I have ordered the burgers for quite sometime about once a month, always have been great but today, bacon and patty were burnt; I wasn’t able to eat it, it wasn’t tasty at all.

Absolutely amazing - the quality of everything is 10/10. Honest burger in itself is an incredible restaurant but this one especially is my favourite

The burger!! really succulent and tasty. buns were just right. overall a really good burger. top that up with friendly staff and a really good area (I went to one in Chiswick). they got Basics right when it comes to a burger joint. loved it!

Best place to eat in Chiswick in my opinion. Reasonable price, excellent burgers. And the staff are really friendly and accommodating. Only thing I'd criticise is you have to pay for hot sauce.

I picked up an order from here, using a food delivery bag. The drink had a cupholder. I put it securely in my bag, making sure that there was nowhere for my order to move. From the mere slight vibrations on the road, it was enough for the drink, to come out of the cupholder and make a mess all over my bag. Why use a cupholder if it's clearly useless? The lid of the drink was flimsy and came off just from barely touching it when I picked up the drink. You can't add even a tiny bit of tape or some clingfilm? Or use a better cupholder? Absolutely ridiculous. Sort it out.

Never had a bad honest burger. Chiswick branch is always quick and good quality. Does not get as busy as central London ones - highly recommend

Avoid the delivery. The food will come with a massive delay with the unfortunate limbo in perfect Uber eats style. Cold food with sticky fries. ..."honest".

Service is attentive and friendly, restaurant is clean and has a good ambience but the food quality has gone badly downhill. On several occasions I have received a portion of chips that are inconsistent and bad - some of them are burnt, some undercooked, some rotten and a significant amount of them green from chlorophyl which means the potatoes are not being stored properly. Someone should have noticed the potatoes were bad quality while peeling them, someone should have noticed they were bad before frying them, someone should have noticed while plating them up, and after all that the person bringing them out to the customer should have noticed that they are taking a poor product out. For a chain that prides itself and charges accordingly for the quality of its ingredients this is very disappointing and it shows a lack of quality control throughout the whole kitchen and at the management level for this to be repeatedly happening.

Great burger and fries at reasonable price

Great place if you dine in… Obviously great burgers! If You order for home via uber eats or delivery, they just give you leftover fries cooked for months and lefts almost disappeared! Guys do only fresh fries - for the price you must ! throw the million times cooked fries that smell. Please

Cheap, by local standards, yet tasty and freshly prepared. My wife had the Chiswick special, which she thoroughly enjoyed.

Great burger as expected, the local is delicious! Really good service from Cai. Massive fan of the chips and onion rings with the gravy! Really handy location too if you're walking around the nice parks in Chiswick

Twice I ordered from here and twice I got a wrong order. Once they got a non halal burger to my place even though it was clearly stated that the burger had to be chicken and no bacon. Another time they got me a non veggie and gluten free burger instead of the plant ve. They are just so unattentive and careless. Never ordering from them again.

Staff in Honest Burger Chiswick is always welcoming and helpful. They do look after their regulars.

I won’t be bothering again. Time after time there’s been something that has disappointed the meal when we have ordered with uber eats. Leaving this review here because it’s become a joke and no response from customer service. The chips are always stale and cold. Today they were totally inedible, they were the texture of cardboard. The burgers too are cold meaning, we have to throw them into the microwave to warm them up, to find the middle cooked through, not what we asked for (medium / standard). The sad truth is that they used to be amazing, which is why I’m hopeful with each order. But today’s order confirmed that their food quality isn’t going back any time soon.

It’s the best burger experience I ever had. Perfect temperature as requested (medium rare), sauces with original recipes, chips were fresh and spot on cooked; staff friendly, helpful and caring. A favourite with both kids and adults in my family. Excellent, juicy burgers with a wide range of offers, as well as a simple burger for the kids. Excellent Beyond Meat veggie option, and love the side green salad. The onion rings are certainly worth a try, as is their lemonade, which is not overly sweet, fresh and very ‘homemade.’ Staff have always been friendly and efficient. Highly recommend above other burger joints!

When i discovered Honest Burger Chiswick I knew I was going to be a customer for life due to there A1 customer service and on this particular visit Cai & Kasha pulled all the stops out for my wife and I, thank you both once again and see you all soon.

Honestly this is the second time i tried this restaurant food as it’s near my house but the quality of burger not even ok and Im really disappointed. Kids size burger,Thick bread and non fresh too oily cheeps without any sign of rosemary touch!!not recommended for the price

I just ordered via uber eats. I ordered a double smashed burger bacon with a chips and my wife ordered a pesto chicken burger with slaw. Some tenders too, for sharing. We somehow got a pesto burger and chips with tenders. Seems weird that you made such a hash of such a simple order. Secondly. The food arrived cold and stale. You've done well in leaving two people hungry after a long day at an a&e. On top of it all, let's face it uber eats doesn't get the award for best customer service. It seems your trying to match them. I've tried to contact you via phone, but no answer. I just want to know how you messed up the order so badly. Yours, A hungry human being.

went for the free smash burger deal, everything great and friendly staff. only complaint was that the burger and chips were both really salty and hard to handle.

Went there today with my 8 year old daughter, for the free Smash burger deal. Absolutely knock out. Great service, great tasting burger and lovely clean restaurant. Been coming here for years, and it's never let me down. Honest Chiswick is just the best burger place, and I should know. I have been to most of them, from Five Guys to SuperNova in Soho, and they do not live up to the hype. Highly recommend Honest.

