Don’t bother ordering from this place. Order cancelled after 25 minutes. Phoned them up and got a load of nonsense about the chef doing it..

Sorry but this was not good. Yes it arrived on time but that was the only good thing! The Naans were stone cold, both curries cold, the chicken curry was 4 bits of dry chicken in a bath of fat, not sauce. The poppadoms were not fresh, they were soggy and the mint sauce was not nice at all. Delivery driver passed us the bag and said nothing, he was too busy on his phone! Won't be back again 34543

Great takeaway at Rajduf on Friday, fab shaslic chicken.Biryana was amazing very fresh!! we paid £30 and fed for a People fantastic value most amazing onion bhajis I wish Abu and his team. All the very very best. I’m sure they’ll be some fantastic months ahead when they start their refurbishment plans

Found a rat in my curry, avoid like the plague!! Visited here last weekend and ordered a balti to. Find a dead rat swimming in my curry.

What a wonderful experience we had last night at Rajduth 😀 I met up with my close friend who had come up from Somerset to celebrate our upcoming 50th birthdays and we had a fantastic evening. Then food was absolutely gorgeous and the staff were so friendly and great fun too - can’t wait to return again soon 👌👌👌

What a fantastic curry house! I phoned up and ordered a take away for 8 people and the lovely man told me it would be a little longer due to the number of dishes and wanting to get them all just right. Well worth the wait! (not that we thought it was very long anyway!) The food was so flavoursome, great portion sizes and the kind gentleman even carried it out to the car for us! Definitely recommend and we will be ordering again - thank you for making a birthday meal toegther such an enjoyable one!

I visited for the first time with my family. When booking, the owner explained that it was bring-your-own booze, which was fine, and he was happy to put some beers in the fridge for us. The restaurant is small, but has a welcoming atmosphere. The food was fantastic, the best curry I've had in years. There was a good choice of dishes, and everything was well presented. The owner was very friendly - nothing was too much trouble and he really looked after us. We'll definitely be returning soon.

We ordered a selection of starters and mains for takeaway and loved them all! Very flavoursome, generous portions and great value. Friendly and efficient service on the phone and Nazrul was so lovely upon pickup (many thanks for the cider and poppadoms that were given on the house!) Best of luck with your reopening

We ordered a meal this evening around 9.00 pm. We paid and showing this is the case...We waited an hour and thought, this is a bit of a long time, so tried phoning several times..no answer at all and no delivery. Now too late to order from another restaurant ..USELESS

We ordered a takeaway from here, the first time we had done so and were very impressed. Easy to order on line, the food arrived on time, it was piping hot and tasted delicious. The King Prawn Tikka Masala is particularly worthy of a mention as not only tasty but also so many prawns! We will definitely be ordering from here again!

We have been coming here for 10+ years and love the food. Recently it is very difficult to order over the phone as (new employees we think?) struggle to understand us and vice Versa. We spent almost 15 minutes on the phone trying to order this weekend and in the end we gave up. Please improve this as we miss and love your food!

My friend and myself had an early supper tonight at the newly decorated Rajduth and it was wonderful. Staff are always friendly and food excellent. This restaurant has been in Caterham for over 35 years and has a great reputation. This small comfortable restaurant is a joy to visit.

I’ve been coming here since a boy. Always great and hasn’t changed a bit. Even though I’ve moved out the area still my favourite curry house to go!

Just had a great meal at the Rajduth with my sons. All really tasty and plenty of it. Especially good Chicken Tikka Dhansak. Authentic traditional Indian Restaurant serving proper curry. Definitely recommended

We ordered a meal for 3 people and I must say it was tasteless. My husband ordered a tandoori naan which was meant to have meat inside and it came as a plain naan. The chicken I had was really bland. Sorry I won't be ordering again.

Favourite traditional Indian curry restaurant with excellent service - and good range of traditional curry fare. Personal favourite in the Chicken dansak which certainly packs a punch. Degree of strength can be adjusted to taste.

Absolutely dreadful. Chap who took the telephone order made mistake after mistake. Food was bland, tasteless and incredibly greasy. 75 minute wait and order was incorrect. Won’t order again.

Thought we would give these guys a try as our usual takeaway was closed. Really wish we hadn't. Food was really bland, tasteless and overpriced. There are many other Indian takeaways in Caterham that are soo much better. Avoid.

I regularly order home delivery from the Rajduth and am always very happy with the food. It always arrives on time and is consistently delicious.

The food was tasty but the interior needs updating. It seems very tired and not very clean. Better restaurants in the area.

Good on the whole. Couple of outstanding dishes, especially the Taka Dahl, which was excellent. The Butter chicken was somewhat average though. Excellent service though.

