Peri Village in Epsom and Ewell

A great restaurant. Good choice on the menu. Nice to have children's menu. Very good service. Latest visit in August; still good service, good food and good value. Same applies to October visit.

Tasty food, with nice cocktails and staff are always friendly and very attentive

The food is amazing, no one can question that. The drinks are a total rip off ( £8+ for a large Peroni for example ). Service is ok, young inexperienced girls mixed with probable family of the owners. We will be back because of the food.

Great location for a family evening. Me, my wife and our children went for dinner, food was great, kids loved it. Service was amazing overall especially from Paige and another. Really good, and thoroughly recommend.

Strangley seems like an off key version of Pizza Express. Food is average. I've had a few Pizzas and my husband has had their burgers..Great for families with your children. A nice little local independent restaurant.

A treat for all the family! Just back from an early dinner here with our kids- delicious as always! Sadly too many places round here start off excellent then go down hill and quality fades as they go for cheaper suppliers, compromise on quality etc. NOT HERE! It remains our go-to as everyone in the family can eat a plentiful dinner they enjoy. Atmosphere I’ve only given a 4 because it was so early there was only one other table there. But the staff are always very kind and attentive (just the right amount). Reasonably priced considering how full we are right now.

We love it here. Food is delicious, drinks are fab and the service Is so friendly. My favorite is the Gambas linguine and my husband love the lamb chops.

We are new to Stoneleigh. So we visited on Saturday night with my family. The four of us really enjoyed the food and drinks and the service was wonderful. We ate everything and we felt very relaxed and welcome. We will be back again.

Went for a family birthday meal . We could not have asked for more , delicious food beautifully presented and really good value. Our waitress was fab too

Was served by a very helpful young man with blonde curls. He provided me a wonderful recommendation and answered all my questions perfectly. Food and service was impeccable!

The short blonde boy was a brilliant waiter. He made my experience wonderful and I hope to see him as manager one day.

This restaurant is on of my dads all time favourite restaurant, whenever he is in the area this is on his must visit list. The food here is excellent, we have both sat in and had food delivered and the quality is high each time. I would highly recommend the garlic mushrooms as a starter. The staff in the restaurant are all friendly. I would recommend booking in advance, as there have been times we have not been able to get in as a it was so busy.

We had pre-booked as it was a Friday evening. We requested a table for 4 by the wall. When we arrived (we were ten minutes late) the only table available was by the front door. When I stated that we had a reservation and we had requested a wall table the waitress initially said we had not. When I showed her the digital booking she shrugged her shoulders and said someone forgot to write it down. We left and went somewhere else with better service, and better food.

It's really tasty food. I had the lamb chopps, which was very nice,really tasty, and excellent presentation. Lady serving us is very nice. Very nice place to have lunch with friends as It's quiet, so we can hold a conversation without shouting at each other. Had a lovely time there with my friends. Excelente place

Bought a pepperoni pizza for collection which tasted amazing and was great value for money. Only took 10 minutes to be ready and the waiting staff were very friendly. Overall great experience and would recommend to anyone!

Had an amazing pizza which was well worth the price, half of dominos and only took 10 minutes to prepare, and was served by very kind and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

I ordered a pizza for my son online, there must have been a glitch as I ordered an American but the system ordered American Hot. It only had the hot option appearing at the time of order because i had to select peppers as a topping, but couldnt move on, I went back to the page several times to try again and selected 'American' NOT hot and it still did it. When I called to say the pizza had chilli's all over it, I was told that's what I ordered and its my mistake and to pay for another one. Even trying to explain, the manager didn't care. Have used Peri Village for years, that apparently doesn't matter. Yet, this isn't the first time they've got the order wrong and still actually owe me a refund I have never claimed ages ago, due to trust. But when it happens the other way around I am treated like a dishonest person. Will never order here again. As far as I'm concerned you could have done something!

