Visited as a family group of 8 and were made most welcome. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff were very friendly. Excellent value for money. The restaurant is not licenced but you are welcome to take your own alcoholic drinks which keeps the price down. We will certainly visit again.

First time using this restaurant/ takeaway. Ordered set vegetarian meal for one, great value and very good portions the meal was excellent very tasty, I would have no hesitation in ordering again and will soon be booking a table in the restaurant

We ordered a delivery online via the website which meant we got a free chicken korma worth £10.....the ETA was 55 mins on a Thursday night but it was more than 35 mins late. The driver was very apologetic. We liked the flavours but they were not generous with the amount of meat and they missed the korma off the order. I rang them and they apologised but never clarified that they weren't bringing the korma and made no commitment re a refund. No email address to contact direct so I have to just trust that they will compensate me.based in what he said "I wrote your name down^. Shame - 6 months ago they were great

We had not been here before so we had a lovely meal and the staff where great very pleasant 😊

We ate there saturday night 29/03/25 It was a birthday meal didnt charge us for the birthdy girls meal.staff were great friendly helpful. Food was very tasty and price was good value.

Waited 2 hrs for a delivery of average Indian food. Thanks for your reply. I ordered at 1850 last night. So, I'm not sure how you can't find the order. Maybe that's the issue. I phoned the restaurant 2 times to check on progress. The meal arrived at 2050 , 2 hrs later. The food was OK. The address will be on our Uber eats order. I'm not going to share it in a public forum.

We have been to this restaurant before - now under new ownership it is still a fantastic place to have a meal. The service was impeccable; food delicious and booking easy. We booked online initially then followed it up with a phone call because of our group size. On arrival the manager remembered that we had a food allergy in our group (my son is coeliac) which was so easy since the only non gluten free items on the menu are the naan breads. Currently, (as of March 16th 25) the restaurant doesn’t yet have a licence but you can bring your own for £1 a head corkage or Sainsbury’s is over the road and they’re happy for you to pop across and buy your own alcohol. Food was delicious with an amazing range of popular Indian dishes and a great menu of their own including some speciality dishes including Sri Lankan and vegetarian options. I would thoroughly recommend this restaurant.

First time visitors to Cinnamon in Stapleford. We were unsure what to order, so had some great advice from one of the team , after telling them of our preferred meal. Food was excellent quality and the team serving were so helpful and attentive to our needs. Will definitely visit again and would recommend if you want food cooked to your specific requirements

First time here tonight , I ordered a vegetarian stuff pepper as a starter , that came was a roasted pepper stuffed with frozen mixed vegetables no spices or spices ! Secondly a chicken Pasanda was ordered , this was came as ready sliced chicken breast from a deli meat in a typical pasanda sauce . A serving of pilau rice between 2 people was only enough for one person . The only nice tasty authentic part of the meal was the garlic Naan bread . £26 per person was paid for this poorly prepared meal , the love of preparing authentic curry’s and accompaniments has left the chef’s at this establishment .

We arrived last minute just before closing, and they still welcomed us warmly. It was our first time here, and the food was delicious with excellent service. Highly recommend!

Never seem to get the order correct especially when paying extra for certain items. Food is always delicious but there either something always missing or something wrong

Even though we specified that we like our main courses reasonably hot, they were extremely bland, verging on tasteless. We have used this restaurant many times, but obviously somethingh has changed. Disappointing.

Absolutely gorgeous. Food was hot and fresh. Right price for the portion. If I could change anything I would include popadoms ‘gratuit’ with the curry and don’t put Lemon with the food, have it separate. 👍👍

Had some food delivered and I’m not very happy with it. The curry was really watery and had no taste and wasn’t very warm. The chips were hard and got hardly any. Can’t complain about the naan bread that was the only thing that was nice.

First visit to Cinnamon today, and I'll definitely be back. The coconut rice is addictive, everything was so fresh and tasty. Definitely recommend 👌

We ordered a takeaway early doors. Service was great. Food was average. Portion size for the main dish was very small. Gone of the days where you could just get through by sharing a dish. This portion would struggle to stretch to one person. Peshwari naan I thought came with raisins but this one didn’t. Overall very average and I shall not be returning

Had the Balti Exotica which was gorgeous. Generous portion and good amount of meat. Also, medium spice was exactly as described. The pilau rice was a bit dry but still given 5 stars as very pleased with my order! Very fast service and friendly staff.

We visited your restaurant as a couple. The food was absolutely fantastic. I was that good we brought some friends 6days later and everything again was lovely. Customer service and value for money we will definitely be back again.

The food & hospitality was amazing! One of the waiters held our 3 month old baby so that we could both eat our dinner at the same time. You won't be disappointed if you come here

Our favourite Indian restaurant by far. We visit often (probably more than we should 😂). My 2 kids adore coming here. Food is always brilliant, plenty of it, and we’re perfectly happy to bring our own bottle of wine now if we fancy it. Staff are very friendly and happy to help with anything you need.

