Mr Happy in Wakefield

Never ordering from here again food was cold pizza wasn’t cut and looked cheap like a frozen pizza with extra grated cheese added. No taste & wasn’t worth the money or time waiting for it.

Food arrived cold. Chicken tikka was burnt and the donner meat cold and dry. Chips were cold as well. Very disappointing.

Lovely delicious Kebab at a reasonable price.

Unsure if new ownership- 2nd order in 2 weeks both not very nice. Tonight’s pasta was hard, tasteless and chicken over cooked with a piece of metal wire in the pasta. The Kebab looked and tasted hours old. Mr happy was always our go to :(

Usually food is very good. Not tonight. Grilled food burnt and cold, burnt meat on the pizza, son's burger box swimming in oil. Hundreds of orders over the years, not sure I'll be ordering again it's that bad. Almost like we've ordered from the wrong place 😔

Best grilled chicken in Wakefield

first time ordering and the food was fresh and really nice . the garlic margarita pizza was incredible, the salad was crisp and fresh . and their home made garlic mayo was amazing

Definitely one of the best takeaways in Wakefield! I've had chicken, chips, pizzas, kebabs and pasta from Mr Happy and they've all turned up on time, hot and delicious. It's a slightly longer delivery time than most other places I order from but I imagine that's because they bother to cook food fresh. It is so worth the wait (and they are always within the estimated time frame).

Food is always great quality, hot and fresh. Only problem was I ordered rice with my BBQ mix but got chips instead. Apart from that, everything was good.

First time ordering, great quality food and portion sizes. Excellent value for money.

food is normally amazing but last time was very cold and so far this time very late so expecting cold again hope not as I say when the food arrives on time its amazing food never arrived and cant get refund as shop shut

Food tasted great, and it was warm, the meats were quite dry, but still excellent for a takeaway

Everything was sooo good! We got lamb chops and bbq chicken, kebab meat and some chips. We didn't get any extra salad and should've done. We'll done Mr Happy, there will be more orders!

Mr Happy is the best in Wakefield. I don’t go anywhere else for my chicken kebabs now. They’re always fresh and the portion size is generous too. My two teenage boys love the doner meat and say also it’s the best they’ve had too. Price very good and they are so friendly and helpful. I recommend Mr Happy to my friends also and they have now started ordering from here agreeing with my choice. Definately can see why called Mr Happy 😊

the food was mostly nice apart from the spicy garlic chips. They tasted horrible. they were smother in something orange. the taste was horrible. I ordered the Turkish plate which unfortunately long longer comes with salad. Just meat and rice. the burgers my kids had where nice they said.

Kebab was quite greasy and came with onions when I'd asked not to have them. Salad was just onions and lettuce, quite unimaginative. Not very good. Definitely not the best in Wakefield.

The best BBQ ever in Wakefield🤤🤤. Every week-end we had it now. Very tasty. The chicken BBQ Wrap is tasty as well just give it a go. The pistachio chocolat dessert it is a must 🤤🤤🤤

Best charcoal grilled kebab I’ve ever had from a takeaway. Everything cooked and seasoned so well. Can understand why they are so busy and hence not always available on just eat.

Never ordered form here before and I will say the food was absolutely AMAZING. So fresh. So flavourful. I just wanted more and more honestly big up Mr happy I have no complaints. Even the Chocolate fudge cake was BEAUTIFUL

Pure Mediterranean, expensive as far as takeaway prices go,, having said that you get what you pay for. . fine cuisine.. better than any other around, so budget that couple of extra pounds, I guarantee you won't be disappointed..

Told on app delivered and driver had for over 25 mins. Told this was not true. Ended up arriving 15 minutes after latest delivery time. And only warm considering restaurant is less than a mile and half away. Not overly impressed.
