The best restaurants serving Indian food in Tandridge South East

To be honest I had been put off by the prices , but my error was comparing these to other Indian restaurants. This is like no other local establishment. First of all , the service is faultless. Secondly the food is outstanding quality and with unique ( for me ) presentation . My seafood byriani came with a puff pastry topping like a pie , which the chef explained let the byriani cook in its own steam. Beautiful. Every dish was a delight. And cost wise, we brought enough away for a light supper tomorrow. Thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic curry house with award winning dishes that rocked my world. Just as good as the original turners hill location. The food and staff service are impeccable, makes you want to come and eat again almost every week. Delicious. Thank you Jahan and the team.

We came here for New Year’s Day for my sons birthday there was 11 of us and every one of us enjoyed the place the food and the staff , the food was a 10/10 and as it was a Wednesday it was 50% of the bill , such good value and very clean in there , staff were consistent and very polite would defiantly recommend this place if you haven’t been before , was by far the best curry I’ve had before and we will be going back soon , thanks bengal villiage

We ordered Chicken 65 and Garlic Chicken Chilli. The food was absolutely disgusting and tasteless. The portion size was very small compared to the price we paid. Would not recommend 2/10

Really disappointed as we have ordered from the Panahar quite a bit lately…the food was virtually cold & we had to reheat the food in the microwave & really disappointed after contacting the restaurant that they felt that a 10% discount on our next purchase was sufficient so I’m afraid we may have to take our custom elsewhere!!!

The food is high quality, the restaurant has a very pleasant ambience, and the staff are charming and attentive. An all-round first-class experience.

Don’t bother ordering from this place. Order cancelled after 25 minutes. Phoned them up and got a load of nonsense about the chef doing it..

We have been going here for years. Always been great food and delivered in a timely manner. Tonight's takeaway was awful! Our meal was delivered on time, but the food was a disappointment! The Onion bargis were burnt and chewy, the poppadoms were stale and in general the food was not up to their usual standard. We all said it was like eating a meal that had been left in the microwave all night, then reheated. Money not well spent tonight.

The best Indian restaurant we have ever been to. The food was amazing. The service was exceptional. I can’t recommend this place enough.

The food was terrible an they are very rude ,also they will ignore you if you are female and they charged us for 20 beers when we only had 15 and brought out starters that we didn't order or want and tryed to charge for them as well so all in all a horrible experience, won't ever be going there again .

I asked for tap water 7 times before receiving any. I ordered a Makhani, they came out with a tikka masala asked who’s it was, we hadn’t ordered, but my Makhani was missing, I queried it, they took the tikka masala back into the kitchen and then brought it back out a minute later claiming it was a Makhani. It was a Tikka Masala (an average one at best). The servers would just drop cutlery on the table for us to sort out ourselves and food was given out to the wrong people with no effort to get it right. They do not care at all.
