used to live in London and loved to go to Franco Manca- great to see after all those years they’re still amazing 😍 quick food, great quality. Napoli style pizza and sooo much better than pizza express and all the other “English style” pizza places. grazie- see you in a few years!

First time i ordered from here . Pizzas not cooked. Its like the bread paste i use for fishing !! What a sloppy mess. Should have known it wasn't cooked as it had moved over to one side .......disgusting .

Siamo entrati per caso nel ristorante attratti dal profumo della pizza che si sentiva da fuori e abbiamo fatto centro. Pizza molto buona con ingredienti di qualità e personale gentilissimo. Siamo stati in occasione del compleanno del mio ragazzo e hanno provveduto a rendere la cena speciale portandoci anche una fetta di torta con tanto di candelina. Da italiani lo consigliamo vivamente per una buona pizza a Londra!!

Unfortunately my pizza was terribly undercooked , I didn't even finish half of it, also they charged me around 1.70£ for extra tomato

Ich bin skeptisch gewesen weil es direkt bei Sankt Pauls Cathedral liegt (Von wegen Touri-falle) Es war super. Eine wirklich gute Pizza gegessen. Preislich voll in Ordnung. Sehr nette Bedienung! Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen!

Great place to go with the family. Kids have their own menu, and the staff was very friendly. The pizzas had high quality ingredients, but the base was a bit soft for me.

Great dinner with family lots great pizza. My uncle is Italian and was satisfied with the quality. I think that says it all as Italians can be picky 😂. You will leave full and satisfied at great value.

Nice food and very friendly people. We ordered 3 different pizzas, all were fantastic. If you have child u could get a free pizza for them too.

Fantastic restaurant on the high street. great sourdough pizza at an affordable price. Our waitress lilou was fantastic! very courteous and catered to our every need, will be returning soon!

Horrendous service. We walked in and were not greeted and simply told to sit at a table the server pointed at. The server was near enough non existent in terms of help. She apologised as she had a “big table” but the restaurant was at best 15% full. We came here hoping for a better experience than the Richmond location but it seems like the company has a huge issue in training staff. It’s a shame as the pizza is tasty

I used to love coming to Franco Manca but after the last time I will find somewhere else to go. Took the wife out after work mid week for a pizza and a drink and the service we received was awful. We got to the restaurant just after 09pm, I asked the staff if they were closing and I was told they were still open and to take a seat, which we did. We ordered the food and drinks, I went for their Franco’s special white pizza and the Mrs got a salad, I politely asked extra capers on my pizza but when the pizza came there were 5 counted capers on it (obliviously due to the non attentive way the waitress took our orders). So the food came and we had to wait a good 10 minutes AFTER THE FOOD CAME for our drinks! I had ordered a lemonade and the wife an aperol spritz. There was one another customer at the restaurant so two tables to serve in total as the restaurant was empty and the waitress still managed to offer us such a poor service being more interested in chatting with the pizzas chef rather than looking after the customers. It was funny as at one stage my Mrs pointed out what was going on saying: “she can’t wait to go back home and have fun with him” referring to the waitress and pizza chef who were having good times chatting and laughing ignoring their customers. Pizza was good but the wife wasn’t happy with the chicken salad as the chicken looked not fresh at all, or not made from chicken breast. Once we finished the food we asked the waitress if we could get an affogato dessert and we were told NO, as they already cleaned the coffee machine, so we just got the bill and we left. I never had such a bad service from Franco Manca in past when they had Italian staff, Cindy which I remember was working here before and was an absolute gem she went well above her duty to look after customers and made sure everything was perfect with the full restaurant! The service I received from the existing waitress with 2 tables to look after in an empty restaurant was a 1/10 compared to the 10/10 experience I previously had with the Italian staff… Sad but after coming here for several years thanks to the bad experience I had from their current waiting staff I will not be back.

As always the pizza is absolutely delicious and arrives quickly with high quality ingredients. Special mention to Marta who took extra care with us 👍 We’ll be back soon!

We went for a pizza with our family last night after returning from a long day sightseeing in London. Before going I read a few reviews about this place: "excellent"! I have to confirm everything, the pizza was really good, better quality than many pizzerias in Italy, for dessert we ordered a tiramisu, for 8, maybe I would have added a little more coffee and liqueur to make it softer and give it that extra touch ' that the recipe calls for, but still not bad. The guys are all young and very kind. I would go back!

One of the best pizzas I’ve had! Really fresh. I ordered the ‘Franco’s favourite’ and it was absolutely delicious - I found that they were generous with their toppings. I will definitely be back! The staff were also lovely.

