Ordered our usual pepperoni and veggie volcano which was delicious. Bf loves the garlic and herb sauce so we had one of them too. Pizza was delicious as usual and ready on time as collected it on way home from work. Served by Rahela. Service with a 😃

I had a fantastic experience at Domino's thanks to the wonderful staff! Sidra was incredibly friendly and took my order with a smile, making the process seamless. Raheela ensured everything was prepared perfectly and even went out of her way to check if I needed anything else. Ahmed delivered my order promptly and with a courteous attitude. The pizza was delicious, fresh, and exactly as I wanted. Highly recommend this location for both the food and the stellar service!

Generally always have great pizzas from here. Dough balls are hit and miss as to either a massive amount of garlic butter (the only way) or barely any at all - there's no inbetween... but otherwise never had an issue with food from here :)

The shop is clean and has loads of great information on the wall to read while you wait for your pizza to be cooked! Great Domino’s Branch, good service and fresh food

One of the most terrible experiences I've had... Pizza was delivered to the wrong house, and somehow it was deemed my fault. Waited over 2 hours for a replacement, had to send numerous emails to the head office. What a complete farce... I won't be using Domino's again. Experienced attitude and got hung up on when speaking with someone claiming to be the manager. Ordered from Pizza Hut instead.

Always good food and quick service we are far out from great Harwood and the delivery is very fast compared to other closer take outs ordered last night was very speedy as usual did have a problem of one of the pizzas being sent being wrong but I rang them and explained and they happily remade the correct pizza and had it here within 20 minutes they where really helpful out of all the times we’ve ordered this has been the only issue and they where great in sorting it out for us would happily suggest this place to anyone

Quality of the food is very good, its always fresh and piping hot with great taste. It varies between visits, some staff are very friendly and polite and provide faultless service, however other times the staff appear rude and lack basic customer service.

Always enjoy a nice pizza and never had any complaints.

Pizza was undercooked and soggy. Toppings were literally falling off as I picked it up.

Opens at 11 am.. bit early for a pizza lol... Best to look online for domino's offers like buy one get one free as sometimes it can get expensive if just walking in to order..free parking outside.. or just pop in an park in Morriston car park ..

The selection of pizzas was not very big and it tasted alright, not as good as other pizzas. We ordered a Peperoni passion and Ham & pineapple pizza, the price was ok but still expensive with the 2 for 1 deal if you take into account the rather boring taste, a dip in each box does not really save it or make it especially premium when the selection is so small and not especially good. We gave it a try, will not try other ones from them. The staff was friendly, do not blame them for the ingredients they have to use. Was my first and last time Domino's. If this is everywhere alike I can not understand why this is a famous brand. They do not even serve chips.

Great service, clean shop and fantastic pizza

This is the second time we have recieved what I would consider to be sub standard quality food from Great Harwood Dominos. We had a previous poor experience several months ago, but decided to give them a second chance. Considering that Dominos is expensive and markets itself as a premium product I find this very disappointing. I would not reccomend.

For the second time freezing under cooked pizza . The cheese wasn’t even remotely melted should have just had a sandwich

Sad to say online ordering not available, so rang to order told only accepting orders if I give my card details over the phone. Won't be doing that due to possible card fraud.

Pizzas were both tasty and the Normal standard. However I ordered both to be stuffed crust and only one was. Annoying But I don’t want to waste another drive to correct this error. Shame a treat has been ruined a little

Asked about the buy one get one free one veggie one pepporino told that deal was on medium size 17 pounds first and last time there for me dont get me wrong food lovely but prices hidden in shop I know there money off leaflets but just went in on way home

Best Dominos pizza I've ever had and fantastic service at the store.

Same thing happens every single time. We order, 30 minutes later the app tells us its on its way. 10 minutes later the app tells us its been delivered. No pizza in sight. We give it 10 minutes and call the store (every time) and they proceed to tell us the driver just off. 20 minutes since we called them and still waiting. Either the app is broken, or people marking things as delivered within store need to be retrained I guess.

Ordered a large hot veg pizza, garlic bread and spicy chicken nuggets for Wednesday tea, extremely quick delivery, but ceratinly not worth the money, hardly any topping on top, not hot or spicy, garlic bread was just dough with a tad of garlic butter in the middle, feel ripped off and dissappointed to be honest, wish I had taken photos now, giving the 2 stars for the chicken as that was really good.

Made an large order with dominos at Great Harwood tonight and the order was over £70 and we are disgusted with the customer service, delivery and quality of the food! When we received our order half of it was missing. We then told the delivery driver who was rude and wasn’t interested and just told us to contact the store, which we then did to be told that the delivery driver had told them that we had received the whole order they then decided they would replace the missing items to which we wasn’t happy with and wanted the whole order replacing because half Of the order would be cold once we received the full order which they didn’t want to do at first! Once they agreed to replace the whole order they then requested we give back the original order back, which we did but that isn’t very good practise for covid-19 and cross contamination and we had contact with the driver. They then told us they had no wedges left and would replace them with cookies which isn’t really a like for like replacement so we asked for chicken strips instead to which they wouldn’t do at first, they finally agreed after 5 times of asking and speaking to 2 different people. Once the order finally arrived 2 hours after placing it the pizza was over cooked, tasteless, dry and cold. Would defiantly think twice before ordering from them!!!

Used to like pizza, tried one from domino's, dough was soft in middle, the box it came would've tasted better. I'd give it a miss in future, will be a long time before I can think of pizza

Twice we have had deliveries that were late and the food was cold and poor quality. Let them know via feedback but no response. Won't be going back there.
