We went for dinner, 2 x couples, fully ordered food and drinks and had eaten starters. We had spoken to the owner upon arrival and was made welcome as he recognised my friends from a visit 2 weeks earlier. A waiter came over, spoke to us and said we needed to be quiet, they'd had a complaint. We were shocked as we were talking, laughing- our ages are 51-70, but that's it We asked who by, and he wouldn't say, and wouldn't say what the complaint was, so although he'd said be quiet, he didn't ask us, he TOLD us quite rudely. We cancelled the food as we felt quite disappointed and embarrassed, people were looking. Luckily we got a table in the Sapphire. My partner returned later to enquire what had been the issue- the waiter said complain online. Loss of business, loss of repeat business and very rude, odd behaviour by the 'manager'. I'm not even cross about this, I'm shocked and unfortunately I won't return. I'm sorry for the owner, he had left by the time this had happened.

I organise a monthly Curry Club at Tajdar for locals in the village and we generally have 25 to 30 people attending. We always receive fantastic food served by the very attentive and considerate staff. We choose our food individually from the a la carte menu, so this imposes a huge workload on the kitchen team but they manage to cope with the food preparation without any undue delay. The chief Chef usually says 'hello' at the end of the meal and is always greeted with a round of applause for his considerable efforts.

I was shopping with my mum and sister on Melton Road and we were looking for a restaurant that serves non-veg food. We came across Curry Fever and decided to give it a go and we are so glad we did! The restaurant is very clean and looks great inside. The waiter was very friendly and helped us to choose our food. The food was made fresh and was so tasty. It was definitely the best mixed sizzler we have ever had! We are very impressed with the excellent service and tasty food! We cannot wait to visit again and highly recommend this restaurant.

Pleasant comfy place, went last Sunday we had a choice of buffet or alcart menu. Warm clean, quite busy for time of day on Sunday? Chicken tikka, chicken coma, chicken tikka Jalfraze and all ways poppadoms onions ect to start. Food was good and hot. The most obvious thing was there was plenty of staff and everyone was really polite and helpful. 10/10 for Hospitality.

After walking around the Peaks all day,we were starving. Googled Chesterfield and Westbars came up,turned out to be an excellent choice........By me. To be honest,I wasn't too impressed with Westbars from the outside, but inside it was a different story. Nice decor, beautifully clean and excellent washroom facilities. The Service was fantastic, the attention to detail and attentiveness to us was just right, very professional. The food was lovely and the portions were generous. Abrock, the owner, deserves a special mention for his service. Thoroughly recommend

My mum and I really fancied a curry while we were in Margate and after doing some research we came across this restaurant! With it already having a high star rating we thought we would give it a try, and we are so glad we did. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the food was delicious! We decided to both go for the non-vegetable thali and it was lovely, it included chicken tikka, sheek kebab, meat (lamb) bhuna, chicken curry, rice and naan bread! It was so filling and we left feeling very happy and well fed! I would 100% recommend to anyone in Margate!
