Traveled to Wembley for a day out, and when we were wandering around we stumbled upon this jewel. A place that truly captivates the pure taste of Goan cuisine and at very affordable prices. We were served wonderfully by the young girl that looks after the front of house, she was very attentive, polite and very courteous to all our requests and always smiling. We ordered the beef cutlet bread, biryani rice, sorpatel and goan pork sausages. the flavour was impeccable and every bite reminded of us Goa and it was authentic. The portions were decent (please note some of the photos were taken, after we served ourselves). I believe at one point we were greeted by the owner when he served us at our table and that was a nice touch. They also had some great live music, by a one man band. Super glad we walked into this restaurant, we'll definitely be back for more.

The most comforting restaurant. From the food to the staff everything about this place is awesome. You will always be welcomed here as this restaurant in its own unique way worships and prays to God. It offers more than just good. There is always worship songs playing in the background. The best part is their service towards the homeless people.

Today I along with my wife and my kids visited for lunch at Cross Restaurant, we ordered specially the Goan thali , and prawns Rava fry , my kids too loved the food as we did . The food is prepared freshly once you place the orders . I recommend this place one should try if you’ll around Wembley or should make a plan to be there . And the rates are very reasonable too .

I ordered the king fish and prawn thali from this restaurant and I was very satisfied with the quality and quantity of the food. The fish was fresh and well-cooked, the prawns were juicy and spicy, and the rice and curry were flavorful and filling. The thali also came with a salad, pickle, and dessert, which made it a complete meal. The only downside was that the drinks were not up to the mark. I had a lemonade that was too watery and very diluted. Falooda was too sweet and artificial for my liking. I would suggest that they improve their drinks menu or offer more options for beverages. Overall, I would recommend this place for anyone who loves seafood and wants to try a thali, but not for the drinks.

A possibly unique place in London. Quality authentic cuisine served with heart. The decor is simple but the service and food are gold. This restaurant has a well earned reputation for generosity and helping those less furtunate.

Great home cooked style menu. It is a family run place. The taste is very very good and easy on the stomach. Highly recommended, if you are looking for a simple yet tasty menu. The owners greet everyone with smile and are very friendly people. Only downside being, the waiting time is high, service takes sometime as the dishes need to be prepared one by one. Must visit

I visit this place with my family and friends occasionally for a Goan cousin and it’s one of the best place I have visited in terms of taste. Owner are also very down to earth and customer centric. Sometimes orders do take time to be served so I would recommend pre ordering over the phone before visiting the restaurant. Also confirm the availability since I think they allow to use space for religious and other activities.

Good food (Goan Indian). We usually order from Cross restaurant only when it comes to Goan cuisine in Wembley area. our specialties are Cutlet bread, ross omlet, sausage bread, xacuti and so on.

A must visit restaurant for a true Goan thali. The quality of all the fish was excellent. As fresh as you'd want it to be. The thali is reasonably balanced with pickle, kismur, a veg, sheera and the curry. And a generous piece of rawa fried fish of your choice. Areas for improvement would be the general hygiene level specially the toilets. But the quality of the food far outweighs this small issue. Will surely visit again.

Paid £51 for 2 king fish thali a plate of prawns reachado and 2 sweet lime soda. The food was alright and the ambiance was not the best but what I’m not happy about is paying that much for 2 people. No price was mentioned before getting the thali since they serve different size of the fish. For the price paid I could have gone to a better restaurant and had a better meal. Before people go all crazy please look at the size of the king fish. Please work out a better pricing than mentioning everywhere that 20% of this goes to charity.

