks for you to take photos with. Finally, there are two points that you may need to pay attention to. Some foods are relatively sweet. If you don’t like too sweet food, you may choose other restaurants. In addition, his location is not on a busy street, so it is difficult to find.

I haven't been to Mimi's for some times, so I popped in the other and am glad I didn't. I had a delicious breakfast and the portion size was huge. But best part of my experience was the waiter that serve me ( Fernandes) he was so lovely and attentive. I have been to Mimi's few times prior but by far that was the best service I've experienced from a member of staff.

Really good service by Nikhil at Mimi’s. We went there for breakfast. We had full English breakfast. The food was good, the service too. The food little longer to arrive due to the place being busy on a weekend, however Nikhil was kind and apologetic and gave us complimentary chocolates. The ambience of the place is lovely, very Instagramable.

We ordered sandwiches....we have eaten better. The taco dish was not what I expected. The masala tea was more like a latte. In my opinion, I would like to say the waiters need a better formation to interact with customers.Not a good experience .Won't be going there again.The only good thing is the setting. Sorry!

Best breakfast with lots of non-pork options, which I find hard to find. Their iced latte was amazing, staff was extremely friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious. Thank you so much to the server for taking such good care of me, the whole visit was perfect.

We come here quite regularly as the standard of desserts is probably the best in the area. There is a very good level of consistency in quality across a pretty wide range of desserts on the menu. The interior is also really nice although the music can be a little bit too much sometimes. My only recommendation to management is to perhaps lower the volume but otherwise, the desserts, service and interior here are excellent.

Extremely rude and ignorant on the phone. The Indian guy hangs up and doesn’t answer enquiries. Disgusting

Service was slow, food was awful, only good thing was the setting. Cappuccino was extremely bitter, more than double espresso. The passion fruit mojito was lots of syrup sparkling water and some mint, the worst I have ever had. The tuna on packet potato was hot and watery like soup. Finally the chocolate fudge sundae smelt and tasted like paracetamol and ice cream, the brownies had awful storage smell, 100% out of date. The waiter was overly friendly at first and then extremely moody, bipolar I think.

DO NOT GO HERE!! They do not know how to follow simple instructions and will then be extremely rude to you when you confront them about it. Desserts aren’t anything special at all

loved the food, the place has had a great renovation, i would recommend you to add a kids meal with smaller and cheaper portions since some kids cannot finish the large portions leading to waste for the restaurant and customers, service was relatively fast but could be more efficient

The price does not reflect the quality. The food was clearly thrown around during the 3-minute journey from the shop to my house. Whether this is the fault of the delivery driver or the shop not packing the order correctly I am not sure. However the waffle was still cold, dry, and stale and had clearly been sitting around for a while. The cookie dough was also hard and cold. £12 for that is atrocious, I’m sorry. In this economy?

Lovely dessert. Always have the same thing- a waffle! It was delicious. Quiet atmosphere which is nice but makes it difficult to converse without worrying about disrupting others. Would return as we always do.

Last time I came here with my daughter she was 8 yrs old, now she is 16 yrs. We decided to come here for father's day and I was so impressed with the elevation of the place.. my daughter and I eat out alot and I have to say everything was 10/10 Nick & Fernandez are the best waiter tag team in London 😅.. the Cocktails and desserts were amazing, I will definitely be back again and again.. 🎖️

Since new management has taken over this place has gone downhill. Waited over an hour for an Uber order which showed as 30mins delivery time. Called the restaurant and advisor said they are busy. I mentioned that waiting an hour for an order which hasn’t left site is excessive. He then decided to hang up on me!!!!! Doesn’t matter how busy you are customer should come first. Rude behaviour!!!! Never ordering from here again.
