The best restaurants serving Indian food in England

My partner and I (Aiden and April) love visiting the Curry Garden, at least once a month as our special treat meal :). The food is delicious, the service has been very friendly and sometimes they aren't so patient at waiting for our order but it's ok. We've been quite a few times with our friends and family and they've always enjoyed the meal. We're actually booked to go again for this evening. We're all really looking forward to our visit :).

I ordered coconut sambal, it wasn't delivered

This place is such a good place to go for any occasion. We went on Saturday night just for a family meal. It's also perfect for work nights, special occasions etc. The food is always beautiful and the service is the best. The staff are all amazing

Outstanding takeaway - best in the area by far

Best Indian in Folkestone. My favourite part of an Indian is the sides, their naan is exceptional and really tastes home made. The poppadum is thick and tasty. The main courses were good too, the korma is better than other competition in the area

The Wednesday and Thursday special deals very good value. Very busy carpark. Give them a try.

Enjoyed a few canal trips over the years where we head to Stoke Bruerne for a decent curry, but restaurant has now become alcohol free with no alcohol allowed on the premises. Sorry but a Cobra or Bangla is all part of enjoying a sit down Indian, so we alas missed out on the curry this year and headed to the nearby pubs for dinner.

Delivery fine but food was inedible. Biryani so hot couldn’t finish a mouthful. Why chilli in a biryani?

King prawn madras lovely sauce but 6 prawns disappointed

Small portions filled half way - seriously????

Cold naan not garlic just dried flakes yuk .. £4-25 for chicken tikka starter 4 small pieces of chicken & some onions cold .. I’m sure it was straight out the fridge. Chicken balti plenty of chicken but way too spicy 🌶️.

The Restaurant has no good service there food is absolutely rubbish and l vomited after l had there food it made me ill

expensive and not good quality. Vada were very greasy and tiny. overall not good an I will go elsewhere next time. also the delivery time kept changing getting longer and longer.
