Lovely guys at the front desk, couldn’t have helped any more with great recommendations, service was amazing only waited about 10-15 minutes and all cooked fresh. Could be a bit spicier but had enough flavour that it was a perfect meal. They do amazing chicken pakoras and out of all the takeaways I’ve tried form Bromsgrove to Birmingham they do it the best!

Had butter chicken, which was lovely. Asked me to pay in cash, don't know why.

Bland. Tasteless. Would not recommend

So expensive for not good food Ordered drinks and they didn’t deliver claiming we never ordered them but when we checked the website we knew they over charged us Curry taste different every time Really runny and flavourless Chips were not cooked reslly raw Disgusting

I've never had an Indian takeaway with no flavour before, it was so bad I couldn't finish it. I didn't have any idea what I was eating, sauce was so thin and runny, it was supposed to be Chicken Tikka Masala. However other people's food was OK so I assume it was just mine.

Food came cold and could tell one curry was frozen as it was so slushy, waste of money as all went into the bin other than the Poppadoms

Had a take out today. Kebab and chips. The young lad on the till was very polite and friendly. Very reasonably priced for big portions.

Usually very good. We spent over £30.00 for two of us last night. The food was disgusting. No flavour, no taste and a very very runny sauce. Really poor. We will be looking to find a new eatery as we won’t be going back here. So disappointed.

Quite disappointed with my order to be honest. First time ordering, keema naan was empty! Not even a hand full of meat inside it. I have pictures but won't let me attach. Pakoras, so much batter not enough chicken inside they were half empty. However was tasty! Poppadoms weren't that nice lacked any flavour.

I had a peri peri stir fry kebab it came in naan bread with steak chips .. WOW food was so tasty, too much food for 1 person … the staff very friendly … Will definitely be going again

I have been getting takeaways from Little Bengal (originally New Dilshad) for nearly twenty years. In this time, it has gone though several changes (different staff, different decor) but the food and the service has always been consistently amazing. It's unfortunate that some people have  one bad experience (usually related to delivery) and feel the need to immediately leave a bad review. I have never had a problem in the past when having food delivered, however I haven't used the delivery service for over 2 years. Pick up times are always reasonable and the food is always worth any waiting for anyway! In comparison to other similar takeaways, Little Bengal have always got the winning place in terms of flavour, portion size and menu options. I have tried a fair few things from them over the years and I've never disliked anything! The samosas are nice and crispy, the curries are all individual from one another and a million miles from bland, the rice is perfectly separated and packed full of flavour, the breads are all fantastic and never disappoint. I recommend the stuffed paratha but naan breads are equally amazing. The chicken is always plentiful and cooked to perfection every time. The chef's here are out of this world, in my humble opinion! They also do kebabs like no other! I mean, actual kebabs (not the usual that you would find locally alongside battered fish). These are definitely worth a try. They have a few options and you get a whole naan bread, salad and chips. The quality and flavour is hard to find in other kebab shops. The price, I understand, is average for the area, although I don't really go anywhere else so not really qualified to comment! Portion sizes and quality make it worth every penny. Thank you Little Bengal, for all the lovely meals I've had over the years!

Seems we live 2 minutes away our pompadoms we’re soggy no excuse really .Curry was ok and Nan bred was nice

Best takeaway in my area always good food and not to expensive.

I can’t comment on the food or atmosphere as it simply never arrived. When calling to see where it was, told it was close and then on a repeat call, told delivered to a different address. Person on the phone nonchalant in response and rudely interjected. Declined calls from deliveroo to get the refund issued until we kicked up a fuss. It was our first order, safe to say there won’t be a 2nd

The food was so dry it was unreal!! We threw all the starters in the bin as they were rock hard and to top it off the sag paneer container had split and spilt All over the kitchen when we opened the bag!

The food was late and quality was not great. The rice was hard and the lamb was extremely tough, it didn’t taste fresh. We tried this place as our usual was closed. Unfortunately won’t be ordering from here again.

