Creams Cafe in Epsom and Ewell

Great customer service by staff member called Afzaal and his colleague.

Second time I coming here, and they looked lost… 3 times I told them what I want and they still didn’t understand!!! Waiting is long and is not busy, just one Uber . Not happy !!!

They sent over the wrong food and it was all cold anyways. The delivery driver was waiting at creams for over 40 minutes . I called the store asking when my food was going to be sent out . Awful experience . Wasted money on items that I didn't want.

Ordered at 8pm, didn’t arrive til 9.25 freezing cold! Won’t be ordering again

Just eat just don’t have an option to help. And Creams said they can’t do anything. So no communication between supplier and provider. What a waste of money

Although we live in Morden we always travel to Epsom to creams. The food is always excellent, the staff are very friendly and polite. I would recommend coming for great service and a lovely indulgent experience . Ramsha was particularly wonderful, going above and beyond and singing happy birthday to my Son… it was so thoughtful and made the experience even better! On another occasion both Maya and Ruksana were delightful. It was extremely busy , due to our order being served late they made us a plate of cheesy nachos and could not apologise enough! Very kind , thoughtful and polite. We will always visit here for our birthday celebrations xx

We popped in during our visit to Epsom and the staff who greeted us 2as exceptionally lovely and friendly and talked us through the menu. We ordered Hot Gelato's and a Milk shake and they were absolutely delicious. We would reccomend popping in fir a lovely drink, their choice of ice creams and treats looked amazing also.

Wonderful service. Polite and attentive. We had milkshake, fruit kebab, slush and ice cream and everything was top quality. Fruit was completely fresh and the girl serving us couldn't have been any more helpful

Lovely place, helpful staff and made up a gluten free sundae for my step daughter despite it not being on the menu.

The staff here is very good specially the manager ( Ramsha ) she manages everything very well, she handles the customers who dine in very well and take away as well. The company should give her promotion. Multi talented people get very less.

Second time coming here. Toilets are always filthy and disgusting and there is only one toilet for the whole restaurant. This time the staff said I wasn’t allowed to use the bathroom until AFTER I had paid even though I had been seated and was going to order, they were also very rude about it. I think it’s pretty standard to want to use the bathroom before ordering. But anyway. Food is alright. Restaurant is dirty. Bathroom is filthy with no toilet roll

Having recently moved to Epsom, we discovered Creams and were so happy to have done so! Amazing ice cream concoctions, waffle delights and all over variations to pick. The service is always excellent and done with a smile. We will keep coming back until we have tried everything!

5 small bites for £10 and they are hard as nails and black !! cannot eat them !! No ice cream either that I paid for . Discussing food !!! I want to leave a photo but no where to leave one on here !! I want my money back from creams.

Excellent coffee and hot chocolate for the grown ups, and plenty for kids to choose from.

Needs more chocolate sauce on the waffles also don’t get why you need a code for the toilets only two staff working customers Service could be better

Everything great including prices, ease and speed of service and flavour of ice creams. Only thing to change is the colour of the interior. Such a dark dingy place for something so cheerful.

My teenaged daughter & my partner both wanted to visit this cafe for dessert yesterday after having had lunch nearby. I’m not a dessert fan but the sundaes were delicious. Highly recommended if you have a sweet tooth (and they deliver too)!

I am absolutely delighted with this place! The service is exceptional, with a team that is incredibly polite and attentive, making you feel very welcome. The food is simply delicious, each dish is prepared with such care and flavour that it's hard to pick a favourite. The environment is impeccably organised and cosy, providing a perfect experience from start to finish. We love this place and honestly, they deserve 10 stars. We can't wait to return!
