Always a fantastic Rogan Josh But could be a bit more saucy to dip the great garlic nann bread in, But still 10/10

I have eaten here a few times with big groups of people for birthdays and the service is 10/10 the staff are helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The food is amazing and great value for money would deffo highly recommend.

We came for some food after a day of decorating. The staff were really friendly, there was a nice atmosphere and the garlic naan with cheese was really cheesy.

Visited on Easter with family. The food was really good, excellent service and customer care, and above all , we enjoyed the calm atmosphere .

Went on a very quiet night, there was only one other table. So the ambience wasn't there what you would usually expect. However this does not deter from the wonderful service and food that we received.

First time eating here, the decor is very modern, and we ate at 5.30 so were the first in the restaurant. The starters were nice but the mains were average at a push. The spice levels are poor, I had a vindaloo, and there was no heat to it at all, it was medium at most, and the madrass the same, but was actually quite mild. The lamb in the 2 curries i just named was really soft and had nice flavour. The chicken on the tandori mixed grill was so overcooked and the lamb chop practically inedible. The lamb tikka masala meat was tough but the sauce was flavourful. I will say that the staff were very accomodating of children and had a high chair for us and made an effort to interact with the baby. I will not return simply because at the end of the meal when requesting the bill, they said that the bill is ready at the bar and to pay there. I questioned this and the waiter said that we need to pay at the bar. When we went to the bar, I asked why we had to pay here and not at the table like everyone else, and in all fairness, they were really apologetic. Unfortunately though, my family found this incredibley rude so therefore not willing to return our custom all be it being the most local indian.

!st. visit since the opening weeks. A wonderful evening and just a 10 minute walk to enjoy it, we felt the atmosphere as soon as we walked in. We both tried starters and mains we had never eaten before, the 4 dishes were outstanding served by attentive waiters. 3 pints and 3 1/2 pints were less than £60 and a discount or 10% for paying with cash. Not rushed, we had an amazing 2 1/2 hours thanks to D'Grand.

I've visited this restaurant several times since it opened. We returned because it's a reliable spot in Irlam, and we enjoy supporting local businesses. However, tonight's experience was disappointing. We waited nearly an hour for our food, and when we finally asked for the check, it arrived with lukewarm dishes and the wrong order. Though we refrained from complaining immediately due to hunger, the cold food just didn't hit the mark. Hopefully, the management will take note and ensure quicker service after cooking. Thank you."

After about 20 visits and trying almost all the menu, I can honestly say I've never had anything other than quality. I usually like my hot curry's but the flavours, especially the garlic chicken, have changed that. Well worth a visit or 20

The food lovely, very tasty and you get a good portion I find the drinks expensive like the cocktails 🍹 but again they taste really nice, the decor of the place is really nice and the staff were very friendly & welcoming this is my second visit & I will be back again 🤗

I have visited and ate at the restaurant twice, and had home delivery twice. And the food has been excellent. However, tonight at 1930hrs on 07/10/20 having spent £52 for a delivery the food was nowhere near as good. The chops in the mixed grill full of fat all bone and little meat, the poppadoms were not crispy, nearer soggy. The lamb was bland, and the hab curry was dry and bland. I can only assume either the chef has changed or the supplier is below standards. I hate giving this review as my past reviews stated how good they are. I think they have lost the enthusiasm when they first came to irlam. Now seems profit over good food is the order of the day. Its a shame as good food brings people back. Sorry guys I will not be. Update: I have kept my promise and never gone back, still waiting for the cctv footage from the nasty reply the Manager gave!

This place was recommended. I don’t know how it has so many stars. I’m of Pakistani heritage and I’ve been eating curries all 50 years of my life. I’ve eaten Pakistani, Indian and Bangladeshi cuisine. I’m not sure what this was. Too much dye used in the food. Thin sauce and dish full of onions. In fact I though I was eating an onion curry and not a chicken curry. Absolutely terrible. I’m not from irlam but I feel sorry for people from irlam if this is the best food they are getting. Restaurant decor was nice and the Coca-Cola was nice. The tandoori roti was nice but the actual dishes were awful. Needles to say I will never return and I’ve invited the person who recommended the restaurant to dine with me at a place of my choice to sample real Indian cuisine.

Lovely food and atmosphere. However, I was severely disappointed in the fact that the bar staff do not receive the tips they are given! This is not moral at all! Please, if you visit this place, make sure you give the staff tips directly!! Hopefully they change their policy, as this is a lovely place!!

I've been here quite a few times and would recommend, we booked my 40th here and paid up a deposit. On a negative they hadn't put our booking in the diary and had to find our deposit, although we sent the pre order over a week before. But On a positive, they were very accommodating all our order came out hot and on time everything that was ordered for special request was done and accurate. Great food the service can let them down but I still would recommend

Apart from witnessing waiters/managers arguing (!) + some delays with them taking orders/people being served items, the food is excellent here. We both had the tandoori sizzlers and loved them. Peshwari naan was amazing too. Really good food and aside from a few the hiccups I would definitely recommend for a delicious curry.