Restaurant is lovely & airy & decor is nice. Good selection on menu, but personally I feel for the price you don't get alot. Chairs are wooden & moulded so after a while they become uncomfortable. Staff where lovely & friendly & service was good

Went tonight with my daughter in law for her birthday.we ordered starters of garlic prawns and calamari which was lovely. Main meal Carbonara very dry and tasteless. Sent back. Bolognese meal cant remember the name however when my daughter in law had nearly finished she found eggshell in her meal this meal doesnt contain egg and luckily she doesnt have a egg allergy. The manager came over and apologised and said the shell must of got in the meal when the first meal was being done. Totally not acceptable. We paid for one main meal the starters and drinks and he took 20'/' off the bill.This could of been worse if someone had a egg allergy. Please be careful if having pasta dishes.

Got some takeaway pizza from Peri Village. Good price, prepared quickly and tasted great. Similar to Pizza Express and a lot cheaper! The only downside was we ordered on the website to collect, and the order status didn't update to say it was ready to collect so we weren't sure when to go and collect - when we did go it was ready, but not sure if we arrived exactly at the right time or if it had been sitting there for a while!

It was my partners birthday today so we decided to have lunch at Peri Village Epsom. The first course was excellent as was the dessert. When I mentioned that it was my partners birthday they decorated the dessert with a lighted candle and played happy birthday. It was totally unexpected! The staff were so lovely and made us feel special. We strongly recommend a visit.

Well this was a fabulous new find for me and my family. We’ll definitely be going back there soon. The food was delicious, the staff friendly and attentive, the cocktails tasty and appropriately priced, the seating comfortable, the toilets clean, the decor up to date, the menu varied and suitable for all tastes. Really can’t fault this place. Really glad we found it.

They are good. We ordered Frutti De Mare pizza on classic crust. It was absolutely bursting in flavours 👌 and super yum 🤤 Carbonara I’d say was okish. I requested to modify my Carbonara to remove pancetta and add mushrooms. They accommodated 👌. The mushrooms they used we not particularly of great flavours ☹️. And the dish lacked seasoning. But I liked the fact that they tried to accommodate 👍 Great customer service. Good quantity I would definitely be visiting again to taste some other dishes they have on the menu.

Lovely food, we had pizza & bbq chicken, all cooked to perfection. I couldn't eat all of the pizza, so thaey put it in a box so I could take it home. Good simple menu, food cooked to order, friendly staff, very enjoyable dining experience.

My first visit and i was really disappointed, A restaurant runs by a bunch of cowboy's. The food really tastes bad and the fish is rotten ,manager don't even speaks English at all . we waited over 30 mins to be served and when the food arrived it was called and had very bad smell .Stall all teenager's busy chatting with the manager and ignoring the customers .Price very high .service really bad ,the place very filthy ,

We had a takeaway and the food was well below par... Spend £80+ and I'd rather have cooked... I had a hot Piri chicken burger... It's was over cooked,not hot and way too much mayo. Also the chicken breast was so small.. and for £10 I'd expect a little more My wife had a veggie burger.. one word yuk.. soggy tastless and tbh she didn't eat it... The pizzas were ok and lamb burger was ok... If you want a proper Piri chicken... Don't do this place, don't do nandos... go to Hot rocks in North cheam. As you can tell I won't be coming back to this place. Food was awful...

I had an issue with my order, Manager was busy which I understood so I respectfully asked for a call back. No call back received, many orders placed with these guys, VERY disappointed.

Came in here during eat out to help out was going to leave straight away as it was packed with no social distancing really in place. Decided to sit down and eat was told that we would have to leave our table by a certain time too!! It was very busy so the young staff were struggling a bit to cope but did ok. All our food was very tasty but I thought the drinks were a bit pricey compared to other local restaurants. Tbh I’m not sure I would return as I thought this place was rather greedy and more interested in the turnover of tables rather that the satisfaction of the already seated customers.

We popped in for an early dinner using the Eat Out to Help Out. We had a 9 and 1 year old, and were very pleased with the service! Such friendly staff, so accommodating for young families. My 1 year old was being a Mary Minx and being quite loud, and the manager took time to come over and interact and try to quiet her down.... Dinner was lovely, peri chicken was so succulent. Will definately be returning.

