I have ordered and also sat in the restaurant, the staff is very kind and accomodating, I felt unwell when I came and they nicely packed our dish left to take away. The food is superb and reminds me with great joy my trip to Nepal, first Nepali restaurant in Manchester I have found authentic. The flavours are delicious and refined, thank you every time for a great culinary experience !

Ordered again this evening, on recommendation. 1st time we ordered it was never delivered, so tried again this evening(albeit against my husbands wishes) only to receive 1/3 bag of fries, think the child in the front seat of delivery drivers car must have been hungry on the way, and a completely inedible curry, we like a nice amount of spice but what was received was off the scale inedible. By the time it was delivered and we realised was too late to complain to restaurant,

We have lived in the city and recently moved to the Worsley area, and we've been searching high and low for a good curry in the Manchester area, and WOW Deurali didn't disappoint! Simple decor and environment but don't be fooled... the quality of the food is impeccable and the service fantastic. Indian is one of our favourite cuisines and we typically go for a curry in any country we visit, so we consider ourselves curry connoisseurs, and this certainly is in our top 5! Great price, great food and great staff! 5 stars!

I recently visited Deurali Restaurant in Swinton, and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere, paired with the beautiful decor, set the stage for what turned out to be a delightful evening.The service was impeccable – the staff were not only friendly and attentive but also very knowledgeable about the menu. They made excellent recommendations, which enhanced the overall dining experience.The food was the true star of the evening. Every dish was freshly prepared, with a perfect balance of authentic Nepalese spices and flavors. I highly recommend trying the momo dumplings – they were hands down the best I’ve had! The variety of dishes, from traditional Nepalese curries to flavourful tandoori options, left me wanting more. Each bite was packed with taste, and it was clear that high-quality ingredients were used.Overall, Deurali Restaurant exceeded my expectations in every way. Delicious food for a reasonable price however we waited a very long time on my last visit.

Stunning! My partner has been searching for some nice momo's since their trip to Nepal in 2018, found this olaceand treated them to a takeaway. Apparently the best since their trip they have had. Rice was stunning and fragrant. Tandoori tender and juicy. Makhanwala was creamy and flavourful. Delivered quickly. We are very happy and a little tipsy full. Will become a new regular.

Absolutley beautifully cooked food. My meal was piping hot and lovely & flavoursome. Loved every bite of my curry and would definitely choose to order from Deurali again. Hoping to visit the restaurant next time. 10/10

Lovely atmosphere every time we have visited. The staff are so friendly and always checking that everything is ok... and the food has always been amazing.

Not a fan. For some reason the korma had an overpowering taste of mushroom, the rice seemed burnt and the cheesey naan had a few sprinkles of cheese on it you could barely call it cheesy and charge more for. Still though, could just be my taste.

Food here is absolutely bang on, lamb chops and Makhanwala are highlights for me. Service is a little slow when busy, but the food makes up for it.

Went for the first time yesterday evening. We can’t believe after living in swinton forever, we have never eaten here before. Fresh food, fantastic atmosphere at a great price. Five stars from us all and we will be back soon 😋

Ordered a delivery tonight three mild curries two rice a portion of chips and two starters it came to just under £60 everything was so spicy no one has eaten the food. I called the restaurant to complain about the standard of the food and was asked did I order from over the phone or Uber eats and as soon as I said over the phone the guys attitude changed and the call came to an abrupt end. Absolutely shocking food and customers service. Won't be going there again!

We love the Duerali,the food is tasty,the staff are friendly and professional. We try to go at least once a month and luckily for us it is within walking distance of where we live

first time ordering . won't be ordering again . korma sauce over 4 quid . the smallest container ever . the lamb dish was full of oil . the keema nan was missing but just eat won't refund because I collected . wasn't driving all the way back because I don't live near . and for the price was not happy !

This was our first time visiting this little gem. The service was very good and the food recommendations were equally just as good. We are glad we took them up on them as the food was delicious. We will definately be visiting again.

My first time ordering from here. My chicken curry was mild and tasty with a good kick coming in from my garlic and chilli rice. But that alone is not worthy of the 5 star rating, for that you NEED the chilli chicken momos!! Crispy, spicy, tasty rich and delicious. So good i'd rate the meal a 6 out of 5! If you order any starter from here, order those!

Amazing food , full of flavour

This is the third time I ordered Deurali, each and every time it was exceptional…. Head and shoulders above the others.

Really good flavour but 6 small pieces of lamb in a curry is unacceptable. Shop bought bread which isn’t good at all. Could receive great scores if they weren’t so tight and made quality naan.

The service was excellent but all of the dishes were far too oily and far too hot to be considered "medium". It was a real shame because we'd heard great things but we won't be ordering again.

Awesome food from Deurali. Proper flavoursome well cooked food.

Would recommend booking. We visited at 6pm on a Saturday night and it quickly filled up with people being turned away. Food was nice, service quick. I would advise that dishes are spicier than a normal Indian restaurant but sre very tasty.

