Foul customer service!!! Extremely rude and hung up on us when we called asking about our delivery which was more than 2 hours late.

Super service, really nice food at a reasonable cost, and a friendly ambiance, highly recommended , went for a valentines night out with friends who also really enjoyed it…

Absolute disgusting!, regular customers who say they are there all the time give you abuse when you complained.... food is not even am aspect I have had better aldi curries! We came to this establishment because of rubbish service from the other Indian in looe and I wish we never! Homophobic..... is not the word we will never snd have we ever experienced service and food like it.... then when we complain for a little stout yet aggressive "man" to be in our face saying "shall we" no love... I'd rather my complaint be handled professionally and to standards of a business.... IF YOUR IN LOOE.... AVOID!!!!!

We both had a great meal, very reasonably priced, excellent value for money, service fast and efficient, food came out hot and very tasty one of the best curries I've had. Highly recommend.

We ordered a takeaway which arrived hot and on time. The pilau rice was fine but the chicken dishes were oily and the meat was tough. The naan bread was fine. It was ok for a takeaway but nothing special.

We went as an older couple during a winter break in Looe. From the outside things don't look promising, once inside, it's very clean and the decor sparse and a little dated. BUT, the food was just brilliant. Clearly freshly cooked to order, we couldn't fault it, the waiting staff were extremely polite and friendly, service was very good. Prices were reasonable too for the generous portions. We came out feeling comfortably full and raving about how good the food had been. You really really shouldn't judge a book by it's cover or in this case, a restaurant by it's exterior. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

High quality Indian cuisine, fabulous atmosphere, and great customer service. Big thanks to Hussan who was our server and took the time to engage with us and was very focused on ensuring we enjoyed our evening.

We came here as a family to celebrate a birthday and had a wonderful time! The food was delicious and you could tell was all freshly cooked! The service was excellent! All the staff were so friendly and accommodating for our family! ☺️

As a local we eat here regularly. We think it the best Indian restaurant in the area and over the past 20 years we have never had a bad meal. The food is cooked to perfection and they have a great selection on their menu. Also the prices are good for the satisfying amount given. The staff are attentive and caring and although the decor inside looks a bit worn, the food is simply delicious.

what a find, the food and service was excellent, our waiter could not do enough to make our visit special. he had only just started but he made the meal for us. there were four of us and we all came out feeling well fed and well cared for

Firstly, our order came half an hour before we expected which was perfect. Every single mouthful was one hundred percent enjoyable. Brilliant portion sizes also. Definitely recommend.

The Viceroy most definitely delivers. Amazing, high quality fresh food at great prices and so much of it. I cannot recommend The Viceroy enough. Visit or get a takeaway; you really won't forget or regret it.

Had a delivery to Looe Bay Holiday Park. Quick, easy to order on website 10% discount for ordering through the website. Delivery on time and food tasted nice and of good quality. Would go again on our next visit to Looe.

Popped in here for a curry whilst on holiday. The service was quick and attentive. The curry was very nice, chicken tikka masala and chicken tikka jalfrezi. Good portions, reasonably priced and we were able to take our leftovers home.

Only got good things to say about this restaurant, I can recommend the Tawa Naga, nice and spicy. Staff were wonderful especially AJ who looked after us superbly.
