The food at Masala in Shrewsbury was genuinely excellent – full of flavour without being too spicy. The butter paneer was rich and comforting, the vegetable biryani was aromatic and well-balanced, and the saag aloo was especially tasty. Unfortunately, the experience was let down a bit by the service. Our waiter mixed up the order and didn’t seem particularly attentive or apologetic. While the issue was eventually corrected, it took a bit more effort on our part than it should have. That said, the quality of the food made up for the rocky start. We'd go back for the food alone – just hoping for a smoother service next time.

5 Stars – A True Gem! Spiceland Restaurant is an absolute delight! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at home. The owner, Sag, is incredibly welcoming and goes out of his way to ensure every guest feels valued and comfortable. The food is nothing short of amazing – bursting with flavor, perfectly spiced, and clearly made with love and care. Every dish I’ve tried has been consistently delicious and satisfying. The restaurant itself is spotless and beautifully presented, with attention to detail that adds to the overall experience. Whether you’re visiting for a casual meal or a special occasion, Spiceland never disappoints. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates great food and genuine hospitality

Food was very tasty, and portions were of a good size. Staff were very kind and helpful and accomadated well for a birthday celebration :). We asked for spicier but still needed some extra green chili and powder so be sure to let them know you want it proper spicy if you like it spicy

Absolutely gorgeous , food piping hot , very tasty and well worth the money , staff were very friendly and went that extra mile to make sure my meal was perfect . We will be back for sure .

We had a fundraising curry evening here at Oruna for the Ginger & Spice Festival. The food was delicious and very good value too. Oruna gave us wonderful service and nothing was too much trouble. They have donated to our cause and raffle for which we are extremely grateful. Thanks Oruna, we'll be back again soon! 🧡

We have visited Rajrani on numerous occasions over the years and it is always our first choice when eating out. Always a pleasant family atmosphereand the staff are friendly and professional with everything being immaculately clean and presented. I can say that every choice of dish I have had has been cooked and spiced perfectly, My wife tried a new option from the menu, served with asparagus and broccoli and it was fantastic. We’ve traveled down from Newcastle and staying in Warwick, we googled good Indian restaurants around me and shahs popped up! We’re so glad it did. The food was amazing, all tasted super fresh and the portions are huge! The service was great the staff are so friendly. I’d 100% eat here again! And highly recommend

El mejor curry sin duda. A veces tengo pollo akbari pero en esta ocasión tuve un tikka masala de pollo tradicional. Mi mamá tenía pollo tikka principal y mi papá tenía pollo akbari. Cebolla bhaji y poppadoms también. Me encanta el lugar, simplemente el mejor.
