Fantastic service as always. Food made quickly and always on time with no issues.

Living in Glastonbury we are between wells and street with lots of Indian restaurants to choose from we have tried them all with mixed reviews .. Indian Ocean as it’s now called is always the most reliable .. would highly recommend them … very authentic Indian food every time

Absolutely amazing meal last night. Great value for money as part of their Wednesday/Sunday offer. Service was excellent from the friendly and helpful team. We will be back!

Ordered a delivery £35 was the cost delivery driver turned up charged us £45 phoned to complain they didn't care won't be using these thrives ever again and I'd tell other people to stay well clear of them.

Went here for a takeaway while staying in the area as I always seek out a curry wherever I am. What a good choice this was it was absolutely delicious, best one I’ve had for a while and I’ve had a few!

We have been going here for banquet night for a few years but this visit was very disappointing. The banquet night deal had not only increased by £5pp to £25 but the portions were less. The quality of the food this time was awful. Lamb was tough and the tandoori chicken on the bone looked like a piece of roadkill and was also tough, The Naan was undercooked and doughy. Complained and received two free (very overpriced) drinks . Something has changed here for sure, maybe the ownership and definitely the chef. I don't expect to pay around £45pp for a banquet night and a couple of beer each. Left most of the food. Sorry but won't be returning.

The Taj was highly recommended to us , so booked a table for 4 for Dinner….. midweek. The staff , especially Sam, were so polite , helpful, friendly and had great knowledge in the dishes we chose. Excellent customer service, it’s a BYO and the offer for bottle openers and keeping the drinks cold in their fridge was a great service. The food was exceptional, very tasty, and not rushed at all. Highly recommended to you curry lovers out there. 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. We will be returning.

Buena comida, personal muy atento, comida agradable y caliente, un poco ruidoso ya que tenían algunos grupos de fiesta en, los entrantes son porciones generosas, pensó que el agua embotellada en la mesa era de cortesía, pero se cobró por ello, pero era solo £ 2. 95 así que no me importó demasiado, tuve que pagar por la bandeja de encurtidos con los poppadoms también, que en otros restaurantes no lo haría. Sin duda volvería de nuevo.

I thoroughly enjoyed the grilled Maharaja Burger for lunch. It is a distinct Indian take on the classic with the flavoursome onion bhaji and sauce. Would highly recommend it for lunch or dinner. Thank you Viceroy!

The ambience was nice and the food was great. There were lot of options in the menu .. Vishal took good care of us and provided excellent service ..

Total RUBBISH. Worse Indian restaurant. Sitting next to a damp wall with flaking paint . Chicken had no flavour and bit tuff . Dips for the poppodoms were cheap rubbish. This place was rip off . How this place survives in Cuffley, we do not know So expensive, ££££ . they hand write the bill so you can’t read it STAY AWAY !!!!! I lived in cuffley for 30 years , this place should have closed 30 years ago Want a bit of advice, drive to Ware Go to NEELAKASH , it’s on the corner , Or get the Indian takeaway from M AND S 🥶

We met for a bite to eat and had booked. It was quite slow to get to our table, but poppadoms and chutneys were nice. We waited for 1.5hrs for our food to arrive, which I think is beyond most people's expectations. Although very tasty, there were around 6-8 small chunks of chicken and the bowl was only half full. A rice portion we had planned to share looked really small. Bread was nice though. We ordered extra drinks, but sadly these never arrived. I would say it was busy but Saturday nights should be well staffed. Would I go again? Probably not.

So disappointed, I have ordered from these guys from a while. I have a massive problem with the quality of the chicken. Even to the point I would question whether it was chicken. I have ordered a takeaway recently and I'm seriously questioning whether to get it tested. Over priced and sincerely disappointed in its quality, so sad to report this.