What can I say, booked a table for 4, arrived at booked time to find no table reserved. Sat in bar for over 10 mins whilst staff just wandered around. People who walked in given table right away. Finally shoe horned onto a table of 3 and we're brought a Fanta and a coke which we hadnt ordered. Nobody came to take drink order, no apology so walked out. Won't go back again.

Stone cold food, Rubbish service, Rude staff.... First & last time !!! Even when I complained they were rude and actually the staff told the management to ignore us.... won't eat their again!!! In your reply you stayed it was Hot ? So why were 2 meals returned again COLD. Also as regards the bill you deducted £11 but charged for everything else that was not required as why would I need a plate of rice ? Lastly the meal was paid for so when I asked to settle the balance did it slip you mind to mention it had be paid!! Yes respect works both ways 👏 your staff were rudely shouting when i was explaining what had happened.!! We kept it quite as not to ruin the birthday celebrations.......

The brothers that run own this place are lovely, welcoming, friendly and know wjat good looks like. But I think their staff and chefs let them down. When the brothers are in and on it the food and service is outstanding. Delivery takes and age but its good. But when the lads arent in or theyre are not on it with the staff, orders come wrong, things are missing and the quality drops significantly. To tne extent we rarely order from here now as its too inconsistent for the cost. I dont mind paying 30-40 for us to have a good indian takeaway for 2 but its got to be right. Weve been let down to many times now and I just dont trust that Im going to get what I pay for. The restaurant are always happy to swap or replace but while the rest sits going cold on the kitchen side. Its just not worth the risk, and we hate it as when they get it right it is beyond amazing. Weve dined in, taken away, had delivery, has christmas dinner hereand family meals. So its not like weve not given it a good crack.

We went with our daughter and kids last night it was a Sunday and really busy. We all ordered different meals And all where fantastic. We frequently go to sigirya in hale but the taste of all the meals was just as good and a fraction of the price. Thanks to all of you for fantastic service. We will return.

Staff are clueless. The QR code doesn't work for the menu so we had to request for normal menus. They kept forgetting drinks after asking multiple times and then because we kept asking where they were 2 of the same drinks came, but only for some people. The wait for our starters took nearly 2hrs and by this point the children of our group were starving and had to request for their meals to be served ASAP. When the mains did arrive there was confusion with a chicken tikka sizzler and a chicken tikka starter. Multiple people asked the waiter what it was and they just didn't respond and the meal was given to a wrong member of the family, but the other meal wasn't brought out either including another curry and naan bread. The waiters don't actually listen to where the food or drinks are for and just walk straight past you. If you said over there they just go straight to the opposite end of the table. I brought in a cake and asked for a waiter to bring it over, he replied "do you want it now" and I said yes. Waited ages and had to ask him again to bring over the cake and he said "oh yeah". The fact they don't do separate bills ended up confusing us all massively. I don't even understand why it's not possible to do separate bills. They told us we can't do separate bills and then when it came to paying we was told we can only split the payment between 3 ways for a group that had 20 people to then come back and say actually yes you can. Also make sure to check your bill because we had multiple drinks added onto our bill that we hadn't ordered.

The service really has gone down hill! We dined here on a mid week evening for a family birthday. It felt as if we were an inconvenience for our waiter for even just being there! He wasn’t in the least bit friendly! He actually made a few of us feel on edge with how blunt he was. The food was great, only complaints it took over an hour for our mains to arrive. Having eaten here many times before, we just felt let down by the service! Also the “rules” listed on the table were a bit strange, I’ve eaten at many restaurants all over the world and have never been greeted by rules I’ve had to follow whilst eating at a restaurant.

Food was nice and flavourful, only giving 1 star because the bill was incorrect by £30! also whilst paying, the card reader was placed so that I didn't see the amount entered, fortunately I picked this up and the amount was correctly changed. A little miffed to say the least.

Food was pretty good, probably worth a 4/5 to be fair. Check your bill though as they try rip you off by totalling incorrectly. Won’t be back.

Pleasant experience this evening at this restaurant. Had the poppadoms and pickle tray for starters. They were ok. Very thin easily broken in comparison to others weve had. May sound fickle but I rate the quality of poppadoms as iv noticed this identifies the quality of the main meal. Prawn biriyani was ok with plenty of rice with a traditional omelette which was nice to see. The Karahi sauce which I regularly have with biriyani was full of onions. It was ok. Just ok. It was cooked quickly as they forgot the sauce with the meal. Not sure of the taste of the Karahi sauce as it normally has a very distinct flavour. This did not. Had zero alcohol in bottles which were opened before they got to the table, which I don't particularly like. Like to see the waiter at the table with a bottle opener. I eat in many restaurants serving indian food so I am always quite critical of standards. I like this place though as it has plenty of variety and choice on the menu. Will be going back again another time but will certainly be trying the Afghan dishes next time on the menu. Friendly service from staff, but when looking for a table for two, dont like being sat next to a table of six. Maybe couples could be sat somewhere away from groups and people watching videos on their phones. Enjoy!!!!

Lovely food and staff look after you and fab atmosphere!

