Ordered online was sent totally the wrong order , my partner tried to get through on the phone was constantly engaged then got recorded message saying ‘ wrong number try again ‘ Applied for refund online but had to wait for refund Still waiting Disgraceful!

El servicio fue terrible, el teléfono se cayó en mí mismo dos veces debido a que la comida no llegó para luego ser dicho que no recibiríamos nuestra comida y el teléfono luego se puso en mí de nuevo para hacer preguntas, Se me pidió que hablara con un teléfono del gerente que me pusieron otra vez.

Walked in and ordered £30 of food. Ready to pay by card but after waiting 20 minutes then said card machine wasn’t working. As we had no cash, they then said they’d text a link to pay. Still waiting! So walked out upon which one of the staff followed us out and cursed us and said we were banned

Absolutely awful. I went there on my 30 min lunch break. Was told food be ready in 15 mins. I was alone in shop. After 20mins guy telling me 2 more mins. At 25 min mark I got up and saw they just put my wings on grill. I had to tell them to leave it, I had to get back to work. They were offering me my partial order. I told them leave it and keep the money as I was reading reviews whole waiting and I read they don't really give money back. I didn't ha e time to argue. I left never ever to return again.