Great variety of food. My family did not feel like eating at home so we decided to go out to dinner tonight instead. Upon arriving at the restaurant we were handed menus and shown to a table by a employee. I ordered half a chicken for dinner, one of my sisters chose pizza, my parents and other sister opted for something else on the menu. For starters we ordered dough balls and olives. I will definitely come back in the future.

i went there with my family of 4 on wednesday night we already booked 3 days in advance ,the service was great the food is excellent the staff very helpful .i am shocked to see a negative feed back from KATHY about this restaurant as i believe she's really upset because they put her near the window and she even didn't book as i was sitting next to her table ,she was moaning all night and having a fight with her husband , and for the menu every time the take the menu away i saw with my own eyes they clean it and wipe it then serve it again to next customer . Thanks to all peri vaillage staff and the owner as we had great night out

I will start this review by giving the restaurant credit where credit is due for its tasty food. But that it where the positives end. I visited with my parents as part of the Eat Out to Help Out Scheme on a Wednesday evening. I was shocked to walk in the restaurant to find that as many tables as you would expect pre-covid were crammed in, and the restaurant was at pretty much full capacity. There was certainly not 2m between tables, and probably not 1m between tables against the wall where people were literally sitting back to back with about half a metre between them. No screens between tables. I also noticed that not all tables were wiped between customers - this is BASIC HYGIENE which should be implemented by restaurants even when there isn't a pandemic on! Other problems included re-usable menus and condiment bottles which will be passed between different customers. Not sure whether these were wiped after use or not but judging by the tables I'm assuming they weren't always! The complete disregrard for social distancing and hygiene made me feel extremely uncomfortable throughout the meal, and we left before dessert as we just wanted to get out of there. In hindsight, we probably shouldn't ever have sat down, and certainly wouldn't have chosen to eat there seeing the proximity of the tables had we not had a booking. I appreciate that businesses are desperate to make money but come on, by not putting tables at a safe distance apart, you are not following guidance at best, and risking lives at worst. To top it off, our discount wasn't applied to the bill so we had to ask for it to be added! PLEASE take this feedback into account and remove some of your tables, or at least install screens between them! Food was good but will certainly not be back in a hurry at this rate!

The food was great, and portions were generous. However, service could have been better. We didn’t get any cutlery with our starter, only with the main course. We had to ask for stuff like napkins and sauces. And the chairs are uncomfortable.

Myself and my husband had a wonderful time we had prawns and wings for starters then we had steak and Peri Peri lamb chops for the main are waitress Amy was fantastic first class

Glad to see this restaurant up and running again. Booked a table for Saturday evening - good job we did as it was busy. Lovely welcome from all the staff. Excellent food, good choice of drinks (New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc was delicious), and very good service.

First time we have tried here - ordered peri chicken to takeaway, and have to say I rate this over Nandos! I collected, and was very impressed with the staff and the quality of the restaurant in general. Will definately be returning!!

I am basing this review on simply the 2 pizzas we ate. My wife is Italian and we love a decent thin crust pizza. In my humble opinion Frutti Di Mare Tuna, prawns, anchovies, capers, black olives, red onion, mozzarella and tomato, with your choice of hot green, roquito or jalapeno peppersIs the best pizza we’ve ever eaten. Just sensational

Lovely cosy place to have dinner with a variety of dishes to choose from. Would highly recommend the wings to start with and there is a great selection of pizzas to choose from, all made with quality ingredients. The Romana margherita is a must, especially if you're a fan of the New York slice

We had a great evening in this lovely little restaurant. I had the gluten free pizza & it’s one of the best g/f pizza bases I have had in a restaurant. Food was delicious & wine not overpriced like most places. A real gem in Stoneleigh. The staff & Manager are vert welcoming & friendly. reasonably priced too. can’t wait to go back.I notice there is one negative review and I can only assume they were in the wrong restaurant!!

This is very cosy restaurant with a great atmosphere for the family. We had delicious pizza, amazing peri chicken and some fantastic grilled fish. The owner and staff were also so friendly offering top class customer service. Iwould definitely recommend this to anyone thinking about going-you will not regret it!!