I asked Cross Restaurant to cater for my mums wake. The food was delicious. Authentic goan food. All the guest commented on how nice the food was. All the guest personally wanted to take their contacts details for future reference. It really made the wake more memorable. The service Trinda provided was excellent. Easy, smooth and reliable. Great Goan restaurant in Wembley serving traditional Goan foods.. homely ambience, nothing fancy…. but food is awesome - we ordered Prawns Thali, Prawn masala and a plate of rawa fried Queen fish - service was very friendly, prices was very reasonable.. they also sell a small selection traditional Goan masalas like recheado.. will go back

It was our first time having Goan food and we were so impressed! Their queen fish and prawns were fried perfectly, their dessert wasn't too sweet, the restaurant was clean, and most of all, they were really friendly! We're definitely coming back to try more new dishes 😋

One of the best places to eat authentic Goan food. Seems like a family run business as I spoke to their amazing host Trisha and apparently the food are her gran's recipes !!! The food is simply delicious and freshly made... What I'd call "Food for the Soul" . I have not met such friendly nice owners who always make me feel welcome and even take orders on phone before we reach here which makes the experience so nice ...that I keep coming back ... I would highly recommend if you like Goan food. Top pick beef cutlet roll and king fish thali :).... I'll be back !!!

Travelled from quite far to come to this place but it was totally worth the trek. After reading the reviews, I came with high expectations on the food and was not disappointed. I’d highly recommend the fish dishes/thalis. The preparation is really something special. I left feeling fully satisfied, like one would after a home cooked meal. It’s a very homely place with hospitality that matches the tasty food. One will struggle to find such a place in London, and the prices are very reasonable too, actually underpriced for a change.

I would highly recommend this place for authentic Goan food. I had king fish thali and prawns raechado masala. Both dishes were full of flavour, delicious and reminded me of Goa. Restaurant is closed on Sat and Tue. Sat closure is odd but it is what it is. Easily accessible by tube and bus. Opens from 11 am to 10 pm. I will go there again next time I am in Wembley. The service was good too and the staff were polite. Priced are reasonable too and does not burn a hole in the pocket. If only I have to critic, the fish could be slightly spicy but its a personal opinion I like hot and spicy food.

we came here with out doing any researchers. We travel from central London for outlet. It is very convenient for food here. Can get a seat with out booking. We loves the food here and our favourite dish is Kingfish Thali with Masala chai Tea. Good food , good price and friendly staff here. We will come back here again.

Nice Goan food at unbeatable prices. Went there and had chicken biriyani and beef chilli for dinner. Both dishes were quite fine, and the biriyani was the cheapest I have seen anywhere around. And on top of that, the staff were very nice and friendly.

This was one of the best home-style Indian food I ate in the longest time. It was authentic Goan food and the fish was of amazing quality and the sausage chilli fry was just amazing. The bread was so fresh and reminded of Mumbai pao. Would be a regular here for sure.

Good food! But service was slow and decor was not up to standard

Visited last week for 1st time, sharing my honest review...food thali was tasty specially prawns rather than king fish however curry portion was so less only enough to eat half of the rice given, kismur was like 1 teaspoon as thou given to taste, veg was only one yellow cabbage very poor quantiy served...time served was over 30 min....quantity and variety of veg in the thali have to improve.

This was our first stop after moving from australia and was an excellent decision. Fish thali just as good as in Goa and the owner & cooks were welcoming, kind and warm. Will definitely be back!

We had Fish Thali, Prawns Reachado and Sorpotel. Easy to access by public transport. A nice and small restaurant with limited menu. Decent familial ambience. But the taste of fish and Sorpotel was extremely good and authentically Goan as we love Goan food. Reasonable price and value for money. Nice hospitality from the chefs and waiters. If you are interested in buying other Goan products like pickles, masala and traditional sweets, do visit this place…. Keep growing……

Highly anticipated visit to this place and as soon as we walk in.....extremely awkward moment. No one approached, we were not sure if the restaurant was open to public or was having any private event...if only anyone acknowledged our presence...had eye contacts with a few people around but seems like we were in the wrong place. Utter disappointment and we had to just leave. My review is purely based on the first impression experience we had and has nothing to do with how amazing or good the food they must be serving.🤮🤮