Our food was delicious - really fresh and flavoursome. I had the king prawn saag and my partner had the sherpa lamb curry which he said was very good. It was very busy so service was a little slow but the staff were lovely. Recommending the Nepalese dishes!

Exceptional food. Lovely service. Can recommend momos and barbecued lamb starters, and the lamb shank is definitely worth paying a bit more for.

Having said we will try when it opened, this was our first visit and definitely won't be our last. The food was fantastic with a great menu, not your generic Indian cuisine, which seems to be the standard elsewhere. I am looking forward to our next visit. Also, the Gurkha beer is highly recommended 👌

Absolutely amazing momos & biryani. It’s not like the regular fried rice which some people call biryani but an actual authentic biryani with masala. Will definitely continue to order from this place.

We regularly visit this Nepalese restaurant when we visit Manchester. There are many local restaurants serving other Asian cuisines, but Nepalese restaurants are rare. Highly recommended Nepalese dishes: Whole tandoori seabass starter Tandoori mixed grill starter Lamb choila King prawn saag Deurali chicken main The food is always amazing and we have never been disappointed here. Wonderful staff and service.

Finally a curry with some flavour !

Really great Nepalese food, first time we try it but we will go back. Spicy for real, and great taste!

2nd time and just as nice. Everything seems more flavourful than your usual Indian takeaway, even the sauces for the poppadoms were a little different.

Myself, my wife and my 11 year old daughters went here for our evening meal on Tuesday 19.04.22, As always the food was fantastic, staff are always polite and friendly. My daughter tried a new curry after discussing some options with the staff and safe to say i think she has a new favourite curry now. I would recommend the mixed grill starter.

Love this place. Took my brother and sister in law for their first visit. Once again amazing food, attentive staff, a lovely time once again.

Firstly the staff are really friendly and helpful and the restaurant has that homely intimate feel which is no surprise as it's a family run business. And secondly, but no least! The food is of an amazing quality and value (I don't know how they do it). My family and I have been eating from there for a few years now and have no need to look further for an excellent curry. Not been to the Deurali since before lockdown but really pleased to say that it's just as good today as it was then. Food is excellent quality and service is nicely paced with lovely polite staff. We'll definitely be back very soon.

So, as am being Nepali. I tired the nepali cuisine. Its total different with the taste of Nepal. And the food was on time but it was not warm enough. The naan was already cold and hard to eat. Taking about momo’s its too much spicy and there was a lot of sour. Hope you guys will respect the nepali dishes on future.

Big disappointment, mixed grill was burned and nan as well burned, salad was smallest portion ever seen (pic attached ), not safe for celiacs/ people with gluten allergy cause don't feel too good today. Too bad cause curry was very tasty and probably would order again. Also we called to say that we barely received any salad, nan and grill and cold and burned, and staff said that they cant do anything about it.

My favourite place to sit in and eat. Unfortunately not always able to go out. The takeaway is amazing. Highly recommend.

Went to try out their vegan options and it was lovely! We tried the tarka daal and channa masala. They catered to our needs with no issues and were really helpful, as most things on the menu could be made vegan. Really affordable, great food, and the staff were lovely. Will definitely be going again 😊

My wife and I have visited Deurali a few times and we’ve never been disappointed. Visited this evening with a mate who also really enjoyed the food. Authentic momos (dumplings) and some delicious Nepali curries with a garlic, cheese and coriander naan - sooooo good!

I would of given top marks all round but the the restaurant not giving the driver my postcode so he ended up at a different address miles away so food wasn't very hot. Also there wasn't any onion barjis in the packet they sent just a bit of salad.The curry itself was awesome

The food is more expensive than most but is really delicious, worth paying that little bit more for . My only criticism is a bit steep to charge £3.50 for a garlic naan that was really small and thin ! Also would be great if they delivered as it’s a bit of a pain having to come out to pick it up .

No chutney tray received. As we were ordering it came up stating free onion bhaji and add to Order but then charged us. Rice bland and cold and definitely not pilau. 3 small chops but charged as main meal. Definitely not worth the money 🥺

All I can say is that this meal was different gravy 😋 Give it a go you will NOT be dissapointed.

I have visited this restaurant on a few occasions and it never disappoints. Beautiful inside and very clean. The staff are so lovely and can't do enough for you. The food is absolutely mouth watering. Such beautiful flavours. We visited Christmas Day and it was such an amazing experience. Once again did not disappoint.

Really tight with the lamb 4 small cubes for £21 you expecting a bit more been here for a meal in the restaurant normally nice but this was not good tonight will not order again

Been meaning to come here for a while. Glad we finally made it. The waiters were friendly. There was a good selection of food (including for vegetarians), it was tasty, and good value.

Great food, great staff and fair prices! Come here all the time and never lets me down. The starters here are unbelievable and although I can never finish my curry I end up getting a starter as well every visit!
