The Dining Room at Hilton London Hyde Park in City of London, Westminster

The hotel is very well located, the attention at the reception is maliissiiimaaaa The restaurant service is very good and the attention is phenomenal. Horrible room with a view to the back of the roofs we will never go back there again I do not recommend it despite its good location

Depending on the price, if you get it, it costs 100 pounds, because the rooms are small and the location is excellent and close to the central stations.

We arrived very early on our overnight flight and they were able to check us in early as Diamond members..kuddo Hilton we appreciate you.

From the states. Traveled to London for work and I wanted to stay in a hip area. I thought there were a lot of restaurants and things to do around me. I did feel like the room was kind of dated. It may be the neighborhood, though. The elevator was super small, hallways were small. As a human over 6 foot, this place felt a little tight. Good bathroom size, though.

The rooms we had were good, large, comfy beds and quiet. The location is good as right next to a tube, but you have to get a taxi or 30min walk to Albert Hall or Kensington so there are better locations if you are visiting those places. However the real let down here were the reception staff, rude, uninterested and lack basic communication skills. It’s not hard to ask if you have had a nice stay on check out, and the check in experience with Ann Marie was beyond painful and very confrontational for no reason.

Worst experience ever in this hotel. Bookinf for a room wuth a view on the park and finished with another room « you have upgraded! ». The room was horrible, the most noisy I ever had, just close to the elevator machine room. The view was horrible too (see picture). And to finish to enter the shower you need to step over the water closet. I went to the reception to ask to change « oh yes this room is really noisy but unfortunatelly there is no other room available. We offer you your breakfast ». To finish the heating system was not working and only 5 degrees outside. I let you imagine the night! The only answer was « do you want another blanket? ». The king size bed is always in a hotel two bed. We are use to it but at list you do not feel it once you are in. That was definitly not the case here as you could see on the picture. Really two separated beds. Going to the reception for complaining, or pass by to go to the breakfast, always people were waiting to complain about one thing or another. Definitly a hotel to avoid!

SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE!! This is DEFINITELY the least accommodating hotel I have encountered. Keep in mind I travel on a weekly basis. Parking is on a very busy street or optional a sketchy alley. Customer service is not their strong suit either. I booked a reservation and I had to modify it due to travel changes. Well, the hotel took it upon themselves to change the rate to the point where I can’t modify or cancel the reservation to book at a different Hilton hotel in the area. The manager was quite rude and adamant that I will not be refunded during the first interaction (Friday) when all I needed was a modification of dates to Monday All After 2+ hours of trying to sort out this reservation issue and a 10hr flight and $$$ lost. I am a very disappointed customer

This is such a nice place. We sat here every day! Nice staff, good food, absolutely super desserts, wine, beer everything. Its a 5 minute walk from the London House Hotel so perfect for starting or closing the day. We had the best weather ever so we could sit outside and enjoy traffic and passing people. Its situated opposite the park. Really nice. I miss it already.

Arrived for brunch ,party of six. Waited a while to be seated then went inside and was told to wait outside , three members of staff passed us , no acknowledgment, weren’t busy at all . Staff were extremely rude , waited a further 15 minutes then left , will not be going back , tables inside were empty , tables outside also available, just downright rude .

Came here yesterday for breakfast and it was delicious! Had the poached egg on avocado toast. Lovely little spot outside in a very central location. I ordered something I didn’t like and they were nice enough to not charge me for it, even though it was my mistake! Amazing customer service, would definitely return!

what a but exp I was finishing eating and had my glass of wine all most fully ,they guy work there come to me say I was there more then 1 hora and he need the tablet in 10 mints ....I was shock ...to be honest I was there max 35 Mts was time I seat order eat and he come to me because he want the tablet ..also staff very rude with tablet next to me because they was with the baby ....my good I can say NEVER AGAIN ..I better spend my money in other place and they can stay with they place (means soon I wouldn't be surprise if they close soon )with that service ......RUDE PEOPLE

Staying at the Hilton and took the easy option to eat in the attached restaurant. Somewhat disappointed when the discount card provided by the hotel 15 minutes earlier was declined on a technicality. Manager claimed that Aubaine is nothing to do with Hilton so I left and found a brilliant alternative within 5 minutes. What is strange is that The Hyde Park Hilton uses Aubaine for breakfast and shares the same building. Breakfast is very average, but the Dinner Menu and ambiance look ok. However, something is clearly very wrong in the way the restaurant treats Hilton guests. I’m sure it will be sorted, but for the time being I’ll be eating elsewhere including breakfast.

Cuisine peu gouteuses, hamburger fade, pâtes pour les enfants trop cuites et sauce tomate acide. Des frites servies avec truffes. Nous demandons des frites sans truffes, nous recevons une commande sans truffes et l'autre avec truffes, bon mon mari n'a pas réagi, car le goût de la truffe était minime. Par contre sur l'addition, ils ont compté 2 frites à la truffe. Bref, nous n'y sommes plus retournés et nous déconseillons. Même le décor n'est pas génial, un éclairage verdâtre, pas du tout d'esprit de Noël. En résumé rapport qualité/prix 3/10

What had been a humrum eatery by the park has upped its game. Superb Wagu burger and double cooked chips. What a transformation! A big thank you to Katherine our lovely waitress who was kind and thoughtful and so friendly to my daughter. Great service!

