Excellent service, myself and my family of 5 turned up mid afternoon on a busy Saturday and julia was happy to find us a space... kids meals are a great value for money. Myself and my partner chose the 3 courses for £30 and was not disappointed, the food was full of flavour and delicious. Thank you for a excellent experience.

Buena comida, buena presentación de los pinchos de scampi y delicioso pan de ajo. Sin embargo, el plato principal fue servido un poco tarde, y el servicio se sintió algo impersonal y se apresuró. Sin embargo, sin duda consideraría volver.

Awful family experience during the Easter break. Busy and short staffed (not the customers’ problem but a management issue). It took no less than 50min to get our starters, clearly forgotten out on the terrace and slowly freezing as the lovely warm sun was coming down. Asked to move back indoors, response: ‘No, all reserved’ After 20 more minutes asked again a bit less politely and as I looked around, two tables were instantly free. Waited some more. Finally, the mains arrived. Cold. Clearly, these had been standing in the kitchen for a while whilst the waiting staff were busy not giving a ….. Having a laugh together at the bar. Asked to be served quickly to leave asap, not a whiff of apology. Here’s the thing, I usually am a very considerate and kind customer, I have worked for years in customer service positions and I NEVER give rubbish feedback on a whim or just because my spoon was on the wrong side of the dish. I take reviewing seriously, aware of business reputations and staff’s job. My family and I had planned to eat in under an hour or so and visit Brighton centre. This took hours (yes, plural!) of our day. The train back was waiting and we had to cut our visit very short. The food was clearly very nice, (albeit cold) the waiting staff on the contrary… my compliments to the chef.

Horrible experiencia familiar durante las vacaciones de Pascua. Ocupado y con poco personal (no es problema de los clientes, sino un problema de gestión). Tardamos nada menos que 50 minutos en conseguir nuestros entrantes, claramente olvidados en la terraza y lentamente helados cuando el encantador sol cálido se estaba poniendo. Se le pidió que volviera al interior, respuesta: «No, todo reservado» Después de 20 minutos más pregunté de nuevo un poco menos educadamente y mientras miraba a mi alrededor, dos mesas estaban instantáneamente libres. Ver a ancianos de 80 años congelados afuera no había motivado en lo más mínimo al personal. “Aquí señora, puedo ver claramente que se está congelando y ha estado esperando durante una hora para la comida, entrar ahora que el sol se ha puesto!” No. Esperé un poco más. Finalmente, llegó la red. Frío. Claramente, estos habían estado parados en la cocina durante un tiempo mientras el personal de espera estaba ocupado sin dar un... . . Riéndose juntos en el bar. Me pidieron que me atendieran rápido para irme lo antes posible, no un olor de disculpa. La cosa es así, por lo general soy un cliente muy considerado y amable, he trabajado durante años en puestos de servicio al cliente y NUNCA doy comentarios de basura por capricho o simplemente porque mi cuchara estaba en el lado equivocado del plato. (Usted sabe el tipo) Me tomo la revisión en serio, consciente de la reputación de los negocios y el trabajo del personal. Mi familia y yo habíamos planeado comer en menos de una hora y visitar el centro de Brighton. Esto tomó horas (sí, plural) de nuestro día. El tren de vuelta estaba esperando y tuvimos que cortar nuestra visita muy corto. La comida era claramente muy agradable, (aunque frío) el personal de espera al contrario... mis felicitaciones al chef.

Very slow service even when not busy. Not particularly clean. There are a lot of really lovely places to eat in Brighton rather than come here including other authentic Italians which are children friendly.

Slowwww service.. Just waste of time waiting at least to be serve when there’s 4-5 staff walking around,not even for a drink order. We waited PATIENTLY. We thought maybe it’s order at the table since we saw QR codes. Our table unfortunately wasn’t recognised so we tried the one next to us same issue.

Julia was very helpful and friendly. The pizza probably wasn't the best I've had compared to other Zizzi restaurants, the topping was a little sparse in places.

Service by Chloe made the visit special Food good as expected.

Fab food, I think the time we arrived impacted on the slow to order part of the service.

Fui a Zizzi en Brighton Domingo por la tarde 13. 04 . 25 , asqueado, Started era como pan húmedo con una salsa de hongos - simplemente robusto. El plato principal no era mejor, pollo en pan rallado - todo el plato estaba lleno de sal! El plato de pasta de pollo era un desastre congelado, seguro que usaban la misma salsa, así como el entrante. Servidores era bueno, pero nunca volvería a ir a Zizzi! Disgustado.

Fantastic service, literally the best Pizza I’ve ever had. And I’ve had a few. I had the Piccante. Looked after by Julia, who was there whenever needed. This was my first visit to Zizzi and I think it’s my new spot in Brighton. Thank you Zizzi I’ll see you again very soon

I have mixed feelings after my dinner. The arancini was ok, then I had to wait a lot to get the pasta, which was mysteriously under- and overcooked at the same time. However, the sauce and the cheese were great. Sadly, the prosciutto wasn't crispy. But, the dessert, a tiramisu, was delicious. The Sicilian Chardonnay was ok, not bad, but it could be better.

Had a great time at Zizzi’s today. Service was fast, atmosphere was great, restaurant was clean, food was good. Our server was Julia and she met any requests we had quickly and politely.

Not a very warm welcome from (I guess) the manager seemed like it was hassle to help us ,,because we had a pram ,,, even though we had booked a table ,I offered to carry pram upstairs but he just walked away huffing and puffing to sort another table,the waitress who served us was very nice and polite she deserves a better manager than him ,we won’t visit zizzis Brighton again ,

The food was fine but nothing exceptional but I didn't expect brilliant food. We were hungry and happily ate what we were given so thank you. Natalia was a very good waitress. Friendly and efficient and understanding. My friend and I were happy to spend an hour in your restaurant . Cheers!

Maravilloso restaurante en The Lanes. Estaban haciendo tres cursos por 26 libras: inmejorables. Teníamos albóndigas de cerdo y ajo, pastas de carbonara y harissa de cordero y postres de helado de limón. Excelente comida y a los precios de restaurante de hoy en día enormes porciones y relación calidad-precio. Muchas gracias a todo el personal que espera. Bien hecho! I took my mum along for dinner for a late mother's day gift and it was a great experience. The food was very tasty, and came out very quickly, it was decent value for money, and the service by Julia was brilliant - she was very attentive and friendly, without being pushy at all. I had the king prawns with pasta and a spicy, mascarpone sauce and it was lovely! Would definitely recommend :)

We were in Brighton on Mothers Day, we hadn't booked but managed to get a table as a walk in for the lunch period. Amelia attended our table, she provided terrific service whilst being attentive, friendly, chatty and full of smiles. It was a pleasure to meet her. The food and was exactly what we needed, plenty of choice and very tasty. All in all a throughly enjoyable visit that enhanced our day out. We will return again soon.

We had an absolutely lovely evening at Zizzis in Brighton tonight. They came to our rescue after we the pub we'd originally booked turned out to be a really bad choice for our multi generation group. Our waitress Julia was really pleasant and helpful, especially as one group member has an allergy. The food was lovely and came pretty quickly considering it was a Saturday night and the restaurant was really busy. Many thanks, Zizzi's for giving us a great evening and saving us from a disaster!

Cozy place. Friendly and helpful staff. This review is for Italians. Do you want to try the worst pasta on the planet? Right place! Acceptable cooking. Pairings? Completely wrong Who would ever put lamb meat in pasta all'arrabbiata? Them It was an incredible experience. I didn't think it was possible to think of such disgusting pasta. I wouldn't have been capable of it. Top class
