I am so glad we stopped here on the off chance as we were just walking past it. Thankfully I hadn't read any reviews as I cannot understand how they differ so much from our experience - I would absolutely recommend Cafe Le Raj Indian Restaurant. It 's not much to look at from the outside but is warm, clean and welcoming inside. The food was outstanding, the best Dansak I have had outside of India, and all the staff were friendly. It is a bring your own alcohol venue and they didn't even charge us a corkage fee. We will definitely return.

Busy for a Thursday but the food quality didn't suffer and Blue Cobra is on the list to revisit at some point so that says a lot. A traditional "English Indian" menu so all familiar and top marks for making me a mixed Sag/Gobi bhaji.

Just ordered takeaway to be delivered at Coghurst. Perfect service and food was incredible. They even sent a complimentary dish, which I will be ordering next time. Cannot fault, absolutely spot on.highly recommend .

Fantastic Indian Cuisine at Calcutta 16 Calcutta 16 in Worthing is a hidden gem for Indian food lovers! The excellent food is packed with authentic flavors, and the friendly staff provide top-notch service. While the restaurant was a bit quiet, it made for a relaxed dining experience. The prices are great, offering excellent value for the quality. Definitely worth a visit!

I was so excited to try this place. The prawns were all either rubbery or mush. No in between. No flavour 15 quid down the drain. Ordered garlic rice and just got plain boiled rice. First and last time ordering
