Akshit was an absolute superstar! He personally called to confirm the booking, which was such a nice touch. Even though I was a bit late, they went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, even gilding the table for me. We celebrated a birthday, and they made it so special by playing the birthday song—it truly added to the wonderful experience. The food was amazing, and the milkshake was the highlight of the meal—easily my favorite. The ambiance was lovely, and the prices were fair. Highly recommend this place!

Lovely atmosphere, good portion of teasty food.

This time service was good ,Alisha was friendly and attentive. Food was good overall, the chana masala had a good flavour but was a little salty. Paid £70.for 7 dishes and drinks for 3 diners. Reasonably priced and we left full.

My husband and my brother arranged mine and his birthday last night at Arena, and I can not begin to express how beautiful our experience was. To begin with the staff was super welcoming, kind and generous to all of us and they were serving us with the utmost hospitality. To name a few, there was Vishal, Ravneet, Vikram and Aum and there was two more to it but I can’t remember the names( sorry)We were almost 30 people and all i am hearing since morning is how much they all had. Totally worth it and super happy. Thank you so much for making our birthday so memorable. You guys are amazing!

We visited the Arena Lounge on 8th November to celebrate a birthday. We were served by an exceptional waitress called Prerika who was very helpful, polite and friendly. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was great. We will definitely be returning for the next birthday celebration.
