By far the best for vegetarian food, the curries contain great big chunks of fresh veg with a lot of variety. I’ve had veg korma, biryani and mixed starters from here a few times now, and it never disappoints.

Excellent meal from start to finish, good friendly service, helpful staff, great food spiced exactly as we would have wanted - would definitely return next time in Burnham!

Excellent meal. Friendly staff. We were on holiday and it was just the job. Tasty king prawn dansak and chicken korma. BYO drink option was brilliant.

This was perfect. From the phone call to order, to the polite and wonderful delivery man, every bite was wonderful. It wasn't greasy, packed with flavour, the only issue is that our food will soon be gone tomorrow after a second helping. We look forward to ordering very soon. And apologise to all other curry houses and well other take aways that will now be neglected by us. Thank you India Cottage. Xx

Bridgwater isn’t a place I know well, but I found myself here on business and fancying a curry, I do the usual and look up ‘best Indian food’ in … This venue won the high spot so off I trot. Upon entering the venue is much as you’d expect, pleasant, if not a little dark.. I’ll just jump straight to the food.. Wow! There aren’t many towns I haven’t curried in.. but the food here is superb! Proper Indian restaurant phenomenally tasty curry, I had butter chicken and I did not want it to end, in fact had I not have been absolutely stuffed.. I’d have ordered another.. one of the best, if not the best curry I’ve tasted.. If I find myself in Bridgewater again, I won’t hesitate!

usually we have had good from here, after nit ordering from here for a while we fancied a treat but was very disappointed. The food was bland, the lamb was very fat, chewy and tough and the peshwari naans we ordered were burnt badly on the bottom. Considering this is not a cheap option for take away its disappointing thay the quality just wasn't there.
