Very poor and overpriced- garlic naan bread was terrible, undercooked and couldnt taste the garlic. Balti was really bland- I've been eating curries for 40 years so i do know a good from a bad curry house! I've had better ready meal curries from supermarkets

What can I say. This Indian is the best I’ve ever had. I went with friends on the weekend and took my boyfriend there 2 days after I’d been. The popadom chutney was very good had loads of choice and plenty of it. The starters are so well flavoured. The mains come in big portions I had to take half mine home. The special mixed bhunna is the best bhunna I’ve ever had. The naan bread is so fluffy and cooked perfect. Loads of choices for drinks and 5 star service I was even given a rose as a kind gesture. Will be returning before Christmas.

Super from start to finish . Service was very professional . Staff very attentive, polite and courteous. Food was well presented and extremely tasty . Ambience in the restaurant was conducive. My family really enjoyed the overall experience . I recommend the Shenapur and will hopefully return soon .

I know I have rated the Shenapur before, but I think it’s only fair to review every now and then. We visit as a couple and family and have done over the years, even in Christmas Day, which by the way is definitely worth considering, as the atmosphere is great. The staff are always friendly and nothing is to much trouble. The food is always perfect and if you like your food, the portions are very generous. Met with friends for a birthday meal. Disappointing to say the least. The food was nothing special and the Diet Coke was decidedly watered down!! We won’t be repeating this experience sadly.

The food was well cooked and tasted lovely. We wish we lived closer as this restaurant would then be on our hit list. However the next time we visit our family we will definitely return to Shenunpur

Service was great on the whole, but some of the staff were a little over zealous in clearing the table from starter to main course , asking repeatedly if we wanted drinks when clearly we still had half glasses etc .Felt a little bit pressured . Food was overall okay, but one of the pieces of Tandoori chicken main course was dry and tasted like it had been recooked . Portion size just about enough Good atmosphere and overall a pleasant experience .

My wife and I eat at the Shenapur on a regular basis. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help. The food is excellent and the quality of the service is top draw. The decor and atmosphere is first class. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

We tried the Shenapur with friends for the first time after reading reviews. The restaurant and service is very nice, my wife and friends were more than happy with their meals but for me, not so good. I had lamb biryani for mains but the meat wasn’t fresh it looked and tasted recooked/reheated maybe left over from lunch time service. For the price they charge I expected better but my friends were happy I believe. Maybe I was just unlucky and too polite to complain with new friends at the table.

This was the first time we been here not as good as expected.we found the food bland my wife had prawns in garlic as a starter the prawns tuff and you could not test the garlic I had duck you could not test the duck...

Went to shenapur on bank holiday monday with family for a birthday celebration. The meal was great, staff were very pleasant and we had a very enjoyable evening. Plenty of room between tables. Nice spacious resturant. Will visit again.

Just had a great takeaway from the shenapur. It was fresh and tasty. Don't normally like takeaways ( love Indian food ) but this one was enough to make me want another one :)

Ate there Saturday night service was good food took ages to come out, my main meal was poor they and burnt the garlic and it was all you could taste, they did remove from the bill but spoiled the night, won't be returning.

Everyone in our party thought the quality and flavour of their meal was excellent. Although a quiet night the service was excellent. Stands out amongst many "much of a muchness" places in the locality. Not the cheapest but worth the extra.

We visit here at least once a week, Ali and his staff are superb they offer a warm welcome without being over the top. The food is excellent, it's not oily, portions are plentifil and the food is consistently good. The beer is also good. We often go with our family, plenty of large tables as well as cosy tables for two, with plenty of room.