Double smash burger was delicious. Friendly service. Temperature was a bit cold in the restaurant but shouldn’t be a problem as the weather warms up. The new smash burger recipe is even better

Great place. Great offer. Great service. I just got no words to describe how amazing was. About the smash burger; super flavored with that cheese they got, (creamy and tasteful) just perfect. And the chips are out of this world. Servings are quite big as well. Just go!

I’ve been to Honest Burgers a few times now, and every single visit has been spot-on. The beef burgers are always cooked just right—juicy in the middle with a nice bit of char on the outside. And those rosemary fries? Absolutely addictive. I keep coming back because you can tell they care about quality, from the fresh ingredients to the friendly staff who always make you feel welcome. It’s easily one of my favorite spots when I’m craving a great burger.

Don't bother ordering from here as you will wait hours to recieve nothing. The delivery guys will cancel as the food is never ready. Turns out you get free worm or two in your meal sometimes best thing is it’s alive

Don't bother ordering because you won't get it! I had to demand my order be cancelled free of charge as it had been 2 hours and 5 drivers ended up giving up on the job as the food was never ready! They kept being told 20 or 30 more minutes.

I know it’s Friday but I ordered from this restaurant at 7:30 pm and it’s now 9:30pm. Restaurant won’t answer the phone and no communication from their end. Disgusting service

Ordered - ignored my phone calls, finally spoke to them and was told ‘it’s not our problem’. Waiting 2 hours and received no food! Awful!

I ordered a pickup from Uber Eats and was incredibly disappointed. I paid £15.15 for overly salty chips and burned chicken. When I went to pick it up, the place was super quiet, with only two tables occupied. It’s hard to believe this food was sent out to customers. I can only imagine what the kitchen staff think when they serve this kind of quality. Truly embarrassing and unacceptable. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Really nice burger joint with quality burgers and sides. All about the different flavours - having seasonal/ or depending on the branches local burgers are available! I can only recommend it to try out once. Service is exceptional as well! Great quality for the price!😊

I don’t normally leave a lot of reviews but this time i felt i should. My wife and I dined at honest burger chiswick on Sunday night 29th of September at 19:30. The food was good and service also good, but around 11pm my wife complained of not feeling well. She ended up running back and forth from the bathroom vomiting all night. I was fine until the following day around noon when i started to feel weak and feverish. We speculate it might be some sort of norovirus or food poisoning since we both have had a fever, chills, and weakness all day the following day. As I mentioned I don’t normally post reviews but felt compelled to this time. I was also curious if anyone who dined there on the 29th experienced the same as us. Hopefully honest burger Chiswick looks into this and resolves any issues.

Amazing burgers! We all had the sriracha burger (special) which was great! I just wish it would’ve been spicier, but a great burger, almost perfect :) The fries are definitely special! Service was nice but we had to go to the till at the end as n one came for the bill when we asked for it. Overall nice experience !

Has the truffle chicken burger. Quantity was good, but I've had better burgers

I went there as my husband and I were really hungry and having one of the worst days! Everything wrong happened, which is why we got some burgers to eat on our way back to Sheffield. I walked in, I was feeling really down, and the excellent and kind service has automatically made me feel better and that was before I even had any food. When I tried the chicken pesto burger, that's when my day changed. Absolutely delicious the ingredients were fresh, everything was really satisfactory. My husband has had their burgers before and he's a fan, so he really enjoyed his chilli burger as well. Thanks team! Well done! 🍔😊👌🏽🙏

If I could rate zero I would. Absolutely awful experience. Ordered at 8.45 on ubereats at 10.40 pm two hours later still had not left the restaurant had to cancel as it was so late and diver didn't know how much longer he would wait.. was then CHARGED for the order which we never recieved and wasted two hours waiting for. Never again. Terrible lack of communication, advertised a 30 min wait.. 2 hours and took the money and n3ver recieved food. Disgusting.

I went to this place with my family and we ordered three burgers to be cooked medium well. Each of the burgers came different! One was brownish, the second was pink and the third was red.

This is our favorite burger place in the area. Now there is a limited offer - truffle chicken burger. This is delicious! the staff is always pleasant. sometimes the music is too loud and the air conditioning is too blowing. but if you ask, everything can be changed. thanks for the delicious burger

Worst service ever! Ordered 3 burgers through Uber apps...initially it said 25 min delivery but 1,5 hours later we still didn't get our order. Nobody answered the phone either and when they did they just didn't care and upon hanging up they cancelled the order without telling us, even though we never asked for a cancellation. An immature bunch of kids with no customer care skills! Avoid at all cost!

I used to really like Honest Burgers but they have really let their standards drop.. I ordered Buffalo wings that looked like they had been clipped from a Budgerigar and the Rosemary Chips was just a handful of salty, gravel... I was VERY disappointed and won't be going back.. Just my HONEST opinion

They said they could do a burger medium rare but it was fully cooked. I ordered without sauce but it came with so I had to scrape it off. When I ordered wings, they took forever and were cold when they arrived.

Had a delivery so excited for it with Uber eats. Planned delivery also. Food arrived half missing. Tried to contact restaurant no answer. Got charged for full delivery of items. They have to do better than this.

Me and my girlfriend went here yesterday evening. It was really quiet but that was probably because it was a mid-week, I actually (as well as my girlfriend I am sure) preferred that! The manager was really welcoming, friendly, accomodating and made the visit to the restraunt all the more pleasant. Not to mention, the food was great! The burgers were so nice and tasty. All in all, a very satisfying experience. We will be back :)

Good honest burgers on Chiswick High. Quick for takeaway and decent prices

2nd time I've visited them to munch a delicious honest burger and fries. Once again it tasted delicious, shame they have removed Guinness from their beer selection, however they have other good selection of beers. As usual the staff was very friendly.