Visitamos el sábado por la noche después de haber tenido una llevar por primera vez la semana anterior. El llevar era excepcional y posiblemente la mejor llevar mi pareja y yo hemos tenido, cada plato era delicioso y muy diferente con un sabor encantador y especias. Muy recomendable y una increíble relación calidad precio. Tan impresionados que reservamos una mesa, comer es una experiencia única, el restaurante como otros han dicho, es extremadamente anticuado y sacado de restaurantes indios de la de 1980 (o, en este caso incluso antes! ! ! El personal), son gente encantadora, amable, atento y muy servicial y sospecho que los propietarios originales. La comida, ordenados de menús tan antiguo como el restaurante era deliciosa y mejor que cualquier similares establecimientos locales con la ventaja de ser una increíble relación calidad-precio, sólo puedo recomendar que dan una oportunidad Rajduth si no ya no te decepcionará con llevar o con comedor (si contemplar la decoración de moda).

La comida es muy buena y a un precio muy razonable. El naan pan es amplio y fresco. Tuve un pollo y la salsa era dansahk el mejor que he tenido. Volveremos

Try to look past the missing letters from the restaurant sign, the dated interior and lack of customers. This is the best curry in Caterham.Would recommend the chilli chicken or balti capsila.

We went there for our last day in Caterham. We entered here because it was the only one which was opened. Fortunately, the food was very good and good service. We went on Sunday.

We have been going to this restaurant first as a couple and then as a family for over 20 years. We have always had fabulous food served by very friendly welcoming people. They are always willing to accommodate personal requests and the atmosphere is very friendly and relaxed. Long may you continue.

Arriving for dinner with friends we were served with the usual poppadom's and chutney's (my favourite), the madras is quite hot and will do (not tried the phall though) if you're looking for spice!Quite good for price though.

We have been going to the Rajduth for approx 28 years. We have travelled extensively and have never been to a Indian Restaurant that matches the Rajduth for service and quality of the food.

Never had a bad Curry from this restaurant. Takeaway is as good as sit down also very good value for money. Ten out of ten.

This is where we always go for a curry have tried others but this,is for us, we are usually a party of four and we are always greeted with warm friendly smiles, they even know what drinks we like, never had a bad meal, be back again soon.

The Rajduth has been our local curry venue since we moved to Caterham with a fairly standard menu. The food is well spiced with a lot of flavour and the service never less than friendly.

The food, as usually was exceptional, however, the decor in this restaurant is very 1970s and it really needs a bit of a makeover.The house wine was very good, and well-priced.

This has been a family favourite for over 30 years. The food is fantastic. Forget multicoloured pilau rice and bright red sauces this is very well cooked more traditional Indian food. The naan bread is massive. Staff are always inviting and friendly. If you have a dish that isn't in the menu then just ask.

The food is great and the staff excellent. The décor is stuck in the early 80s and even the menus remain (the prices are changed by way of a sticker put unashamedly over the original price) but don't be fooled, the food and the staff are way better than other local places.

We have visited this long-established restaurant many times over the years. It has always been good, and it is recently getting better and better. Perhaps the nearby competition from other restaurants has had an effect. But for whatever reason, you can expect the best Indian style food for extremely reasonable prices. The Tandoori items are magical. All dishes can be varied to suit your personal preferences for spices etc, and the house wines match the food well - or more expensive wines are also worth trying. The service is discreet and effective.

Three of us visited the RAJDUTH last night and I was pleasently surprised. The family that run Rajduth are really welcoming and lovely. The food was lovely and hot and great flavours. Very compeditive prices and a very relaxed atmosphere. Will definately return again soon.

We have Visited here 3 times now, each time having something different. This last time we went was the best, we had prawn puri and chicken tikka to start and each had a biryani for main. The naan is also delicious. The service is exceptional. The poppadoms are lovely with very generous portions of onion and dressings.And the beer is cold. All very very reasonably priced as well. In our experience of the other curry restaurants in the town this is bar FAR the best.

Ever since I have lived here I have used Rajduth. It is a small restaurant, service is good. However it is outstanding in it's takeaway. I have never had a bad takeaway from here. Yesterday's takeaway was outstanding, hot fresh and delicious. We had onion bhajis', meat biriani, chicken passanda , Naan and papadom . A firm favourite with the whole family and we consider it good value.

Rajduth is small and not fancy, but the food is excellent and the service efficient. The food always tastes fresh and of good quality, and we have not been enticed by the competition. We have used Rajduth for many years, and have never been disappointed. The food is better than that served at restaurants with far mor pretensions. We love the King Prawn Puri, and for high quality no-frills Indian food it can't be beat.Indian food