This place is no longer our go to every week. Excellent food and service but they have got far to expensive and not competitive.

Food was ok, but there was an item missing. Upon contacting the restaurant, I was told they were too busy now to bring me the missing item. Not the best customer service, considering it was their error. Won’t order from here again.

We used to order regular from here until 6 months ago, We always ask for our curry cooked mild and less hot , used to be spot on then it started been ignored so we stopped using this place. After 6 months I thought I would give the benefit of doubt and use this place again. Asked for curry to be cooked mild and once again too hot. Sorry will not use again.

Food was warm upon delivery. The naan breads were burnt on the bottom and the balti sauce was really runny and wasn't tasty at all.

Delivery driver very friendly and efficient but the food wasn’t packed well by the restaurant. Ordered 2 popadoms but was only given 1 that was all broken up and smashed. Sauce was extremely sweet. Usually enjoy this place but not sure if we will order again.

We ordered loads of starters all with salad , was very disappointed when we only had 1 bag of salad with 4 starters, the onion badges were over cooked , but the rest of the starters were fine , we have never had any problems before but tonight was disappointing 😞

The curry sauce was like baby food didn't look like a sauce and it was cold, onion bhagi was stale and I threw the pompodom in the bin it was soft .Won't be having them again I don't think they are worth any stars. I did have another take away tonight gave them the benefit of the dought however I had a tandoori chicken the sauce tasted the same as the mango sauce. And there was a lot of excess water on the plate. Onion barges to hard.

The worst kebab I’ve ever had! Inside the naan bread there was hardly any meat at all, a few scraps of meat and the rest was all onion and hardy any other salad. Honestly dreadful will never return.

Onion bhaji were horrible, huge and stodgy. Chicken pakora was all batter again horrible and stodgy. Popadoms we’re stale. Had to complain to get a refund, won’t use again.

The meal we ordered today arrived earlier than expected which was fine and as it was our first order from Little Bengal we didn't know what to expect. Let's just say the food was delicious and the driver was very courteous. Both main dishes ordered were extremely tasty and ample. The Butter chicken and the Naga Chicken meals were bang on.

I’m really disappointed with this takeaway. I hadn’t ordered from them in a while, so thought I’d give them another go. I remembered why I’d stopped using them. I had the mixed sauces with a poppadom. The “onion salad” was just stale chopped onion which had been pickled on some kind of pink vinegary sauce. The mint sauce was orange and just tasted of sugary cream, and I didn’t even try the others because I was already disappointed. I hoped the main meal of lamb tikka rogan josh would be better, however, the lamb was tough and just tasted of salt. The sauce itself didn’t resemble any rogan josh I’ve ever had. It was red and had no cashews in. It was more like a tikka sauce. The lemon fried rice was okay and the naan was probably the best bit. I won’t be ordering from them again.

Didn’t get as far as placing an order. Menu clearly states free home delivery within a 3 mile radius and also cheeky Wednesdays 25% off when you order online. Tried to order and was asked to pay the delivery charge of £2.50 and would not deduct the 25% cheeky Wednesday order. Called them and most unhelpful - free delivery does not apply to online orders and they also charge a service fee for ordering online. Gentleman I spoke to would not assist so terminated the call and ordered elsewhere. New customer lost!

Very nice. Curry tasted different on a weekday to the weekend. Lamb was chewy on weekend. The one on the week was amazing. Thanks.

Delivery was over an hour late. Appreciate the reason given couldn't be helped - driver had broken down, but a text message to this effect would have been much appreciated. Tried to call restaurant numerous times over the hour, but no answer at all and no contact until it arrived. It's a shame because food was delicious!

After 3 hours, my food still did not turn up. It was marked as delivered after 3 hours, and the phone operator repeatedly told me it will be 15 minutes after around 5 phone calls. Then they stopped answering the phone.
