Creams Cafe in Epsom and Ewell

The sorbet (chocolate and mango) was very tasty and bf enjoyed his sundae but seemed overpriced and given that there was hardly anyone there, service was slow. One of my scoops had started to melt already (presumably they did mine first than prepared my bfs to bring over at the same time). There's a code to the singular ladies toilet which seemed excessive and generally the overall vibe of the place was a bit dead. I'd go here again but maybe for a takeaway rather than eat in.

I visited today with my family. Everyone received their order and I was waiting for mine, as everyone else had nearly finished their order. I approached a staff member to enquire as to where my order was and I was told in rude and abrupt tone 'it is coming'! 5 minutes later I was still waiting. When the order finally arrived there was no apology for the delay despite the facter everyone else had finished their order by this point

Tried the egg-cellent cookie dough and it looked nothing like the picture drowned in strawberry sauce. Very sickly will not be getting it again.

Excellent service. Excellent desert as you can tell from the pic. I have enjoyed every mouthful.... just brilliant.... and it did hit the spot... Afzaal was the absolue best: he made sure every detaio of the order was exactly like I wished for- icecream on a side, in the same bowl- cookie dough- perfectly done, hot and topped with extra chocolate; and if that weren't enough he also came by the table just to check everything is ok... amazing experience- strongly recommend

The cookie dough was cold and the ice cream with it barely covered the surface of the pot it came in. To top it off the doughnut I bought was actually stale and crunched when I bit into it. That ended up straight in the bin

Went with kids. Huge servings of sundae. All were good, and Knickerbocker glory was delicious! Service very good, and we got a free waffle. Bathrooms could be drier. Overall very happy with the ice creams and service.

We visited the shop during the Feb 2025 half term with 3 of my kids. The cafe is neat and tidy; we were seated immediately, the stewardess Ramsha was very polite and offered us menu and recommended their specials. There is NCP parking right behind the building so easily to park and walk for family with kids. Pleasant visit and yummy food. Kids loved it. We will certainly visit this place again.

I had a very good experience at Creams. I ordered the strawberry banana waffle with ice cream and an ice cream shake. The staff was very polite and displayed excellent behavior.

We had our daughter’s 6th birthday at Creams with some of her friends. We had a good time and the kids enjoyed the waffle and ice cream! We had an area for the party and they even decorated it with balloons and a birthday banner. Good service and the staff were so friendly. Thanks so much Ramsha for your help in organising it and for being so accommodating!