My Wife and I booked after hearing great reviews, we were not disappointed, the food was great as was the atmosphere, service went above and beyond. Getting a taxi back home was the only problem but the boss without hesitation took us home, that alone brought us a great respect for him and his business, well impressed, we will be back asap.

The place was quiet when I attended that evening, although they had locals in. The food was also good, I ordered the wrong item so wasn't hot... but enjoyable nonetheless...!!

Such a warm welcome from Ray and Sal who loved our accents! Great advice on dishes to try. Everything arrived piping hot and was delicious. Table service first class. Clean and tastefully decorated restaurant. Music just loud enough without making conversation difficult. Hadn't long to wait for food even though the restaurant was busy.

This is my first visit here and the food, service were amazing, would highly recommend. We were served by a very nice young gentleman called SAL, he is a credit to the restaurant

We have dined at this beautiful restaurant many times and the standard of food is impeccable. The restaurant itself is palatial and the staff and owners are a delight. The choice of beers wines and cocktails are superb. We are so fortunate to have such a great restaurant in our small town. My favourite dish is Chilli Chingri which is Bangladeshi lobsters in a mouth watering sauce.

Nice and friendly, we had pre booked for a large group, 26 of us, they coped well. The Food was good and plentiful. All in all an enjoyable evening.

This is by far the best Indian food that I’ve ever had without a doubt. Absolutely delicious, very fresh too.. it was impeccable! The restaurant was very clean, even the toilets were. As a bonus, they have baby changing facilities. What a beautiful and elegant restaurant with top quality service. The staff have pure pride within the business and work very hard. Best restaurant I’ve ever actually been to, never mind Indian. Thank you! I will be coming here again for sure.

Mango onions mint sauce and sauces very very small, Normally go elsewhere but decided to give it a 2nd chance, 6 of us ate and we all agreed it was very bland. Back to the Mothi for us

Great food and a fantastic choice. Always our go to place when we want a sit down Indian meal. Only thing that let it down was that we went mid week and they seemed understaffed. Will still be going again though.

Place is better than it should be. For a local curry house on the edge of Salford, this place is amazing. Friendly, informal service. Excellent food. If I had one complaint, the food seems to take a touch too long to come out of the kitchen, but food is good enough to excuse that, and staff are attentive with drink top ups.

First time visiting since it changed from being a pub. Nice place, good food and friendly staff we will be back.

Ordered food via phone after being told there was no delivery, which is fine by me, I’m happy to collect…. We were told to collect in 45 minutes. Went to collect food…. Then had to wait a further half an hour (minimum) with nobody explaining why. At one point was told the name was wrong, Altho when they asked for my name over the phone, I gave them it, spelt it and they repeated it back to me….!!!! During my wait, plenty of people came for their meals, and left with their meals whilst I was left still waiting … with no word…. and some, clearly friend’s of staff, even got free beers…. Not that I wanted that as I was driving, but they got their meals, and promptly left aswell….. an explanation as to why my meal was taking over 1 and a half hours so far was not happening and that time is bordering silly time!!! On leaving with my meal , which only consisted of 2 kids meals amd 1 adult meal…. The man handed me my meals and said absolutely nothing, so I walked out….. he then followed and asked if I wanted to go back in…. I assumed they had given me the wrong meals and stated so, to which he replied he wanted me to have a free drink …. I’m driving so I politely declined…. They told me to mention their name next time we ordered food …. Why????!!!! No idea!! Got home, food was pretty much cold, spicy poppadoms so won’t be getting ordered again! Burnt, as in Black, stale, and cold. Generally the food was ok, we’ve always had lovely food from there, but dare say that after tonight, we won’t be ordering from here again in a hurry. If you’re too busy to take orders, please don’t, it just lends you to negative reviews like this one!!

Fantastic food in ot out with really friendly staff. Order early or pre order for delivery it can take over an hour sometimes closer to 2 on a busy Friday/Saturday night but that alone speaks for itself. Always freshly made with proper ingredients, its the only Indian locally we eat from. Loads lf choice and always hot and tasty

Booked for Xmas day, big mistake absolutely packed and running 30 minutes late for all bookings. Food rushed and poor quality, small helpings and cold, no table clothes, no Xmas crackers and no xmas atmosphere £35 ahead never again.......

From the minute you arrive, to the minute you leave the staff are amazing. The staff can’t do enough for you and so friendly. We have visited here several times as well as using the takeaway service. Never been disappointed, and the food is by far the best Indian food around. My only criticism would be that we live in Monton and they don’t deliver that far, but apart from that it’s a 10/10 from me.

My Husband & Me, Son & Girlfriend came tonight, Thur 22, I only phoned up to see if I could get a table in the afternoon, so pleased we got one, from the minute you walked in, the staff couldn’t do enough for you, friendly, polite, attentive, helpful, food is amazing, drinks were good, the place had a quite a few ppl in but the food came out in next to no time, can’t fault anything, we sat at table 8, luvley manager & staff, will be back over Christmas Xx

I was blown away with this restaurant last night. There a few big tables in and they were short staffed but the service was fantastic. As soon as your drink was empty they would ask if you wanted another. Food was gorgeous. Cant fault the place to be honest. 😁
