I had a very good experience at Creams. I ordered the strawberry banana waffle with ice cream and an ice cream shake. The staff was very polite and displayed excellent behavior.

It took over an hour for the food to come it said originally it was take 30 mins, we ordered it at 7:50 and didn’t receive until gone 9pm

We had our daughter’s 6th birthday at Creams with some of her friends. We had a good time and the kids enjoyed the waffle and ice cream! We had an area for the party and they even decorated it with balloons and a birthday banner. Good service and the staff were so friendly. Thanks so much Ramsha for your help in organising it and for being so accommodating!

Frozen cheesecake is not cheesecake. Ordered 2 cheese cakes. Looked lovely. But when you can stick a fork in( only just) and raise a whole cheesecake in the air. IT IS FROZEN.

The place was clean and the waitress was nice but after reading the reviews I was expecting something really tasty and to me and my partner, both crepes were too sugary and the ice cream too cold. Expensive for what you get so unfortunately we won’t be recommending this place.

The delivery took over an hour to deliver after picking the order up and food was stone cold before it had arrived but whenever looked to see where the drive was on the map it was at least 30 minutes away and went a completely opposite direction.

I ordered my food and spent just about 2 hours waiting for the food to be prepared, with no access to call just eat or ability to cancel order. Food eventually arrived and was stone cold making it inedible. Very disappointing in the poor service from all areas.

It was late by 2 hours, icecream was liquid, hot cookie dough was cold and they didn’t think to just give a fresh pot of icecream when they finally found someone to delivery my food, awfully disappointed.

They sent over the wrong food and it was all cold anyways. The delivery driver was waiting at creams for over 40 minutes . I called the store asking when my food was going to be sent out . Awful experience . Wasted money on items that I didn't want.

I love it every now and then but today it a Worse experience ever. I can understand its Saturday night. But it was a joke from Just eat and creams. One hour 35 mins to deliver a simple order. Just eat just don’t have an option to help. And Creams said they can’t do anything. So no communication between supplier and provider. What a waste of money

Although we live in Morden we always travel to Epsom to creams. The food is always excellent, the staff are very friendly and polite. I would recommend coming for great service and a lovely indulgent experience . Ramsha was particularly wonderful, going above and beyond and singing happy birthday to my Son… it was so thoughtful and made the experience even better! On another occasion both Maya and Ruksana were delightful. It was extremely busy , due to our order being served late they made us a plate of cheesy nachos and could not apologise enough! Very kind , thoughtful and polite. We will always visit here for our birthday celebrations xx

Amazing service and very accommodating staff. Ramsha in particular was lovely.

We popped in during our visit to Epsom and the staff who greeted us 2as exceptionally lovely and friendly and talked us through the menu. We ordered Hot Gelato's and a Milk shake and they were absolutely delicious. We would reccomend popping in fir a lovely drink, their choice of ice creams and treats looked amazing also.
