The service was very friendly and welcoming. Great food which surpassed my expectations, and very reasonably priced.

Whilst walking along Poole quay we stumbled upon this wonderful restaurant An amazing authentic Italian meal that ticked every box .as a family of 7 with a wheelchaired recent amputee we are probably not the norm Emilio provided us with faultless service and attention .. superb recommendations and a wonderful afternoons dining Every plate was cleared and enjoyed immensely

Really tasty food, although probably because it's really naughty, cooked in butter, cream and general scrumminess. There was a good mix of English and Italian waiters, giving a sense of authenticity, plus tasteful background music. It was a bit pricey but coupled with the great atmosphere in there and the Quay outside we will definitely be back.

The beautiful Spanish galleon had arrived in Poole and we went for a visit. Da Vinci's was situated just outside. Had a beautiful breakfast and coffee - hope to come again soon. A+++

Food quality, staffing and ambiance all first rate. A pleasure to dine there. This family concern dates its heritage in Poole for over 30 years. Good to see a successful traditional business doing so well.

Lovely place to eat on the quay and watch the world go by. Food was amazing, with very attentive service from Milly and Ciro.

The restaurant is on the Quay. We sat down with our dog. The waiter took time with her as she's a little nervous. The menu was excellant, something to cater for everyone. We opted for lasagne and seafood risotto, without the squid ink. Also a portion of garlic bread. Both meals were excellant. The service and the staff were great. We wouldn't hesitate to go back

Sadly a disappointing wet pizza. But we will give the benefit of trying it again one day. I’m was a wet miserable evening so maybe when the sun comes out the pizza will be better!!

I have been to Da vinchi many times but not for years. From the moment we arrived the waitress Dulcie was courteous helpful and recommended a great wine . Marco our waiter seated us outside as it was a beautiful day. He was polite recommended a lovely pasta and salmon dish which was exquisite. My friend had a homemade pizza which was wonderful and not doughy like other places. Would highly recommend for the service the quality and the lovely sea views. Will definitely return

We had high hopes on visiting Da Vinci’s for lunch, having visited 20 years ago when the food was very good. We found it very overpriced for simple food, but worst of all was the pizza. You wouldn’t think that an established Italian restaurant could get this wrong. It was undercooked and soggy in the middle and practically cold. There were big lumps of tinned tomatoes and spears asparagus, enormous pieces of mushrooms that were watery and all added to the sogginess. An expensive and unsatisfactory lunch.

I promised to write this review when I visited last year but I never got round to it. Honestly one of the best Italian meals I've ever had and it was so good we visited two nights on the bounce. The people working in the restaurant were lovely and very accommodating considering how busy they were. Would not hesitate to visit again and would recommend anyone else visiting Poole to do the same :)

Stooped here during day in Poole as had outside seating on the quayside. It was a very hot day, and fortunately we managed to get a table in the shade, albeit it was just 2 of us sat at a table for 4 - but the waiter seemed OK with this given the heat. We saw other couples sat in the sun moving to shaded tables as soon as one came free - so we were fortunate to get one straight away. Service was good & prompt without being over bearing. We weren't rushed and whilst we both had pizzas these were good, and other food as it came out looked equally appealing

My mother and I had a lovely visit to da vincis where we were looked after by the charismatic ocean who was both funny and attentive! Great food and perfect location, will definately be returning!

Family meal, started with how quick can you eat comment. Food was mediocre at best and far too expensive for the quality offered. Meal was out in minutes, waitress seemed genuinely offended we were eating there and ignored us, didn't respond to our thanks or conversation and gave dirty looks. In and out in 30 minutes. I've spent more time having a macdonalds meal of a gigher quality. Definitely would not recommend. Pay double, get service and amazing food and go to harbour heights hotel instead. Definitely would not recommend.

We were looking for an alternative to pub grub and this place hit the spot. Tasty food, dog friendly, and our waiter Marco was friendly and attentive to us and our little pup. Would highly recommend this place!

Good food, reasonably priced and attentive staff. Stopped in Poole recently at Holiday Inn (rubbish by the way as well as expensive). Walked to local Marina and found quite a few places that looked interesting. Went for evening meal and thought the food wholesome and reasonably priced. Nice and clean.

Moet , the manager happily accommodated 6 of us and his staff made us feel very welcomed. Amazing food. And presentation

Was a brilliant experience, went for my friends baby shower which was an organized event in the back room of the restaurant, the staff was very helpful, would recommend this place and would definitely visit again!

Walked in on Saturday on the off chance and was lucky enough to get table is this little gem of restaurant. Ciro served us and thoroughly enjoyed our evening. Food was good, portions spot on and atmosphere was fabulous. Would definitely come back.

Thought we'd try this as we're local.... Hmmmm not again. The food was tepid, customer service robotic and the prices inflated for what is a cheap pasta dish. Needless to say we won't support them out of season. Shame

So good. Food was excellent, personal and friendly service even happy for our two little dogs to join us inside. Gluten free pizza was awesome. Highly recommend
