I ordered the Mimi classic waffle and it was stone cold and it tasted like a shoe the brownie was warmed up in the microwave,the ice cream tasted like water

Found this beautiful spot by mistake, we had some waffles and milkshakes which was really good. Served by Esham who made us feel welcome. Will definitely come again

Mimi’s is a very pleasant atmosphere for family. Everytime me and my family visit we are greeted and seated. The staff are always extremely friendly and regularly check up on our needs. The desserts are delicious and fresh. I especially like the lotus berry.

We usually go to Mimis for a nice dessert. This time we order some drinks and a couple of desserts and my dessert was not available so I ordered another one. then they came with the last dessert no sight of anything else so we had to follow up with them. Then when we finish one and then the coffees came and the drink and other desserts but they seem to be all confused. They said they had new staff but he was just wondering around and no much was done. The drink for my daughter was like lemonade with syrup and it was £7 mojito but yeah and all the bill was quite high now so this is about £10 a dessert. Service was really low. I think I would look at somewhere else next time. What is a shame because the place is really nice.

First time me and my cousin visited this place and we were so excited after seeing the place. But the service was not good at all specially from an Indian guy from haryana he came to us stated that u guys needs to move as he has finished his shift and he has to mobe. I mean seriously I have not seen any waiter could say like this. Food was ok but the guy was so rude seriously. No apology at all and soooooo rude I would never come to this place ever in my life. This drink attached below look at the decoration for drink lime who put like this 🤣 This guy ruined our night with his rude behaviour

Service was amazing and so was the dessert, always served by Nikhil Chaudry and his service is amazing. He really makes the dessert or whatever you order just the way you want it or like it and remembers your order for future. Have to say I continue to only go to Mimis because of him. Thanks again.

The service was truly exceptional always good for a breakfast. I would recommend the classic the sausage was tasty flavourful and cooked perfectly. The apple crumble was fantastic as usual ordered. Thanks to the team and Manjunath Reddy for waiting on us the entire meal.

The food was decent, but the waiters were quite rude and unprofessional. It really took away from the overall experience. Customer service definitely needs improvement.

I ordered the Homemade Tottenham cake, it was raw in the middle. When I called, the gentleman I spoke to told me he simply worked there and there was nothing he could do. Not even an offer to replace it.

It says open at 10.30am for breakfast. I waited today from 10.30am to 11am, no one came or opened shop. Very disappointed. Was looking forward to a nice halal Eid breakfast.

First time here, and it was so lovely and the staff went above and beyond. We were served by Nikhil and he checked up on us every now and again to make sure we were all good. It was my sister's birthday, he and the chef made sure it was very special! Definitely will come again :))

Popped in with a couple of friends for some cheeky desserts, Eshan was incredibly welcoming & friendly! Not too keen on the flower decor but service was impeccable! Definitely recommend the homemade apple crumble!

I have been coming here for years and before the refurb the food and service was perfect. It has since gone massively downhill. Tried to order a mocktail off the menu and was told they don’t do them because of a licence issue but mocktails are non alcoholic. The restaurant was unbearably hot! The nachos were absolutely disgusting!! The service was shockingly bad! My sister ordered a caramel iced latte at the til, the waiter then came to the table and asked if it was caramel to which she said yes. He then came with a hot caramel latter and she politely said she’s ordered an iced latte to which he rudely said no you didn’t! He then rolled his eyes at us, shook his head and walked off! He then brought the iced one and put it on the table without saying a word. His hair looked dirty and greasy… very off putting when dealing with food and drink. I will never come back here!!! 0/10

I had a very disappointing experience at this café. The waiter lacked basic work etiquette, and the food quality was below expectations. To make matters worse, I had a 25% discount code on drinks through the taste card, but the waiter only gave me 10%, claiming the management had changed. That’s not the customer’s problem—they should have honored the discount properly. Poor service, misleading offers, and subpar food. Definitely not worth the money, and I won’t be returning.

Very rude waiter who accused me of lying when I mentioned “ iced caramel coffee” twice to him and be brought me a hot drink & I asked for it to be sent back gently. He snatched the cup and rolled his eyes and stormed off?? Very inconsiderate and disrespectful. It’s a coffee & it’s your job to fix an error that’s occurred. I’ve been here plenty of times & this is the last time I’ll ever come. Customer service is now 0 and the manners is disgusting. Also extremely unhygienic to serve and make drinks with greasy long hair! Please wear a hair net.

We liked their food; the club sandwich was delicious; hot drinks were served with perfectionism Eshan is managing the Mimi Cafe really well. I would recommend Mimi for friends catch-up and brunches.

Came here for lunch and dessert with a friend, first time coming here and had a great time. We ordered samosa and chicken skewers and some sides, which were hot and tasty. I had the molten lava cake for dessert, which I could smell as the waiter was bringing-it was so chocolatey!! Overall had a good meal and prices weren't bad. Waiting times were good considering they made the food to order. Service was great, we even got free drinks when there was a delay, shout out to Eeshal (I hope I've spelt that right), he was amazing and made the gist very pleasant. Would recommend, definitely coming again

The service in this coffee shop is amazing. I’ve been a regular for a few years now and I can highly recommend the staff here specifically Nick the manager and Eshan. Their service is great and they always have a warm welcome. They have been working here for a while which is really nice as you develop a relationship with the staff as opposed to different people every week. The Atmosphere is great, the music is uplifting and the design of the shop itself is absolutely beautiful!! Highly recommend

This place is good and food delicious

It is called a coffee lounge, and that is how it looks and feels. I could lounge in there all day and feast on their gorgeous offerings. Succulent varieties of sweets, pancakes, waffles, cheesecakes, and more, all served in ways that look too good to eat. Although I do recommend eating them, perhaps before taking the obligatory photo to make your friends jealous. Add to this good friendly service, and this place is a winner.

if you like wearing informal clothing dont expect table service. came to mimis for the first time with a group of 4, and given only 1 menu? restaurant was empty but waiter insisted on giving us the worst table, after some negotiation we got the desired table. food was great, portion sizes were ok.

