Absolutely great breakfast, not a single complaint, everything was spot on, no grease, adjusted our breakfast to our own individual requirements - friendly staff and a lovely little cafe, will return when I am next here because it was easily one of the best breakfasts I’ve had! 10/10

Visited the cafe , Very good coffee, lovely and strong. Enjoyed our food too, tea cakes and a bacon sandwich, all very nice. The lady in charge was very friendly. A good experience will return. Plenty of antiques to look at spread over many rooms, good to gave a good look around..

Nestled amongst woodland in close vicinity to bowling green & tennis courts. The setting is very quaint, snack type menus were very good & service polite, friendly & quick. A very enjoyable cafe, largely outdoors on a sunny day. It will be our go to cafe.

Visited on Sunday (I understand Sundays are a relatively new day of opening for Cafe on the Hill) with my lovely family who treated me to a birthday breakfast. This is a really pleasant establishment with friendly and helpful staff. I had vegan valley toast which was absolutely delicious and a vegan raspberry milkshake which was delightful. My Sister had veggie Wye valley breakfast which looked really nice and I will try this on ny next visit. I don’t live in the area unfortunately but I can’t wait for my next family visit so I can return here!

Visited with work colleagues for lunch after reading the review from Edible Reading and we weren’t disappointed. Ordered the King Tut ultimate breakfast and received a platter with Egyptian Moussaka, Flava beans, falafel, baba ganoush, humus… all served with warm flat bread and Egyptian tea with mint. Delicious, served with a warm smile and pistachio baklava to finish. I’ll be back again and bringing the family :)

Booked the Gastro bar & kitchen for a valentine's day meal. Haven't been before as think it's relatively new. Lovely welcome & glass of champagne as soon as we sat down! A set menu with some interesting choices ( eg Parma ham rolled scallops as a starter- very good) Staff friendly & attentive & coping with a busy night. Got chatting with a young couple at the next table & though we all had to wait for some of our courses we didn't mind as we were having a good time. Lovely atmosphere & a great night out- will definitely be going again!

Reservamos una cata de vinos aquí para mis 30 años y fue absolutamente brillante! Matt era tan conocedor e hizo la noche muy divertido y relajado, que era perfecto para nosotros! Nos proporcionaron una gran mezcla de vinos británicos que eran todos excelentes y una gran variedad! También optamos por la tabla de quesos y el pan fresco, que también estaba delicioso y fue muy bien con todos los vinos. No puedo recomendar este lugar lo suficiente, vino encantador, ambiente cálido y un gran precio también - ¿qué no es para amar?

¡Me encontré con esta joyita de un lugar hoy y vaya! El servicio amable y sus pasteles son increíbles. Todo lo que teníamos estaba perfectamente sazonado también.

Ikkan sushi ofrece sushi fresco y de alta calidad a un precio asequible. El servicio es rápido y agradable, y el ambiente acogedor hace que una experiencia gastronómica relajante. El pescado siempre está fresco, y las porciones son generosas. Un gran lugar para una comida de sushi satisfactoria, económica y amigable!

T is all down to taste and getting it still hot .. Quaggies Kitchen is without doubt the best one round Lewisham, Blackheath, Lee, Kidbroke and I think they deliver out to Eltham etc. They are based near the centre of Lewisham. So Catford is also cool. You won’t get better elsewhere.

The nicest Turkish food that we have ever eaten. Friendly service. Fabulous cocktails. Really good Meze.

I came in for tea and chat with my friends. Very welcoming, it was like we were part of the family. Lovely atmosphere, the sausage rolls were the best that I have ever had and the traditional no fuss cakes were amazing. We will be back for sure.

What an amazing gem we have on our doorstep, Tony and Toby have made a wonderful place to meet old friends and make new. To see the stunning array of Dahlias, roses and flower borders, to enjoy either morning, or afternoon refreshments, and Drinks as the sun goes down. if you sit a while and stare, it can bring peace and well being to one and all.

Ni siquiera mi cafetería local y todavía venimos aquí todas las semanas .. excelente café, el brunch y el almuerzo es constantemente increíble. Y un gran lugar para el vino y los bocadillos más tarde!

Pasé por este lugar mientras buscaba mi café de la mañana. . Entró en primer lugar por la decoración y la presencia en la calle. El ambiente en este lugar es fantástico .. no es realmente una cafetería, pero tienen un muy buen café. Tomé mi café de la mañana aquí mientras disfrutaba del ambiente... un montón de gente amable visita este lugar también. Servicio muy agradable y amable.
