Great food, delivered on time with every item nice and hot

Been going to Swagat regularly for a long while now and it never disappoints, delicious food and varied menu which is always changed around, has a great atmosphere and most importantly the service is excellent, staff are super friendly and attentive. The manager has become a friend and loves a chat. What more do you want? Fab.

Was served rancid brown salad with overpriced thaali. Place empty. Only customers. Left for 20 mins before being asked for order. Food OK but Thaali quite small portions, and overpriced. Worst was the rancid brown salad. Amazed they had the gall to serve it. Must be blind.

It was my first ever visit to this place n I only went in for tea but I wasn’t expecting such a cosy atmosphere and well trained staff who welcome you at the door and then takes you straight to your table after checking for your booking only if you need to otherwise they welcome walk-in as well but I would recommend online booking if you are coming in a large group. They do have outdoor sitting as well but different way of sitting, VIP pods they call it.

Food was overall really tasty and the service was great. Many of the negative reviews appear to be based on a single incident.

Service was awful to be honest young lad who served us had no manners, food wasn’t the worst but nothing special. Definetly wouldn’t go back

Pretty good but i can't find my favorite chair

Coke was diluted with sparkling water and the food was horrible

Been waiting for a Masala Dosa for a long time. One of the best I have had. Authentic South Indian food and excellent prices.

Excellent high standard, fresh, well packed and delicious

The food from here is way way too salty. It swamps any other flavours. The pilau rice is actually boiled plain rice with a few drops of food colouring added. That is never a good sign when it is offered as a pilau. The salad accompanyment is just chopped onion. It used to be my local goto for a takeaway but I have given up with them now.

Delicious food and fantastic service

My wife and I had a great meal last night, and it was our first time here. Amazing food with lots of flavour and just the right amount. Will definitely come back another time.