The server is always so nice and quick. The food is incredibly good, my go-to dessert place. The music is always so diverse and fitting the atmosphere and the decor is just amazing!

Came to Mimis, and bought Ferrero Rochea milk shake. The vibes were great and the staffmembers were very friendly and their services were top notch. I would definitely come back again and would highly reccomend this place to everyone.

the music was atrociously loud, I couldn't hear my thoughts never mind mind my friend who was sat right next to me. we attempted to study, it was in vain. the bathroom was an assault on the eyes, the flashing lights should come with an epilepsy warning. thanks for that guys x

Great place for dessert and Indian dishes. We had the paneer and papdi chart and it was very tasty. The brownie was really yummy and everything was well presented. The service is very good and staff are so attentive. 100% would recommend. Can't wait to return. Thank you for great service.

I popped in today and ordered a coffee and chocolate orange waffle. I was very impressed with the excellent service of the waiter from start to finish, and will certainly be eating there again soon.

Since Mimi's opened I always choose to be there.The food is at high standard delivered my Mr Fernandes with an excellent service making the atmosphere calm making sure I the customer is satisfied also beautiful decoration . My kids love the food also the decorations, they loved the padding of chairs.

I recently ordered from Mimi Coffee and Dessert Lounge, hoping for the same quality I remember from the previous management, but I was quite disappointed. I understand that delivery can affect freshness, but I live only five minutes away, so I didn’t expect such a big drop in quality. The dessert I received was stale and so hard that I couldn’t even cut into it, let alone enjoy it. It really seemed like it must have been this way from the start. The atmosphere and service have always been great in-house, but this experience with the food left me questioning whether standards have changed under the new management. I hope they can get back to the quality that made Mimi's special, as I know it has the potential to be fantastic again.

Ordered a cheese and chicken sandwich, channa two ‘large’ parathas and a jacket potato. The channa was dry and overfilled with masala, the two large parathas they have on their menu consist of two small frozen shaan parathas. The sandwich was dry and horrible and as for the jacket potato will let the picture speak for itself. It smelt horrible and the tuna mayo was swimming and pouring off the plate. We took one bite of the food and asked the waiter to clean up as it wasn’t even edible. All the food was cold and the service from the waiter was terrible. We asked to be seated at the booth in the back however we were told that this was reserved, after explaining we will be here for a while as we are carrying out some admin on our laptops, suddenly the waiter said you can sit there but you’ll have to leave for the reservation (which never turned up). Overall very unprofessional service provided and the food was terrible. Furthermore the waiter forgot to apply the 20% off the bill which was displayed outside on a banner, it was only upon realising that we went back to correct the bill and the waiter argued that this was only for the morning however the banner states that it was all day. Really is such a shame as this used to be a local spot.

The staff is very kind. I ate a strawberry waffle and it’s was so good. The portion was so big and I was not able to finish it. I recommend this local.

I visited this dessert shop for the first time, and it was fantastic! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and Nick, the manager, was incredibly friendlyh and attentive. The desserts were delicious and beautifully presented – a real treat for everyone. The kids especially loved it, making it a perfect spot for families. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

This is a dessert shop located in the hounslow area. It sells different waffles, pancake desserts and ice cream. Their shop has a very special decoration, which is themed with flowers. The whole shop is full of flowers, which gives people a pleasant feeling. It feels like dining in a large garden. In addition, their store is located next to the main road, so they have a floor-to-ceiling glass, which makes it very comfortable to come here at noon. Their waiters have a very good attitude, are very polite, and will take care of the needs of the guests. Some of their cakes are made by their own brand and taste good. We also tried their coffee and special drinks, which are definitely good drinks for you to take photos with. Finally, there are two points that you may need to pay attention to. Some foods are relatively sweet. If you don’t like too sweet food, you may choose other restaurants. In addition, his location is not on a busy street, so it is difficult to find.

I haven't been to Mimi's for some times, so I popped in the other and am glad I didn't. I had a delicious breakfast and the portion size was huge. But best part of my experience was the waiter that serve me ( Fernandes) he was so lovely and attentive. I have been to Mimi's few times prior but by far that was the best service I've experienced from a member of staff.

Really good service by Nikhil at Mimi’s. We went there for breakfast. We had full English breakfast. The food was good, the service too. The food little longer to arrive due to the place being busy on a weekend, however Nikhil was kind and apologetic and gave us complimentary chocolates. The ambience of the place is lovely, very Instagramable.

We ordered sandwiches....we have eaten better. The taco dish was not what I expected. The masala tea was more like a latte. In my opinion, I would like to say the waiters need a better formation to interact with customers.Not a good experience .Won't be going there again.The only good thing is the setting. Sorry!

Best breakfast with lots of non-pork options, which I find hard to find. Their iced latte was amazing, staff was extremely friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious. Thank you so much to the server for taking such good care of me, the whole visit was perfect.

We come here quite regularly as the standard of desserts is probably the best in the area. There is a very good level of consistency in quality across a pretty wide range of desserts on the menu. The interior is also really nice although the music can be a little bit too much sometimes. My only recommendation to management is to perhaps lower the volume but otherwise, the desserts, service and interior here are excellent.