Karahi was watery. 7 pieces of chicken. Chicken chat didn't have a puri with it.

A long wait for average (at best) tasting main dishes . Packed with onions instead of chicken. onion bargi looked like and tasted like last night's reheated. First time user, shan't be using again.

We had a takeaway delivered. It was extremely poor in quality. Very watery and tasteless. One dish just like sweet and sour sauce from a jar. Meat was tough and dry. Chicken was cheap sliced processed meat. Avoid this establishment at your peril. A rapid decline since our last visit or order.

Why is it that your Tarka Dhal is either: Full of water. Not have any garam masala, green chillies, coriander or garlic in it ? And also, why does it taste different everytime i buy it ?! It's not just the dhal that is showing inconsistency.

Visited first time last night as a last minute thing and everything was amazing. The staff were lovely nothing was ever to much for the staff. Food was amazing we went for the set meal for 2 and it was delicious, the meat was super tender and flavourful, the tikka masala was super nice and coconutty just how I like it. The lamb curry was nice with a little spice at the end which wasn't to over powerful. The potatoes were nice and soft and again got the correct amount of spice. Lovely soft drink options as well. Will definitely come back l.

we had a takeaway on Saturday night and the food was amazing. The lamb balti was excellent, the vegetable side dishes really tasty. Everyone remarked how fresh the taste was. Very good value with or without the current discount offer. Our favourite local restaurant.

Had a wonderful meal. Staff were excellent and friendly. Allergen options clearly explained. They also provided a surprise birthday cake at the end of the meal. All round excellent time

We've been eating at Cinnamon for years, we love it. Tipu and the staff are very welcoming and go the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. The menu is extensive and the food is unbeatable for quality & value. Now that you can "bring your own drinks" it's absolutely spot on.

Lovely food and very friendly staff. Plenty of choice on the menu, a lot of choices not tried before. You are able to take your own alcohol which saves money. Will be back

Staff were very warm and welcoming, and made us feel really comfortable. I have to say it was probably the best curry I've ever had. Good sized portions too. Have to take your own alcohol, which made it a more affordable evening. Would 100% come here again and will order any take aways from here too.

This was the best curry I have had for long time. Good sized portions with lots of meat in them. Curry was spiced and tasty. Staff were so friendly and kind. Have to take your own alcohol but there is a Sainsburys across the road to get what you need. Finally, the bill at end was cheap compared to other Indian restaurants. All in all a great night out.

Went a few weeks ago 4 of us - we all ordered a different curry but they all looked and tasted extremely similar! Last night we decided to have a takeaway. Really dissapointed I ordered Chicken Tikka Massala the chicken was very dry and hard. I ended up with two slices of toast for my tea as it was inedible. We ordered two curries one pilau rice one naan £24.20. I loved this place the food was always superb 👌 I don't know what's happened. I know they are trying to get things back on track but I don't think I would return now.

This is our usual takeaway which we use so had no hesitation in ordering from them for our family New Years Eve meal. The meal arrived 15 mins early which is fine. But, the food was cold! The mushroom rice contained no mushrooms! , the curries were watery. Absolutely the worst curry we’ve ever had from anywhere! When I complained , I was just told sorry we were very busy but we will give you £15 off your next order!!!!! I’m sorry but we will be ordering from somewhere else in future! It was awful!

Wonderful meal as always on New Year's eve. Staff are lovely and it feels like they really care that you are enjoying their food. Prices are really reasonable . Will be back in 2024 for sure.

We found this restaurant for the first time a month or so ago, when we ate at the restaurant. It was SO good! So we ordered a takeaway this evening (Christmas Eve). Despite being incredibly busy, food arrived on time, and was so tasty. We will definitely use them again, and would recommend to anyone looking for a good quality Indian meal ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I'm a truck driver and I'm the area tonight, walked in for a takeaway, garlic chilli chicken and a garlic and chilli nann, I think they ran out of chilli as I've had hotter chip shop curry . I'm disappointed as I was looking forward to a nice hot curry ,shame, next time I'm in Stapleford I will try gurker night's.

Last week 2hrs late. tonite 10mins late with 2 items missing then when items came 20mins later 1 item was wrong plus curry was like gravy n no taste

The veg starter was undercooked. Samosas and onion bhajis were soft, undercooked and inedible, which was especially frustrating after the order took over an hour and a half to arrive (we live a mile from the restaurant). £4.95 for a King Prawn starter which only has 3 Prawns is poor value for money. The curries were ok, but ultimately the experience ruined by the quality of the starters. They apparently had run out of Mango Chutney, so we received a 50p cash refund from the driver, so £2.10 - 50
