This has to be the blandest burger I’ve got and this is a HONEST review. Never again would I be dining here. Seasonless burger. 0/5 0/15 onion rings were fire thought that’s why it gets 1 star Host was great but did advise to get the burger I had which was dead. Wasn’t his fault they don’t season the pattys

Had the local burger great rosemary chips as usual.

The bread too hard (not seemed to be fresh) I don’t recommend it, not tastey at all

Uber eats waited over an hour, received 1 stone cold burger for 2 people and completely the wrong order!!! Really poor service and you not picking up the phone compounds the issue. Cross check food orders going out. 0 Stars

Has the truffle chicken burger. Quantity was good, but I've had better burgers

I went there as my husband and I were really hungry and having one of the worst days! Everything wrong happened, which is why we got some burgers to eat on our way back to Sheffield. I walked in, I was feeling really down, and the excellent and kind service has automatically made me feel better and that was before I even had any food. When I tried the chicken pesto burger, that's when my day changed. Absolutely delicious the ingredients were fresh, everything was really satisfactory. My husband has had their burgers before and he's a fan, so he really enjoyed his chilli burger as well. Thanks team! Well done! 🍔😊👌🏽🙏

Amazing food lovely staff definitely will be back

If I could rate zero I would. Absolutely awful experience. Ordered at 8.45 on ubereats at 10.40 pm two hours later still had not left the restaurant had to cancel as it was so late and diver didn't know how much longer he would wait.. was then CHARGED for the order which we never recieved and wasted two hours waiting for. Never again. Terrible lack of communication, advertised a 30 min wait.. 2 hours and took the money and n3ver recieved food. Disgusting.

I recently visited Honest Burger in Chiswick, and I have to say, the cost-quality ratio is absolutely amazing! The hamburgers are exceptional, bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The fries are equally impressive, perfectly crispy and seasoned just right. The value you get for the price is unparalleled. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a top-notch burger experience. I'll definitely be back!

I went to this place with my family and we ordered three burgers to be cooked medium well. Each of the burgers came different! One was brownish, the second was pink and the third was red.

This is our favorite burger place in the area. Now there is a limited offer - truffle chicken burger. This is delicious! the staff is always pleasant. sometimes the music is too loud and the air conditioning is too blowing. but if you ask, everything can be changed. thanks for the delicious burger

Amazing local branch of HB. The staff are so welcoming and lovely and the food is incredible! I won’t eat burgers anywhere else now!

Worst service ever! Ordered 3 burgers through Uber apps...initially it said 25 min delivery but 1,5 hours later we still didn't get our order. Nobody answered the phone either and when they did they just didn't care and upon hanging up they cancelled the order without telling us, even though we never asked for a cancellation. An immature bunch of kids with no customer care skills! Avoid at all cost!

I used to really like Honest Burgers but they have really let their standards drop.. I ordered Buffalo wings that looked like they had been clipped from a Budgerigar and the Rosemary Chips was just a handful of salty, gravel... I was VERY disappointed and won't be going back.. Just my HONEST opinion

They said they could do a burger medium rare but it was fully cooked. I ordered without sauce but it came with so I had to scrape it off. When I ordered wings, they took forever and were cold when they arrived.

Had a delivery so excited for it with Uber eats. Planned delivery also. Food arrived half missing. Tried to contact restaurant no answer. Got charged for full delivery of items. They have to do better than this.

Very tasty vegan burger, good service, and a nice atmosphere consisting of two dozen other diners at 9pm on a Sunday.

Me and my girlfriend went here yesterday evening. It was really quiet but that was probably because it was a mid-week, I actually (as well as my girlfriend I am sure) preferred that! The manager was really welcoming, friendly, accomodating and made the visit to the restraunt all the more pleasant. Not to mention, the food was great! The burgers were so nice and tasty. All in all, a very satisfying experience. We will be back :)

Good honest burgers on Chiswick High. Quick for takeaway and decent prices

2nd time I've visited them to munch a delicious honest burger and fries. Once again it tasted delicious, shame they have removed Guinness from their beer selection, however they have other good selection of beers. As usual the staff was very friendly.

I LOVE HONEST BURGER everything is brill. When payday comes round and I want to treat myself and others HB is always top of the list. Staff are lovely the food is and the atmosphere. It can be tight at busy times but that is why I sometimes like to order online if I feel not mixing in lol.

I had the plant based burger with vegan bacon and it was amazing. One of the best vegan burgers I've ever had, with apple wood cheese, onions and extra pickles. I had fries and we shared onion rings. The food was really good, but the toilets weren't that clean and almost out of toilet roll. Also, baby changing was only available in the women's toilets which is pretty backwards.

By far one of the best places for burgers in London! Rosemary fries is a must! It’s so good! Double smashed burger is top tier too.

