Service and ambience is excellent! The staff here is lovely. Food is good too. But Butter chicken needs a little more flavour. Overall we had a great time here at Takaa Tak Hayes.

It was my first time here… i felt food was average…. Chaap was fine but chicken tikka had no flavour…. Later we ordered main course it was fine… but the only thing i hate that… while servers were serving us plates… they were keeping spoons in their hands very unhinged….. you guys need to change the way of serving the dishes please….. if i asked for napkins they were already dirty……. thakyou

Please avoid this place if you are going for venue hire. They pretended to be very sweet and supportive but honestly the service was horrible. First, they opened the restaurant 45 mins later than was decided, we had to wait outside with a baby with a cake in the cold. Then they didn't even know how to serve cake!! They did not serve full slices, instead served half slices missing the middle icing layer entirely! More than half our cake was left wasted😔. Very disappointing. And then they threw away the enormous amount of leftover food from our buffet style party. They did not even ask us before throwing away all that food! This was truly shocking! Overall, it was an enormous waste of money hosting our party here and I would not suggest this place to anyone. I am just giving the stars for the good food quality. Hope you find better venue hires.

Mandeep served us for food and drinks. I must say she really took good care of servings, drinks etc. This place is pretty affordable. Highly recommend to try.

Must definitely order : Chak de Chaat, Jangli Talli Murg, Seekh Kebabs, Kaali Makhni Daal , Momos, Shahi Malai Kofta and Awadhi Chicken Biryani!!!! 💯 Great place for family dining and also to host parties 🥳

I had a wonderful lunch with my family on Sunday noon at Takaa Tak and The service was exceptional, and the food was absolutely delicious. I will definitely be coming back. I give it 5 stars. Additionally, you can park for free at the bottom; just ask the restaurant for directions, and they will provide you with a pass. I can't wait to visit again! The butter chicken and chicken fried rice was my fav . Cannot wait to come back and try other dishes . Also very well priced . They have seating inside and outside !

We celebrated my daughters graduation at this restaurant. From start to finish the customer service was excellent. Throughout the evening Sunny looked after us with a professional and excellent manner and he always had a smile on his face despite being busy with other customers as well. Sunny is a credit to the company. The food was great too. Party of 20 people all had a great time.

Really good Indian food and conveniently located right next to Hayes & Harlington Elisabeth line station. Service could be a little better as i had some issues paying as they didn’t accept American Express. The lady who was swiping my card was rather rude/short in her reaction. Still the food is really good and worth visiting again. The restaurant is located on the first floor but you don’t really see directions once you enter the ground floor. Would help if there was clearer signage as to where the restaurant is located.

The first time I ordered the kulfi it came in a matka. So I ordered 3 more for my friends in the second order an hour later and they sent me a cheap stick version for £5 each. Very disappointed

Amazing food and excellent service

This place is terrific, we were a group of 4 and were looked after very well right till the end. Their food is awesome with a lot of authentic Indian curries and fantastic biryanis and indo Chinese dishes. Service is brilliant and ambiance very comfortable and beautiful. Restaurant was packed when we entered and although busy whatever we ordered was served pretty soon nicely garnished and piping hot. This place is only a second away from the main railway station and serves best Indian cuisine in London.

The ambience is good and so does the location but parking is issue as its near Hays station. We tried Indo-chinese and also curries and some starters. The chilly chicken and gobi 65 was good but i didnt like the chicken lollypop. They lack manchurian in the menu which is a shame. Curries were also okay. Good thing we liked is they have curry and rice for kids which is non spicy and our 3 year old could enjoy. It was good to offer kid something other than nuggets and chips. Prices were normal like other places.

Not very welcoming staff visited the restaurant recently absolutely not so good customer skills.The staff looked like they just didn’t care just working there for the sake of it.If a customer comes to your restaurant you would take them to the seating area not just be completely ignorant about it.BASIC MANNERS ! People will continue to leave if your customer skills are absolutely zero.

I had lunch here with my partner. The food was OK but nothing amazing. I wouldn't recommend the restaurant as the food was just ok. The flavours seemed to be one level, which was a shame. My partner gave it a 7/10, and I was 5.5/10. Hence, the 3 stars.

Full Indian wali vibe hai and Khana to super awesome hai mujhe to yaad hei nahi tha last time acha Khana kb kahya but yaha aake puri India wali feel aati and service bhi bhut achi hai Khana ak DM hot hot laate hai wo bhi jaldi Fish fingers too good Chicken lollipop super awesome Hakka noddles veg too good Jeera rice and naan good Chicken diggh mirchi awesome but spicy 🔥 because we like spicy that's why we ordered this dish otherwise so many options And total cost 48 pound and One more thing they charged service tax this is little bit wired but overall they are too good in all things

Amazing service and really good food

Apart from the entrance, we were positively surprised. Once you get over the plain, 'block of flat' like entrance, you are grated by a fresh modern interior, and the great smell of the food. Food is also presented nice and tastes nice. Portions were generous. 3 people, 2 startes and 3 mains and 3 sides (naan/rice) we ended up with a 'doggy bag' of 2 full portions. Waitress was attentive but not too 'in your face'. Great dinner experience. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful restaurant! Located right next to the Hayes & Harlinten Station. Ordered takeaway and had a drink while waiting for my food. Prices are quite affordable, food is excellent, atmosphere and staff are welcoming and warm. Came back for a second visit on my short stay in the area. Can't recommend highly enough!

I love this Gem in Hayes. The service has always been excellent as is the food and drinks where you can taste the alcohol...lol. You will definitely enjoy the experience.

The employees at this restaurant provide the best service. They considered all of our requests, such as bringing out a drink later with the main dishes. Food was lovely, especially the naan and mixed grill. Also loved the decor inside and the fact that there's an area where you can sit outside to eat. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Excellent Indian food - perhaps one of the best Indian food we have eaten in the last few months in London... The Chicken Karahi, Lamb Roganjosh. Lamb Railway curry was very tasty . Generous portions too. The chef Jassi is brilliant 👏

We went to celebrate my friends birthday . Food was delicious but service very very bad . They were in so much Rush to close the place . Even we were still eating they came to collect the dishes . Specially manager he was in Rush to go . Food was good but because of service I will give low rating.

An overall absolutely brilliant experience. The staff is really warm and care about the work they do. I was served by Monisha - the best thing was; she was able to judge that the food is not something we liked completely and immediately offered to fix. This is not an experience that you would have so often. She got the issue fixed immediately. The food and the price do an improvement considering the location. It’s on a sweeter side than Indian (Punjabi) style AND it’s ridiculously expensive.

Was thinking of going there for a long time, and I made it. Very nice ambiance, you will feel like you are in India. The music the layout will remind of India. There is a terrace seating also available.The food was good and will be customised according to your pallette. I like it spicy, so they made it extra spicy for me. They have happy hour every day from 5 - 7 pm where they serve cocktails/mocktails 2- 4- 1, so I made the most of it. Wanted to have maincourse as well but was too full. Will again go there to have the main course and will update.

Amazing people and amazing food

What a lovely restaurant hidden away by Hayes station honestly I did not expect it to be so good. The best part honestly was the service the staff here were so welcoming and attentive but not excessive came here with 4 friends and we didn't feel rushed we had a 7pm booking and didn't leave until closing. The food was great full of flavour and fresh the and the cocktails were fantastic great variety and well priced will happily go back.
