Service was slow, food was awful, only good thing was the setting. Cappuccino was extremely bitter, more than double espresso. The passion fruit mojito was lots of syrup sparkling water and some mint, the worst I have ever had. The tuna on packet potato was hot and watery like soup. Finally the chocolate fudge sundae smelt and tasted like paracetamol and ice cream, the brownies had awful storage smell, 100% out of date. The waiter was overly friendly at first and then extremely moody, bipolar I think.

First time I come here , I really enjoyed my time with my child .The gentlemen who serves us name Nik .He was very careing and the service also very fast and awesome 👌. He told us to leave some good lines for a Our services on goggle. your service is top class also food is very nice .Now they starts selling alcohol .we definitely come back to enjoy this lovely colourful environment..❤️

DO NOT GO HERE!! They do not know how to follow simple instructions and will then be extremely rude to you when you confront them about it. Desserts aren’t anything special at all

loved the food, the place has had a great renovation, i would recommend you to add a kids meal with smaller and cheaper portions since some kids cannot finish the large portions leading to waste for the restaurant and customers, service was relatively fast but could be more efficient

The food here is unique and delicious..Everytime we come here, Nick served us..He is friendly and really amazing.

Couldn't ask for a better service. Last time i came here they even went all out for my birthday and played a bitrthday tune whilst writing happy birthday around my cake. My partner took me to Mimis as an after work treat. The service was really good .. ordered the ice cream and got to try their new fudge brownie which was amazing ..Nikki was amazing too and was an amazing host ..

Nickel was very good manger offered great customer service and was very friendly and had a great communication of asking about any allergies etc and gave us a complimentary gelato with my wife

The price does not reflect the quality. The food was clearly thrown around during the 3-minute journey from the shop to my house. Whether this is the fault of the delivery driver or the shop not packing the order correctly I am not sure. However the waffle was still cold, dry, and stale and had clearly been sitting around for a while. The cookie dough was also hard and cold. £12 for that is atrocious, I’m sorry. In this economy?

The chocoholic crepe is just a dry crepe with cheap chocolate sauce and the crepe sticks to the cardboard & paper Response: Uber has denied my refund. I am still disappointed the crepe and waffle tasted store bought or made very poorly

Lovely dessert. Always have the same thing- a waffle! It was delicious. Quiet atmosphere which is nice but makes it difficult to converse without worrying about disrupting others. Would return as we always do.

Last time I came here with my daughter she was 8 yrs old, now she is 16 yrs. We decided to come here for father's day and I was so impressed with the elevation of the place.. my daughter and I eat out alot and I have to say everything was 10/10 Nick & Fernandez are the best waiter tag team in London 😅.. the Cocktails and desserts were amazing, I will definitely be back again and again.. 🎖️

Since new management has taken over this place has gone downhill. Waited over an hour for an Uber order which showed as 30mins delivery time. Called the restaurant and advisor said they are busy. I mentioned that waiting an hour for an order which hasn’t left site is excessive. He then decided to hang up on me!!!!! Doesn’t matter how busy you are customer should come first. Rude behaviour!!!! Never ordering from here again.

I really love coming here and also ordering online. The shop itself is very comfortable and service is always good. Online is also very quick and they have never made a mistake and they also read the special notes you put online and are always very accommodating .

Food and drinks (especially vanilla frappuccino and vegetarian breakfast) and service was 10/10. Nik was a really polite and helpful server! The music can be a teeny bit too loud and the place is a but dark if you're away from the window. In any case, it's a lovely place to sit and have coffee and food.

After leaving airport didn’t expect to find anything except fast-food or hotel snacks at 11pm. Mimi’s offers not only deserts. I had jacket potato with various extra toppings plus club sandwich. It was great. Nick service was spot on. Only issue I have is that after scanning QR code to preview menu. To my surprise few days later found it in my cloud storage. Breach in private space. Mind what you scan people!

Preferred whole experience at Mimi’s under old management. Seating not comfortable and decor not nice at all. Very limited halal options. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was so so. Not terrible but not great.
