Our favourite Indian restaurant by far. We visit often (probably more than we should 😂). My 2 kids adore coming here. Food is always brilliant, plenty of it, and we’re perfectly happy to bring our own bottle of wine now if we fancy it. Staff are very friendly and happy to help with anything you need.

I have been coming to Cinnamon now for over 5 years. This restaurant is absolutely brilliant for the best tasting food and value. Tipu, the owner, always makes you feel welcome, and he's very professional in front of the house. Please try cinnamon you will not be disappointed. Quality......

Why is it that your Tarka Dhal is either: Full of water. Not have any garam masala, green chillies, coriander or garlic in it ? And also, why does it taste different everytime i buy it ?! It's not just the dhal that is showing inconsistency.

We had a takeaway delivered. It was extremely poor in quality. Very watery and tasteless. One dish just like sweet and sour sauce from a jar. Meat was tough and dry. Chicken was cheap sliced processed meat. Avoid this establishment at your peril. A rapid decline since our last visit or order.

First time here and won't be the last. Food was amazing and staff were brilliant. Would highly recommend, don't be put off if the restaurant is quiet it just means you get service quicker 😂

Ordered takeaway. Curries were watery, little meat and small portions. Shame as restaurant is pretty good and staff are great.

Visited first time last night as a last minute thing and everything was amazing. The staff were lovely nothing was ever to much for the staff. Food was amazing we went for the set meal for 2 and it was delicious, the meat was super tender and flavourful, the tikka masala was super nice and coconutty just how I like it. The lamb curry was nice with a little spice at the end which wasn't to over powerful. The potatoes were nice and soft and again got the correct amount of spice. Lovely soft drink options as well. Will definitely come back l.

we had a takeaway on Saturday night and the food was amazing. The lamb balti was excellent, the vegetable side dishes really tasty. Everyone remarked how fresh the taste was. Very good value with or without the current discount offer. Our favourite local restaurant.

The food was disgusting, cold and tasteless. If I knew how to get a full refund I would. Everything was bland and cold. I will NEVER get a takeaway from here again disgusting

Service was slow, staff didnt know who was doing what, food was bland and cold, when the bill arrived it was wrong- things added and prices wrong EDIT - NOT SURE HOW OWNER CAN REPLY WHEN HE HAS NO UDEA WHO I AM, WHEN I WENT AND WHO I WAS WITH!!! I CAN ASSURE YOU NO PLATES WERE LICKED CLEAN

Had a wonderful meal. Staff were excellent and friendly. Allergen options clearly explained. They also provided a surprise birthday cake at the end of the meal. All round excellent time

We've been eating at Cinnamon for years, we love it. Tipu and the staff are very welcoming and go the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. The menu is extensive and the food is unbeatable for quality & value. Now that you can "bring your own drinks" it's absolutely spot on.

Lovely food and very friendly staff. Plenty of choice on the menu, a lot of choices not tried before. You are able to take your own alcohol which saves money. Will be back

Staff were very warm and welcoming, and made us feel really comfortable. I have to say it was probably the best curry I've ever had. Good sized portions too. Have to take your own alcohol, which made it a more affordable evening. Would 100% come here again and will order any take aways from here too.

Love this place great foid and great service.

This was the best curry I have had for long time. Good sized portions with lots of meat in them. Curry was spiced and tasty. Staff were so friendly and kind. Have to take your own alcohol but there is a Sainsburys across the road to get what you need. Finally, the bill at end was cheap compared to other Indian restaurants. All in all a great night out.

Went a few weeks ago 4 of us - we all ordered a different curry but they all looked and tasted extremely similar! Last night we decided to have a takeaway. Really dissapointed I ordered Chicken Tikka Massala the chicken was very dry and hard. I ended up with two slices of toast for my tea as it was inedible. We ordered two curries one pilau rice one naan £24.20. I loved this place the food was always superb 👌 I don't know what's happened. I know they are trying to get things back on track but I don't think I would return now.

Wonderful meal as always on New Year's eve. Staff are lovely and it feels like they really care that you are enjoying their food. Prices are really reasonable . Will be back in 2024 for sure.

This is our usual takeaway which we use so had no hesitation in ordering from them for our family New Years Eve meal. The meal arrived 15 mins early which is fine. But, the food was cold! The mushroom rice contained no mushrooms! , the curries were watery. Absolutely the worst curry we’ve ever had from anywhere! When I complained , I was just told sorry we were very busy but we will give you £15 off your next order!!!!! I’m sorry but we will be ordering from somewhere else in future! It was awful!