Delicious pizzas! Lovely table outside on a warm evening. Service was attentive and we were sent away with an additional complimentary wild garlic pesto dipping sauce which is just one of the best things to dip those glorious cloud-like crusts into!

Eigenlijk alleen naar binnen gegaan voor een dessert, maar uiteindelijk toch een pizza besteld. Deze was echt heerlijk. Ook onze jongste zoon die wat spijt had van zijn keus in ijsje, werd zonder problemen een nieuwe gebracht die ze niet eens hebben afgerekend (we hebben het wel betaald als fooi). Heel vriendelijke mensen, fantastische kok daar bij St. Paul's cathedral.

Very average pizza, not really Italian, small amount of ingredients. Had the feeling that I was eating bread. But the space is nice and they delivered it very fast.

Really good pizza, fast and friendly service, nice clean airy place, pricing very reasonable too. Just what we were looking for to feed a family of four on the way back from a day of London sightseeing. So much better than any big-name restaurant chains.

I recently visited Franco Manca Chiswick, and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. The service was slow; we had to wait a considerable amount of time to be served. The staff was not attentive and didn't even apologise for the delays. I ordered a fresh lemonade with my Pizza, but it tasted like water and lacked any real flavor. I had to return it, which added to the disappointment. The pizza was fine. Overall, the visit did not meet my expectations, and I'm confident there are better dining options available in the area.

Really good pizza - just like in Italy. Same goes for the tiramisu and salad dishes. The staff has been genuinely nice and professional, especially Johanna.

Very good service and the food was at the usual great standard at a really decent price. The bathrooms were a bit odd architecturally and slightly dank, but they were an entertaining quirk at this otherwise perfectly standard Franco Manca. (P.S. TRY THE CHICKEN SALAD!)

First time at Franco Manca and really enjoy the pizza, starters were excellent too, good chilles atmosphere and staff we fab.

We love Franco Manca and frequent their London branches… we particularly love their Chiswick branch and enjoyed a perfect pizza and salad tonight. Our superb waitress called Amie made the ‘difference that is the difference’ as she was both charming and efficient. We always feel that the Chiswick branch has a the edge on the other branches and the staff are always brilliant and we like the chefs. Highly recommend - and ask for Amie !

We had a big family lunch here on the outside tables last weekend and it couldn’t have been better. Delicious pizzas, salads and icecream, charming staff who looked after us beautifully and good value. Our whole group (from aged 8 to nearly 80) was happy!

I came across this restaurant by chance with my partner and I can only speak highly of it. Warm welcome, friendly and competent staff and delicious pizza. One of the best I've ever had in London.

Great pizzas and drinks at Franco Manca Chiswick this evening! The staff were helpful and attentive, took care of my need for a gluten free pizza base, and the food was fresh and tasted amazing! Will be coming back for sure.

Coming to late to take order, everytime less Hamm, when we complaint about that they told us that this is how it comes (1 ham cut in 4 pieces) In a rude way! . then charge us for extra ham.

Fantastic pizza, great staff. I'd say the best Franco Manca in all of London. We've come here about a dozen times and every time the staff are friendly and welcoming, even on a busy Friday evening.

It was full of Deliveroo people in helmets being seen to as a priority. It took ages to get a table, despite being almost empty re actual diners, and then we were waiting a long, long time for someone to take our orders. So long, in fact, that we felt compelled to walk out empty handed. Very poor.

Very rude servers they are so in a hurry they do not even let you finish eating before taking the plates away.

Best pizza in London... Great sourdough base. Try the meat special. It's always delicious. The one downside is that it gets a bit noisy.

Got charged for water that we didn't get (unfortunately only realised afterwards), as well as the size of the aperol spritz was a joke. Pizza was pretty good but not worth the rest of it.

Pizza #10 (with smoky mozzarella and truffles) was pretty good. The tough was a bit too elastic however it was thin and airy. It’s definitely not the best Italian pizza you can find but the price / quality ratio is decent

Delicious food and great service! My boyfriend and I went to Franco Manca on a Friday night around 7 with no reservation and got seated right away. The service was friendly and speedy. My bf got the pizza with anchovy’s and capers and I got the truffle pizza. Both were absolutely delicious. We are excited to go back and work our way through the menu!!

Recommended by Italian friends who live in London, I found a place where you can breathe Italian air where you can eat an excellent pizza. Tried both traditional and innovative pizzas, for which I was a little skeptical but I was pleasantly surprised. Very digestible dough, thin in the center and thick at the edges, with both classic and innovative flavours. Excellent value for money for these unbeatable latitudes! The pizzeria in zone two, a stone's throw from the Turnham Green stop (district line). Advised!