The waitress, Alex (or maybe Alec), was beyond phenomenal. She knows what great customer service is!!!!!! I'd give her a 10 star rating if I could. Burger was great as well! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

The Chiswick burger was delicious

We ordered an £80 takeaway which didn't arrive. This is because Honest Burgers have chosen UberEats to deliver their food and they are very unreliable as well as impossible to contact if anything goes wrong. I can't comment on the food as we never got ours.

The food was great - something for everyone including a huge amount of gf options which was amazing and unusual. We were really impressed and all the kids loved it. Only downer was the state of the loos and area downstairs in general - it was pretty off putting, which was a real shame. Easily fixed though!

We have been dining at Honest Chiswick since their opening day. The best burger joint on the high road! Before they opened, we were previously fans of Byron’s but after that first bite at HONEST it was game over for Byron. They staff here over the years have been great. Some legends have moved on but the great customer service remains. As with any business, we have had issues occur with orders or online/instore but they have been quick to rectify.

We had the local chiswick burger which was delicious - the flavours really worked well and it was a refined take on a classic. We also add the honest burger and it was juicy and indulgent. Fries could be a tad more crispy but still very tasty and the bun could be a tad softer but overall we thoroughly enjoyed the experience and will come back! Shout out to excellent service on a Fri night too!

For me one of the best burger places around. The smashed burger is unreal. Onion rings are really good as is the bacon and beef gravy!

Yummy Tribute Burger, rosemary chips with the beef bacon gravy and a Coke. The burger is awesome well seasoned cooked to medium perfection! Fresh bun and toppings. The Chips just crispy and dipped in gravy oh my. Try it! Next time I’ll try the Chicken.

Another Honest Burger venue ticked off my list 🙂 As usual I had the house burger (The Chiswick) A great combination of beef with bacon, cheese, courgettes, truffle mayo,portabello mushroom and rocket. Was complimented nicely with a salad (trying to be slightly healthy) and washed down with an Amelia IPA a delicious local brew. Great staff and venue -well worth a visit.

I love these burgers but I always have to reheat them in the oven because they’re cold, which could easily be fixed by wrapping them in aluminum foil instead of paper.

Rather annoyed tonight! Checked what time you was supposed to be open until... thought i had a bit of time, was about to put in my order, got only to be told you have closed early. Not impressed! Your food is good, but due to this i will not be coming back to you guys again!

Had lunch with the family there today and it was simply brilliant. The food, the service and the venue are all top notch. Good choices with the usual staples along with local burger and burger of month available. Bacon gravy and the sauces are fantastic, good portions too. Will definitely go back at some point.

Honest Burgers are a certainty; they are just good! We took two chicken pesto burges and the Brooklyn special. The chicken ones were good as usual and the special was indeed special. The guys did a great job although the restaurant was full. Room for improvement: furniture, floors and toilets would benefit from a renovation or a deep cleaning.

I'm obsessed with their rosemary fries! Their crispy without being too oily. Perfect texture and flavour. Their burgers are also really good, the beef is cooked to perfection, well enough to not be bleeding but not overdone to point of it being dry. They also have the smash burger option which I have pretty regularly, a great option if you're craving a burger but want something lighter. I also like that the burgers always come with a side so you're not spending £10 or over for just a burger.

We tried here again as the last time it was a disaster. The staff had changed and it was a completely different service, the food was delicious and cooked to our requirements. The gluten free option is great. The service was spot on and they all worked very well together. We will be going again.

I wanted to take a moment to express my disappointment with the recent experience I had at Chiswick branch . I order 3 Burgers and one kid’s chicken burger for takeaway spent £50 and I honestly regret it. As a loyal customer, I have always enjoyed the delicious meals and friendly service your establishment offers. However, during my visit on 8th September encountered an issue that left me quite dissatisfied. I ordered one kid’s burger meal, expecting the same level of quality and taste that I always have Honest Burger Unfortunately, the burger I received was disappointingly dry and lacked the juiciness that makes your burgers so delightful. The chips was extremely dray and salty for. We also ordered 3 burgers the patty with overcooked and lacked the usual expected tenderness, the accompanying chips were excessively salty and, to my disappointment, also dry. They seemed to have been sitting out for a while

Gluten free bu(n)rgers, Coleslaw & their homemade lemonade were absolutely delicious and the staff was extremely friendly! Would really recommend to try it ☺️

Such a lovely, chill and respectful environment. We felt welcomed from the moment we walked in and we’re delighted with the quality of food.

I have been to around 8/9 other Honest Burgers, and this didn't disappoint. All the restaurants have a "local" burger or, in some cases, chicken burgers that use local ingredients according to type of beef burger or chicken burger, i.e., cheeses, pickles, relishes and sauces ( check out the honest burger website) again food was great and I recommend trying the gravy to dip your rosemary chips in, superb!! Like I said, I haven't had a bad burger in any of these, so I would highly recommend this restaurant and chain.

Good burgers, done nice and rare if you want. Not so keen on the rosemary chips and rather dismal coleslaw, but stick to the burgers and you'll be fine!