Korma was watery, Bombay aloo had zero flavour. Naan was nice. Won’t be ordering again and would not recommend.

This is the second Christmas day my girlfriend and I have spent here. The food is simply amazing, full of flavour. Staff and owner ever so friendly and genuine. We left feeling full of quality food. Would highly recommend!!!! Best food I've eaten in a long time.

We found this restaurant for the first time a month or so ago, when we ate at the restaurant. It was SO good! So we ordered a takeaway this evening (Christmas Eve). Despite being incredibly busy, food arrived on time, and was so tasty. We will definitely use them again, and would recommend to anyone looking for a good quality Indian meal ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I'm a truck driver and I'm the area tonight, walked in for a takeaway, garlic chilli chicken and a garlic and chilli nann, I think they ran out of chilli as I've had hotter chip shop curry . I'm disappointed as I was looking forward to a nice hot curry ,shame, next time I'm in Stapleford I will try gurker night's.

Last week 2hrs late. tonite 10mins late with 2 items missing then when items came 20mins later 1 item was wrong plus curry was like gravy n no taste

Was almost cold when arrived. And had to wait over an hour for delivery

The veg starter was undercooked. Samosas and onion bhajis were soft, undercooked and inedible, which was especially frustrating after the order took over an hour and a half to arrive (we live a mile from the restaurant). £4.95 for a King Prawn starter which only has 3 Prawns is poor value for money. The curries were ok, but ultimately the experience ruined by the quality of the starters. They apparently had run out of Mango Chutney, so we received a 50p cash refund from the driver, so £2.10 - 50

Lovely friendly restaurant, The staff are very helpful if you need any advice on what food to order. There is lots to choose from of the Menu and the food is delicious. Well worth a visit.

Loved this place, really nice food good quality and reasonable price. Made my order on line, got a meal deal for over £30, but didn’t want 3 curries. Told them, no problem, really nice, had a glass of wine whilst waiting’ for my order I collected. Got home, guess waiting and we were item missing, called them, but the attitude of the guy who answered was shocking, he accused me of lying and said he had packed this himself, well it wasn’t and I wasn’t having this accusation. It wasn’t the fact it was 70p, or even £700, it was th the fact he was rude and started telling me about his banking issues. I’m done here, you keep the item, you’ve now lost a good customer. I won’t be spoken like this. You wasn’t busy as I was there, maybe thats why you’re losing customers, your treating them with contempt , if you need to lye to gain additional money, your not fit to trade,that’s stealing !

Very very poor. Korma was watery with no taste. Pakora was cold and greasy and onion bhaji seemed old and cold. I know mistakes happen so I gave the restaurant another chance. Sorry guys the last 2 orders have been terrible. So no more for me you've really gone down hill rapidly

Visited last night - very busy but service was excellent. Slightly delay due to the chefs breaking their fast for Ramadan but well worth the wait. Price was very fair for what we had!

The food was great but it was the service and attentiveness that sold us on the place. My partner and I ate here on the same evening as four very loud and extremely drunk guys who were vile. They were dealt with in an extremely polite manner and professionalism by the staff there. They were apologetic to us and kept checking back to make sure we were comfortable. We were. We’ll definitely be back.

This was a 1st visit to Cinamon and spoiler alert we’ll be back. Having had a recent refurb the dining area was tastefully presented. The staff were super friendly but not over bearing and most importantly the food was delicious. All in all a little gem in Stapleford and highly recommended.

Rang 23 times told be 5 mins. 40 mins later it arrived. 1 hour and 50mins late in total.

We visited Cinnamon for the first time on Christmas Day when we had our Christmas dinner. Could not recommend enough, the staff were so friendly, helpful and accommodating. The food was delicious, each course we had was lovely. The complimentary glass of bubbly was also a lovely touch. Will definitely be back next year for our Christmas dinner ☺️

Amazing food from takeaway delivered today. Chicken tikka starter, very tasty and chicken cooked perfectly. Prawn masala main, plenty of prawns lots of taste and prawns not over cooked like most other places. Lamb tikka pasanda main, very tasty a reasonable amount of lamb and meat not tough. Cheese & garlic nan, very nice but not very cheesy. Onion & coriander nan, very nice never had one like this. Tasty and fresh. Garlic & lemon rice, very tasty and different. Not had before. Priced well, prompt delivery food piping hot and delivery driver polite. Will come again thanks.
