This place never lets us down. Great food, exceptional service and reasonably priced. It’s always an easy choice.

We have been to this restaurant lots of times but felt this one need a review! We asked for advice of something different medium spice, and they recommend a “ lamb zorika” this isn't on there menu as yet, but strangely advise they do!! It's amazing and would feed 2 people. (specially if you like pulled lamb) 10/10.

The food was good, other than the stickiest sweetest peshwari naan I've ever experienced. The staff are very friendly if a little over zealous. Bring your own booze is a definite plus! Parking nearby can be difficult.

Can't recommend BhanoPhool enough. Had an issue with our order regarding the address on UBER. Instead of abandoning the order when they couldnt get in contact with us, they remade the entire order when I called back and got it delivered in great time! Thank you!

I recently visited Bano Phool Curry Shop and had an incredible experience! The food, served by Hatim, was absolutely delicious—bursting with flavour and cooked to perfection. Ive been eating here for over 15 years and I always enjoy my food . I order takeaway and eat in and both are always lovely and fresh. Inside the staff remember you , they make an effort all round . I think it’s a really nice restaurant and the staff are very friendly. They also have a good variety of food and when you eat in the chefs do have new ideas and sometimes you can order a new dish which is also nice

The restaurant was busy, food was not very spicy by tasty. Meals are reasonably priced but the extras seemed quite expensive ie vegetable rice £4.99

Always a great night at the Bano - excellently managed by Mustafa and his friendly staff who serve up top qualify food every time - with bespoke orders if required The atmosphere is great and there isnt any pressure to leave.

An institution in Rubery. The food is always delicious, our stand out dish is the Salmon mushroom spinach Tawa. It’s a real stunner and arrives at your table sizzling. Everyone will look on in envy. The service is on point, always friendly and courteous. The staff make you feel at home, special shout out to both Mostafa & Polash. The icing on the cake is the fact it’s BYO with no corkage charge. Always a great night out.

I’ve been a customer here for nearly 20 years. In that time I’ve never had a disappointing meal, eat in or take out. I have tried other curry houses on friend’s recommendation's and I always end up unfulfilled which never happens at the Bano. Foods amazing, quality ingredients and really tasty, staff really look after you and the restaurant is really nice. Cannot recommend highly enough. Had another fantastic evening and meal at Bano tonight. Food was class as always. Brilliant 👍

What can I say other than absolutely brilliant! Never had anything to complain about at the Bano Phool, service is excellent, these guys honestly can't do enough to help, and then there's the food, which is amazing. Freshly prepared and cooked to your preference and not tight on the portions either... delicious!!!

Always look forward to visiting Bano Phool. The food and service are always of the highest standard. They're not licensed, but you can bring your own drink. Prices are very reasonable.

Lovely resturant with great food. In particular great for Gluten free options. Menus was very easy to use regarding my choices! Friendly staff.

i booked a table over the phone a few days ago and even though we hadnt been there for a while the manager mia instantly recognised me.he even said is that george the butcher.weve been going there for 25 years or so and mia always asks about our 2 boys who are now 29 and 31 years old as he remembers them when they were very young.he is an absolute gentleman who treats everyone with high respect and as usual the staff,the food and service was superb.i highly recommend this restaurant and all the staff.

We have been here 3 times now. Each time I have had the chicken tikka pathia, and it has been really good. However, my partner has has a different curry each time, and he hasn't had the same experience. The first two curries were okay, but last night he had a butter chicken and it was not edible. It tasted like a cheesey coconut curry, it was very strange. The naan bread here is also not the best, it is quite dry

Hired the first floor out for a private function, approximately 30 people. The staff were very very helpful and polite, was always at least one whiter attending to our needs. Although it was such a large order all the food came out on time l, correct and hot. Would really highly recommend. 5 ⭐️

I had the privilege of eating at Bano Phool for the second time recently. The service and food were outstanding, as they were on my first visit. It was a much bigger crowd this time - about 40 of us - and staff were polite, patient, professional, and very hospitable. Would highly recommend!

