The food and service in this place is absolutely amazing. Friendly staff plus amazing food means they have my custom every single time any of my friends or family want an Indian takeaway. 5/5 👌

We were passing through Cheddar and fancied some Indian food. So due to good reviews we choose to eat in. The food was extremely flavoursome and the portions generous. We both had chicken dishes, which were really tasty. The restaurant doesn’t hold a licence, so it’s bring your own or choose soft drinks from their menu. Staff are friendly and the service was good 😊 Would definitely eat there again….well next time we pass through.

Bridgwater isn’t a place I know well, but I found myself here on business and fancying a curry, I do the usual and look up ‘best Indian food’ in … This venue won the high spot so off I trot. Upon entering the venue is much as you’d expect, pleasant, if not a little dark.. I’ll just jump straight to the food.. Wow! There aren’t many towns I haven’t curried in.. but the food here is superb! Proper Indian restaurant phenomenally tasty curry, I had butter chicken and I did not want it to end, in fact had I not have been absolutely stuffed.. I’d have ordered another.. one of the best, if not the best curry I’ve tasted.. If I find myself in Bridgewater again, I won’t hesitate!

Ordered takeout several times from Spice Club. Everything I've had is absolutely delicious and food always arrives promptly and hot. Lovely selection of vegetarian options. When ordering, their website is easier to navigate and has more information than JustEat (including allergy information), so I recommend going there. 10/10 and excited to go in person to their restaurant next time.

I had previously stopped visiting this establishment due to some disappointing service experiences. Recently, however, friends and family have recommended it again, mentioning that the service has significantly improved. We decided to give it another try on Thursday but unfortunately, we were met with a few issues. The staff seemed less attentive than expected, and our orders were mixed up. Additionally, we experienced a long wait for our drinks and poppadoms. While the food itself was excellent, the service could benefit from more consistency and attentiveness.

Avoid this place at all cost. Had a chicken madras and tasted nice enough but the following morning I knew about it, could not keep anything down not even water waited till the following day to phone the doctors and they said it was common affects of food poisoning. That is 3 locals in cheddar now that have got food poisoning from spice cottage. Think I will be sticking to rasio going forward, have not heard of anyone getting food poisoning from there.
