They'd maybe get a 5 for food it was nice ..I had lamb passanda ..lamb nit exactly tender but was ok not tons of flavour though ..the smells from kitchen were very nice .. we had a portion of bajhis 4x they were extremely small ..wouldn't buy those agsin tbh tasty I guess but were bite size at best ..I'd contemplate going back but forget bajhis and have chips and rice separate as the half n half isn't generous . Curry portion decent.

We visited this restaurant as it was on a straight road from the Mercure hotel where we were staying. It was a 20 minute walk or a short bus ride. It is a bring your own alcohol restaurant. The interior was pleasant as were the staff. We had tandoori lamb chops and tandoori chicken and shared a side of chips. We enjoyed our evening meal.

We recently visited Cross Restaurant in Wembley which is a cherished destination for authentic Goan cuisine, offering a homely atmosphere and dishes that transport diners straight to the coastal kitchens of Goa. The restaurant is renowned for its seafood thalis, particularly the king fish and prawn thalis. These meals come complete with fragrant rice, tangy curries, pickles, and a sweet dessert, providing a well-rounded and satisfying experience. Other standout dishes include prawns raechado masala, sorpotel, beef cutlet bread, and Goan pork sausages, all praised for their authentic flavors and generous portions. Cross Restaurant exudes a warm, family-run charm. The decor is simple, but the atmosphere is enriched by the friendly staff and the sounds of worship songs playing in the background. On Sundays, live music during lunchtime adds to the inviting environment. We thoroughly enjoyed the food we ordered and loved the friendly owners Raju and Trinda Labale.

Enjoyable from the start this quiet Indian restaurant has some excellent food. We had the Thali which comprises of three courses, served in small dishes. Truly different and very tasty. They have a novel selection of non alcoholic drinks that they make up. Quite honestly more than each of us could eat. A foodie delight. The only down side were people that came in from the street to use the toiler and some noise from the bar next door.

My wife and I just sampled the Kirthon menu and everything we had was simply superb! It is very rare to experience such amazingly tender chicken - in the chicken tikka starter and the speciality main Sylheti Murgh - which were both quite outstanding and delicious. We can also recommend the sheek kebab and the chicken makhani, which my wife had. We have been before, some time ago, but had forgotten quite how good this place is. Well worth going!