Been here twice now- once with friends and once with family. Both times have been great! We ate in the restaurant. We hadn’t booked but the polite staff couldn’t do enough for us. We were ushered to a table they had created for us in the busy Saturday evening restaurant. We ordered our food (including my fussy daughter’s!) and nothing was too much trouble. The food arrived promptly and it was hot and delicious!! I had the Chicken Tikka Sag Tawa. It was clearly made with fresh ingredients- nothing frozen or from a jar. I really enjoyed it! My husband also had a Tawa with garlic fried rice. It was a lot of food, but he didn’t want to leave any as it was so good! My fussy daughter had a tikka starter with rice as a main dish and she ate every last bit! We also had a couple of Naan breads for the table. They were fresh and hot and unlike other restaurants, they WEREN’T covered in ghee or oil!! Much more to my liking. We were asked how the food was, and we were attended to very well indeed. There were lovely orange and mint chocs complimentary with the bill, and my daughter had a lollipop which made her very happy! Will definitely be visiting again. Would recommend!

I ordered takeaway and collected to receive the 30% off discount. The gentleman who served me was quick to fix the problem when I pointed out the 30% had not been taken off the total bill. The food is good and tasty. I've ordered both takeaway and eat-in before. The staff are friendly. This time, I ordered chicken biryani, mixed tandoori, and paneer tikka balti, plus lemon pilaf and naan. I would recommend.

Excellent service from the polite and welcoming staff even though we arrived on the hoof with no booking. The restaurant was busy on a Thursday evening and obviously local regulars which is always a good sign. A comprehensive menu and our meal was excellent. Thank you.

Mmmmmm 😘👌😁 was my first and every time ordering from here ... 💯%as of 22nd march 24,.. last 2 nights IV had baltie cauliflower agaloo... Was lovely but had lots of hard cauliflower stalkes . Not much of the nice soft flower heads .. and only 2, piece's of potato... Still nice but would like less more hard cauliflower stalkes and more potatoes... Nice tho ... Maybe 6/10 now ..

Food took 1 hour and 52 minutes to arrive, food was OK. But that time is just simply unacceptable on a Tuesday and being told 1 hour tops for delivery.

Only ever had a take out but the food is 10/10 and the portion sizes are good, moved into the area about a year ago and been shopping around for a decent take out and finally found one that me and the rest of the family are happy with 😃 only downside for collection is parking can be a bit of a nightmare, but you can always find somewhere 🍛

I messed up one of the side orders slightly and they replaced it within 10 minutes, the driver came back and delivered a replacement side.

There is only two places I’ll have a curry In Birmingham, one is my home when Bano Phool deliver it and the other is at their restaurant. Fantastic food, always fresh & hot, extremely tasty and brilliant value for money.

For your money, and in my opinion you cannot beat this place for a curry! I have never had a bad meal here, everything is beautifully cooked and the lads are great!! And the fact you can take your own beers/wine in.........10/10 all day long! If you're ever stuck on making a decision on where to eat out, give it a go. You won't be disappointed 👌(South Indian Garlic Chilli - King Prawn) if you like it spicy 🔥 is absolutely banging!

We went there for the first time after being recommended it. I can honestly say we all had the best curry we have had in years. Staff were friendly and really helpful and the prices were reasonable. We will return with friends very soon.

I have been going to the Bano for about 25yrs. We have had so many memorable nights there with friends and family.The staff are very welcoming and always have time to chat to you and ask how your family are. The food is very good and they will go out their way to provide food that suit your taste buds even if it's not on the menu. Would definitely recommend!👍🙂

Been here once, when it was recommended as Indian restaurant by someone, but walked out as it wasn't actually Indian. Staff also agreed it's Bangladeshi and not Indian. Not quite sure why the restaurant owners are misleading people claiming it as an Indian cuisine restaurant when it's not.

I have been ordering takeaway from these guys for years! I have coeliac disease, not once have I ever been made poorly - they take extra care clearly and the food is always so tasty! I ordered once and I’d picked something which very clearly on the menu had gluten in - they phoned me back straight away and I changed my order.

Best Indian around by a mile, food is delicious and the staff are brilliant!! You won't be disappointed!!