It ls a beautiful place either to eat or have a coffee, and then just cross the street and enjoy Hyde Park! Definitely I will visit again! And few meters from the station!

Being tired from an eleven hour flight, we could not yet book into the hotel. We decided to get some breakfast and saw the Aubaine. Brilliant food, great service, although they didn't bother us every few minutes. We shall definitely visit again.

After having a lousy experience in another restaurant we stopped off here for a drink. Was a beautiful day and we got a table on the terrace. Had brunch with friends on a Saturday - we each had a different variety of eggs benedict and all were fresh and delicious. Fast, friendly service.

La comida era mejor de lo que esperaba y el precio no era demasiado malo teniendo en cuenta que es un restaurante de hotel. Loved our week long trip to London and was glad to have Aubaine. It's connected to the Hilton Hyde Park. The Hilton really wasn't responsive in getting us in a room, so we spent a long time in the Aubaine lounge on New Years Day. We had breakfast vouchers from the Hilton, so we enjoyed a breakfast there each day. The pastries and coffee were excellent. If you were fortunate enough to get Martina or Simone as a server, then you were well cared for. The others and managers -- definitely not.

We spent a nice moment at Aubaine. Staying at the Hilton hotel it was convenient. The menu was nice and offering a large variety of dishes . We choose the fish which was excellent.

We were taken here by a friend who lives outside of London; she had lived in the area before and was familiar with it. I really liked the Croque Monsieur. Our server was very personable and patient with us, since we wanted to talk after lunch (there were still a few open tables). I will return!

Beautiful experience. First time dining in a glorious venue and I and my family and friends will be back!! Reasonably priced and marvellous location. Service was second to none and more could not have been desired with the breakfast.

Upon arrival, I was told that they didn't have my booking, even after showing them the confirmation. They took about 10 minutes to "think" about giving us a table while we were left there without any apology or explanation.

I love this place and visiting constantly. Nearby my place so can go inside whenever pass through and feel hungry/thirsty or just want to enjoy sitting outside and watching people. However, it's not always possible to catch a free place outside if it's a warm sunny day!good service especially the waitres, Still very loyal towards this restaurant bringing all my friends and family. ✨

I really wouldn’t know where to start from. I feel foolish as I should’ve expected a bad experience as the restaurant was basically empty ( 2 dining tables ) We’re presented 2 set menu with little choices and the choice reduce when obviously they ran out of the best choice.

We called at this cafe for breakfast on our stay in London as our hotel was nearby. It is obviously an upper market cafe and we were happy to have something a bit nicer as it was one of our last days. I’ll start with the positives - the cafe inside is nice & clear - very spacious and accommodating for a pram / baby. The juices & coffee were ok (albeit on the pricier side). There also seemed to be an adequate amount of staff rostered for the amount of guests. Unfortunately that’s where it stops. We ordered two meals - the French equivalent of a full breakfast (£14) & the avocado with poached eggs and roasted tomatoes (£13). The big breakfast came out with one perfectly cooked poached egg but one overlooked one. The sausage was very pink, causing me to question the waitress if it was cooked properly which I was assured it was. Perhaps just a different type of sausage to what I’ve eaten before but even after having it recooked I didn’t eat it as it still looked pink inside. Only 2 very small pieces of bacon which had grissle down one side. Potato Rosti borderline cooked. The beans were ok. Overall a very underwhelming meal & not good value for the price attached. Second meal was ok but came out cold. Eggs cooked well, conservative amount of avocado.

Listed as Notting Hill might be a stretch but an excellent restaurant none the less.

Restaurant is right by one of the entrances to Hyde Park, if you are seating outside its a great spot to watch the world go by. Friendly staff, good food and service. They had a large party inside but it did not slow the service down

So I'm freshly 18 this month and I went to this place with my family for drinks and when I ordered a glass of wine, the waitress who was serving us asked to see my ID (which was out, since I personally know I look a lot younger than I am,) and the waitress proceeded to tell me that I look like I'm 12, which is not at all what a newly 18 year old wants to hear, no matter how true it may seem. This woman got our drinks, and then proceeded to watch me and my family talk and drink our drinks, fully knowing that I am rather inexperienced when it comes to alcohol. The waitress was laughing at me with one of her co-workers, and as a customer, I felt insulted and that her behavior was ridiculously demeaning.

Buen restaurante al lado del palacio de Kensington, en donde los sabores de los platos estaban buenísimos.

Not only is one of the few restaurants around if you are in that side of Hyde Park, but a wonderful one. Service, quality and beauty are worth it too.

Had a breakfast and lunch here. Thoroughly enjoyed both meals. Service was also good. I would definitely recommend coming here, if your in the area.
