Allergen issue I am allergic to egg, the restaurant team had been warned several times when the booking was made as well as upon arrival at the restaurant. However, after 2 amuse-bouches, I could no longer eat as there had been egg in the leek velouté one. The kitchen and service staff denied this, asking me whether I was sure it "wasn't in my head", but after being sick for a few hours, they finally seemed to believe me (quite disappointing it had to end this way). After lengthy discussions with the kitchen to understand what went wrong (I am extremely lucky I do not have a fatal allergy), they informed me that they cannot "guarantee the absence of cross-contamination". Extremely surprised by this given it is a Michelin star restaurant but also quite disappointed they did not make this known when we booked and informed them of my allergy.

Sophisticated and delicious atmosphere! It is located in front of the Tower Bridge in London, and has an outdoor terrace where the view is even more beautiful, perfect for enjoying brunch! Excellent atmosphere, location and service Regarding the food, we gave it a 3/5 But we would go back and give it another chance 😃

The staff was great and the place is charming and cosy. My lamb shank and haddock tartare were decent given the price but my issue, as a French man in a French restaurant, was the bread. The baguette is industrial (see markings under the bread) which is a shame when there are now so many great bakeries in London (E5 or Dusty Knuckles for e.g.). The crackers for the cheese were from Tesco as we saw the waitress pull 5 crackers out of a £1.25 Tesco pack as she was preparing our £11.95 cheese platter. I'm not suggesting the restaurant should make their own but there's widely available much better offering out there like Peter's Yard

I had a wonderful experience at Cafe Rouge, and a big part of that was thanks to Shivani Isabella. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional, making sure everything was perfect throughout my visit. Her warm and welcoming attitude made me feel truly at home. The service was quick and efficient, and she even gave great recommendations. I’ll definitely be coming back—highly recommended!

Prices are ridiculously overcharged, for a bottle of 15£ they ask you for 55£ and so on, so we asked for some beers, mine was expired, they changed it but don't pay too much attention or apologize, they even include us service charge after that( while service didn't exist at all) So definitely not worthy to visit.

Busy Soho eatery, but the gnocchi was very nice and the service was very good - especially for a place in Soho. It does get very busy but the menu is decent and not crazy expensive, and it has a cute French vibe. The pastas were definitely the best thing.

I stopped by today to get a gift for a friend I know is into natural wine and I mentioned that I know little about it. I bought a bottle with Chris (the English one) and then I had a couple of glasses of wine with some cheese to learn a little while I'm here. The wine was good and Chris was very informative and social. He clearly knows wine very well but was patient explaining it to someone who's new to this type. I recommend this store to you whether you want to buy wine bottles or have a drink here they all seem to do this for the right reasons. Passionate about wine.

A vibe for any occasion!! During our visit the staff and service was amazing, you also get given a blanket when seated which is so perfect for this cold weather. The atmosphere was great, there was a birthday group during our time here aswell as usual friends/ family groups & couples and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves! The food was so worth it, filling portion sizes at affordable prices and delicious.Definitely a new go to spot for me!
