Ask Italian in Wakefield

Originally went to TGI Fridays but after waiting an hour and still no food we decided to leave and go to Ask Italian. Straight away the atmosphere was so much better, the food was lovely and the service was fab! Will definitely return after a lovely meal.

We always have a lovely time, Karolin gave amazing service as usual, she always remembers us when we come in

Amazing and quick service from the second we went through that door. Very polite, speedy and wonderful staff. Amazing food, very delicious. If you are a typical chips and pizza kind of person, this place is definitely the place. All food is delicious as a whole. Our waitress was Edit, such an amazing and wonderful person. Perfect person for the job she does. Also, presented us with a free birthday desert to celebrate my partially mentally disabled brother with a free birthday desert for his 21st birthday. Such a heartwarming experience and we are so thankful for the whole staff team at Ask Italian.

Karolin was our server and she was fantastic - despite being very busy, she spent time entertaining our young daughter! Food was delicious and all served quickly. I would recommend

My first time at Ask Italian. I was expecting typical chain restaurant food but was very pleasantly surprised. I had 3 very good courses, all of our group enjoyed the food, the service was good. No complaintsat all.

I booked Ask Italian Castleford for my niece’s 21st Birthday. It was a great evening enjoyed by everyone. It was made extra special by our waitress Karolin, she was exceptional! Made everyone feel so welcome and went above and beyond to make it special for the birthday girl, which was very much appreciated. The staff here are absolutely amazing. Me and my friend were seated within a minute of walking in with the waitress promptly coming to take our drinks orders. the drinks came and were amazing, and the food was even better. freshly cooked and hot and not too doughy or filling. compliments to the chefs and the waitresses also, all so attentive and polite. thankyou for a great experience

Edit is so attentive and lovely. My daughter and I had a lovely lunch.

This is my usual go to restaurant at junction 32 but today was not my best experience. Eaten here many times but today was not very good. It wasn’t that busy but food was undercooked and pretty bland. I normally eat there mid week and the food is very good. Maybe different chefs on a Saturday. Won’t be visiting again for a while.

I don't normally fill these out but felt I had to because of the exceptional service from liviah at your Castleford restaurant. Nothing was too much trouble for her when she served myself and my young family. She got the balance just right between being attentive but not making us feel rushed even though it was a busy Friday night. Thankyou so much

Lora was a delight! So lovely to myself and friends making us feel super welcome. Food was brought out promptly, there was a small issue with one dish but Lora spotted the mistake and quickly amended it!

Great spot for an early dinner, service was quick and attentive without feeling rushed. Lora was fantastic, really looked after us and found us a table even though we hadn’t booked and looked quite busy, she was amazing with our toddler too, made us feel welcome and allowed us to enjoy ourselves and relax! Thankyou! Pizzas were great, and little one absolutely loved his smiley face pizza!

Came in for food tonight and Elysia was absolutely outstanding, we can’t thank her enough, she made our anniversary so special and we really enjoyed our entire experience this was totally down to her attentive service and helpful opinions, thank you so much!

Fantastic 3 course meal here, we visit regularly utilising our taste card. The service is attentive and the portions are a decent size too. Olivia was fantastic with fast service and great conversation, highly recommend
