usually we have had good from here, after nit ordering from here for a while we fancied a treat but was very disappointed. The food was bland, the lamb was very fat, chewy and tough and the peshwari naans we ordered were burnt badly on the bottom. Considering this is not a cheap option for take away its disappointing thay the quality just wasn't there.

Absolutely dreadful. Threw most of it away. Chicken was very suspect and inedible, naan was burnt. 9rdered 4 dishes and none could be eaten. Complete waste of money. Avoid.

Ordered takeout several times from Spice Club. Everything I've had is absolutely delicious and food always arrives promptly and hot. Lovely selection of vegetarian options. When ordering, their website is easier to navigate and has more information than JustEat (including allergy information), so I recommend going there. 10/10 and excited to go in person to their restaurant next time.

We had an early evening meal and wine at The Spice Club. The Peshwari Dum Gosht was fabulous. Lots of mouthwatering and tasty lamb the simply melted in the mouth. The Sunset Pangash was also amazing. I would definitely recommend this restaurant as the range of dishes is amazing.

Staying overnight on business, the receptionist recommended the Spice Club for a delivery meal. Order placed direct through the web site (discount given) at 17.09 and arrived at 18:04. Ordered a tandoori mixed grill, tarka daal, veggie rice and a roti. Food was still hot even after a long wait and tasted fantastic. Will definitely eat from here again

The Naga Jall while hot was an absolute stand out dish, the flavour was spectacular, Golabi chicken was smokey and deep and the Blue Elephant on Parade was tangy, spicy and delicious, honestly the best takeaway we've had in a very long time! Didn't order rice, garlic naan was small but again, delicious. Would recommend.

Was a bit disappointed tonight..Lamb was tender and king Prawns was good,both dishes had no flavour(spices) at all,also poppadoms were soft and over cooked

Everything was great although the rice had a strange watery or oily run off from it I'm not sure which of the two it was , i don't think it was oil. The food was lovely and hot on arrival.

Waited 25 minutes past the collection time. Food was tasteless. Rice full of water and naan breads burnt. Plus the curries leaked everywhere as they were balanced on smaller containers of rice! Only offered £4 refund by Just Eat on an order totalling £60! Will not use this Restaurant or Just Eat again! Food absolutely vile and shocking service from Just Eat! Worst Indian ever eaten!

food was fairly good once it was delivered but was appallingly late. if you set an expectation then get close to it - almost an hour late because 'we're busy doesn't cut it. if you can't deliver on time or the customer is too far away then don't accept the order. Pricing quite expensive too

Ordered takeout of fish and chips. Was just warm when arrived. Fish was like you would buy on the frozen department in supermarket we asked for chips not fries. Bloody awful. And very expensive for what we had . Won’t use them again

We absolutely love takeaway from Spice Club and always order the same. Unfortunately our order this time was incredibly fragrant with mustard, the flavour was far to strong for us to eat it.

Ordered a delivery. Arrived on time but omg... stale papadoms & chewy. Mint yoghurt sauce thin and bland. Chicken tikka starter tasted tough and rubbery like a piece of chewy pork. Refried chips greasy cold and horrible. Chicken madras sauce cooked from frozen, I would see how watery the dish was and the chicken had clearly been added after the sauce was made so no marinating. Mushroom pilau rice about 1 mushroom diced up between two portions of rice. Very disappointing and three customers lost due to this.

I got the wrong food but it was on time

I ordered an onion cucumber raita. Which comes in big pieces. I have never ever eaten this kinda raita. Also, they added sugar to it. I would suggest you choose another option if they have one.

Not very good quality of food tonight unfortunately. Our food was cold, most chips were slightly under cooked, poppadoms were stale and onion bhajis were soggy. We’ve eaten from here before and it’s been lovely, so very disappointed tonight.

1. we have been going here for years, me and my family come for most family birthdays and celebrations etc. so we have a high standard from the beginning as it has always been lovely and look forward to going back. however tonight we went for my mum’s birthday and we have left completely disgusted. 2. the service wasn’t what it normally was. they were blunt and rude and were clearly trying to hurry us along, they normally take their time through the ordering process and this is what makes it feel more luxurious being able to have long conversations inbertween. however we had our drinks and got our usual popadoms. through coming here for years we know the things that they have clearly cut out. for example they had nice thick napkins that were good quality, but now just the toilet paper feeling ones. 3.not even 5 minutes into our popadoms they got starters from us and again within 5 minutes this was out to us. which indicates it cannot be freshly cooked! 4. as we were still eating our starters one of us finished and a server came and took the plate from him, we were all still eating and found this very rude as though they were trying to hurry us out. also we didn’t receive the normal sauce and dips with our starter leaving it to be dry and tasteless. 5. ever since we have been going here they have brought out hot plates that keeps the food nice and hot! but this time they have not done this and the plates were freezing, which in turn made the food cold from the bottom. in the start the food arrived to the table cold and was not enjoyable, the chicken in my dish was chewy and was just too cold, by the time it got on the plate it made it more cold. 6. next was dessert, you get the option of ice cream or a coffee. my mum asked for the ice cream and it was plain whereas they used to ask if you wanted sauce, i fact the table next to us had sauce on theirs. 7. after dessert when you get the bill, you get a little chocolate, and normally a liquor at the end, we did not receive this, and the chocolate was chocolate orange which is a definite prefference, for example i was the only one that it didn’t make feel sick. For the amount of money this place has increased by it has decreased in service and quality. for the banquet that we have always had it has been 10 pound a head and now 17pound a head which is extortionate. i understand cost of living but this is taking too many cut backs. the hot wet wipe we get was hotter than the curry!’

Order was over an hour late, called the restaurant to find out where it was, said the driver had tried calling me, the driver was lovely and said she found us easily and hadn’t tried to call me, food was all cold and dry, should’ve just got something from Iceland, won’t be ordering from here again

It was very bland not up to the usual Spice Club scrumptious level. Baddam Passanda couldn't taste the nice almond flavour it was just bland of any flavour. Peshwari naan didn't have the usual strong taste of coconut either. The chicken in baddam passanda was also tastless . Sorry Spice Club the food is usually delicious .

Absolutely amazing!!! I need to be here more! Our food was delicious. We were served pretty quickly considering how busy spice club was. Our servers were lovely and polite. The food was reasonably priced too. A nice hidaway place where we felt comfy and welcome.

This restaurant should be shut down immediately! The toilets are filthy, urine all over the seats and pan has not been cleaned for days. Looks like poo over the walls! Thick dirt around the taps and entry doors covered in, goodness knows what. If the toilets are like this, what are the kitchens like! Going to send pictures to food hygiene officer.

It is a 25 minute drive to us so the food must have not been ready to leave the restaurant until the stated delivery time. Delivery people were nice and polite. We enjoyed the meal and will order again in the future.

Very disappointed didn't get my rice , the chicken was tough, the fish was out of a freezer was awful. I have never complained but it cost £38. Sorry about the review .
