Great time visiting arena lounge our sever Reneet was great she really showed attention to us , made us feel welcome and attended to our every needs . A absolutely wonderful waitress which made our experience a delight. The Food was exceptional great flavour and rightly spiced .it is absolutely delicious and cater really well for both vegetarian and non vegetarian meals. The atmosphere is top in the Arena lounge with lots of space , beautiful decor and a nice large seating outside perfect for a beautiful sunny day . Definitely don’t miss this place it’s a diamond!!

Butter chicken was good... Cocktails weren't served in the right glasses...and alcohol content was less compared to normal. Overall felt it was very pricey.

The service we received from Ravneet was second to none. There nothing more special than someone going the extra mile to make your evening a special one. Very much appreciated.

I really like ambience and food as well!

The meal was delicious and flavourful. The staff catered to our spice level and all the food served was mild. It helped us to enjoy the meal immensely. We really tasted the different flavours of the dishes. We really enjoyed soya chaap - the masala was perfect, Punjabi dahi bhalla, kurkure bhindi was very crispy, tandoori broccoli - another amazing starter. All the starters we ordered were delivered as fast as they could. Also for mains, we ordered some naans and the achari bainghan is out of this world. We also ordered a few drinks, and the blend was perfectly done. They also do delicious desserts which we really struggled to finish because of their portions. All the dishes were delivered promptly The price between starters and mains are similar. It's worth the money because all the dishes were that great. Overall we had a fantastic night out with friends. It also has enough parking space. highly recommend this place.

Lovely place with plenty of seating. Wonderful décor and ambience with lots of cute photo spots - would be nice for a date or family / friends meal. Lots of food options to choose from, and a large drinks menu with delicious cocktails and mocktails. The dishes are also quite different to each other and all taste delicious, unlike some other indian restaurants where the same spices and masala are used for multiple dishes. The portion sizes are good for the price paid.

Had amazing food at Arena lounge and fantastic service from Mitesh and the other staff. Food was out of this world! Kurkuri bhindi was crispy, paneer dishes were very moreish and defo recommend the oreo milk shake! 10 out of 10, recommended to all foodies.

Good ambience, tasty starters and curries. Good service. Good choice of beverages. Starters are £9-13 and mains are roughly £9-13. Lassi is amazing. Worth visiting many times for the taste.

Taking too long time to serve food quantity is very less and no one is responsive to customers 😔

Lovely restaurant. Nicely decorated. Staff were very polite and accommodating. Food was of excellent quality. Not too oily like some Indian restaurants. I was very satisfied with my spicy hot lamb curry. It was the right level of hot. Loved everything. The kebab lamb curry was really tasty. The best Indian restaurant I have been to in London and I have been to many. Good quality food and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend and return again!

I have been here with my wife and I have such awesome indoor Chinese food here and light minded people. People working at here are quick to deliver their services. We have ordered everything from starters to dessert and everything was delicious. I still feel that some of the dishes they can improve in it as taste was good but not that indian. Their naan bread is just fluffy and soft like cotton. So for food quality, ambience and test it justifies the price. Lastly the Orio Cheese cake is just delicious it melts in your mouth.

Great way to loose weight. Intrigued? Read on... We visted Arena Louge at around 4.30pm on a Sunday. Upon entering there were circa 4 tables occupied and circa 20 vacant. Apart from the manager, there were 2 waitresses. We waited at the bar to ask if seating is self service and took a seat. A few minutes later, the waitress leaves menus on our table without so much as a 'hello' or 'would you like to order '. I waited 5 minutes and approached the bar to order drinks. Our drinks sat on the bar for 5 minutes prior to my asking the waitress to bring them over. You're getting a picture of what's unfolding here, but it gets tragically worse and you are advised to read on... I call the same unprofessional waitress over to take our order for starters. Prior to giving my order,  I politely told her that I find her service poor as she did not greet us, did not take our order for drinks and has not asked if we would like to order any food. She seemed pretty unhappy with the feeback. I continue to explain that I am being nice with the feedback and hope her service improves. Starters arrive (see video clip). Salt and Pepper veg looks like leftovers on a plate, kebabs are very well cook and flavoured, the lamb was awful and chewy, feeback which I gave the manager. It would appear that the waitress had passed on my feedback abour her lack of service to the manager who was now our waiter. More staff have now arrived for the evening shift. One of these arrivals is given the task of waiting our table. Mains were ordered and the naan was sent back as it was a tad undercooked and doughy. But apart from this, main was actually very good, especially the butter chicken. Overall, the food was acceptable, service was absolutely shambolic, unprofessional and not suitable for a dinning experience. I was surprised to see the chewy lamb on my receipt as well as a 12.5% service charge! I asked for the latter to be taken off, paid, gave the manager my feedback and left. It doesn't end here... 90 minutes or so later, the stomach cramps started and lasted well into the night and the next day  During the course of the night, I'm almost certain to have lost weight (you get my drift). Arena Lounge is a stark contrast to the last Indian restaurant I reviewed. Aweful dinning experience ending with an upset stomach. Please read my other detailed reviews, particulary if you enjoy Indian food.

We should not be forced to pay it. He then disappeared for 10min and then I think the owner comes up to my group and asked the question again, this time really layering it on, asking why we took it off, did they make a mistake, why don't we want to pay it. I really REALLY hate places like this. It leaves a sour taste in your mouth. Service was ok, food again was ok, nothing special. Portions were small. If you like mediocre food and service and a dead atmosphere, then this place is for you!!

I am a regular customer here. The service is always amazing. The staff are very pleasent and well presented. The food is the next best things always tender and cooked to perfection. I mostly come here on the weekends. Ravneet is always amazing very very pleasant...I wish you all a very happy new year and I can't wait to be back in 2024 :)

We ordered Chilli Paneer, Kofta with Naan and roti; and I would rate the food 10/10, but the service was quite poor despite of the restaurant being not so busy. All in all good place to have good food with good music and great atmosphere.

Visited during a weekday for the first time. Place was nice and quiet and seats were comfortable. The waiter was helpful and responded to any requests in a courteous manner. Food was nice but could have done with an extra kebab in the roll 👀😂

What a great experience. Food 10/10, service 10/10, ambiance 10/10. Never had the vegan chicken bites but they are now my favourite. Delhi walla Butter chicken and Punjabi paneer bhurji were out of this world! Highly recommended!

Loved the biryani's flavorful perfection, but the burger didn't quite hit the mark taste-wise. Still, the cozy ambience and attentive service make it a go-to spot for biryani enthusiasts.

This is the first time I have been here and let me tell you I was not disappointed. We ordered a variety of dishes snd let me tell you each dish was exceptional from chilli paneer, masala chips, mixed grill, naan bread, even a vege burger. This place was a hidden gem especially very local to us also.

Ordered take away. Two wraps and fries. They did not even peel the potato before making fries. It was hard to chew and burnt. Even though we ordered two wraps they included only one set of sauces. Should have listened to friend to not order from here.
